WordPress VIP
is the world’s leading enterprise content management platform. We help the world’s largest companies—including Meta, Salesforce, and Disney—create innovative digital experiences with WordPress.
We are hiring a Director of Professional Services to run our Professional Services delivery organization. You will own the day-to-day operation of a team that handles migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for some of the most complex enterprise WordPress deployments in the world. The role reports to the VP of Customer Experience (CX) as part of the CX Senior Leadership Team.
You’re walking into a team with real delivery capability and an established customer base. The work now is sharper: a tighter service menu, faster time-to-value, a delivery model that can flex to what enterprise customers actually need—and an organization that increasingly runs on AI. Professional Services at WordPress VIP is a revenue-generating business. The person in this seat owns that commercial result, not just the delivery quality behind it.
Responsibilities
Build an agentic Professional Services organization—one where AI augments delivery, accelerates time-to-value, and creates capacity for higher-complexity work.
Build Professional Services into a growth lever: identify expansion opportunities within active engagements, and partner with Account Management and Sales to turn delivery relationships into commercial ones.
Lead a Professional Services team of engineers and delivery managers, delivering migrations, implementations, and custom engagements for enterprise customers.
Own delivery quality end-to-end: project health, escalation management, customer outcomes, and on-time, on-scope execution.
Build and maintain a clear menu of established service offerings, so Sales can sell them, customers can buy them, and the team can deliver them consistently.
Meet customers where they are. Not every engagement fits a playbook, and this role requires the judgment to scope and run custom work without losing the thread back to repeatable delivery.
Help set the strategic direction for Professional Services as part of the Customer Experience Senior Leadership Team, and translate it into an operating plan that the team can execute.
Help differentiate WordPress VIP’s services offering in the market: define what makes Professional Services at WordPress VIP distinct from what a customer could get elsewhere, and build the proof points behind it.
Partner with Sales & Accounts to scope and price engagements accurately, and own the hand-off from close to delivery.
Partner with Product, Support, and Account Management on feedback loops that continually improve WordPress VIP’s platform and services.
Represent Professional Services credibly with senior internal and external stakeholders, including customer executives, on complex or at-risk engagements.
Experience
8+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, implementation, or technical consulting. Direct experience leading a Professional Services or delivery organization is required.
5+ years delivering services for enterprise SaaS or PaaS customers, ideally involving large-scale migrations or custom development.
Experience building a services portfolio—defining offerings, pricing them, and making them repeatable without killing the flexibility that enterprise customers need.
Experience working the full commercial loop—not just delivery, but scoping with Sales, pricing engagements, identifying expansion, and tying Professional Services outcomes to retention and revenue.
Comfortable operating in or alongside an AI-augmented delivery model. What we need is genuine fluency with how AI changes the work—not just awareness that it exists.
Demonstrated ability to engage with executive stakeholders, both internal and external.
Proven track record of performance management within a team, working closely with individual contributors, leads, and HR partners.
How you work
Operator first.
You hold the strategy in your head and still show up for the delivery details. More do than say.
Commercially accountable.
You think about Professional Services as a business, not a function. You know your revenue number, you know your margin, and you can talk about both with the same fluency you bring to delivery.
Strong, persuasive communicator.
You can scope a hard engagement, write clearly under pressure, and hold executive attention without overstating your case.
Coach, not just a manager.
You develop practitioners into delivery leads. You give direct feedback. You’ll step in when something must be done a certain way, and you know when not to.
Strategic and grounded.
You can recommend a services portfolio direction, and also tell a project manager exactly where their engagement is going wrong.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join one of our delivery units. Each unit is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This organizational framework provides SDRs with technical assistance, yet you will remain fully responsible for managing campaigns, verifying setups, HubSpot reporting, and daily outreach. We’ve designed this to eliminate manual friction, such as lead research, so you can focus on calls, reply handling, and securing booked appointments.
