Underwriting & Funding Manager
About the role
inKind is looking for an Underwriting & Funding Manager to evaluate restaurant funding opportunities and make disciplined, timely funding decisions. You’ll own the review process from initial diligence through final recommendation or approval, helping inKind fund strong restaurant partners while managing risk.
This role requires financial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to understand the business behind the numbers. You should be comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, asking thoughtful questions, and explaining your conclusions clearly.
What you’ll do
Review new funding opportunities. Assess applications, financial statements, sales trends, bank activity, existing obligations, and other supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
Underwrite restaurant businesses. Evaluate operating performance, cash flow, liquidity, ownership experience, and the restaurant’s ability to support the proposed funding structure.
Determine appropriate funding terms. Recommend funding amounts, structures, conditions, and risk mitigants based on your analysis and inKind’s underwriting guidelines.
Make funding decisions. Approve or decline requests within your delegated authority and present exceptions or larger transactions to the appropriate decision-makers.
Document your judgment. Prepare concise underwriting summaries that explain the opportunity, key risks, assumptions, and rationale for each decision.
Lead diligence. Work with restaurant owners and internal teams to resolve questions, verify information, and identify material discrepancies or potential fraud.
Coordinate funding readiness. Confirm that required approvals, documentation, and funding conditions are complete before funds are released.
Improve the process. Help refine underwriting standards, approval workflows, and reporting to make decisions more consistent and efficient.
Learn from performance. Partner with the team monitoring funded restaurants to compare actual results with underwriting assumptions and improve future decisions.
Minimum Experience
4+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, small business financing, fintech lending, credit analysis, investment analysis, or a related field.
Strong financial statement analysis and modeling skills, including the ability to evaluate cash flow, liquidity, leverage, repayment capacity, and unit-level economics.
Experience independently evaluating transactions, assessing financial and operational risks, and making or recommending funding decisions.
Experience building, implementing, or improving underwriting processes, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scalable decision-making.
Ability to translate underwriting policies, financial thresholds, risk indicators, and approval requirements into structured business rules and automated workflows.
Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with the ability to work with financial datasets, identify patterns, validate information, and support data-driven underwriting decisions.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and working with transaction-level data.
Familiarity with underwriting systems, financial data platforms, automated decisioning tools, or workflow automation technologies.
Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define requirements, test solutions, and implement improvements to underwriting systems and processes.
Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance funding opportunities, speed of execution, and disciplined risk management.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial findings, underwriting decisions, and technical requirements to financial and nonfinancial stakeholders.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple funding reviews and process improvement initiatives without sacrificing quality.
Preferred Experience
Restaurant, hospitality, or multiunit business underwriting experience.
Familiarity with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) data, payment processing systems, seasonality, food and labor costs, and location-level profitability.
Experience with alternative financing structures, including revenue-based financing or merchant cash advances.
Hands-on experience implementing automated underwriting workflows, rules-based decision engines, risk-scoring models, or automated approval processes.
Experience integrating or analyzing financial data from banking platforms, POS systems, payment processors, or third-party data providers.
Working knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, or similar data and business intelligence platforms.
Experience using AI, machine learning, or automation tools to improve financial analysis, document processing, risk assessment, or underwriting efficiency.
A track record of building or refining underwriting policies, approval frameworks, and risk management processes in a high-growth fintech or lending environment.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Getting paid is still one of the most manual parts of running a business. Finance teams chase invoices over email, match payments to invoices by hand in spreadsheets, and close the books late because cash data is scattered across banks, payment processors, and ERPs.
Ramp's Accounts Receivable team is building the system that automates all of it, from the moment an invoice is sent to the moment cash is reconciled in the general ledger. We own the full receivables lifecycle: invoicing, collections, payments, cash application, and accounting sync.
We're looking for a senior backend engineer to own core pieces of that system. The work sits where hard engineering problems meet real money: matching messy payment data to the right invoices, keeping ledgers correct to the cent, and syncing reliably with the accounting systems our customers depend on. You'll own projects end to end, from design through production, and work closely with product and design to turn complex finance workflows into software that just works.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build the payment-matching systems that automatically apply incoming ACH, wire, card, and check payments to the right invoices, even when payment details are incomplete or inconsistent
- Design accurate data models where every dollar is traceable from invoice to payment to general ledger
- Build two-way integrations with ERPs like NetSuite and QuickBooks that stay consistent through retries, partial failures, and edits on either side
- Build collections workflows that help businesses get paid faster without hurting their customer relationships
- Own projects from problem definition and technical design through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Product sense: you care about the customer problem, not just the ticket, and you push back when the spec is wrong
- Experience designing and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment and the ability to balance speed, correctness, reliability, and simplicity
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with invoicing, billing, payments, accounting, or other financial workflows
- Experience building integrations that keep data consistent across systems

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing what security teams can do. Claude can find and help fix vulnerabilities in code at a pace that wasn't possible a year ago, and we want defenders to have that advantage first.
As Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists, you'll build and lead the team of cybersecurity specialists who sell to security teams across our Americas business units, including financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and technology. Your team partners with the Account Executives in each industry to lead the security strategy and the security deal with CISOs.
You'll help shape how Anthropic sells security: how your team covers the business units, how it works with the Account Executive and Applied AI organizations, and how what we learn from customers shapes what we build. The work matters to our mission: a safe transition through transformative AI depends on the people who defend critical systems being able to use it well, and this team is how we get it into their hands.
Responsibilities
Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity sales specialists
Own your team's forecast, pipeline health and results across the business units you cover
Set your team's coverage model, and agree on clear rules of engagement with the sales leaders who own each industry and with Applied AI leadership on discovery, proofs of concept and architecture
Build a pipeline engine with the Account Executives, across their existing accounts and through outbound to security leaders, events and partners
Coach your team through complex deals that lead with the customer's problem (finding and fixing vulnerabilities, application security, security operations, and deploying AI agents securely), and act as executive sponsor with CISOs on the most important ones
Make security reviews, verification for security use cases, and procurement a repeatable path rather than a deal-by-deal effort
Scale enablement so Account Executives across every business unit can spot and qualify security opportunities
Bring what your team hears from security customers to sales leadership and to our product, safeguards and marketing teams, and turn it into input on the roadmap
Run a healthy team: clear expectations, regular feedback, and performance and development conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team that carried a number, whether direct, specialist or overlay, including hiring, coaching and managing performance
Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals where the security organization was the buyer or the deciding approver, and of coaching others to do the same
Fluency in how security teams work, built by selling directly to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers
Depth in at least one security domain, such as application security, vulnerability management, security operations, cloud, data, identity or endpoint security
History of building a business before there was an established approach, through outbound and partners rather than inherited accounts
Ability to lead through influence as well as authority, so that Account Executives and their leaders bring your team in because it helps them win
Consultative approach to selling and coaching: understanding the problem before proposing anything, and being honest about what a product can't do
Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
Background selling security in one of the industries we cover, and an understanding of how security is bought and regulated there
Experience managing managers and individual contributors, or scaling a sales team through fast growth
Experience leading teams selling AI, developer or data platform products to technical buyers
Time spent as a security practitioner or sales engineer before moving into sales leadership
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$450,000
—
$550,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.
- Own opportunities from first conversation through close. Lead discovery, qualify business needs and urgency, align stakeholders, shape the solution and business case, and drive the evaluation and commercial decision. Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.
- Design and validate workflow solutions that deliver measurable value. Map current- and future-state workflows, co-build solutions live in Notion, and define realistic scope, success criteria, and an implementation path. Translate customer needs and validated outcomes into a clear business case, commercial recommendation, and decision path. Treat discovery as an opportunity to build and validate.
- Orchestrate the right partners while maintaining ownership. Engage BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists at the right moments, with clear context and asks, while owning opportunity momentum, customer communication, and next steps.
- Drive customer value and commercial growth after signature. Partner with Outcomes Architects, guide the initial path to value with a clear adoption plan, on onboarding and ongoing multi-workflow adoption, and own expansion strategy and renewal planning. Stay accountable for translating credits sold into credits consumed, and surface risks or expansion opportunities as customer workflows mature.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Commercial ownership and pipeline generation. You can demonstrate how you created or advanced business, influenced customer decisions, and owned measurable outcomes. Relevant experience may come from quota-carrying sales or adjacent customer-facing roles.
- Technical fluency and builder mindset. You are comfortable building live in software and can demo, co-design, and troubleshoot with a customer without needing a specialist in the room.
- AI fluency. You are excited about AI, build with new tools, and continually learn new ways of working.
- Discovery, qualification, and value articulation. You can uncover customer needs, map workflows, qualify business impact and urgency, and translate what you learn into commercial outcomes, adoption plans, and clear success criteria.
- Agency, urgency, and learning velocity. You set clear goals, take initiative, learn from customer interactions, and apply those learnings to improve outcomes. You bring new ideas and workflows to customers and make complex problems easier to solve.
- Complex customer engagement. You can lead multi-stakeholder interactions and navigate procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
- Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish
NICE TO HAVES:
- Full-cycle B2B software sales experience or solutions engineering experience, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota across new-logo acquisition and expansion motions.

An overview of this role
Reports to: Manager, Renewals
This is an individual-contributor, tactical role focused on timely, accurate execution rather than strategic decision-making. The Associate Renewals Manager works under the general direction of Senior Renewals Managers and their manager, following specific instructions and frameworks in day-to-day work. Solutions and outputs are reviewed by more senior team members and/or the direct manager.
What You’ll Do
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure.
Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand how they're actually using the product and where they're headed next.
Identify and surface expansion opportunities — additional seats, tiers, or modules — that come out of those conversations.
Probe for new use cases and unmet needs within existing accounts, connecting what customers describe to relevant GitLab capabilities they aren't yet using.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.
Analyze moderately complex renewal situations (usage trends, contract terms, pricing) by reviewing existing account factors, escalating anything unusual to a senior team member or manager and helping to mitigate any risk identified.
Explain moderately complex renewal terms and issues to customers and internal stakeholders, working to build alignment.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You’ll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.
About the team
The Renewals team focuses on protecting and growing GitLab's recurring revenue by managing the full contract lifecycle for our subscription customers. As a Renewal Manager, you'll be part of a quota-carrying team that works closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure timely, accurate renewals and strong customer retention across regions in an all-remote, asynchronous environment. The team is responsible for forecasting renewal outcomes, identifying and addressing churn risk, and uncovering opportunities to expand GitLab adoption, while continuously improving processes and best practices that support predictable, sustainable growth.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat. DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt now operate as one global company. Behind the AI experiences millions of people use every day, from shopping assistants to customer support agents, sits one shared Generative AI platform. Our team builds it.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager in London to own major parts of that platform. Your customers are the engineers and ML researchers across all three brands who build AI products and agents. You'll work with engineering and product leaders in Europe and the US, and your decisions will shape how AI gets built across every market we operate in.
What You'll Be Doing
Set the strategy and roadmap
for core parts of our GenAI platform: model access and routing, agent infrastructure, and evaluation and observability.
Build one platform for three brands.
Spot the patterns across Deliveroo, Wolt and DoorDash teams and turn them into shared building blocks, so a capability built once reaches every market.
Shape our model portfolio
across frontier and open-weight models. Decide where we build, buy or partner in an ecosystem that changes month to month.
Make agents production-ready.
Give teams safe access to company knowledge, tools and systems, with the quality, latency and cost controls needed to run agents at scale.
Own the evaluation strategy
so teams can prove quality before launch and keep improving it after.
Stay close to your customers.
Work with the teams shipping AI experiences, measure adoption and time-to-production, and let real production use drive the roadmap.
Lead at a senior level,
presenting to senior technical leadership and influence strategy beyond your own roadmap.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate brings deep expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Significant product management experience (typically 8+ years, or equivalent), including owning a technical platform, developer product, or ML or data infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with LLM-based products or platforms in production, such as assistants, agents, evaluation or inference. GenAI platforms are a young field, so we care more about depth than years.
A platform mindset. You notice the problem five teams keep solving and turn it into one capability everyone can use.
The ability to go deep with engineers and ML researchers, then explain the trade-off in plain language to a senior leader.
A track record of leading large, ambiguous areas on your own and aligning stakeholders across companies, countries and time zones.
Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including some late-afternoon and evening calls.
What Success Looks Like
A team in any of our three brands can go from idea to a reliable AI product dramatically faster. That happens because the hard parts (models, inference, evaluation, tooling, observability, governance and agent infrastructure) are solved once at the platform layer and get better for everyone.
Why Join Us?
Real scale from day one.
Your platform powers AI used by millions of consumers, merchants and couriers across three brands.
Frontier work, real constraints.
You'll work with the latest models and agent patterns, then make them reliable, affordable and compliant in production.
Visible impact.
Platform decisions here get reviewed by senior leadership and adopted across the company.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community builders and more, brought together by a shared drive to make things better. Working here you can expect to:
