Docker is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and produce the training and enablement content that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing (PMM), Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts — including our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team — and GTM leaders to identify content needs, build clear requirements, and produce field-ready content — documents, videos, Mindtickle courses, quizzes, and certifications — that fuels GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy.
This role takes real technical understanding: you’ll need to get comfortable with how Docker’s product works — including newer, more technical areas like AI Governance — and translate that technical depth into simple, sales-ready value positioning the field can use with confidence. This isn’t a fully technical role, but it does require the curiosity and aptitude to learn technical features well enough to explain them simply.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves translating complex technical ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences, and who cares just as much about keeping content easy to find as they do about making it great. If you enjoy partnering across teams, building a single source of truth for enablement content, and making sure the field can always find what they need, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Needs & Requirements
- Partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify content needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Turn input from Sales and cross-functional stakeholders into structured content briefs and production plans.
- Prioritize content requests based on business impact, GTM execution needs, and field urgency.
Content Production
- Write, design, and produce enablement content across formats: documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and decks.
- Build and maintain courses, quizzes, and certifications for onboarding and ongoing training within Mindtickle.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demo videos in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Partner with our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team to produce enablement content — feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards — that translates technical AI Governance capabilities into clear, sales-ready value positioning.
- Build content that reinforces and extends Docker’s Command of the Message sales methodology, ensuring messaging, positioning, and value language stay consistent across all enablement materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PMM, Product, Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to launches and positioning.
- Partner with GTM leaders to make sure training collateral supports GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy in the field.
- Build a working technical understanding of Docker’s product — including AI Governance and other technical capabilities — directly from teams like AIG, then translate that understanding into content the field can use with confidence.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product, Marketing, and PMM to keep content grounded in what the field actually needs.
Content Governance & Findability
- Own a single source of truth for enablement content, retiring duplicates and outdated material as new content ships.
- Organize and tag content so it’s easy to search and find within Mindtickle and other systems, for both Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Maintain a consistent voice, structure, and visual standard across all enablement content.
- Use completion data, quiz results, and field feedback to identify what’s working and what needs to be reworked.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of experience creating content in a sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, or training role, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity — comfortable building a working understanding of Docker’s product and features (including more technical areas like AI Governance) and translating that understanding into simple, sales-ready value positioning. This role does not require deep engineering expertise, but does require the ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience producing video content, from scripting through basic editing.
- Comfort building courses, assessments, or certifications in an LMS (Mindtickle experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you can work with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience organizing content so it’s easy to search, find, and trust as a single source of truth.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and brand consistency overall.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience creating enablement content for technical, platform, or security/governance-related features (e.g., access controls, compliance, or AI governance).
- Hands-on experience with Mindtickle or a similar sales enablement/LMS platform.
- Experience with video recording/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vidyard, Loom).
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Experience organizing content libraries or knowledge bases — tagging, taxonomy, and search — in a CMS or LMS.
- Background in graphic design or presentation design.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
First 30 Days — Learn & Listen
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and existing enablement content library.
- Meet with PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders to understand current content gaps.
- Get up to speed on Mindtickle and the team’s other content and enablement tools.
First 90 Days — Take Ownership
- Own production of at least one major piece of enablement content, start to finish, in partnership with PMM, Product, or Marketing.
- Ship enablement content for at least one technical feature or launch — potentially in partnership with the AIG overlay team — translating it into clear value positioning.
- Begin organizing the content library so it’s easier to search and find.
First Year — Drive Impact
- Be the go-to owner for enablement content production, trusted by PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders.
- Maintain a single source of truth for content that’s current, easy to navigate, and consistently used by Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Use engagement and feedback data to continuously raise the bar on content quality and findability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity

About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the Terraform or Lambda that ships the fix, working on a product feature chasing a number until it reconciles, and influencing product decisions when cost to reliability tradeoffs hit. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance role.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.

- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

As a Backend Engineer on Coder's Enterprise Experience team, you'll build the features that help large organizations run Coder in production with confidence. The team owns what administrators and operators need to run Coder well. That covers how it scales, how it's upgraded, how reliably it performs, how it's observed and reported on, how activity is held accountable, and how it's secured.
You'll join a cross-functional team of backend, platform, and QA engineers who own the operator experience end to end. You'll ship features from design through production and partner with product and design to solve real operator problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE
- Build features end to end, from a design you write within the team's existing approach through production rollout.