You will work across multiple client projects simultaneously, running high-volume cold calling via a power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (
Koncert
) across
multiple (3-6) client projects simultaneously
- not one account, several, at once.
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script.
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern, not after.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns, not just monitoring the inbox.
Responding within
4–8 working hours
and nurturing prospects until they're ready to book.
Handling objections in writing, pushing for a next step, and converting replies into confirmed meetings.
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background
.
Confident, error-free written English
for handling email and LinkedIn replies - this is half the role, not an afterthought.
Fluent spoken English,
comfortable working across
US and European time zones
.
Strong understanding of outreach tools:
You’re comfortable working with CRM and automation platforms and understand the key technical elements behind cold outreach. You can support campaign setup, identify potential issues, and work with the right teams to resolve technical blockers.
The ability to run
multiple client projects in parallel
without losing quality or pace on any one of them.
Self-starting:
there are no fixed hours here, and the work doesn't get done unless you make it happen.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
*We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process. Final decisions are made by humans. Contact us for information on data processing.
At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G
overnance
Office with credibility and precision.
Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations — prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows for evidence collection, control monitoring, audit response, and policy generation; drive team-wide adoption.
Deliver Tech G
overnance
-level reporting — produce governance dashboards and executive briefs on remediation status, risk exposure, and regulatory posture, independently and to publication standard.
Track the regulatory horizon — monitor evolving requirements across active jurisdictions, translate changes into prioritised internal action, and brief senior leadership proactively.
What We Look For In You
AI Adoption & Application — Must Have
Active daily use of AI tools to accelerate compliance and governance work — demonstrated practice with measurable output impact, not theoretical awareness.
Ability to identify, build, and scale AI-assisted workflows within a Tech G
overnance
office context — evidence automation, policy generation, audit response, or control monitoring.
Working knowledge of AI governance and risk — sufficient to contribute to internal AI oversight frameworks and assess AI-related compliance obligations.
Independent Cross-Functional Leadership — Must Have
Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams independently — setting direction, coordinating accountability, and delivering outcomes without management escalation.
Track record of influencing without authority across engineering, legal, finance, and operations in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable operating under ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining institutional-grade standards for accuracy and documentation.
Experience
8+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance
3+ years leading governance programmes at a large-scale internet, financial services, or crypto firm
Exposure to IPO-readiness or high-scrutiny regulatory examination programmes preferred
Frameworks & Standards
ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, NIST — deep working knowledge
GDPR and APAC data protection regimes
Crypto and blockchain-specific compliance risk awareness a strong asset
Engineering Sensibility
Able to read and interpret code, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents without engineer-translation dependency
Familiarity with cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP) and associated security tooling
Communication
Executive-level written and verbal communication in English — board-ready governance briefs, regulator responses, and Tech G
overnance
-level reporting produced independently
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong advantage for APAC regulatory and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Professional security or governance certification:
CISA · CISSP · CRISC · CISM · CCISO · Agentic AI
Experience building AI-powered compliance tooling — audit automation, continuous control monitoring, or policy-to-control mapping
Prior involvement in SOX ITGC, SEC Reg S-K Item 106, or equivalent listing-authority tech governance programmes
Crypto-native compliance exposure — Proof of Reserves, SAB 121, Travel Rule, AML/CFT programme governance
Active regulatory footprint across MAS, VARA, FCA, HKMA/SFC, or equivalent
Why This Role
OKX operates across 50+ jurisdictions with live regulatory programmes. The Tech G
overnance
Office is building infrastructure-grade compliance capability — not checkbox compliance. This is a rare opportunity to shape how that work gets done: independently, at pace, and with AI at the centre of the method.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
OKX Statement:
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

We have always prioritized building a real, healthy business, and we make hires very selectively and intentionally. We serve hundreds of thousands of paid subscribers, and want you to help us serve millions.
