About the Role
We're looking for a Solutions Sales Engineer to join DBSync. This is a hybrid role that sits between sales and delivery: you'll support the sales cycle through technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts, and you'll work alongside our services team to scope and stand up integration solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
DBSync is an iPaaS company. Our value is reliable, maintainable integration between CRMs, accounting systems, and ERPs. The ideal candidate pairs strong integration and data fundamentals with the customer-facing skill to translate technical solutions into business value and uses AI and analytics to make those solutions smarter, not as a substitute for solid integration design.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Scoping: Work with sales and customers to understand source and target systems, data volumes, and sync requirements; design integration solutions and scope the work needed to deliver them.
Technical Demos & POCs: Prepare and deliver demos, proof-of-concepts, and trials of DBSync integrations, showing how data flows and syncs across CRM, accounting, and ERP systems.
Integration Delivery Support: Partner with the services team to build, configure, and validate integration workflows — field mapping, transformation logic, sync triggers, scheduling, and error handling.
Data & Systems Expertise: Apply working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and the object models of common CRM and accounting/ERP systems to design integrations that hold up in production.
Customer Engagement: Support clients through onboarding and adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend improvements.
AI & Analytics Enablement: Where it adds value, layer AI-driven features (automation, predictive insight, conversational interfaces) onto integration solutions; identify where analytics can surface ROI for the customer.
Feedback & Strategy: Gather client feedback, identify common patterns, and feed them back into product, templates, and sales positioning.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions meet data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Enablement: Train sales teams on integration capabilities and how to position them; document solutions for repeatable delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s.
Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
3+ years in technical sales, solutions/sales engineering, integration consulting, data management, or a related technical-customer-facing role.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and accounting/ERP systems (QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, NetSuite, or Xero).
Solid grasp of integration concepts: APIs (REST/SOAP), data mapping and transformation, sync logic, scheduling, and error handling.
Proficiency with SQL and comfort working with APIs and tools like Postman.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
Experience with iPaaS or middleware platforms (DBSync, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo, etc.).
Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (LLMs, chatbots, predictive analytics, automation platforms) and how to apply them to integration and data workflows.
Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
Scripting or automation experience (e.g., Python).
Additional languages beyond English.
Certifications in data analytics, AI/ML, or relevant CRM/ERP platforms.

