Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity: Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges

Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product:
Editor:
owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit.
Growth & Monetization:
owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue.
Media:
owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export.
Agent:
owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP.
Identity & Access (aka TACO):
owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in.
Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users.
What You’ll Do
Own meaningful product surfaces end to end.
Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient.
Shape the product, not just the implementation.
Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes.
Build ambitious full-stack systems with care.
Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What You Bring
Required:
You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work.
You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents.
You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user.
You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity.
You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right.
Experience that helps:
Similar Products:
Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe).
Our Stack:
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust.
Crafting with AI:
Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models.
Experimentation/Analytics Experience:
We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics.
Intricacies of Video:
Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

At Offchain Labs, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain Labs?
Offchain Labs is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain Labs technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
As the Corporate Development Sr. Associate at Offchain Labs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of blockchain technology by identifying, acquiring, and building blockchain solutions at scale. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to identifying opportunities, evaluating them, and executing transactions that align with Offchain Labs' vision for decentralized infrastructure.
What you'll do:
Support M&A and strategic investment activity end to end - screen and evaluate targets, lead market and operating diligence across engineering, product, legal, and finance, build valuation models, write investment memos, and support leadership on deal structuring and negotiation.
Own post-merger integration planning and execution - define the integration thesis prior to signing, build the integration plan, and drive the workstreams required to realize deal objectives.
Support in fundraising preparedness - maintain diligence-ready materials, data rooms, financial models, and KPI reporting, and manage process timelines and open items during live processes.
Develop strategic business cases for new opportunities, including market and competitive analysis, target segments and use cases, deal or partnership economics, and execution roadmap.
Be a strategic thinker to the leadership team - bring an informed external view on competitors, market structure, and emerging models into strategic planning, and translate it into clear recommendations.
Drive internal strategy communications - synthesize company priorities into clear strategy memos, and support planning and execution tracking against the agreed strategy.
Establish scalable processes and develop strategies that enhance Offchain Labs' corporate development capabilities, keeping pace with the rapidly evolving blockchain industry.
Build relationships with blockchain founders, and industry leaders while maintaining a robust organic pipeline of opportunities.
What you’ll need:
4–6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or a corporate development or strategic finance function.
Direct involvement in at least one M&A or fundraise process from start to close, with real ownership of workstreams rather than adjacent exposure.
Genuine fluency in crypto, with crypto-native work experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial modeling and market sizing skills, including in segments where public data is limited or inconsistent.
Exceptional written and visual communication. You can build an executive-ready deck without hand-holding and write clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership - small team, wide surface area, and constant movement between long-range strategy work and next-day turnarounds.
Bachelor's degree.
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend
Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program

If you enjoy building scalable systems, solving workflow problems with automation, and raising the bar for those around you, we want to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within the US or Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of IT or enterprise systems experience, with a track record of building and supporting enterprise systems at scale.
- Hands-on expertise administering, integrating, and optimizing core enterprise platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Jira, Asana, or similar.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and access reviews (Okta preferred).
- Experience with workflow automation and integration tools such as Tines, Okta Workflows, Workato, or APIs and low-code/no-code platforms.
- Practical experience with AI-enabled productivity tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT Enterprise, Dust, Claude, Glean), with an understanding of secure and responsible AI adoption.
- Ability to build and communicate a strategic roadmap for a tool or portfolio, and to translate business workflow challenges into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with software licensing, procurement, and vendor management (a plus).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a rapidly scaling organization.
- A desire to mentor others and contribute to a positive team culture.
Success in this role looks like:
- Your assigned tools are configured, maintained, and operating reliably, meeting team standards for uptime, security posture, and employee adoption.
- Each tool you own has a documented roadmap aligned with company needs and vendor direction.
- Licenses, renewals, and provisioning are managed efficiently, with clear ownership and no grey zones between IT and the business.
- Integrations and configurations are documented and follow consistent standards.
- AI features and automations in your area are rolled out securely and adopted, with measurable reductions in manual effort.
- Partners across IT, Security, Finance, Legal, and the business see you as a trusted, responsive point of contact.
What you can expect:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of an assigned portfolio of Tier 1 tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion, Jira, Asana, Freshservice), including administration, configuration, support, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for your tools, balancing near-term priorities with long-term direction and staying current on vendor roadmaps. Contribute to the team's overall roadmap.
- Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning through Okta, and support access controls, access reviews, and application onboarding and offboarding.
- Implement and maintain configuration standards and governance (e.g., feature enablement, retention policies, compliance guardrails), balancing enterprise-wide consistency with business unit needs.
- Support license management, cost projections, renewals, and vendor relationships, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Procurement.
- Assess new application requests against the team's tiering criteria (adoption scope, security sensitivity, integration complexity, and contract value), and confirm responsibilities with business teams before onboarding or procurement proceeds.
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs, Tines, Okta Workflows, and other tooling.
- Configure and operate AI features and platforms (e.g., OpenAI Enterprise, Dust, and AI capabilities within Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace), ensuring secure, responsible, and well-supported usage.
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations that reduce manual effort and streamline operations across teams.
- Contribute technical analysis and recommendations when evaluating new tools and AI capabilities, covering security, privacy, compliance, and fit.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for tool configurations, integrations, and AI and automation usage.
- Provide technical guidance to help employees adopt centralized tools and AI capabilities, in coordination with the AI Working Group and Enterprise L&D.
- Mentor teammates and share knowledge to help build a collaborative, focused, and impactful team.

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
We’re building the next generation of wallet infrastructure at Rain, supporting both custodial and non-custodial architectures. Our team is tackling foundational problems across cryptography, key management, secure computing, and blockchain wallet infrastructure—not simply integrating existing wallet SDKs. We’re looking for exceptional engineering leaders and senior individual contributors who can architect these systems from the ground up, bring deep expertise in one or more areas of wallet security and infrastructure, and have the technical breadth to work across multiple wallet architectures. Most importantly, we want engineers who are excited to push the technical frontier and define what modern wallet infrastructure should look like, rather than reproduce the standard stack that exists today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the architecture of Rain’s wallet infrastructure, designing secure, scalable systems for custody, key management, transaction signing, authorization, and recovery.
- Design flexible signing infrastructure that can support MPC, HSMs, secure enclaves, TEEs, and emerging cryptographic approaches without creating fragmented systems.
- Build and evolve wallet systems across multiple account models, including EOAs, smart contract wallets, account abstraction, ERC-4337, embedded wallets, and multichain infrastructure.
- Define the boundaries between cryptography and wallet orchestration, including how keys, signing authority, transaction policies, permissions, and authorization interact across the platform.
- Architect security-critical key management systems covering key generation, distributed key generation, storage, rotation, backup, recovery, and hardware-backed isolation.
- Build highly available signing and transaction infrastructure capable of securely controlling high-value customer assets while maintaining reliable, developer-friendly APIs.
- Set the technical direction for wallet security, including threat modeling, policy engines, secrets management, account recovery, authentication, and programmable authorization.
- Make foundational build-vs.-buy decisions across cryptography, custody, wallet, and security infrastructure while ensuring the architecture can evolve alongside new blockchain standards and cryptographic techniques.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep expertise in one or more areas of wallet, custody, cryptography, or security infrastructure, combined with strong distributed systems and architecture fundamentals.
- Experience designing or building production wallet, custody, signing, or key management systems, particularly infrastructure responsible for securing high-value assets.
- Strong knowledge of applied cryptography, such as MPC, threshold cryptography, threshold signatures, distributed key generation, ECDSA, EdDSA, or secure multiparty computation.
- Experience with HSMs, secure enclaves, TEEs, confidential computing, hardware-backed key isolation, or other security-critical infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of modern wallet and blockchain account architecture, including EOAs, smart contract wallets, account abstraction, ERC-4337, transaction orchestration, and multichain systems.
- Experience designing authentication, authorization, policy, permissions, recovery, or secrets-management systems where security and correctness are critical.
- A track record of making high-leverage architectural decisions in complex distributed systems, including evaluating tradeoffs across security, reliability, developer experience, and extensibility.
- The ability to form strong technical opinions, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and own architecture from first principles through production, rather than simply integrating existing wallet or custody providers.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own the forward-looking financial plan for the top and mid funnel of n8n’s commercial engine, helping Marketing leadership make sharper investment decisions across both our PLG and SLG motions.