We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
AI Gateway gives developers one place to connect applications and agents to hundreds of models with one API key. It handles provider routing and fallbacks, unifies billing and observability, and lets teams manage spend and security controls across production AI workloads.
Designing this well is a systems problem. A developer should be able to choose the right model, make and verify a first request, diagnose a failed request, and configure routing, budgets, credentials, and security controls without losing sight of the application they are trying to build. The right interface might be in the dashboard, on the public model catalog, in the CLI, in an API response, or in code.
You will be the Design Engineer for AI Gateway, owning product design and frontend implementation across those surfaces. You will work with customers, a Product Manager, and engineers to understand the problem, explore solutions, build the production experience, ship it, and learn from what happens after launch.
AI Gateway is live, the model ecosystem changes every week, and the team can move from an observed problem to production quickly. This is a rare chance to use your product judgment, design craft, and code to shape a developer product and ship the experience yourself.
You will be the design owner embedded with a Product Manager and a dedicated engineering team. You will also have the Product Design team around you for critique, collaboration, and support. AI Gateway will be your main product area, with room to pursue design-led improvements across Vercel. You will report to the Design Team.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What You Will Do:
Own product design and frontend implementation for meaningful parts of the journey from discovering a model to making a first successful request and operating AI in production.
Design and build production experiences across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs, choosing the right medium for each problem.
Make models, providers, credentials, routing, budgets, logs, performance, privacy, and governance understandable, then create patterns that extend across new providers, modalities, and workloads.
Talk directly with customers and use product data to understand problems, define success, make tradeoffs, and improve what ships.
Own quality after launch, including visual and interaction craft, accessibility, performance, resilience, instrumentation, and edge cases.
Use coding agents to explore and implement ideas quickly, while testing, debugging, and taking responsibility for what ships.
About You:
Your work shows what you personally identified, designed, built, shipped, and learned after launch.
You build production-quality web applications with React and TypeScript and can contribute confidently in a large, existing codebase.
You bring strong visual and interaction craft and have made technical or data-rich products understandable without removing the control advanced users need.
You can move between graphical interfaces, CLI workflows, API behavior, and implementation details, treating accessibility, performance, failure recovery, and instrumentation as part of the design.
You use customer research and product data to make decisions, communicate your reasoning clearly, challenge ideas constructively, and change direction when the evidence changes.
You use coding agents in your daily work, but you can explain, test, debug, and take responsibility for the code they help produce.
There is no required path into this role. You may come from product design, frontend engineering, creative development, or a career that does not fit a standard title. We care about the quality of what you have shipped and the judgment behind it.
Bonus If You:
Have experience with developer tools, infrastructure products, model marketplaces, or observability experiences.
Have worked with AI models, providers, inference platforms, guardrails, or AI application tooling.
Have experience with APIs, command-line tools, structured product content, or agent-facing interfaces.
Have built an application or agent with Vercel’s AI SDK or AI Gateway.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
You'll help recruit the first reps, run deals alongside them while the team ramps, and contribute to the playbook for how Baseten wins European enterprises. It's a founding seat with real influence on how we build here, close to our founders and GTM leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, hire, and ramp the founding team of Enterprise AEs in London. This is your highest-leverage work in year one
- Coach reps through long, multi-stakeholder cycles: multithreading across buying committees, navigating security and procurement, and closing seven- and eight-figure deals
- Raise the bar on consultative selling. Your reps should be advising customers on AI strategy, not just running a product evaluation
- Partner on shaping and executing go-to-market strategy for the region, including which verticals to attack first
- Operate as a player-coach early on, carrying deals yourself while the team builds
- Stay deep enough on the product to guide reps through technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews alongside our forward-deployed engineers
- Work with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Legal to turn European enterprise requirements into roadmap and GTM input
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration from the first hire forward
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of closing experience, with 2+ years managing high-performing teams
- Proven success in Enterprise sales, closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals inside large organizations
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- A track record of recruiting strong sellers, ideally as a first or early hire in a new team or region
- Strong technical acumen, ideally in AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms. You're comfortable in the weeds
- Willingness to sell as well as manage while the team is small
- Based in London and able to be in office at least 3 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday)
