Proven ability to land $500K+ multi-year deals with complex buying committees
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles
Deep discovery, storytelling, and consultative selling expertise
A track record of building champions and navigating enterprise buying cycles with precision
Grit, ambition, and a bias for execution—someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Experience leveraging MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar enterprise sales frameworks

Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

and must overlap with East Africa Time and US Eastern Time (8am-6pm) by at least 3 hours. As an example, 6PM East Africa Time is 11AM US Eastern time in the summer and 10AM in the winter. In practice, if you are in the Eastern US timezone, that means being regularly available for 8AM meetings and some 7AM ones. We know people have commitments like school drop-offs, so you’re encouraged to set a schedule that works for you—as long as there’s sufficient overlap with the team.

About this role
Technology plays a central role in how GiveDirectly delivers cash—whether that’s identifying recipients in hard-to-reach places, sending payments quickly after disasters, or powering the platforms our donors use to give.
We’re hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help build the systems behind this work. Our engineering team still operates like a startup within GiveDirectly—lean, fast-moving, and high-autonomy. You’ll lean into product thinking, help shape the roadmap, and collaborate closely across disciplines to solve real-world problems. The specific team you’ll join is still being finalized—it could be:
Our
Programs Engineering
team (getting cash in the hands of people experiencing extreme poverty),
Our
Fundraising Engineering
team (raising more money for recipients), or
Our
International Rapid Response
team (getting cash to disaster-affected communities within 5 days of a crisis—anywhere in the world)
No matter the team, you’ll play a central role in scaling our impact: getting more money, to more people, more efficiently.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll help shape architecture, ship production-ready code, and work side-by-side with teammates across product, data, and operations. We’re looking for someone excited to wear multiple hats, move quickly, and define what great engineering looks like in a mission-driven org
Level: Senior Software Engineer
Travel Requirement:
Must be able to travel ~1-2 times per year to one of our countries of operation for team retreats or field visits.
What you’ll do:
Design and build scalable, reliable systems that power our core operations—whether that’s donor platforms, systems that deliver payments directly to recipients, or crisis response tools reaching hundreds of thousands of people globally.
Own end-to-end development of new features and services, from architecture through deployment and monitoring.
Improve our developer workflows by strengthening CI/CD pipelines, reducing manual steps, and increasing test coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, data) to understand real-world needs and ship tools that directly support program delivery in the field.
Debug and resolve production issues across our stack, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
Advocate for sustainable engineering practices, including testing, documentation, and monitoring
Help shape our tech roadmap with an eye toward scale, maintainability, and recipient experience
What you’ll bring:
Exceptional alignment with
GiveDirectly Values
and active demonstration of our core competencies: emotional intelligence, problem solving, project management, follow-through, and fostering inclusivity. We welcome and strongly encourage applications from candidates who have personal or professional experience in the low-income and/or historically marginalized communities that we serve.
Language Requirement: English
4+ years of industry experience creating production-caliber software and systems
Experience with backend architecture: databases, cloud services, APIs
Experience building infrastructure to deploy software
Experience with strongly-typed, object-oriented programming such as Java, C#, Go, etc. and scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, etc.
High degree of ownership and autonomy - you proactively advocate for ways to improve systems and constantly leave our codebase in a better state than you found it
Strong analytical skills and communication - able to break down complex problems, describe technical trade-offs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g. technical program managers, product managers)
Bonus: Experience using Python and AWS in a production environment
Bonus: experience with payments/financial software and/or experience with microservice/serverless architecture
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

