Blockstream was founded in 2014 by Dr. Adam Back and a group of cryptographers and engineers passionate about Bitcoin and its potential to transform financial infrastructure. Today, Blockstream builds secure Bitcoin and Layer-2 technologies used by banks, financial institutions, and enterprises worldwide.
We are seeking a Director, Platform & Integration Lead, a senior leadership role responsible for defining how client platforms are technically realized across systems, data environments, and Blockstream infrastructure.
This role operates in close partnership with the Director, Industry Lead, Financial Services, translating industry-specific solution strategies and reference architectures into scalable, production-ready platform implementations. While the Industry Lead defines what should be built and why based on market and client needs, the Platform & Integration Lead defines how those solutions are architected, integrated, and delivered at scale.
Acting as the bridge between the Head of Solutions and the Head of Delivery, this role ensures that architectural designs are executable, interoperable, and aligned with enterprise-grade integration standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Lead the architecture and integration of multi-system client platforms, connecting banking systems, enterprise infrastructure, and Blockstream technologies
- Partner closely with:
- Director, Industry Lead, Financial Services to translate industry solution strategy and reference architectures into platform designs
- Head of Solutions to refine platform architecture and technical direction
- Head of Delivery to ensure systems are buildable, testable, and scalable in production
- Define and own the platform integration strategy, including:
- API architecture and system connectivity
- Data flows, data models, and platform orchestration
- Event-driven architectures and messaging systems
- Cross-platform interoperability standards
- Design how APIs, data pipelines, platform services, and AI-enabled capabilities interact to form unified institutional platforms
- Establish and govern integration frameworks and reusable patterns aligned with industry reference architectures defined by the Industry Lead
- Guide engineering teams across:
- DevOps, CI/CD, and deployment environments
- System integration, testing, and validation
- Platform scalability, reliability, and performance
- Act as the senior authority for cross-platform dependencies, integration decisions, and system-level trade-offs
- Ensure alignment between solution architecture (what is designed) and technical delivery (what is built and operated)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU (REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS)
- 10+ years of experience in platform architecture, enterprise integration, or large-scale system implementation
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex, multi-system platforms in banking, fintech, or enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in:
- API-first architecture
- Microservices and event-driven systems
- Enterprise data platforms and data integration
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level solution architectures into executable platform designs, working across architecture and engineering teams
- Experience collaborating with industry/domain leaders and client-facing architects to operationalize solution strategies
- Strong understanding of system interoperability, integration patterns, and distributed system design
- Languages: German or Swiss German and English required; French and/or Italian a plus
- Location: Switzerland (Zurich/Zug preferred)
Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
- Strong knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies
- Experience integrating digital asset infrastructure into traditional banking systems
- Background in treasury management, corporate finance, or digital asset custody
- Experience with FIX, OMS, PMS, fund administration, accounting, or market data systems
- Experience working with or advising banks, asset managers, and institutional clients
- Exposure to traditional payment systems and cross-border payment flows
- Experience supporting or scaling go-to-market teams in fintech or digital assets

About seQura
seQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers. We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education, Eyewear and Travel. We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.
Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR. Over 6000 businesses, almost 3 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there.
About the role
🤓
Finance at SeQura has evolved to building the infrastructure that powers forward-looking, insight-driven decisions. We are looking for builders, not classic FP&A profiles: people who have worked hands-on with AI tools, structured real databases, understand the business deeply, and get energy from turning messy manual processes into clean, automated ones. If you are excited by the idea of building an AI-first finance data platform for forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making, this role is for you.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Build the financial data backbone of SeQura.
Help design, build, and maintain the single source of financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics; the data layer that everything else relies on.
Build tools, not reports.
Use AI (Claude), automation, and our data stack to create the models, pipelines, and tools that replace manual work and make insight available in real time.
Proactively find and kill inefficiency.
Proactively hunt down slow, manual, or fragile processes and re-engineer them. Own the problem end to end from spotting it to shipping the fix that sticks.
Partner with the business.
Work as a true finance partner through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, but with the goal of building the systems that make this faster and sharper every cycle.
Move to continuous, driver-based planning.
Help shift to rolling, driver-based forecasts and dynamic scenario analysis, powered by the infrastructure you build.
Turn data into decisions.
