We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Staff Content Designer to be the voice of investing at Wealthsimple. The person who takes calendar spreads and margin calls and makes them make sense, without dumbing it down or drowning it with jargon. You’ll be embedded on product teams and partner closely with design, product, and engineering to build experiences that our clients love.
This isn't a polish-the-copy-at-the-end role. You'll be in the room shaping what we build and how to position our products — not just the final words on the screen.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write the hard stuff. Options, margin trading, predictions, perpetuals, futures — you'll write and rewrite the content so it all makes sense to a first-time investor and a seasoned trader.
- Work AI-first. From shipping your own code changes to prototyping and research — you’ll use AI to increase your impact in every part of the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and design on key initiatives. You’ll work early and often with product and design to shape the product direction for big, challenging projects — not just tighten the copy once the decisions are already made.
- Make the team faster and better, not just yourself. Templates, patterns, content standards, workflows, and of course AI. You’ll find ways to automate processes to scale content while ensuring quality.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 7+ years in content design or UX writing at a senior or staff level.
- A learner’s mindset. You don't need a finance background but you have experience that demonstrates your willingness to go deep on something unfamiliar and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience working with AI to increase your impact or empower others.
- Experience developing content standards, or integrating product content best practices and guidelines into a design system.
- Ability to think strategically about content and design while also executing on the details at a tactical level.
- Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and work quickly and decisively across different contexts. You know when to sweat the details and when to move quickly.
- Experience empowering others through mentorship, coaching, and sharing best practices + techniques.
- Ability to work with Marketing, Brand, Legal and Compliance teams to deliver unified and consistent messaging across all touch points.
- A great collaborator and listener who loves to work together to understand and solve client problems.
WHAT TO SEND US
- A portfolio with 3 or more case studies that shows how you used writing and design to improve the user experience and drive business outcomes.

The cloud platform underpins how services are built, deployed, secured, and operated across the organization.
As a Principal Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will define and drive the governance model and automation strategy for cloud infrastructure. This includes setting policy-as-code standards, automating compliance and cost controls, and ensuring infrastructure is provisioned and operated through consistent, auditable, self-service pathways rather than tailored or manual processes.
You will operate at both a strategic and hands-on level and will set direction for how cloud resources are governed and automated while also building the tooling and guardrails that make that direction real. Success in this role means engineering teams can self-service the build and operation of infrastructure with confidence that it is secure, cost-aware, and consistent by default, without slowing delivery down.
What you'll do
Cloud Governance
Define and enforce policy-as-code standards (tagging, naming, encryption, network segmentation, access boundaries) across cloud accounts/subscriptions
Establish guardrails using tools such as OPA, Sentinel, AWS Config/Service Control Policies to report on and prevent drift from approved patterns
Partner closely with Security/IAM to deliver least-privilege enforcement and access-control requirements directly in our self-service capabilities while ensuring compliance and auditability.
Embed cost governance and reporting (budgets, anomaly detection, showback/chargeback) into provisioning workflows
Automation & Infrastructure as Code
Drive the organization's Infrastructure-as-Code standards (e.g., Terraform/Terraform Cloud, Pulumi)
Establish and maintain reusable, versioned modules and contribution standards that embed governance requirements by default.
Automate environment provisioning, drift detection/remediation, and lifecycle management so policy compliance doesn't depend on manual review
Stay ahead of AI-native tooling and bring forward practical opportunities balancing risk, fit, value, measurability, and alignment to company goals.
Platform & Developer Enablement
Develop golden paths for infrastructure provisioning and service deployment that make the guided path the easiest path
Partner on developer platform tooling and integrations (CI/CD, container registries, managed data services, observability) where they intersect with governance and automation.
What you'll bring
Experience & Skills
8+ years in cloud engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering, including experience operating at a principal or staff level (setting direction, not just implementing)
Deep experience with major Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), ideally across more than one
Deep hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and/or Pulumi) at scale, including module design and state/workspace management
Direct experience implementing policy-as-code and cloud governance frameworks
Experience with cloud cost management/FinOps practices and tooling
Familiarity with CI/CD platforms, container registries, and observability tooling as consumers of the standards you build
Exposure to applying AI tooling to infrastructure problems (policy review, anomaly detection, automation) is a plus
Collaboration & Communication
Ability to influence across platform, security, FinOps, and product engineering teams without direct authority
Strong documentation and communication skills; able to make the case for standards to both engineers and leadership
Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction beyond your own immediate team
Experience with platform advocacy, working with partners to understand infrastructure needs in collaboration with Product.
We are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer
At Wizards, we believe in the magic of diversity—great ideas come from unique perspectives. We are committed to building an inclusive, welcoming workplace where everyone belongs. Wizards is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
Wizards will provide reasonable accommodations with the application process, upon your request, as required to comply with applicable laws. If you have a disability and require assistance in this application process, please contact your recruiter or coordinator.

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 33,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.

- Experience with security logging and monitoring tooling — SIEM, alerting, incident response playbooks.
- Familiarity with third-party vendor security assessment processes.
- Relevant certification — CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or equivalent.

