Why loveholidays?
We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll own the products that help loveholidays grow direct relationships with hotels. By making it easier for partners to join us, manage their supply and improve their performance, you’ll help hotels achieve their commercial goals while giving our customers greater choice and value.
Our ambition is to build an industry-leading operating system for our suppliers: bringing together onboarding, day-to-day management and the insights partners need to make better commercial decisions. You’ll help turn that ambition into a clear product direction. Your initial focus will be simplifying hotel onboarding and improving how effectively we turn direct hotel supply into bookings.
You’ll be part of the Direct Hotels team, reporting to the Head of Product for Supply Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations and Analytics to build capabilities for hotel partners that support our broader supply strategy. The team sits within Platform, which provides shared technology and tools to help teams across loveholidays deliver the outcomes that drive value for our suppliers and experiences that delight our customers.
Your day-to-day:
- Own the product direction and roadmap. Translate the Direct Hotels ambition into prioritised opportunities, clear outcomes and achievable delivery increments. Make informed trade-offs between supplier needs, commercial value and technical investment.
- Understand the people using our products. Work directly with hotel partners, contracting teams and loading operations to uncover problems, test ideas and understand what will drive adoption.
- Improve the journey from onboarding to bookable supply. Simplify how information is collected, checked and maintained, using automation and self-service where they make the experience easier to navigate and more reliable.
- Build towards supplier self-service. Develop capabilities that progressively give hotels more control over their relationship with us, working towards connected management tools and useful commercial insights.
- Take products from discovery through to measurable impact. Work closely with Engineering and Design to prototype, test, deliver and iterate. Explore practical applications of AI, define success measures and use evidence from adoption, supplier feedback and commercial performance to guide what comes next.
Your skillset:
- Product ownership and strategic delivery: A track record of taking complex problems from discovery through to delivery and demonstrating meaningful user and business outcomes. The ability to connect a long-term vision to the next useful improvement, navigate uncertainty and drive delivery.
- Supplier and user understanding: The ability to understand different users’ goals and turn complicated workflows into useful, intuitive products. Experience with B2B, supplier, partner or marketplace products would be particularly valuable.
- Commercial and analytical judgement: Confidence connecting product decisions to growth, margin and operating costs, while considering value for both hotel partners and holidaymakers. Experience defining success measures, investigating performance and using data alongside qualitative research to make decisions.
- Communication and technical fluency: Clear communication and the ability to align commercial, operational and technical colleagues around priorities, decisions and outcomes. Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and platform constraints with Engineering.
- Experimentation and AI curiosity: A practical approach to testing ideas and applying new capabilities, including examples of how you have used or evaluated AI to improve products or ways of working.
Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology would be welcome, but is not essential. We’re also interested in people who have solved comparable supplier, marketplace or operational challenges in other industries.
The interview journey:
- Talent intro, 30 minutes
- First stage with the hiring manager, 45 minutes
- Final stage with key stakeholders, including a platform case to present, 1 hour
- Behavioural and culture conversation with the VP of Product, 45 minutes
Perks of joining us:

- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

We are looking for an Analyst, Deal Operations to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you’ll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for quoting, pricing structure, and contracting for our Sales team. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Legal, Accounting, and cross-functional leadership to better streamline efficient workflows and enhance sales productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Quote & contract approvals — review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy; escalate exceptions with clear context
- Feature & subscription activation — enable product tiers, configure accounts, and manage trial extensions, and coordinate billing
- Policy & process guidance — be the first line of support for AEs with questions about deal structure, approval requirements, and process
- Playbook development — document what you learn; help build the SOPs and escalation guides that make this function scalable
- Drive consistency across deal processes by helping to optimize, streamline, and automate quote-to-cash processes
- Serves as a subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, approval policies, and controls
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3-5 years in a Deal Desk environment, preferably in a high growth SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales-related systems, including pricing and data enrichment tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent project management instincts, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy.

About the Role
At Playson, we work with a deliberately small team of people who own what they do. This role follows that model. You’ll ensure our presence at the industry’s biggest international exhibitions, organise our signature Playson&Friends parties, and the exclusive experiences we create for our closest partners. Here, one person’s ownership makes a visible difference. You’ll have real autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and a brand that cares about quality in everything it puts its name on.
