Who You Are:
The Senior Project Manager, Mechanical sits on Galaxy's pre-construction team and provides mechanical engineering support across the data center portfolio, primarily focused on early equipment selection & procurement, site design, and construction planning.
As an early member of Galaxy's growing pre-construction team, you will own the mechanical and plumbing side of construction budget, design input, and equipment planning across Galaxy's multi-site AI/HPC data center portfolio. You will run owner-furnished, contractor-installed (OFCI) equipment packages from demand forecast through RFP, bid leveling, award recommendation, and purchase order, then manage submittals, production, expediting, and factory and first-of-kind witness testing through delivery to site.
This position partners closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and OEMs, and you will lead vendor research and new-technology evaluation so each campus is faster, more standardized, and more cost-effective to deliver than the last. Responsibilities below are listed in priority order.
What You’ll Do:
You own mechanical and plumbing OFCI packages from demand forecast through RFP, bid leveling, award recommendation, purchase order, and delivery to site, and you support changes after award.
You provide mechanical and plumbing equipment, technical, and budget input to Galaxy's integrated construction estimates, schedules, and design process.
Once equipment arrives on site, Galaxy's Construction team owns receiving, storage, installation by our general contractors and trade partners, startup, and commissioning. You remain the technical and commercial resource for the terms you negotiated.
Finance owns billing, payment, and collections. You provide the committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data that supports them.
1. OFCI Sourcing, Bid Leveling, and Award
Build and maintain rolling mechanical and plumbing OFCI demand forecasts by site and phase, aligned to the portfolio schedule.
Recommend manufacturing slot reservations, capacity agreements, and framework agreements with OEMs in partnership with Procurement.
Develop technical scopes and RFP packages, and run technical and commercial bid leveling using standardized templates.
Prepare written award recommendations that weigh cost, lead time, total cost of ownership, technical compliance, supplier risk, and dual-sourcing.
Own purchase order issuance for awarded mechanical and plumbing packages in coordination with Procurement.
Partner with Procurement and Legal on key commercial terms, including warranty start and duration, delayed-start or extended warranty options, storage and maintenance obligations, vendor startup and commissioning support, spare parts, delivery terms, title and risk of loss, liquidated damages, and turnover documentation.
Support post-award change management by evaluating scope, cost, and schedule impacts and maintaining the change log through delivery.
2. Technical Input, Specifications, and Budget
Provide mechanical and plumbing technical and budget input during planning and design for HVAC and plumbing systems, heat rejection, liquid cooling (FWS/TCS and CDUs), fire protection, BMS and mechanical controls, water treatment, and generator fuel systems.
Translate tenant requirements and Engineer of Record (EOR) design intent into vendor-neutral OFCI equipment specifications, and maintain Galaxy's mechanical equipment standards.
Provide equipment cost, lead-time, and escalation inputs to the estimates, budgets, and forecasts used by construction and Finance.
Where liquid cooling equipment is tenant-furnished, define and document the facility/tenant demarcation, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria. Where it is Galaxy-furnished, manage it like all other OFCI equipment.
Incorporate Operations feedback on maintainability, spares, and lifecycle cost into specifications and award recommendations.
3. Submittals, Production Tracking, and Expediting
Coordinate submittal and shop drawing review with the EOR and Galaxy engineering, and track approvals against release-for-production dates.
Own the mechanical and plumbing OFCI master tracker covering purchase order, submittal, production slot, factory testing, shipment, and required-on-site (ROS) dates.
Verify production progress directly with OEMs, escalate slips early, and present recovery options.
Coordinate shipping and logistics and confirm delivery windows with Construction.
4. Factory Witness Testing, First-of-Kind, and Quality
Define and lead factory witness testing (FWT/FAT) and first-of-kind and first-article testing (Commissioning Level 1) for chillers, dry coolers, CDUs, CRAHs and fan walls, air handlers, pumps and skids, and modular plants.
Align test scope and acceptance criteria with the commissioning agent and Galaxy's Construction and Commissioning teams.
Document results, track nonconformances to closure, and approve units for shipment within delegated authority.
5. Vendor Research and New Technology
Engage OEM product roadmaps, evaluate and qualify new products and suppliers, including modular and prefabricated mechanical plants and liquid cooling equipment, and run pilots and first-of-kind tests.
Recommend standard product families and approved alternates that enable dual-sourcing and faster, repeatable campus delivery.
Track regulatory and market drivers, such as low-GWP refrigerant transitions, tariffs, and lead-time shifts, and assess their impact on specifications and budgets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination, Turnover, and Process Building
Serve as the mechanical and plumbing OFCI point of contact for Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and tenant technical teams.
Provide Finance with committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data for OFCI purchase orders.
Deliver a complete turnover package to Construction with each delivery, including a commercial terms summary, warranty terms and start conditions, OEM storage and maintenance requirements, factory test reports, serial numbers, approved submittals, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and vendor startup contacts.