Deal Strategy & Structuring
- Structure complex multi-year, multi-product deals with confidence, modelling ARR, TCV and PPU trade-offs across seat tiers, platform fees and discount scenarios
- Approve discount and non-standard term exceptions within your delegated authority without Manager review, and document your reasoning, including for the ones you decline
- Spot structuring risks the AE/CSM did not flag, and map pricing decisions to ARR impact, retention risk and GTM incentive alignment
- Act as the go-to DealHub (CPQ) expert for the EMEA field, answering configuration and pricing questions directly instead of routing them upward
- Peer-review Specialist deal summaries and approval decisions before they reach the field
Order Management & Booking Integrity
- Own the review and booking of signed EMEA deals. Validate contract terms, dates, SKUs and pricing against the order form, and resolve non-standard order structures with judgement rather than escalation
- Approve non-standard booking structures and release blocked orders within your delegated authority
- Work upstream: tell Deal Strategy colleagues and AEs while a deal is still being negotiated if a structure will be unbookable or will create a revenue recognition problem
- Review Specialist bookings ahead of close and sign off their reconciliations
- Manage the month-end close reconciliation for EMEA rather than performing one step of it, and be accountable for Speed to Month Close
- Find the root cause of booking errors and remove the whole category. Build the control that prevents the error class, not just the fix for one instance
Governance & Analysis
- Be the named owner of at least one durable asset, for example a pricing model, the approval matrix, an exception log domain, the order validation rule set or the close reconciliation checklist
- Build and interpret your own analysis instead of requesting it: approval volumes, exception categories, rejection reasons, discount distribution, deal composition, and error categories by root cause
- Quantify recurring patterns (magnitude, source, period) and put policy or control updates in place within your authority, escalating only true architecture questions
- Own one improvement project per quarter with a named, measurable outcome, normally an OKR key result you already own
Stakeholder Partnership
- Act as a commercial co-pilot to EMEA VPs and Directors, joining forecast calls and raising commercial risk before it reaches the inbox
- Explain the why behind approval decisions, and hold the line on a declined exception without damaging the relationship
- Build trust across Finance, Revenue Accounting, Billing, FP&A, Sales Comp and Legal. Be known as the person who unblocks orders, not the person who rejects them
- Run Deal Desk 101 for new AE/CSM joiners within their first 30 days, plus refreshers when deal hygiene slips or policy changes
How We Work: The Four Pillars
01 Know Your Business. Know the EMEA deals that need strategic structuring, and what is landing this quarter that will be messy. Know what a standard deal looks like compared with a real exception, in numbers rather than instinct. Build that picture yourself instead of inheriting it from Clari.
02 Proactive Engagement. Flag risky structures and problem orders days before quarter end, not during it. Bring quantified insights to Sales leaders, for example: "40% of blocked orders last quarter trace to one missing field. Let's make it required in CPQ."
03 Build Deep Relationships. Be the first call on a commercial question, not the last resort. Earn enough credibility that Finance takes your judgement on a grey-area booking without arguing it again.
04 Be a Force Multiplier. Build at least one reusable asset the team depends on. Document booking policy in language the field can follow. Make sure what you learn doesn't stay locked in a single deal.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4+ years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Order Management or commercial finance at a B2B SaaS company, including direct experience of both deal structuring and post-signature booking
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition and SOX control requirements. This is required, not a nice-to-have. You can tell when a structure will create a recognition issue before it is signed
- Advanced Salesforce skills: you build your own reports and dashboards and keep opportunity and approval data accurate
- Deep CPQ experience (DealHub, Salesforce CPQ or similar), including billing configuration and how deal setup flows downstream
- Strong modelling in Excel or Google Sheets: ARR/TCV splits, multi-year and ramp scenarios, discount waterfalls
- A track record of making documented exception decisions within delegated authority
What You'll Bring
- Sound commercial judgement in grey areas, with the confidence to approve, decline or reshape a deal and explain why
- Clear, credible communication with VPs, Finance and Legal alike, including the ability to say no and be thanked for it
- Systems thinking: you fix the process, not just the ticket
- Comfort with analysis: in your hands, an insight always comes with a source
- A habit of documenting, coaching and lifting the team around you
- Experience spanning UK, DACH, Nordics and wider European deal cycles
Nice to Have
- NetSuite experience for order management, billing or month-end close
- CLM platforms (Ironclad, LinkSquares, Luminance or similar)
- AWS Marketplace or other cloud marketplace deal and booking mechanics
- Experience leading a Deal Desk, CPQ or quote-to-cash tooling implementation
- Knowledge of EMEA specifics: GDPR data processing terms, EU procurement cycles, local PO and invoicing requirements