Prepare Board-, leadership-, and investor-ready materials that turn complex data into clear recommendations and build the tooling that makes producing them near-automatic.
Raise the bar on the stack.
Drive adoption of our finance and analytics tools (AI, Abacum, BI, automation, anomaly detection) to improve scalability, reduce manual work, and increase trust in analytics. Proactively identifying opportunities to automate before being asked to do so.
Help build a real-time decision engine.
Contribute to a Strategic Finance function that runs on ownership, automation, and analytical rigor, not manual reporting.
What we offer
😎
We have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.
One of our most valued strengths by our employees is our fellowship and supportive culture, which fosters a sense of belonging by working closely with our values. With us, you will have challenging projects to work on and push your skills and knowledge.
In addition, we are very proud of the unique office we have, which offers a comfortable and inspiring environment to work in with everything you need.
23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.
Professional development workshops or seminars.
Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.
Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.
Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits.
Moreover, we offer a
Wellness Program
that embraces a holistic approach by covering 6 areas (occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, and environmental consciousness). Each area will include various activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need 🤝
Genuinely curious and relentless; someone who actively questions existing processes, experiments with new tools (including AI), and has a track record of finding better ways to do things without being asked. We're not looking for someone who waits for permission to improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similarly analytical role in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, lending, or other complex environment.
Proven ability to build and run driver-based financial models across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics.
Strong bias for action, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure, decisions, and adopted solutions.
Systems thinker with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business insight.
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, not just awareness, but genuine integration into how you work. Someone who has already replaced manual tasks with automation and who keeps looking for the next one.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with NetSuite, Abacum, and Embat is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
We kindly ask that you submit your
CV in English,
as it is the official language of our community.
We promote equal opportunity to all, regardless of age, color, gender identity, medical condition, physical or mental disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other characteristics. We have an inclusive environment, and respect is above all.

Jito builds the Market Layer of Solana, the infrastructure that powers real markets on-chain. We started by building foundational network infrastructure: execution systems, capital markets, and incentive mechanisms that process billions in daily transaction value. Our products (Jito Block Engine, BAM, and JitoSOL) are market leaders and core to how Solana's economy operates.
Now we're moving up the stack. You’ll help build JTX, the trading app designed to capture the next generation of on-chain volume — not simply by adding more features or competing on fees, but by creating the platform serious traders genuinely want to use every day.
This is a product challenge that goes far beyond shipping functionality. It requires deep attention to speed, trust, feel, workflow, and user obsession at every level of the experience. The hardest part isn’t measuring what traders want — it’s building a product so intuitive and powerful that they choose it instinctively.
We're a small, profitable company with product-market fit. That means:
High ownership: Every team member drives significant technical decisions and shapes our product roadmap.
Fast execution: We ship rapidly and iterate based on real-world feedback. Progress, not motion.
Technical excellence: We tackle complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
Sustainable growth: Strong financials and proven market fit enable us to focus on long-term impact.
We offer competitive compensation, significant equity, and the opportunity to work on problems that matter.
About the Position
We're building JTX, a next-generation trading app that brings the speed, power, and sophistication of Solana’s market infrastructure directly to traders. This is a true 0-to-1 product effort focused on creating an experience that serious on-chain traders actually want to use — fast, intuitive, high-performance, and deeply connected to the mechanics of the market itself.
You’ll work alongside the team behind some of the leading infrastructure powering billions in daily transaction value on Solana, translating complex systems and market behavior into a seamless trading experience for users. Whether it’s shaping workflows, refining interfaces, improving execution visibility, or helping define the product from the ground up, this role will have a direct hand in building what trading on Solana looks like next.
If you've spent time thinking about how markets actually work on Solana and want to build the product layer on top of that, this is the role.
