ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our high-performing Growth Creative team. This role is ideal for a hybrid thinker—someone who thrives at the intersection of creative experimentation and data-driven strategy. You’ll be responsible for building high-quality, high-performing assets across paid and owned channels that break through the noise, push our brand forward, and convert viewers into loyal customers.
Please note that this Brand Designer role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person in our San Francisco office at least 2 days/week
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Concept & Execute Rapidly: Develop smart, fast creative work—from concept to final execution—across digital ads, landing pages, and scalable multi-channel campaigns.
- Design with Purpose: Combine brand fidelity with performance goals to design work that entertains, educates, and drives leads.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner directly with an assigned Growth Marketing Manager to push their initiatives further, faster. Go beyond execution to a place of thought partnership, working week over week to unlock the next big opportunity. Collaborate with writers, animators, editors, web designers, and creative directors to execute full-funnel campaigns.
- Work Hand-in-Hand with Design Systems: Partner closely with our Brand Systems team to ensure all growth creative adheres to our evolving visual language—while also exploring new executions that stretch and strengthen the system.
- Relay Insights Back to Brand: Share creative performance learnings with the broader design and brand teams to help inform long-term creative strategy, visual identity evolution, and cross-channel cohesion.
- Iterate & Experiment: Test hypotheses and optimize based on results. Success is measured not just in aesthetics, but in originality, clarity, product accuracy, and performance metrics.
- Explore New Channels: Help identify and unlock opportunities across emerging formats and placements while continuously improving our core performance channels.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5–7+ years of experience in design, with strong portfolio examples of performance creative or digital advertising.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional design work at high velocity.
- Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (motion and prototyping experience is a plus).
- Experience working closely with creative, marketing, and brand teams in high-growth environments.
- A passion for systems thinking and improving creative processes over time.
- AI processes already baked into your production workflow
WHAT SETS YOU APART
- Creative Firepower: You bring a distinct, refined visual style—but can flex to meet performance and brand needs alike.
- Advertiser’s Mindset: You understand how to capture attention in seconds, communicate a core message, and guide people to take action.
- Data-Inspired: You're energized by performance metrics and see them as creative levers that sharpen your thinking.
- Builder at Heart: You have a proactive, positive attitude and are equally excited to push boundaries as you are to scale winning ideas.
- Organized & Nimble: You juggle multiple projects with grace, manage your timelines, and thrive in fast-paced environments.

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

Our data and solutions have been used to solve some of the world's most high-profile criminal cases and grow consumer access to cryptocurrency safely. Now, by pairing the industry's most trusted blockchain data with agents that reason, investigate, and act, we help our customers scale their workflows as the cryptocurrency economy becomes increasingly mainstream.
The Protocols team delivers high-quality, low-latency blockchain datasets that serve as the trusted foundation for Chainalysis’ investigation, compliance, data and security products. We currently support more than 30 blockchains, translating on-chain data into actionable intelligence.
In this role, you’ll:
- Architect and evolve scalable, reliable, and performant systems for ingesting and parsing complex blockchain data.
- Leverage AI-native engineering workflows (LLMs, automated agents) to increase team velocity and code quality.
- Provide blockchain protocol expertise (EVM, UTXO, etc.) to the team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including production monitoring, debugging, and maintaining reliability of our pipelines and services.
- Work closely with Product Managers to ensure our datasets meet the evolving needs of the crypto ecosystem.
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, design docs, and technical mentorship.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Extensive experience building distributed systems or data-intensive applications.
- Experience working with TypeScript either in a professional or personal capacity
- A bias to ship and the ability to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI assisted development tools to increase velocity while maintaining reliable, maintainable code.
- A deep understanding and experience of at least one Blockchain protocol
You might also have:
- Knowledge and experience with non-EVM chains such as Solana, TON, and Sui.
- Experience with indexing and ETL at scale (Spark/Databricks).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and managing services in Kubernetes.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
Technologies we use:
- Languages: Java, TypeScript
- Data Processing: Spark, Databricks, PostgreSQL
- Infrastructure: AWS (Serverless & EKS), Kubernetes, Terraform
- CI/CD: GitHub Actions
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