We’re looking for someone who takes a complex project with dozens of moving parts and closes it end to end: budget, vendors, logistics, brand, guests, and the details nobody else noticed. Our clients come to expect the same standard from our events as from our games, and that standard is quality.
Key Responsibilities
International exhibitions and industry events
- Participation at major iGaming events such as ICE, SiGMA and SBC. This runs from strategy and budget through booth design and build to on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Negotiating with organisers, agencies and suppliers to get high-quality delivery within budget, and taking responsibility for both.
Client experiences
- Planning and producing Playson&Friends parties, our signature events where partners come together to celebrate and connect.
- Designing and delivering high-end experiences and one-of-a-kind moments for small groups of key clients.
- Handling every aspect: concept, venues, travel, hospitality, safety, timing and guest experience. Ensuring each experience feels effortless for the guest and reflects Playson’s brand.
Branded client hampers and promotional gifting
- Partnering with Account Managers to turn their promotional initiatives into branded and themed client hampers, including concept, sourcing, production, personalisation and international delivery.
- Building a reliable supplier network and a process that can deliver consistent quality at scale and on short notice.
Requirements
- 3+ years in event management, client hospitality or BTL marketing, ideally in iGaming, tech or entertainment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex international projects end to end, with personal accountability for the outcome. We’ll ask you for examples.
- The ability to manage several large projects at once and stay calm and decisive when plans change on-site.
- Experience producing premium, high-touch experiences for VIP or key-account audiences.
- Strong budget management and confident negotiation with suppliers and agencies.
- A creative eye, strong taste and close attention to brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of the global iGaming landscape and events ecosystem is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
What we Offer
- Benefit from a transparent and systematic quarterly bonus system.
- We offer a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.
- Choose to work remotely, providing greater flexibility and comfort.
- Enjoy unlimited paid vacation leave, including bank holidays.
- Take unlimited paid sick leave whenever necessary.
- Get reimbursement for professional development courses and training. We provide access to the latest tools and training for continuous growth.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is a data company, and data is our most valuable asset. The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization turns WHOOP data into trusted intelligence that sharpens every team's decisions. As the data and AI ecosystem grows, making that data trustworthy and safe by default has become a strategic capability, so every product built on it can be relied on.
We are seeking a Director, Data Governance to lead the function as a new pillar within the DAA organization. You will report to our VP of Data, Analytics and AI Acceleration. As the first dedicated leader of this function, you will define the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance. Governance sets the policy and standards; the Data Platform & Engineering pillar engineers and implements them, so this role leads through influence, clear standards, and strong cross-functional partnership.
WHOOP operates a mature data platform. This role builds the governance layer on top of it: formal ownership models, data contracts, an event taxonomy, cataloging and discovery, classification frameworks, and the policies that let the company scale into regulated environments without slowing down. You will build and lead a team and champion intelligent, AI powered approaches to continuously monitor the health and trust of our data.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves, and as effective presenting a data classification framework to senior leadership as you are working through a data quality standard with an engineer. Working across Data Platform & Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product, GRC, Legal, InfoSec, and RAD, you will earn trust across technical and business teams, drive adoption, and ship enforceable governance outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap spanning data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), aligned with the DAA strategy.
- Build, lead, and coach a small, senior team, developing your people while partnering closely with Staff level technical leaders across the org.
- Establish a formal data ownership model, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to assign stewardship and accountability for critical datasets.
- Define the standards for data contracts between producing and consuming teams, covering schema stability, SLA adherence, and breaking-change management, with implementation owned by Data Platform & Engineering.
- Own the event taxonomy governance framework, bringing structure to event tracking and standardizing how product and engineering teams define, name, and instrument events across platforms.
- Set data quality standards (freshness, validation, monitoring) and the incident response expectations, partnering with Platform to operationalize automated testing and anomaly detection.
- Champion AI powered governance approaches that proactively surface quality issues, ownership gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks.
- Partner with GRC, Legal, and InfoSec to define the privacy, HIPAA, and compliance standards for how sensitive data is handled, which the platform then implements.
- Define role-based access policy across the data platform, balancing security with self-service accessibility, with enforcement engineered by Platform.
