Process Improvement: Identify inefficient or manual processes and suggest ways to simplify and automate them. AI Solutions: Identify opportunities to use AI in internal workflows and support the implementation of relevant solutions. Jira Management: Configure and improve Jira workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and reporting. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production, workload, timelines, bottlenecks, and key risks across Content and Design. Data-Driven Improvements: Use data to identify operational issues and recommend practical process improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Team Leads, department heads, and internal stakeholders to keep teams aligned and projects moving forward. Requirements Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Multi-Team Coordination: Experience coordinating multiple teams or workstreams simultaneously. Jira & Atlassian: Strong knowledge of Atlassian tools, especially Jira, with the ability to configure workflows, automations, filters, dashboards, and reports independently. Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, set priorities, and keep work on track. Process Analysis: Ability to analyze workflows, identify root causes of process issues, and suggest practical improvements. Data & Reporting: Ability to work with reporting data, identify key insights, and turn them into clear conclusions and recommendations. AI: Strong interest in AI and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day work. Proactivity: Proactive approach and willingness to identify, suggest, and drive process improvements. Responsibilities Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async) Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow Mandatory: 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count) Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear) Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team Preferred: Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication) Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes Some exposure to JavaScript/ Node.js or experience working alongside a dev team Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.) Experience working across many time zones Important information for candidates Recruitment scams have become increasingly common.