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate based in Latin America to handle the day-to-day execution of core accounting functions for a fast-growing, multi-site U.S. manufacturing company. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role — the Senior Accounting Associate will book journal entries, perform reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, process transactions, and produce close deliverables on a recurring cycle.
This position requires a strong combination of manufacturing accounting experience, month-end close ownership, Accounts Payable (AP) expertise, C1/C2 English proficiency, and previous experience supporting U.S.-based companies or the U.S. market.
Day-to-Day Accounting Execution
Prepare and book journal entries, accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and month-end adjusting entries across multiple entities. Perform account reconciliations on a recurring cycle — cash, AR, AP, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and clearing accounts. Maintain and update the general ledger — ensure transactions are properly classified, coded, and posted on time. Process and review accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper coding, approval documentation, and timely entry. Process and track accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing support and collections follow-up as needed. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany balances. Compile data and produce management reports, cost summaries, and project-level financial data as requested. Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Manufacturing & Project Accounting Support
Enter and reconcile job cost transactions, material receipts, and work-in-progress entries. Track project-level costs, labor allocations, and inventory transactions in the ERP system. Flag and escalate cost discrepancies, coding errors, or missing documentation to the Accounting Manager and operations contacts. Assist with project profitability reporting, margin schedules, and manufacturing variance analysis.
Process Improvement & Controls
Build and maintain reconciliation templates, close checklists, and standard operating procedures for recurring accounting tasks. Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in transaction processing and documentation. Prepare audit and tax schedules, pull supporting documentation, and respond to auditor and tax preparer requests. Support ERP system maintenance — help clean up chart of accounts, standardize coding, and improve reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience (Big 4, national, or large regional firm — international equivalents accepted). 4+ years of total accounting experience. Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including accrual accounting, revenue recognition principles, and cost capitalization. Hands-on experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close deliverables. About the role
🤓
Finance at SeQura has evolved to building the infrastructure that powers forward-looking, insight-driven decisions. We are looking for builders, not classic FP&A profiles: people who have worked hands-on with AI tools, structured real databases, understand the business deeply, and get energy from turning messy manual processes into clean, automated ones. If you are excited by the idea of building an AI-first finance data platform for forecasting, planning, reporting, and decision-making, this role is for you.
What challenges you'll be solving
🚀
Build the financial data backbone of SeQura.
Help design, build, and maintain the single source of financial truth across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics; the data layer that everything else relies on.
Build tools, not reports.
Use AI (Claude), automation, and our data stack to create the models, pipelines, and tools that replace manual work and make insight available in real time.
Proactively find and kill inefficiency.
Proactively hunt down slow, manual, or fragile processes and re-engineer them. Own the problem end to end from spotting it to shipping the fix that sticks.
Partner with the business.
Work as a true finance partner through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, scenario planning, but with the goal of building the systems that make this faster and sharper every cycle.
Move to continuous, driver-based planning.
Help shift to rolling, driver-based forecasts and dynamic scenario analysis, powered by the infrastructure you build.
Turn data into decisions.
Prepare Board-, leadership-, and investor-ready materials that turn complex data into clear recommendations and build the tooling that makes producing them near-automatic.
Raise the bar on the stack.
Drive adoption of our finance and analytics tools (AI, Abacum, BI, automation, anomaly detection) to improve scalability, reduce manual work, and increase trust in analytics. Proactively identifying opportunities to automate before being asked to do so.
Help build a real-time decision engine.
Contribute to a Strategic Finance function that runs on ownership, automation, and analytical rigor, not manual reporting.

Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.
Urban mobility by using your own bike with Kleta.
Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits.

Each area will include various activities, and you'll be able to choose from 34 different activities that best meet your needs to configure a plan that best works for you.
What you’ll need 🤝
Genuinely curious and relentless; someone who actively questions existing processes, experiments with new tools (including AI), and has a track record of finding better ways to do things without being asked. We're not looking for someone who waits for permission to improve.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a similarly analytical role in a high-growth fintech, SaaS, lending, or other complex environment.
Proven ability to build and run driver-based financial models across P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and unit economics.
Strong bias for action, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear structure, decisions, and adopted solutions.
Systems thinker with strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business insight.
Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, not just awareness, but genuine integration into how you work. Someone who has already replaced manual tasks with automation and who keeps looking for the next one.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills; experience with NetSuite, Abacum, and Embat is a plus.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
We kindly ask that you submit your
CV in English,
as it is the official language of our community.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $176,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $115,000- $158,300.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between customers, sales, engineering, product, and customer success from concept through operational delivery.s..

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Strategic Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's largest, most strategic enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metrics
- Run executive-level stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including C-suite relationships you own independently
- Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
- Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
- Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
Must-Haves
- Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI tools habitually in your work. You use them to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. This is how you work, not something you're exploring. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Financial impact communication — You can walk a CFO through the business case for a workflow change, connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and run executive updates in financial terms, not product terms. A finance background is not required — fluency is.
- Technical acumen — You can hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture. You don't need to code, but credibility in technical conversations is what earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group.
- 7+ years in enterprise customer success or implementations — You’ve spent enough time navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders that it’s second nature. You know how to move an enterprise, not just support one.
Nice-to-Haves
- Agentic workflow experience — You've helped customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale. You understand what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation actually stick.
- Finance domain depth — Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows. Accelerates credibility with Ramp's customer base.
- Demonstrated commercial impact — You can point to expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached — not described in general terms.
- Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company — not just a company that uses AI, but one where rethinking workflows around it was part of the product or culture
- High-growth or startup experience (comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change)
- C-suite relationships built and maintained independently, without relying on a sales counterpart
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $198,000- $271,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $178,000- $244,000.