What You'll Do
Design and build core systems for our new product from scratch
Build low-latency, high-reliability services that interact directly with Solana's transaction and block building pipeline
Own critical infrastructure: order routing, execution, real-time market data, and position management
Implement security at every layer, from transaction signing to user data protection
Work closely with the product and infrastructure teams to ship fast and iterate based on real user feedback
Make significant architectural decisions as an early member of the team
What We're Looking For
5+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time spent on distributed systems
Strong systems programming skills. Rust preferred, but deep experience in C/C++, Go, or similar is fine
Track record building reliable, low-latency systems in production
Security-first mindset. You think about attack surfaces, key management, and failure modes before writing code
Familiarity with Solana's runtime, transaction lifecycle, and market microstructure (MEV, block building, execution quality) is a strong plus
Comfortable operating with high autonomy and incomplete information. This is a 0-to-1 product, not a mature codebase
Relevant Background
If you have experience in any of the following, you may be a good fit:
Trading systems or exchange infrastructure
DeFi protocol engineering
Fintech backend systems (payments, custody, execution)
High-frequency or low-latency systems
Security engineering
Location: British Columbia
Workplace: remote
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Technical Service Operations Lead (TSO Lead) who is operationally driven, collaborative, analytical, and a strong communicator to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to help coordinate incident response alongside cross-functional teams, identify trends and patterns in production issues, improve how we communicate with partners during incidents, and drive continuous improvement through post-incident reviews.
Strong incident management experience, ITIL knowledge, and observability/monitoring expertise are essential, along with experience in technical operations, SRE, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms (payments, e-commerce, SaaS, or gaming). The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — across technical and executive audiences will be key to your success in this role.
If you're passionate about driving operational excellence and platform reliability at scale and love ensuring the reliability and uptime of commerce and payment solutions that game developers and players depend on, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Serve as Incident Commander for major incidents — coordinating cross-functional response teams, driving investigation, making escalation decisions, and ensuring incidents are resolved within SLA targets.
Own all incident communications: draft and send clear, timely updates to senior leadership, Customer Success, and partner/customer contacts throughout the incident lifecycle, and manage customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com).
Facilitate blameless Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) for major incidents — leading root cause identification, assigning corrective actions with clear owners and deadlines, and tracking them to closure.
During non-incident periods, proactively analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — identify patterns, create Problem tickets, and report findings and recommendations to product and engineering teams on a regular cadence.
Enforce the incident management framework across the organization, including the severity model, priority matrix, SLA targets, escalation procedures, and deployment readiness gates.
Oversee and mentor the Operations Engineer on your shift — coaching on triage, investigation, runbook execution, and documentation quality while conducting regular knowledge transfer sessions to build depth across the service portfolio.
Produce shift handoff reports and deliver regular operational reporting: incident trends, KPI performance (MTTD, MTTA, MTTR), SLA adherence, proactive detection rate, and repeat incident analysis.
Audit service catalogue completeness on a regular cadence and govern JIRA Service Management workflows for incident, PIR, and problem management.
Cover for the Operations Engineer role during absences, breaks, or surge incidents. Participate in weekend on-call rotation for major incidents.
Qualifications & Skills:
6+ years of experience in incident management, SRE, NOC leadership, or technical operations in a production environment supporting high-availability, high-transaction systems.
Experience in the gaming industry is required. Payments or fintech industry experience is a plus.
Proven incident management experience — coordinating multi-team response, making real-time escalation decisions, and communicating with executive stakeholders under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to draft clear, concise executive updates at 3 AM under pressure, facilitate blameless PIRs, present operational metrics to senior leadership, and communicate incident status to customers and partners with clarity and professionalism.
Strong ITIL foundation — understanding of incident, problem, and change management lifecycles with practical experience implementing or operating ITIL-aligned workflows.
Technical depth across the observability stack — ability to read and interpret logs, traces, and metrics in Datadog (or equivalent: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic). Understanding of APM, SLOs, error budgets, burn-rate alerting, and synthetic monitoring.
Hands-on experience with incident tooling: Datadog, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, JIRA or JIRA Service Management, Slack, and Confluence.
Analytical mindset — ability to identify trends, patterns, and recurring issues from incident data and translate them into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
Experience with SLA/SLO-driven operations where MTTD, MTTA, and MTTR are measured, reported, and improved.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive alerting, automated remediation, or self-healing automation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) for critical severities is required.
Nice to Have:
Experience with customer/partner-facing incident communications and status page management.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, SLA timers, automation rules, queues, and permissions.
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, scorecards, and SLOs — especially burn-rate alerts and multi-window SLOs.
Experience building an operations function from scratch — defining processes, writing runbooks, establishing governance cadences.
Background in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred), microservices architecture, or distributed systems.
ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus but not required.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally.