We are looking for a CMS & DAM Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. There is no legacy system, no migration burden — this is a new platform built from scratch, video-first and breaking-news-first, designed to sustain extreme traffic during major events and support complete newsroom workflows from draft to publish.
You'll own the CMS configuration and digital asset management layer end-to-end — from content models and editorial workflows through DAM taxonomy, rights management, and integrations with video, search, and distribution services. This is a full-lifecycle engagement: discovery, build, launch, and multi-year support.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CMS Configuration & Development
- Configure and develop the selected CMS platform — AEM or Amplience.
- Implement content models, templates, components, and editorial configurations.
- Configure authoring, approval, scheduling, and publishing workflows to support full newsroom operations.
- Support breaking-news and major-event editorial capabilities, including homepage mode-switching under high traffic.
- Implement taxonomy and structured-content models.
- Configure permissions and newsroom roles.
- Implement preview and publishing capabilities.
- Develop CMS extensions where native functionality does not meet requirements.
- Integrate CMS with DAM, search, video, and downstream distribution services.
- Support testing, editorial training, and production stabilization.
Digital Asset Management
- Own the design and configuration of digital asset management workflows end-to-end.
- Define image and video metadata structures, taxonomy, credits, captions, source, and rights metadata.
- Design embargo, licence, and expiration management workflows.
- Establish image rendition, crop, and focal-point workflows.
- Define duplicate and near-duplicate asset handling approaches.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Video & Streaming Engineer to join a greenfield digital news platform build for a major international news brand. Video is not a feature here — it is the product. The platform is built around an always-on livestream, automated broadcast clip ingestion, and a player architecture that needs to perform reliably under the extreme traffic conditions of breaking-news events.
You'll own the video and streaming layer end-to-end: platform integration, adaptive playback, livestream workflows, newsroom clipping tools, advertising, analytics, and resilience testing ahead of launch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own video, livestream, and player technical implementation across the platform.
- Integrate the selected video platform and player with the broader content and delivery architecture.
- Implement adaptive bitrate streaming and device-aware playback across web and mobile environments.
- Support livestream and breaking-news streaming workflows — including failover and resilience requirements.
- Implement clipping and newsroom video-processing capabilities for broadcast clip ingestion and editorial use.
- Integrate captions, subtitles, thumbnails, and poster frames.
- Support rights management, availability-window controls, and geoblocking requirements.
- Integrate video advertising and analytics capabilities.
- Implement playback telemetry, error handling, and fallback logic.
- Support load testing, resilience validation, and major-event readiness testing ahead of launch.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience integrating and configuring enterprise video platforms — Brightcove, JW Player, Mux, THEOplayer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of adaptive bitrate streaming — HLS, DASH — and device-aware playback implementation.
- Experience implementing livestream workflows in a production environment.
- Familiarity with video processing concepts — clipping, transcoding, thumbnail generation, caption and subtitle integration.
- Experience integrating video advertising — VAST, VPAID, or similar — and video analytics.
- Ability to implement playback telemetry, error detection, and fallback handling.
- Experience supporting performance and resilience testing for high-traffic video delivery scenarios.
- Strong collaboration skills — able to work across CMS, frontend, and infrastructure teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience delivering video infrastructure for news, media, or broadcast organizations.
- Familiarity with rights management, availability windows, and geoblocking implementation.
- Experience with CDN configuration for video delivery at scale.
- Background working on platforms designed for major-event traffic spikes.
- Familiarity with DRM implementation — Widevine, FairPlay, PlayReady.
- Experience with poster frame, chapter marker, and structured metadata workflows for editorial video.

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.

You will support key HR processes, provide insights and follow-up, and help ensure that our people practices are consistently and effectively delivered across the region in line with global guidelines.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energized by problem-solving, not paralyzed by it.
Key responsibilities:
1. Hiring & Selection
Support the Regional HRBP on submitting the hiring requests to TA through Workday
Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks or challenges
2. Onboarding & Offboarding

Act as a point of contact for complex HR queries related to employee relations, policies and procedures, performance and compensation from employees and managers across LATAM
Collaborate with PSD on complex employee queries related to other HR topics such as time off requests and balances, Workday challenges, etc.
Liaise with PSD on open Jira tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Actively contribute to the FAQ/knowledge base for recurring questions to reduce query volume over time, in partnership with the broader HR team
4. Engagement Plan Execution Support
Support the execution of the LATAM Engagement Plan (Career Path Program, Recognition Program, AI & Automation initiatives)
Coordinate logistics for engagement activities: communications, scheduling, materials, and tracking
Assist in collecting and organizing data for engagement surveys and post-program follow-ups

Own the accuracy of Workday organizational structures: positions, attributes, reporting lines, and job profiles
Perform regular audits to ensure all people movements (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) are correctly reflected in the system
Cross-check open positions in Workday against workforce planning data and flag discrepancies to the Regional HRBP
Coordinate with different HR teams globally to resolve data inconsistencies
Prepare HR reports on demand: headcount, open positions, engagement metrics, and data sanity checks
Support the Regional HRBP with data preparation for leadership presentations and business reviews
Maintain data hygiene across HR tracking tools (spreadsheets, Workday exports, dashboards)
What You Need For This Role
Background
• Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Experience
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

That’s where you come in!
Magic’s future depends on welcoming new players and helping them build a lasting connection with the game. As the Innovation Designer for New Player Growth, you will do the hands-on design work behind new products and experiences that make Magic easier to discover, learn, and enjoy.
You will turn early ideas into tangible concepts that teams can play, test, and improve. Your work will include light game design, rapid prototyping, and player testing. You will explore introductory products, solo and cooperative experiences, new ways to learn, and offerings that extend beyond traditional Magic products.
Working closely with the Product Architect, you will translate growth priorities and player insights into experiences that welcome broader audiences. You will also partner with Game Design, Consumer Insights, Creative Design, Digital, and Production to move promising concepts from discovery toward launch.
What You’ll Do:
Design and prototype new physical, digital, and connected products that help people begin and continue their Magic journey.
Apply game design principles to develop gameplay concepts, learning experiences, rules, content structures, and new modes of play.
Explore product forms, play patterns, partnerships, and occasions that can introduce Magic to audiences beyond established trading card game players.
Improve introductory and acquisition-focused products by making them welcoming, engaging, and easy to navigate.
Turn player needs and business opportunities into testable concepts, prototypes, and pilot experiences.
Plan and facilitate playtests. Observe player behavior, gather feedback, and revise designs based on what you learn.
Design experiences that help new players feel capable, make meaningful choices, and connect with other people.
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, define requirements, and prepare validated concepts for development.
Establish clear learning goals and success measures for prototypes. Use research, product data, and player feedback to guide decisions.
Present concepts, prototypes, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Evaluate products after launch and recommend improvements that strengthen onboarding, engagement, and long-term participation.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience in game design, product design, UX design, innovation, or a related creative field.
A portfolio or examples showing how you developed, tested, and improved concepts through an iterative design process.
Ability to create prototypes that communicate an idea and generate useful player feedback.
Graphic design skills and the ability to create clear, compelling visual presentations, prototypes, and design materials.
Experience presenting ideas and facilitating productive discussions with groups, including cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Understanding of game systems, player motivation, learning design, or interactive experiences.
Experience working with partners across creative, technical, research, and business disciplines.
Clear communication skills and the ability to share the vision of design choices to varied audiences.
Knowledge of and passion for Magic: The Gathering or experience with similarly complex games and systems.
Empathy for new players and curiosity about the barriers that affect learning, participation, and belonging.
You will have opportunities to grow your design practice across physical, digital, and experiential products. If your experience does not align with every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
Magic’s future depends on welcoming new players and helping them build a lasting connection with the game. We are building a dedicated new-player growth team to reach new audiences, make learning more welcoming, and turn first play into long-term participation.
As the Product Architect for Magic New Player Growth, you will set the vision and roadmap for Magic’s acquisition-focused product portfolio. This includes introductory products, custom offerings, solo play experiences, and new expressions of Magic. You will guide products from early concept through launch and ongoing improvement.
We will look to you to connect player needs, creative opportunities, and business goals. You will bring teams together around a shared product vision and help us answer a central question: How do we create new Magic players?
What You’ll Do:
Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Magic’s portfolio of new-player and acquisition-focused products.
Create a connected journey from initial awareness through learning, first purchase, repeat play, community participation, and long-term engagement.
Develop product concepts that expand Magic’s appeal, including among audiences historically underrepresented in tabletop gaming.
Explore new play patterns, product forms, price points, partnerships, and channels. Lead introductory products, custom acquisition offerings, solo experiences, and other innovations.
Define product requirements, key selling points, learning goals, and measures of success. Communicate the vision clearly to teams and partners.
Lead collaboration across Product Strategy, Game Design, Creative, Digital, Play, Commercial, Retail, Marketing, and Consumer Insights.
Use playtests, player research, market trends, gameplay data, and product performance to guide decisions. Develop, test, and scale promising ideas.
Connect physical products with digital learning, Magic: The Gathering Arena, organized play, retail, and community experiences.
Balance accessibility and excitement with authentic Magic gameplay, customer value, profitability, licensing needs, and operational requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
5 or more years of experience in product design, game design, consumer product innovation, or retail within hobby gaming or a related field.
Experience developing products or experiences focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, learning, or audience growth.
Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and the trading card game category, including tabletop and digital play.
Understanding of how players discover, learn, purchase, and build communities around games.
Experience leading cross-functional work and gaining support from partners across different disciplines.
Ability to turn player research, market information, and product data into clear decisions and product recommendations.
Clear communication and presentation skills, including experience aligning teams around a shared vision.
Experience with intellectual property, licensing, or external partnerships.
Comfort working through ambiguity, testing new ideas, and changing direction when evidence supports a better approach.
Empathy for new players and an understanding of the barriers that can affect learning, participation, and belonging.
You will have opportunities to grow your product leadership skills while shaping how new audiences experience Magic. If your background does not align with every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply.