To do so, you’ll turn demand, funnel, and marketing investment decisions into an integrated financial view that leadership can act on:
OWN MARKETING PLANNING & FORECASTING
- Drive n8n’s annual planning and regular forecasting process for Marketing end to end, from top-down targets and cross-functional alignment through regional segmentation, budget ownership, and consolidation into the company plan.
- Partner with Marketing budget owners across demand generation, brand, community and DevRel, product marketing, and events to set budgets, forecast spend, and sharpen investment trade-offs.
- Own program spend with the same rigor as headcount, including agency and media contracts, event and sponsorship commitments, phasing, seasonality, and in-year reallocations.
MODEL FUNNEL & CHANNEL ECONOMICS
- Model demand creation, signup and MQL volume, activation, qualified opportunity, conversion, and velocity with Marketing Ops and RevOps across both PLG and SLG motions.
- Translate funnel and channel levers into the demand assumptions behind n8n’s integrated top-line model and quantify the financial impact and trade-offs of changing them.
- Assess CAC and payback, conversion, pipeline contribution, and expected versus realized ROI using attribution, incrementality testing, and other causal methods where appropriate.
BUILD A RIGOROUS MARKETING INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK
- Establish a repeatable process for material marketing bets covering hypothesis, baseline, expected return, confidence range, leading indicators, scale-or-stop triggers, and post-investment review.
- Build and defend investment cases for brand, community, content, events, and other spend that does not attribute cleanly to closed revenue.
- Use internal evidence, external benchmarks, and post-investment learnings to drive in-year reallocations toward the highest-impact opportunities.
TURN DATA INTO DECISIONS
- Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to keep the financial view aligned with n8n’s attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks.
- Own the financial metric definitions behind Marketing reporting and ensure teams are operating from a consistent view of performance.
- Turn financial reporting and variance analysis into tangible insights and recommendations for Marketing leadership, executives, and board-level audiences when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📊 FP&A experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment.
- 🗂️ Complex planning experience: You have led complex, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end to end.
- 🤝 Marketing business partnering: You have deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve/PLG funnel or an enterprise/SLG demand generation motion, plus a strong working understanding of the other.
- 📈 Funnel and channel economics: You are fluent in CAC and CAC payback by channel and motion, blended versus paid CAC, CLV/CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel conversion, and velocity.
- 🧭 Judgment on unattributable spend: You have built and defended investment cases for brand, community, content, or similar spend that will never attribute cleanly to a closed deal.
- 💶 Program spend ownership: You are comfortable owning a budget weighted toward program spend, including commitments, phasing, agency costs, vendor economics, and reallocations.
- 🧮 Financial modeling: You build sophisticated, integrated financial models that remain robust as assumptions, scenarios, and operating inputs change.
- 🗣️ Executive communication: You translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and are comfortable presenting to Marketing leadership, executives, and board audiences when needed.
- 🤖 AI- and automation-first mindset: You naturally use AI and automation platforms such as n8n to improve the quality, speed, and repeatability of your planning, reporting, and analysis.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🔄 PLG + SLG fluency: You have deep experience across both product-led and sales-led demand motions rather than primarily one.
- 🧑💻 Developer-focused environment: You have worked at a community-led, open-source, or developer-focused product company.
- 🧪 Incrementality & experimentation: You have exposure to incrementality testing, holdout design, or marketing mix modeling.
- 🛠️ Marketing & RevOps tooling: You have experience consuming data from tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, attribution platforms, and Salesforce.
- 📋 Planning platforms: You have worked with financial or headcount planning platforms such as Pigment in complex, multi-entity, or multi-stakeholder environments.
- 🧑🔬 Data self-sufficiency: You are comfortable using SQL and building your own views in tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Hex rather than waiting on a Data team.
- ⚙️ Relevant SaaS domain experience: You have worked in workflow automation, developer tools, or infrastructure SaaS.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll own the financial view of one of the most important joins in our growth engine: where community, product-led adoption, and enterprise demand generation meet. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership and counterpart FP&A Managers covering the PLG and SLG bottom of funnel, giving you visibility across the full commercial plan and real influence over how we allocate one of our largest discretionary investments.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company where finance is expected to help shape decisions, not simply report on them. As n8n expands the opportunity around AI agent orchestration and helps businesses unlock measurable ROI through automation, you’ll help build the planning discipline, investment frameworks, and automation-first finance practices that support our next stage of growth.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers
