About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones

About the job
QV.AC
is a general purpose AI assistant that runs locally on your devices. It gives people real control over their data and how they use AI. No cloud dependency, no data harvesting, and no one else's servers between you and your assistant. Our focus is local, on-device, privacy-preserving AI, connected across Tether's peer-to-peer ecosystem. We're building the AI assistant people actually own. Product sets the direction.
We're looking for a Product Engineering Lead to turn that direction into features people love, built to a standard that holds up on real devices with real constraints. You lead the teams that build QV.AC's features and app experience on top of our local AI stack, each with its own lead. You report directly to the CTO and take direction from product. Product owns the what and the why. You own the how and the engineering bar.
The split is roughly 70% engineering leadership and 30% product. You're a combination of three things. You're an engineering leader who has helped teams ship consumer products at speed. You have real product sense and can partner with PMs as an equal, shaping what gets built, not just executing it. And you have an intuition for AI systems and their limits, so you can turn emerging capabilities into features that work reliably on-device, without needing to build the models yourself.
Responsibilities
Engineering
- Run the app and feature teams day to day: unblocking, reviewing, and keeping them shipping.- Set and hold a high engineering bar for performance, reliability, and clean APIs.- Own the technical design of features and the API surface between our AI core and the app.- Make sure your teams work closely with our AI research and deep tech teams on code reviews, design, and anything that touches models or inference.
Product Partnership
- Work alongside QV.AC's product managers to turn vision and roadmap into scoped, buildable work.- Push back when scope and reality don't match, and propose better paths when they exist.- Bring an engineering perspective to product decisions, especially on what local models can do well today and what they can't yet.- Help the team move fast, using AI tools and quick prototypes to validate ideas before committing to them.
Leadership
- Create clarity around team goals and make sure everyone knows what success looks like.- Mentor team leads to build strong team operating systems, improve how their teams work with others, and grow as leaders.- Lead by example: roll up your sleeves when the team needs it, and step back when they're ready to own it.
Mandatory:
Experience
managing engineers or engineering leads
who ship consumer product, ideally AI-powered apps.
Strong product sense
: you can tell a good feature from a busy one.
Intuition for applied AI and on-device constraints
: model size, latency, memory, battery, and the gap between a good demo and a reliable feature. You don't need ML research expertise, because our core abstracts it away.
You
use AI tools heavily in your own work
and enjoy experimenting with new models and capabilities.
Deep

.
Initiative, curiosity, resilience
, and the ability to
give and receive direct critique.
Preferred:

About the Job:
We're looking for a senior security leader to run our Product Security team and partner to the Director of Security. In this role, you'll own how Security operates: a program led by risk rather than audit calendars, where engineering teams own their security health and Security informs, guides, and validates, where automation and AI take the first pass on every finding, and where posture is measured and published to executives every quarter. You'll build that model, starting with Product Security and extending across the division.
You'll bring a balance of people management, security judgment, and program leadership as you manage a team of security engineers, act as incident manager of record, hold delegated approval for vendor and access decisions, and run the division when the Director is in an audit, a board cycle, or on vacation. You'll work closely with every engineering team to make the secure path the easy one.
Responsibilities:
Manage the portfolio of your team's work, appropriately managing everyone's time and assigning them to the highest priority work.
Help your team and the engineering organization make sense of, and simplify, how security work gets done: who owns what, what is automated, and what Security stops doing.
Guide product engineering teams in owning their own security health: findings route to them with mapped severity, Security reviews and validates rather than fixes, and each team sees its security health in its own service review.
Own the wiring and routing of security findings and requests, driving down noise and the human-decision rate across intake, triage, and review.
Serve as incident manager of record for security incidents: first escalation for our service-level commitments, delegated approver for vendor and access decisions, and cover for the Director's operational duties.
Publish posture: monthly service-level attainment to engineering, quarterly posture to the executive team, and a risk register that drives priorities.
About You:
You have led a security team out of the gatekeeper model once already, and you can say what teams owned afterward, what Security stopped doing, and what the numbers did.
You think in risk, not control lists, and you would rather defend a priority call than a checklist.
You treat automation and AI as the first responder and yourself as the escalation path.
You have been the second leader to a director or CISO and know which decisions to make in their name.
You have run security incidents end to end, including the comms and the review afterward.
You were a strong Senior or Staff security engineer before you managed, and you can still read a PR, a threat model, or a cloud finding and make a call.
You track and drive metrics, and you understand what they can and can't tell you.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a formal security or engineering management role, including managing senior engineers.
Experience moving a security function from gatekeeper to team ownership, with measurable results.
Experience as incident manager for security incidents at a SaaS company, including external communication.

Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive. We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data.
About the role
Hi, my name is Caitlin, Senior Manager, Technical Support at
Customer.io
, and I'm looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to join our deliverability program within Technical Support. You'll help customers reach the inbox by diagnosing sending issues, advising on best practices, and guiding senders through an email ecosystem that keeps changing.
You'll be one of several deliverability experts on a team that shares knowledge across Technical Support, so your work reaches well beyond your own queue. You'll partner with Customer Success, Technical Support, and Engineering: taking customer calls, equipping CSMs for customer conversations, working through complex technical cases alongside Engineering, and turning what you see in tickets into documentation, training, and better processes.
You'll thrive here if you think about the health of the whole program, enjoy improving how work gets done, and are equally comfortable digging into a detailed case and having a direct conversation with a customer about acceptable use.
What we value
Empathy and curiosity:
You approach every customer with patience and a desire to dig deeper, especially when a conversation gets uncomfortable.
Clarity:
You explain complex technical concepts simply and help others do the same.
Collaboration:
You build strong partnerships across Support, Customer Success, and Engineering, and you treat customer outcomes as a shared goal.
Thinking at scale:
You look at how we do things today and see what could work better for the whole organization, then you help make it happen.
Continuous learning:
You stay ahead of evolving standards and see change as a chance to improve how we work.
What you'll do
Act as a trusted deliverability advisor to customers, handling complex cases through to full resolution and leading customer calls when a conversation needs it
Audit sender setup and monitor reputation across IPs and domains, using authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and BIMI, DNS configuration, and provider tools like Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, and Microsoft SNDS to diagnose blocklists, spam traps, and engagement drops
Work through highly technical issues with Engineering, taking ownership of the investigation first and sharing trends from customer cases with Product and Engineering
Identify acceptable use policy violations and spam complaints, hold clear and direct conversations with customers about compliance, and keep up with evolving standards (Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Equip CSMs and Technical Support with the knowledge to handle deliverability conversations, through coaching, documentation, and training
Improve processes, tools, and one-to-many resources, such as help content, Academy course and proactive customer guidance, so deliverability support scales across the organization
What we're looking for
2-4 years of experience in email deliverability at a mid-size or large ESP, B2B SaaS company, or marketing automation platform, with exposure to deliverability at scale
Deep understanding of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI) and infrastructure (SMTP, MTAs, DNS), with the technical comfort to work through complex issues with Engineering
Proficiency with provider data feeds (Google Postmaster Tools, Yahoo Sender Hub, Microsoft SNDS) and third-party deliverability monitoring tools like Everest, MXToolbox, or similar, and the analytical skill to turn bounce, engagement, and blocklist data into clear recommendations
Working knowledge of email compliance and acceptable use standards, and comfort having direct conversations with customers who are sending outside of them
Experience building or improving processes, documentation, or training that help a support or deliverability team scale
Excellent written and verbal communication, including comfort leading customer calls and simplifying technical concepts for any audience
Located in the United States or Canada
Bonus: participation in deliverability communities (M3AAWG, ESPC, or similar) and experience partnering with Customer Success teams
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $102,000 - $110,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer
16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO
, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.