In our day-to-day, we value adventure, excellence, generosity, and candor. We are optimists in the face of uncertainty, we take pride in our work, we go the extra mile for each other, and we tell it like it is (the good and the bad). We’re here to do the best work of our lives together.
We believe that real-time collaboration and human connection are necessary ingredients in building a high-velocity, high-trust team. We maintain core hours (9:30am - 2:30pm Pacific) when everyone is online, regardless of timezone. About half of us are located near our hubs in SF and NYC.
In addition to what’s below, you can see all open roles and learn more about our culture on our careers page.
The Role
Engineers at Brilliant work in small, elite teams alongside colleagues from Product, Design, and Content. As an interactives engineer, you’ll craft the building blocks that power Brilliant's interactive learning experiences.
Brilliant's learning experiences blend thoughtful mechanics, intuitive level design, and deep pedagogical insights. Each interactive is driven by APIs designed for learning designers, our LLM-powered content agent, and our AI tutor, with every possible configuration guaranteed to be a correct, solvable, and meaningful puzzle. It's a tricky technical problem with a big payoff for our learners.
Solving this technical challenge enables us to build effective and engaging learning experiences at scale, helping our learners get the reps they need to achieve mastery. With your help, we'll teach all of STEM.
Check out these posts to learn more:
- A world-class tutor in every home

- When “almost right” is catastrophically wrong: Evals for AI learning games
Responsibilities
Craft new interactive building blocks that captivate learners and make foundational concepts addictive to master.
Build clear and expressive APIs designed for experts and AIs.
Own the technical implementation of learning experiences from idea to launch on a cross-functional team that trusts you to do what's right for our users but is there to support you when you need it.
Write simple, robust, readable code that teammates and future engineers can easily maintain and extend.
Contribute to a culture of excellence within your pod, setting high standards for candor and mutual accountability, and striking a careful balance between velocity and quality.
Frequently ask:
How does this impact our learners?
Who are you?
You have at least 7 years of professional experience in web-focused software engineering, ideally with meaningful experience in one or more of game development, animation, or interactive media.
You’re motivated by building robust, maintainable, AI-interoperable software systems that drive user and business outcomes.
You believe in using the right tool for the job — even when it’s an unfamiliar one, and especially when it's a boring one.
You enjoy solving technical challenges in a way simple enough for an intern to understand and build upon. You avoid introducing complex, novel, or "clever" solutions. You write code for humans
and
LLMs to comprehend.
You have a favorite product and can articulate your perspective on what makes using it delightful. You often think about how the products you use could be better.
You're constantly tinkering with AI tools and workflows and have used them to achieve surprising levels of productivity. You have a strongly-held POV on what effective AI-enabled software engineering looks like.
Lack of experience in a specific technology is never disqualifying, but experience with Elm or other functional programming languages would allow you to hit the ground running. This role works with Elm, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and even SVG.
Our Engineering Team
Brilliant's engineering team is small, elite, and AI-enabled. We believe in moving fast, fixing faster, and optimizing for outcomes over outputs. Our team is full of former founders, early employees, and engineering leaders turned ICs whose collective drive, judgement, and standards generate a palpable sense of momentum every day. The norm on this team is doing the very best work of our careers, and we both support and challenge each other every day to do exactly that.
Compensation and Benefits
We use a systematic compensation framework: salary scales are set each year for each job vertical, managers level folks on their team, and those levels are mapped directly to our compensation scales. A location-based adjustment is applied outside of SF and NYC (typically 5-10%) - feel free to ask us about your location!
Given the systematic approach, we always make First and Best offers - there is no negotiation (for new hires nor our existing teammates). This ensures people are paid based on their expected contribution, not their negotiation skills.
We offer top-notch health care plans, with 100% of the premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees.
We offer flexible PTO, with a norm of taking off about 6 weeks per year (including federal holidays). We also provide home office equipment, a professional development stipend, and free food at our offices.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our growing People team. You’ll touch the employee lifecycle end-to-end, from offer acceptance through offboarding, while helping to build the processes and documentation that let our People function scale with the business.