- Embed governance standards directly into engineering and developer workflows so the right way is the easy way, rather than relying on manual processes.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting to track adoption, compliance, and data health across the organization.
- Build a culture where trusted data is a shared responsibility across technical and business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in data, engineering, or data governance roles, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, data engineering, or data platform.
- 4+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Direct experience building data governance programs or frameworks, ideally in a high-growth environment where governance was not yet formalized.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tooling: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/orchestration, and data catalog/lineage tools.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA), or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly given the WHOOP expansion into regulated healthcare products.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks with automated monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with access control design and administration in cloud data platforms (Snowflake RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data standards and policies, and to lead highly cross-functional initiatives. Comfortable influencing engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing data oversight for complex research initiatives, such as IRB-regulated studies or trials or regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership. Able to translate technical governance concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A player-coach orientation. Willing to be deeply hands-on while building repeatable processes and growing a team.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English

We are seeking a Staff Security Architect to help shape and secure the next generation of enterprise, cloud, platform, and AI-enabled technology. This role combines deep security architecture expertise with strong engineering judgment and the ability to influence technical direction across complex, global environments. The successful candidate will partner with engineering, infrastructure, product, and security teams to identify systemic risk, develop scalable security patterns, and guide secure adoption of emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, review, and approve security architecture for enterprise, cloud, SaaS, platform, and application environments, balancing business objectives, engineering constraints, and risk.
Lead cloud security architecture across AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments, including identity, network security, data protection, logging and monitoring, key management, workload isolation, security posture management, and the effective use of native and third-party cloud security controls.
Define and review security architecture for SaaS and PaaS platforms, including identity federation, privileged access, tenant configuration, data protection, API and integration security, logging, third-party risk, and secure adoption of enterprise SaaS services.
Drive security throughout the software delivery lifecycle, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, build systems, artifact repositories, infrastructure as code, secrets management, code and artifact signing, software provenance, deployment automation, and security controls for developer platforms.
Lead security architecture for AI-enabled systems, including generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, model-serving platforms, and AI-assisted developer workflows.
Design mitigations for risks such as prompt injection, insecure tool use, excessive agency, sensitive-data disclosure, model or supply-chain compromise, unsafe output handling, and abuse of AI services.
Define security requirements for AI data, models, prompts, embeddings, vector stores, APIs, tools, and agent identities, including least-privilege access, secrets management, encryption, isolation, provenance, logging, monitoring, and lifecycle controls.
Architect and improve identity, authentication, authorization, network security, key management, cryptography, application security, and production security controls across complex environments.
Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed systems; translate findings into practical architecture improvements, reference patterns, hardening standards, preventative controls, and responsible automation that improves repeatability and operational effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, clearly articulating risks, tradeoffs, and recommended solutions to engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and audiences without a security background.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in security architecture, security engineering, product security, cloud security, infrastructure security, or related disciplines, with demonstrated leadership at senior or staff level.
Deep knowledge of security architecture principles across cloud, application, network, identity, platform, infrastructure, and enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience designing or securing cloud-based and containerized environments, including major cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.
Strong understanding of modern identity and access management, PKI, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, TLS, VPNs, secrets management, key management systems, cloud KMS, and HSMs.
Expertise in network and application security controls such as WAFs, NGFWs, segmentation, DMZ design, DDoS mitigation, load balancing, proxies, intrusion detection/prevention, and host-based controls.
Experience with secure software development, threat modeling, CI/CD and developer platforms, application security, and engineering mitigations across the software lifecycle.
Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts and the ability to evaluate security risks in generative AI, LLM, and agentic system architectures, including data flows, trust boundaries, model access, and tool integrations.
Strong critical thinking, risk prioritization, communication, and influence skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience securing AI/ML platforms, generative AI applications, model gateways, RAG architectures, vector databases, or agentic workflows in production environments.
Experience with AI security evaluation, red teaming, adversarial testing, model abuse testing, or control validation for AI-enabled systems.
Experience securing large-scale Linux, distributed, multi-tenant, or high-availability production environments.
Development or automation experience in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages.
Recognized technical leadership through patents, publications, open-source contributions, conference participation, teaching, or security community involvement.
Penetration testing, adversarial security, or attacker-minded design experience.
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