Join Our Team and Make an Impact in the World of Digital Advertising
We're growing our Limassol team and looking for a hands-on Campaign Manager / User Acquisition Manager to own and optimize advertising campaigns across some of the world's most impactful platforms, TikTok, Meta, X, Snapchat, Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, and more. You'll manage a portfolio of clients end-to-end, from strategy through execution to reporting, and be the go-to expert your clients rely on for results.
This is a true multiplatform role, no single-platform silos, working with an international client portfolio with strong ties to Eastern Europe and the CIS region, so fluent Russian is essential alongside English.
What You'll Do:
Launch, monitor, and personally run advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, this is a hands-on role, not an oversight or agency-management position.
Own a portfolio of clients on average, working either in a fully-managed capacity (strategy, execution, reporting) or as a strategic consultant depending on the account.
Manage relationships with high-value clients, offering strategic recommendations to maximize performance.
Build advanced audience segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data and implement top-tier retargeting strategies.
Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable insights for campaign wrap-ups and client billing.
Collaborate with internal creative, analytics, and client success teams to deliver seamless service.
Contribute to strategy for new ad formats, emerging media, and innovative campaign tactics.
Serve as an in-house expert on ad platforms, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
What you need for this role:
2-3+ years of hands-on experience
actually running and optimizing campaigns yourself, in your own ads accounts, not just briefing or overseeing an agency. Backgrounds as a User Acquisition Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or Ad Operations Specialist (in-house or agency-side) are all a great fit.
Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Microsoft Ads, or Yandex.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and social media dynamics.
Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking, and app marketing analytics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
Fluent English and Russian (written and verbal).
Comfortable working from our
Limassol office
full-time (this role is on-site only).
What will make us really love you:
You bring energy, positivity, and a team-first mindset.
You're curious, coachable, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
You communicate confidently with clients and colleagues alike.
You consistently deliver high performance and exceed expectations.
What you'll love about us:
Global Impact:
Work with world-renowned brands and fast-growing businesses across international markets.
Collaborative Culture:
Join a team that celebrates knowledge sharing, creativity, and open feedback.
Growth Opportunities:
Take ownership, expand your skillset, and accelerate your career.
Innovation-Driven:
Be part of a company that embraces change and bold ideas.
Compensation:
Competitive salary and benefits package, including quarterly performance bonuses.
Supportive Team Vibe:
Work alongside talented, passionate colleagues who genuinely want to see each other succeed.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 32,000.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a significant performance-based variable component, paid quarterly. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

Location: Worldwide, home based, except in locations where we have an office, such as London, Taipei and Beijing

This team has a direct impact on every team at Canonical. It is important for them to have excellent judgment and interpersonal skills, the confidence to hold people accountable and defend positions of policy, and the work ethic to move quickly through a large volume of work. As a manager, your team would be responsible for
Travel approvals, logistics and operations
Expense review in line with policies
Planning of complex company events four times a year
Company offices that provide executive briefing and operational facilities
Our global duty of care, health and safety programs with comprehensive policies and practices

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Strategic accounts at Baseten are the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world. These are the teams defining the future of what AI products and services look like. These accounts can scale rapidly from one token to billions of tokens in a matter of weeks. This role owns these relationships, working directly with founders and engineering leaders on mission-critical and large-scale-AI problems in production—and shaping what we build next.
This is a highly technical sale. You’ll trade opinions on the latest open-source model releases, run fast and nuanced evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and often pulling in SMEs from applied research to infrastructure engineers to win. You’ll bring tight sales fundamentals and process discipline, while maintaining flexibility and creativity in how you run each cycle.
This role is pioneering what sales looks like at the bleeding-edge of technology sales. This is a front row seat to the most consequential decisions made at the forefront of Artificial Intelligence. There is no faster place to learn and make an immediate impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a focused portfolio of high-growth, strategic AI-native accounts end to end — from technical evaluation and initial workload landing through expansion as inference usage scales.
- Lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first conversation through close. Bring strong sales fundamentals and process discipline, while staying flexible and creative in how you run each sales cycle.
- Build trusted relationships with founders and technical leaders, becoming a credible partner on model, infrastructure, and inference decisions.
- Orchestrate stakeholders across applied research, engineering, and leadership to win technical evaluations and solve customer problems.
- Bring customer signal back to product, shaping roadmap priorities through the needs and patterns you see in the field.
- Stay close after close: help customers expand from an initial workload into additional use cases across the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of sales experience in infrastructure, developer tools, data, or another consumption business, with a record of closing complex technical deals.
- Proven net-new experience selling complex technical products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong sales fundamentals across discovery, multi-threading, champion-building, and deal momentum.
- Genuine curiosity for open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape. You follow model releases and can hold your own with engineers.
- Highly dynamic: comfortable when a deal goes off-script, able to meet customers where they are, and willing to change your approach without losing rigor.
- Strong technical project management: you can run a thorough evaluation across multiple workstreams and create clarity and direction for Baseten to win.
- Proven ability to sell internally, earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move
- Scrappy, low-ego, collaborative operator. You run toward ambiguous problems, create structure where none exists, and earn internal support without relying on rigid swim lanes.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.