Build the team's foundational tools and processes, including the OFCI tracker, bid leveling templates, factory test protocols, vendor qualification criteria, and a commercial terms checklist, and capture lessons learned across sites.
What We’re Looking For:

If you thrive as the person everyone counts on and love wearing many hats, this role is for you. We have a strong in-person presence at Anthropic, and we care deeply that every office is a place where employees feel welcome, supported, and set up to do their best work.
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Building Management
Coordinate with and manage vendors who handle day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Zurich office, including janitorial services, deliveries, office supplies, and building repairs
Address workplace issues promptly (elevator down, restroom flood, HVAC failure, refrigerator not cooling, etc.), engaging the right vendor and keeping colleagues informed until the issue is resolved
Conduct minor repairs and hands-on maintenance tasks; coordinate vendors for more complex work
Support HVAC, preventive maintenance schedules, and building system upkeep
Manage workstation setups for new hires and team changes, including monitors, monitor arms, and ergonomic equipment
Support office moves, restacks, furniture reconfigurations, and space planning as the team grows

Ensure new hires have a seamless first-day experience: desk ready, equipment set up, office tour, and a warm welcome
Manage food and beverage programming, including snacks, coffee, catering for meetings, and team meals, keeping offerings fresh and responsive to employee preferences
Monitor and proactively improve the in-office experience through regular walkthroughs, employee feedback, and observation — fix what is not working before it becomes a ticket
Respond to requests in our internal ticketing system within SLAs, providing a high level of service through clear, timely, and empathetic communication
Develop and preserve office culture, norms, and the hospitality standard that makes Zurich feel like an Anthropic office
Events & Programming
Plan and execute local office events: team gatherings, holiday celebrations, milestone moments, happy hours, and visiting-executive hospitality
Coordinate with the broader Workplace, People, and Experience teams on company-wide events that have a Zurich component (All-Hands watch parties, offsites, team-building activities)
Own event logistics end-to-end: space setup, catering, A/V, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and post-event teardown
Support visiting teams and executives with workspace setup, local recommendations, and logistics
Bring a hospitality mindset to every event and meeting setup, ensuring the space is welcoming and well-prepared
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process
Partner closely with People Operations, Security, the global Workplace team, IT/AV and local vendors to keep the office running smoothly
Help maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures so that recurring processes scale as the office and team grow
Manage multiple competing priorities with clear judgment on what matters most
Surface issues, risks, and facility needs to the global Workplace team early and clearly
Minimum Qualifications
Have 5+ years of experience in workplace coordination, office management, hospitality, or building operations
Have working knowledge of building systems like HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and lighting, and can supervise maintenance, repairs, and services
Bring a service-minded, solutions-oriented approach and genuinely enjoy being the person who makes things work
Have experience managing food and beverage service, catering, or hospitality programming in an office setting
Are comfortable independently managing an office — you have been the sole workplace person at a site before, or are ready to be
Enjoy rolling up your sleeves, with no task too big or too small
Have excellent organizational and communication skills, and can manage many competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Have managed workplace projects or programs (HVAC, preventive maintenance, office moves, events) in a multi-building or high-growth environment
Have planned and executed office events, from small team gatherings to larger company celebrations
Have experience at a high-growth technology company where processes are being built in real time
Be interested in artificial intelligence and care that it is developed safely and beneficially
Have experience managing permit, license, and inspection requirements
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines. In three years, we’ve grown to 7M+ app downloads, 2M+ monthly active users, 7,000+ partner stores, and US$310M+ raised from top-tier investors.
You get real ownership from day one, high standards, and direct communication. You’ll work alongside a team that combines deep local knowledge with experience scaling regulated financial companies from scratch.
About the role:
Salmon operates across the Philippines, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi (ADGM), and our tax position has to hold up in all three at once. You’ll own that.
You report to the Head of Group Tax and work independently across corporate income tax, withholding and indirect taxes, international taxation, structuring, and transfer pricing. Transfer pricing is a core part of the mandate, but not the whole job — you’re the Group’s go-to technical voice on tax, full stop.
This is a hands-on seat for someone who can take a complex tax question, work it through alone, and land on a position the business can act on. You’ll work directly with the Head of Group Tax on live, cross-border problems that shape how Salmon expands — not theoretical tax exercises — with real autonomy and a direct line to the decisions your work informs, across finance, product, and tech.
What you’ll do:
- Research and resolve complex tax questions independently, and translate them into clear positions finance, product, tech, and commercial teams can act on.
- Own tax compliance across corporate income tax, withholding, and indirect taxes — partnering with local teams and external advisors to hit deadlines and document positions properly.
- Evaluate tax implications of new-market expansion, holding structure and capital optimization, profit repatriation, and any future M&A.
