LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. The position will support both urgent and planned referrals and strengthen coordination across levels of care to help ensure that patients are appropriately accepted, referred, provided needed services, and linked back to the originating provider for continued care.
The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. The position will provide technical advice and implementation support. Final decisions on policy, financing, staffing, procurement, contracting, and facility operations shall remain with the appropriate authorized government and institutional officials.
The Advisor will support the DOH in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will support the conceptualization, operationalization, and pilot implementation of One Hospital Command as a regional referral and patient navigation system.
Key responsibilities include:
Assess existing referral pathways, patient navigation arrangements, service capacity, demand, and gaps across proposed pilot regions.
Develop a regional care and referral model defining roles, referral pathways, acceptance and escalation processes, feedback mechanisms, transfer arrangements, and back-referral processes across public and private providers.
Support the development of regional network maps, service directories, referral criteria, standard operating procedures, and agreements with participating providers.
Support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority health programs, including TB, to improve linkages across appropriate levels of care.
Assess financing pathways and barriers affecting completion of referrals, including applicable PhilHealth benefits, LGU and other lawful financing arrangements, and costs associated with transport, diagnostics, medicines, and professional services.
Develop and assess options for the One Hospital Command operating model, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid arrangements for appropriate command center and coordination functions.
Identify opportunities to activate priority facility and service capacity through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Support selection, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of pilot regions and patient referral pathways.
Develop recommendations and a phased approach for expansion of the model based on pilot implementation, lessons learned, costs, readiness requirements, and financing and staffing implications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Clarify proposed payment responsibilities, contracting or disbursement arrangements, required approvals, and approaches for tracking cases and payments, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and approval of the responsible authorities.
Command Center Operating Model
Define the proposed operating model for a regional patient navigation and referral center, including hours of operation, clinical triage and escalation, nonclinical call handling, case ownership, quality assurance, workforce requirements, supervision, training, data protection, and continuity arrangements.

Support participating offices in establishing agreed workflows, preparing staff, developing baseline information, and launching pilot implementation.
Facilitate regular case reviews and support rapid identification and correction of failed referral handoffs.
Monitor referral completion, time to acceptance and service, failed and repeated referrals, patient follow-up, capacity data completeness, financing barriers, and service gaps.
Track both operating performance and progress of actions intended to activate missing facility and service capacity.
Document implementation lessons, costs, decisions required, and minimum readiness conditions for expansion.
Develop a phased plan for extension to additional regions, including accountable offices, financing and staffing implications, and national-level support requirements.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Research Engineer, GPU performance, you will sit at the heart of that spectrum: your low-level work directly determines how fast our frontier models can be trained and served. Working hand-in-hand with Research Scientists, you'll make every GPU count.
Mistral AI is hiring an expert in pushing large language model's GPU utilization and performance to their limits.. In this role, you will own the performance of our models end-to-end: writing the low-level code that extracts the maximum capacity from high-end hardware, and rethinking model architectures so they run efficiently at scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop low-level code that takes full advantage of high-end GPUs and maxes out their capacity — from custom kernels to memory-layout and communication optimisations.
- Rethink parts of the generative model architecture to make them more suitable for efficient inference, in collaboration with Research Scientists.
- Integrate low-level efficient code into a high-level MLOps framework, so that optimisations benefit every training run and deployment rather than a single experiment.
- Profile, benchmark and squeeze performance out of large-scale training and inference on thousands of GPUs.
- Model LLM execution on various GPUs with high fidelity to assess hardware usage and build serving performance estimates.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High technical competence for writing custom low-level kernels and pushing GPUs to their limits.
- High expertise in the distributed computation infrastructure of current-generation GPU clusters.
- Overall understanding of the field of generative AI; knowledge of, or interest in, fine-tuning and using language models for applications.
- Strong software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

THE ROLE
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an enthusiastic Engineer I to join Finance Technology with a focus on Workday Adaptive Planning. Adaptive Planning supports finance, workforce, sales, and operational planning, giving teams a shared platform for budgeting, forecasting, modelling, reporting, and decision-making.
This is an early-career engineering role for someone who wants to build depth in finance systems, application configuration, data integration, and operational support. You will work with Finance, Finance Technology, Data, and wider Corporate Technology teams to keep planning processes reliable, well-controlled, and easy to operate.
You will have support from more senior engineers for complex design decisions, but you will be expected to work independently for longer periods on well-defined configuration, integration, support, and continuous-improvement tasks. This reflects Checkout’s Engineer 1 expectations: delivering small-to-medium-sized work, supporting common operational flows, communicating clearly, and taking ownership of the quality of what you deliver.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Configure, maintain, and enhance Adaptive Planning models, dimensions, versions, levels, accounts, sheets, reports, dashboards, and planning workflows under appropriate guidance.
- Support the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, scenario modelling, and management reporting capabilities for Finance and business stakeholders.
- Build and support data loads and integrations between Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and other approved internal or third-party systems.
- Maintain data mappings, transformation rules, validation checks, and reconciliation processes so that planning data is complete, accurate, and traceable.
- Monitor scheduled loads and integration tasks, investigate failures, and resolve common data or configuration issues within agreed service levels.
- Triage incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and escalating complex or high-risk issues with clear evidence and recommended next steps.
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into maintainable system configuration, reporting, or integration changes.
- Contribute to the assessment and delivery of future analytics data flows, including the potential use of Adaptive Planning data in BigQuery and management analytics.
- Participate in testing, regression testing, release preparation, and controlled deployment of Adaptive Planning changes.
- Follow change-control, access-management, data-quality, and audit requirements relevant to financial systems and planning data.
- Create clear documentation, support guides, data dictionaries, integration runbooks, and knowledge-base articles so that operational knowledge is shared rather than held by one person.
- Identify recurring manual work or failure patterns and propose practical automation and process improvements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- Experience in a finance systems, enterprise applications, data, reporting, or integration environment.
- Practical experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, or strong experience with a comparable planning, performance-management, ERP, or finance application and a clear ability to learn Adaptive quickly.
- Understanding of core finance planning concepts such as budgets, forecasts, actuals, variance analysis, allocations, dimensions, hierarchies, and scenarios.
- Experience configuring or supporting structured data models, application workflows, reports, dashboards, or business rules.
- Ability to work with data imports, exports, mappings, transformations, validations, and reconciliations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to break down an issue, gather evidence, identify likely causes, and communicate findings clearly.
- Good attention to detail and an understanding of why accuracy, access control, auditability, and repeatability matter in finance systems.
- Ability to manage small-to-medium-sized tasks independently while knowing when to ask for help or escalate.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Finance and Technology stakeholders.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
- Workday Adaptive Planning certification or implementation experience.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning Integration, Planning Data Loader, APIs, or equivalent enterprise planning integration tooling.
- Experience integrating planning systems with Workday Financials, Workday HCM, an ERP, a data warehouse, or a reporting platform.
- Familiarity with SOX controls, financial audit requirements, data privacy, and segregation of duties.
- Experience supporting month-end, budget, forecast, or management-reporting cycles.
- Exposure to Agile delivery, ticket-driven change management, incident management, or service-management practices.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
After the first 6–12 months, you will be able to:
- Support common Adaptive Planning configuration, data-load, and reporting requests with limited supervision.
- Diagnose and resolve routine integration or data-quality issues using a structured troubleshooting approach.
- Deliver small-to-medium-sized enhancements from requirement clarification through testing, documentation, and controlled release.
- Explain key planning data flows, mappings, dependencies, and operational controls to Finance and Technology colleagues.
- Improve the reliability or efficiency of at least one recurring planning or finance-technology process.
- Maintain accurate, useful documentation and contribute positively to team ceremonies, reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
WORKING STYLE AND BEHAVIOURS
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows through on commitments.
- Acts with urgency and accountability when issues affect Finance or business reporting.
- Is curious about how finance processes, data, and technology fit together.
- Communicates clearly, especially when explaining risk, blockers, trade-offs, or support impact.
- Welcomes feedback and actively develops their technical and domain knowledge.
- Collaborates generously and shares knowledge so the team does not depend on a single subject-matter expert.
- Looks for durable automation and simpler operating processes rather than repeatedly working around the same manual problem.
WHY JOIN FINANCE TECHNOLOGY?
You will work on systems that sit at the centre of how Checkout.com http://Checkout.com plans, forecasts, reports, and makes financial decisions. The role offers the opportunity to develop a broad foundation across enterprise applications, finance processes, integrations, data quality, controls, and automation while working closely with experienced Finance and Technology professionals.

- Budget and forecast cycle support: Enhance budget and forecast templates and automate where possible. Collect and review submissions in detail.
- Technology & automation: Bring a technology-first mindset — prototype small automation/AI agent solutions to reduce manual work (e.g., PO QA checks, GL reconciliation assistants).

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.

- Practical, hands-on accruals experience (monthly accruals, prepayments, reversals).
- Demonstrated experience with PO lifecycle and PO system operations
- Strong experience performing GL drill-throughs and tracing transactions to source documentation.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is hiring a Security Engineer to help design and secure a modern, cloud-first environment built around identity, automation, and Zero Trust. In this role, you will own security across endpoints, SaaS platforms, and access controls, using scripting and AI to build scalable, efficient security operations for a distributed workforce.
What You’ll Do
- Architect the Modern Perimeter: Lead security strategy for a 100% remote/hybrid workforce where Identity is the new perimeter.
- Automation & Scripting: Take full ownership of our Conditional Access policies and security workflows. You will be expected to write and maintain scripts to automate onboarding, offboarding, and real-time posture enforcement.
- AI as a Force Multiplier: Proactively use AI and LLMs to enhance your technical output, automate repetitive tasks, and solve complex security puzzles faster than traditional methods.
- Logical Problem Solving: Approach security from a first-principles perspective. Since we don't have a traditional stack, you must be able to think logically to build guardrails that don't exist yet.
- Endpoint & SaaS Security: Oversee device management (macOS/Windows) and the security configuration of our SaaS ecosystem (Rippling, Office 365, Salesforce).
- Zero Trust & Identity: Implement and refine Zero Trust access, DLP policies, and SSO enforcement across all vendor platforms.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure our cloud-native operations remain aligned with SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.
Who You Are
- A Modern Security Engineer: You understand that security today is about protecting data and identity, not firewalls and servers.
- Logic-Driven: You enjoy breaking down complex problems and building elegant, logical solutions.
- Scripting Savvy: You are highly proficient in scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and see manual tasks as a failure of automation.
- AI-Forward: You are already using AI tools to help you code, document, and troubleshoot. You know how to use these tools to do the work of a much larger team.
- Independent: With no internal apps or physical infra to manage, you are comfortable owning the entire IT security lifecycle end-to-end.
Key Technologies You’ll Work With
- Zero Trust Architecture
- Conditional Access Policies
- Modern Identity
- SaaS Operations
- AI Tools
- MDM
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

THE ROLE
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our product surface is expanding fast - GPU clusters, compute orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, inference, and training.
We're hiring a VP Product to own our cloud infrastructure and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's datacenters, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production.
This is a broad mandate. You'll own both scopes and, as the business scales, build the organization and stream leadership to delegate them. You'll define the vision, hire and grow the team, and set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally and to unlock a major new line of business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & vision Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Inference and Cloud products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product–market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Research & open source Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organizations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management
- You've taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, and comfort in ambiguity — equally at home crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, a UX detail, or a customer escalation.

- Relevant legal experience. Typically 8 or more years in employment law, workforce compliance, and related commercial matters, with substantial responsibility for practical business advice. We will consider exceptional candidates with less experience.
- Legal qualifications. A JD or equivalent law degree and active membership in good standing with a US state bar.
- Workforce expertise. Deep knowledge of US employment law and worker classification, including complex multi-state workforces, and experience coordinating international legal advice.
- Commercial and operational judgment. Evidence of negotiating business agreements, implementing compliance processes, and making clear, proportionate recommendations under time pressure.
- Technology fluency. Ability to translate legal requirements into product and workflow changes, plus practical experience using AI or legal technology and evaluating its outputs.
- Leadership and communication. Ability to manage outside counsel, influence colleagues, and explain complex issues clearly to enterprise clients and hiring managers. Willingness to develop a credible public voice in workforce compliance.
- Builder mentality. Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and play an active part in implementing improvements.
Experience in staffing, EOR/AOR services, contingent workforce programs, talent marketplaces, or workforce technology is particularly valuable. In-house experience and experience building a legal or compliance function are strong advantages.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will establish a prioritized compliance roadmap, strengthen classification and international partner controls, improve enterprise contracting, and make regulatory updates actionable across our platform and operations. Teams will understand their responsibilities and know when and how to escalate material risks.
WHY JOIN GREENLIGHT
You will have direct access to the CEO, a meaningful voice in product and business decisions, and the opportunity to shape how leading organizations manage their extended workforce. We offer flexible working arrangements, benefits, and a home office stipend.
HOW WE WILL ASSESS CANDIDATES
We will focus on demonstrated judgment and results: how you have resolved difficult workforce issues, improved processes, managed counsel, and helped a business move forward responsibly. Our process will include discussion of your experience and a short practical case exercise.