This is a great fit for a highly organized, systems-oriented people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build operational foundations, not just maintain them.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own and continuously improve the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring employees are set up for success and internal tasks are tracked and completed on time
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions across the full HR spectrum, triaging and routing more complex issues to the right People team member or external partner
- Maintain and improve self-service resources (FAQs, Notion pages, etc.) so employees can find what they need quickly and always feel supported, even when no one’s in the room
- Support rollouts of new People programs and policies, including communication planning, manager enablement, and documentation
- Help bring employee experience programs and events to life that reinforce culture and make people feel valued, from team offsites to milestone recognition
- Process employee changes (promotions, equity refreshes) accurately and on time, including preparing updated employment letters and maintaining compliant employee files
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 2+ years of People Operations experience, preferably at a high-growth startup
- You’ve built and documented HR processes from the ground up, not just executed existing ones
- You have strong written communication skills: you write clearly, keep things simple, and know your audience
- You’ve managed employee data with accuracy and discretion
- You’re comfortable handling competing priorities without losing track of the details

You enjoy turning messy signals into clear action. You look at product usage, marketing engagement, and account activity and immediately start thinking about what should happen next.
You care about building systems that help teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the opportunities that matter most. If you like connecting data, processes, and people to create measurable business impact, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About the role
We're building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational governance into a single system. It will serve as the execution and control layer for AI-driven software development and is a key part of how we see the future of the industry.
As adoption grows, we're looking for someone to own the systems that connect product and marketing signals with commercial action. The goal is simple: help the right users and accounts reach the right people at the right time.
You'll own the workflow that turns product usage, marketing engagement, account activity, and buying signals into qualified opportunities. You'll work across product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to build the processes, automation, and feedback loops that help us learn faster and improve conversion over time.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership. You'll help define how our commercial engine works as we build a new business around one of JetBrains' most strategic investments.
Your day-to-day
Own the end-to-end process that turns product, marketing, and account signals into qualified sales opportunities.
Define and improve qualification criteria using product usage, engagement, intent, and commercial data.
Build and maintain routing rules that connect signals with the right sales and SDR owners.
Improve how quickly and effectively opportunities move from signal detection to commercial engagement.
Maintain high-quality lead and account data through enrichment, segmentation, consolidation, and cleanup processes.
Partner with product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to improve workflows and automation.
Create feedback loops that connect sales outcomes with product and marketing signals.
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them through process changes, automation, reporting, or data improvements.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for CRM workflows, integrations, dashboards, and operational tooling.
Measure the effectiveness of qualification, routing, and engagement processes and continuously improve them.
What you'll bring
A strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve systems rather than work around them.
Good commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish genuine buying intent from noise.
An analytical mindset that helps you turn data into practical decisions.
Comfort working independently in environments where not everything is defined yet.
A bias toward action. You like testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating quickly.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across different teams and functions.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Curiosity about how product adoption, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes connect.
What you'll need
Experience in growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or a similar role in a B2B software or technology company.
A solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including qualification, Sales Development Representative workflows, account prioritization, pipeline creation, and conversion tracking.
The ability to define qualification frameworks, routing logic, and operational processes that can be implemented and scaled.
Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, analytics systems, or workflow automation solutions.
Confidence working with product usage, account, marketing, and sales data.
The ability to translate business requirements into operational or technical solutions.
Experience partnering closely with commercial teams and improving the processes they rely on every day.
What success looks like
After your first year, the process for turning product and marketing signals into sales action is faster, clearer, and trusted by the teams using it.
Sales and SDR teams know they're receiving higher-quality opportunities. Product and marketing teams have better visibility into which signals actually predict conversion. Leadership has a clearer view of funnel performance and where to invest.
Most importantly, the system continuously improves because the feedback loops, data quality, and operational foundations are in place.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