- Advise on permanent establishment risk, withholding taxes, indirect tax exposure, and treaty applications, including RMC No. 5-2024 on services performed by non-residents.
- Coordinate with external consultants to build a global transfer pricing framework covering intercompany service agreements, IP/tech licensing, and financial transactions.
- Lead preparation of Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting, and keep them audit-ready.
- Manage benchmarking studies run by external consultants and confirm they’re applied correctly and kept current.
- Partner with Tech and Product on the tax implications of new launches and geographic expansion.
- Lead technically during BIR or other tax authority audits, including transfer pricing, and build the defense file.
- Monitor intercompany transactions monthly and quarterly against transfer pricing policy, and confirm they’re properly invoiced and documented.
What you’ll own:
- The Group’s technical tax position across three jurisdictions — nothing routes around you on tax.
- Transfer pricing documentation and defense, end to end.
- Tax input on every new market, structure, or product decision that touches tax.
- The BIR audit relationship and defense when it comes.
What makes you a strong fit:
- 6–10 years of broad tax experience spanning corporate income tax, international tax, structuring, and transfer pricing, with a track record of owning complex matters end to end.
- Big 4 tax practice at Manager level, or in-house tax at a fintech, is the ideal path here.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Law; a professional certification is a strong plus.
- Deep working knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and BEPS 2.0, plus BIR and IRAS regulations.
- Can turn dense tax concepts into a straight answer a non-tax stakeholder can act on.
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, competing priorities with minimal oversight.
- Thrives founder-led and high-pressure, and builds process from scratch rather than waiting for one to exist.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines’ growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events
- High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences that drive predictable growth and strengthen brand trust. Building at Webflow will need grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality.
Webflow is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access to own how our workforce, devices, and automations authenticate and get access to what they need. Okta is our primary identity platform, and you’ll take it from a tool that works to a platform that is deliberately architected, governed, and easy to build on.
You’ll partner extensively with Security on policy, risk, and detection, bringing the engineering depth to turn their requirements into systems that run reliably. Making access safe by default without slowing people down is the central challenge of the role.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Location: Remote-first (United States)
- Full-time
- Permanent
- Exempt
- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $232,000 - 290,000
- Zone B: $217,600 - 272,000
- Zone C: $204,800 - 256,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Please visit our Careers page https://webflow.com/careers#pay-zones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.
- Application Information:
- Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
- This posting is for a new position
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Information Technology
AS A LEAD PLATFORM ENGINEER, IDENTITY & ACCESS, YOU’LL:
- Own the identity architecture and roadmap for workforce identity, with Okta as the core platform, including build versus buy decisions
- Bring our Okta tenant under proper management, with configuration standards, hardening, change control, and configuration as code (Terraform, APIs, Okta Workflows, or scripts where the platform falls short)
- Automate the identity lifecycle from joiner to leaver, using our HRIS as the source of truth and SCIM to downstream applications
- Build paved roads for application onboarding, including standard SSO patterns, provisioning templates, and federated access to our cloud and source control platforms, so app owners can integrate without platform team involvement
- Design the access model: role based access control (RBAC), least privilege, request and approval workflows, and access reviews, with tooling that answers “who has access to what, and why” and produces audit evidence automatically
- Strengthen how access is granted through phishing resistant MFA, device trust and risk signals, and governed non human identities (service accounts, tokens, OAuth grants, and AI tools and agents), and stream identity telemetry to Security for detection and response
- Serve as the top escalation point and primary responder for identity incidents and outages should they arise, including on call coverage for critical identity services, post incident reviews, and log analysis with Security
- Manage the Okta vendor relationship, licensing, and cost
ABOUT YOU:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 8 years in identity, platform, or infrastructure engineering, including ownership of a workforce identity platform at meaningful scale
- Deep hands on experience architecting an enterprise identity provider, with Okta strongly preferred
- Fluency in SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM, including debugging at the token and assertion level
- Experience with identity governance, including RBAC design, HRIS driven lifecycle automation, and meeting audit requirements
- Strong grounding in Zero Trust and identity based attacks, including device trust and the security of non human identities
- Scripting ability (Python, JavaScript, or similar) and infrastructure as code experience, such as Terraform
- Clear communication with senior and executive audiences, including driving architecture decisions
- Nice to have: experience governing identities for AI tools and agents, and Okta certifications
You’ll thrive as a Lead Platform Engineer, Identity & Access if you:
- Design like an attacker, asking how every control could fail or be abused, and respect that one policy change can lock out the whole company
- Get results with Security, HR, and application owners through influence, not authority
- Care as much about adoption as correctness
- Bring order to an under managed environment without waiting for a perfect plan
- Use AI tools with good judgment
- Are comfortable as the lead identity expert, mentoring others and setting the standard
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
OUR CORE BEHAVIORS

- Own it all the way. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we hold ourselves accountable to deliver outcomes — for each other, and for customers.
BENEFITS