We are hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer to join the Infrastructure DBA cell. This is a hands-on production ownership role, not a narrow ticket-processing DBA position. You will keep critical database services reliable, automate repeated work, support engineering teams, and reduce single-person dependency in our PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis operations.
PostgreSQL is the main requirement. ClickHouse experience is a strong plus, but it is not a day-one blocker. We need a senior engineer with enough database, Linux, automation, and incident-response depth to learn our ClickHouse environment quickly and operate it safely.
Your Responsibilities:
Own production PostgreSQL reliability: HA design, Patroni, PgBouncer, replication, failover, upgrades, vacuum/bloat control, query tuning, locks, indexes, capacity, backups, PITR, and restore validation. Improve disaster recovery and operational evidence: tested restores, documented recovery paths, measurable RTO/RPO targets, runbooks, and safe maintenance plans. Support the wider database estate: ClickHouse, MongoDB, and Redis. You will troubleshoot incidents, review access and data-safety changes, improve monitoring, and learn the production ClickHouse patterns already in use. Automate DBA workflows with Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, scripts, and reproducible runbooks for provisioning, grants, backups, restores, health checks, and ownership metadata. Help build DBaaS-style self-service capabilities so engineering teams can request databases, access, credentials, and operational checks with less manual DBA intervention. Improve observability and incident response through Grafana, metrics, logs, SLOs, alert rules, Opsgenie routing, and clear communication during production issues.
What Success Looks Like:
PostgreSQL clusters have tested backup and restore paths, useful dashboards, clear ownership, and documented failover procedures.
Repeated DBA tickets become automation or self-service workflows.
ClickHouse operational knowledge is no longer a single-person dependency.
Database incidents have owners, runbooks, evidence, and measurable recovery paths.
Product and engineering teams get database help faster without sacrificing safety, auditability, or reliability.
Why Us?
You will work on real production infrastructure used across products.
You will have a direct impact on reliability, incident response, developer experience, and operational resilience.
You will also work in an AI-assisted engineering culture where automation, documentation, Claude, Codex, and careful human verification are part of the daily operating model.
Requirements
What We Expect From You:
Deep hands-on PostgreSQL experience in business-critical production environments, typically 5+ years or equivalent depth.
Strong understanding of PostgreSQL internals and operations: MVCC, WAL, transactions, locks, indexes, query planning, replication, autovacuum, bloat, major upgrades, backups, PITR, and restore testing.
Proven experience with highly available databases and the ability to reason about quorum, split-brain risk, failover, rollback, and recovery.
Strong Linux and infrastructure fundamentals: systemd, networking, storage, filesystems, CPU/memory/disk bottlenecks, TLS, DNS, firewalls, and root-cause troubleshooting.
Automation skills with Ansible and scripting. Terraform/OpenTofu, GitLab CI/CD, and merge-request based delivery are strong advantages.
Ability to support more than one database engine. You do not need to be a ClickHouse expert on day one, but you must be ready to learn it quickly and take responsibility for it.
Practical use of AI engineering assistants such as Claude and Codex. We expect you to use them to improve speed and quality, while personally verifying generated SQL, commands, scripts, and operational conclusions.
English - upper-intermediate or higher - to ensure clear communication of progress within the teams.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse operations: replication, Keeper/ZooKeeper, MergeTree engines, distributed DDL, grants, row policies, backups, query troubleshooting, and cluster recovery.
MongoDB replica sets and Percona Backup for MongoDB.
Redis/Sentinel and broker/cache failure modes.
Database observability, SLOs, golden signals, alert tuning, and executable incident runbooks.
Building internal platforms, self-service portals, or DBaaS workflows for engineering teams.
Benefits
A focus on professional development.
Interesting and challenging projects.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours, which allows you to schedule your day and work from any location worldwide.
Paid 24 days of vacation per year, 10 days of national holidays, and unlimited sick leaves.
Compensation for private medical insurance.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Budget for education.
The opportunity to receive a reward for the most innovative idea that the company can patent.
