Location: San Francisco; United States
Workplace: Remote
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
You can be fully remote, based in the United States, preferably in San Francisco.
We expect significant travel across the US, with occasional travel to other regions when the audience quality justifies it. The exact cadence will change with the event calendar, but you should expect travel to be a meaningful part of the job.
WHY THIS ROLE?
Langfuse has grown mostly through product-led, open-source adoption. We built a strong product, wrote useful docs and examples, stayed close to users, shipped in public, and helped developers understand how to build better AI applications.
However, many of the highest-signal moments happen in person: hallway conversations, workshops, meetups, dinners, conference demos, and technical talks.
We want someone who can own that motion end to end; put Langfuse in the right AI engineering rooms, make the product clear to technical audiences, and turn in-person conversations into durable marketing momentum.
The goal is not to do every event. The goal is to make the right events excellent, scalable, and measurable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Represent Langfuse at conferences, meetups, workshops, customer events, partner events, and community gatherings across the US.
- Run live demos and technical sessions on tracing, evals, prompt management, datasets, metrics, and related LLM engineering workflows.
- Build and maintain field-ready material: demo flows, workshop runbooks, talk abstracts, event landing pages, follow-up emails, signup flows, and conference-in-a-box assets.
- Organize Langfuse-hosted meetups, workshops, dinners, and smaller technical gatherings around the highest-quality audiences.
- Partner with ClickHouse field marketing, sales, solutions, product marketing, and engineering teams where it helps Langfuse show up well.
- Turn event learnings into useful artifacts: better messaging, better demos, better docs, better talks, better customer stories, and sharper product feedback.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have worked in DevRel, product marketing engineering, solutions engineering, field engineering, developer advocacy, or technical community roles.
- You have spoken at developer conferences, meetups, workshops, webinars, or technical customer events.
- You already create technical content, demos, videos, talks, open source projects, or educational material.
- You should be excited to travel, give talks, run demos, host events, talk to developers and technical leaders, and bring what you learn back into the company.
- You care about developer experience, open source, AI engineering, and the quality of the rooms you spend time in.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can independently decide what to do before there is a mature playbook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A strong plus:
- You are a former engineer, or deeply technical operator who can credibly explain software to experienced developers.
- You can write code well enough to build, debug, and maintain demos or workshop material.
- You are deep in AI engineering, LLM observability, evals, agents, or developer tools.
- You have original opinions that experienced developers value.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partners Solutions Architect on Anthropic's Applied AI team, you'll be a pre-sales architect focused on building technical relationships with our Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners (AWS and GCP). You'll strengthen these relationships to accelerate indirect revenue, enable partners' AI practices, and execute our long-term go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
Strategic technical partnership:
Act as a technical thought partner to the Anthropic GTM partnerships team. Bring technical expertise to help us understand the partner landscape, drive key strategic programs, and find ways to deepen partner technical capabilities. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, and evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities. You'll also serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Joint solution development:
Work with partners to identify high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures and best practices that speed time to deployment.
Customer deal support:
Step in to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
Partner ecosystem and events:
Represent Anthropic at partner events such as GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences. Lead or support partner-specific developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions, especially for technically native communities.
Product feedback:
Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings, especially as they relate to partner use cases and deployment patterns. Deliver it to the relevant Anthropic teams to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles, such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
A track record of partnering successfully with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges, from initial solution design through customer delivery

Strong presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems

Enthusiasm for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities
A love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
A passion for using technology in ways that are safe and beneficial, and that advance the goal of safe AI systems
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£150,000
—
£190,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We are looking for a Customer Experience Team Lead to support our Team in Madrid!
You'll own the entire post-sale journey for a global card issuing and embedded finance solution, from the first day a customer goes live to how their relationship grows over time. It's a role that blends hands-on Customer Service leadership with real Customer Success accountability: you'll be the person who spots a churn risk before it becomes a lost account, and the one who turns steady usage into expansion. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead, you'll sit at the center of the customer experience for a proposition spanning card issuing, FX, payments and working capital.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending. AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.
What You’ll Do
Customer Success, Retention & Growth
Own ongoing customer relationships following implementation and onboarding, and lead QBRs with key customers
Monitor customer health indicators including adoption, spend, utilisation, service trends and engagement
Own retention and churn management, identifying at-risk accounts early and coordinating recovery actions
Monitor agreed spend volumes and work with customers and Sales to close utilisation gaps
Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities across card issuing, FX, payments, working capital and related embedded finance solutions
Partner closely with Sales on account development, retention and growth
Customer Service & Escalation Leadership
Lead the L1 Customer Service function, staying hands-on during launch and scale-up
Oversee onboarding, product education and day-to-day customer support
Own the human-assisted support model for chatbot/client-dashboard cases requiring human intervention
Manage the L1/L2/L3 escalation framework with financial partners and internal stakeholders
Monitor customer satisfaction, response/resolution times, retention, churn, adoption and spend growth
What You Need For This Role
Customer Success, Customer Service or Account Management experience within payments, fintech or financial services
Strong knowledge of card issuing, FX, payments, card acquiring and/or e-commerce
Experience with issuers, processors or other financial partners
Commercial mindset with experience driving adoption, retention, account growth or cross-sell
Experience with customer health frameworks, churn prevention and QBRs is highly desirable

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. We're looking for native-level speakers who can deliver natural, everyday-sounding speech — recordings that hold up whether you're reading a script or speaking spontaneously.
Please note: the recordings you produce may be used to create synthesized, AI-generated voices for conversational AI products. Full details on how your data is collected, used, shared, and retained are set out in a Consent Form, which you'll review and sign before any paid session recording begins.
What You'll Do If Selected:
- Two supervised sessions of approximately 4 hours each, guided in real time by a Session Director on a separate recording platform.
- Record scripted material in a natural, conversational tone — faithfully, without a polished, performed, or “announcer” delivery.
- Record unscripted, spontaneous speech on a given topic, matching the same warmth and pace as your scripted takes.
- Set up and manage your own recording space and equipment for session recording.
- Deliver all recordings entirely in the required language (with specific dialect), without code-switching into other languages or dialects.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Experience as a voice actor, actor, or theater performer, or a comparable performance background.
- Native or native-equivalent fluency in the required language (with specific dialect).
- Access to a quiet recording space, free of echo and background noise (acoustically treated for session recording, if selected).
- Owns or will acquire a dedicated, professional-grade microphone for the audition (e.g. RODE NT-USB Mini, Blue Yeti), upgrading to a qualifying USB condenser or XLR mic + audio interface for session recording if selected. Built-in laptop mics, AirPods, earbuds, and headsets are not accepted at any stage.
- Owns closed-back monitoring headphones (required for session recording if selected).
Comfortable both self-directing for the audition and taking live direction from a Session Director in guided sessions.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Professional voice-over experience (dubbing/ADR, audiobook, podcasting) in a conversational rather than commercial/announcer register.
- Baseline audio hygiene: comfortable setting mic distance and catching noise, clipping, or distortion yourself.
- An existing home recording setup already treated for sound.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote
- Rate: $20.00 USD per hour
Your Data & Privacy
Before any session recording, you'll be asked to review and sign a Consent Form covering how your voice recordings are collected, used (including to train synthesized/AI voice models), shared with approved partners, retained, and how to exercise your data rights (access, correction, deletion, and more, depending on where you live). If you'd like to review these terms before applying, contact us and we'll share a copy in advance.