Join us as a (Senior) Full Stack Developer - Web (f/m/d) in Berlin
Our Story
We are looking for a
Senior Full Stack Developer (Web Platform)
to help shape and scale thinkcell’s web platform and enable multiple teams to efficiently manage and publish content.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to work within a fixed web stack or maintain existing templates. We are looking for a web engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, making sound architectural decisions, and building systems that remain robust and maintainable as requirements evolve.
You will work across frontend and backend, improve the technical foundation of our web platform, and help us build scalable solutions that enable our teams to manage and publish content. Along the way, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across design, marketing, product and engineering but with strong ownership over technical quality, long-term maintainability, and the overall direction of the platform.
What you will do
Design, build, and evolve our web platform features across front-end and CMS back-end.
Solve complex technical problems in a pragmatic way, balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability
Drive architectural improvements that make our web ecosystem more robust, scalable, and easier to work with
Build and improve our back-end functionality in PHP and Laravel for integrations, dynamic features, and internal tooling
Extend and optimize our CMS and publishing workflows to support efficient content operations without compromising technical quality
Improve performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and technical SEO foundations across the platform
Work on the evolution of our current web architecture, while also challenging existing approaches when better solutions exist
Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and engineering teams to turn business requirements into well-structured technical solutions
Interface with back-end systems written in C++, ensuring reliable and efficient data exchange across system boundaries
Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, reduce complexity, and raise the overall engineering standard of the platform
Take ownership of technical tasks and help define best practices for modern web development at think-cell
What we are looking for
Strong experience building and shipping production-grade web platforms, applications, or systems
A proven ability to solve non-trivial technical problems and work confidently in complex web related codebases
Strong full stack engineering skills, with solid backend experience in PHP, Laravel, or similar technologies and a frameworks
Strong frontend fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern approaches to building maintainable user interfaces
Good judgment when making architectural and technical trade-offs
A pragmatic mindset: you know when to build for flexibility and when to keep things simple
Curiosity and confidence to work with unfamiliar technologies or domains when needed
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for code quality, maintainability, and technical outcomes
Experience collaborating across disciplines and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English
Nice to have
Experience with Statamic CMS
Experience with static site generation challenges
Experience with Deployment Tools such as Jenkins or similar tools
Familiarity with Tailwind, Alpine.js, or similar frontend tools
Experience improving performance-critical, SEO-relevant, or content-heavy platforms
Familiarity with Python for automation or tooling
Experience integrating with non-web backend systems or services
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
Forward Thinking
: We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
Ownership
: We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
Customer First
: We prioritize delivering lasting value.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metrics
- Run executive-level stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including C-suite relationships you own independently
- Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
- Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
- Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
Must-Haves
- Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
- ERP system fluency — You're comfortable working within and around major ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Sage Intacct, or similar). You understand how these systems structure financial data, where integrations typically break, and how workflow changes ripple through an ERP-centric finance stack. This fluency is what lets you speak credibly to Controllers and finance ops teams about how Ramp fits into their existing systems of record.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI tools habitually in your work. You use them to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. This is how you work, not something you're exploring. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Financial impact communication — You can walk a CFO through the business case for a workflow change, connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and run executive updates in financial terms, not product terms. A finance background is not required — fluency is.
- Technical acumen — You can hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture. You don't need to code, but credibility in technical conversations is what earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group.
- 7+ years in enterprise customer success or implementations — You’ve spent enough time navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders that it’s second nature. You know how to move an enterprise, not just support one.
Nice-to-Haves
- Agentic workflow experience — You've helped customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale. You understand what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation actually stick.
- Finance domain depth — Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows. Accelerates credibility with Ramp's customer base.
- Demonstrated commercial impact — You can point to expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached — not described in general terms.
- Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company — not just a company that uses AI, but one where rethinking workflows around it was part of the product or culture
- High-growth or startup experience (comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change)
- C-suite relationships built and maintained independently, without relying on a sales counterpart
