About The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly capable
Senior Strategy Project Manager (VIP/Institutions)
to join our CEO Office department, supporting strategic initiatives across our VIP and Institutional business domains. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, data analytics, and AI transformation. You will partner closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning business growth, operational scaling, and AI-enabled ways of working.
Beyond program execution, we are looking for strong analytical and AI-native thinkers who can structure complex business problems, leverage data and AI-assisted workflows to drive insights, and help scale organizational effectiveness through automation and intelligent operational systems. We are open to high-caliber talent from technology, consulting, fintech, platform, or other fast-paced environments who thrive in ambiguity, operate with strong ownership, and combine strategic thinking with execution excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Execution & Organizational Scaling
Support strategic initiatives related to VIP and Institutional business growth, operational efficiency, client experience, and scalable platform capabilities.
Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities, operational inefficiencies, performance drivers, and execution risks across VIP and Institutional initiatives.
Establish and continuously refine governance frameworks, execution cadences, and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
Identify cross-functional bottlenecks and systemic inefficiencies, and drive structural, scalable solutions rather than one-off fixes.
AI Transformation & AI-Native Operations
Support and accelerate company-wide AI transformation initiatives across various business workflows.
Drive adoption of AI-enabled delivery models and operational workflows, including process automation, AI copilots, and intelligent execution systems.
Utilize AI-assisted tools and workflows to accelerate data exploration, hypothesis generation, insight synthesis, and executive reporting.
Executive Communication & Program Leadership
Provide clear executive-level updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, enabling fast and informed decision-making.
Operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments while maintaining strong execution discipline and delivery momentum.
What We Look For In You
Minimally 5 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, strategic operations, consulting, or high-impact project delivery roles.
Strong analytical thinking with a proven ability to structure business problems, define the right questions, and drive actionable insights using both data and AI-assisted workflows.
Comfortable operating in an AI-native workflow where judgment, prioritization, and problem-framing matter more than manual execution; strong underlying data literacy — including metric definitions, attribution logic, and statistical interpretation — is expected regardless of tools used.
Strong executional experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments such as top-tier internet companies, global technology companies, FinTech, trading, or consulting organizations.
Strong systems thinking — able to identify root causes, simplify complexity, and design scalable operating solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working closely with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
Strong interest in AI-native ways of working and emerging AI-enabled operational models.
Nice to Haves
Strong experience in crypto, FinTech, consulting is preferred but not required.
Experience driving AI adoption across various business workflows.
Strong familiarity with AI tools, automation frameworks, LLM-based workflows, or AI-assisted productivity systems.
Bilingual (English and Mandarin Chinese) proficiency is preferred to better support internal stakeholders across global teams.

About The Opportunity
You will have the opportunity to join a team responsible for designing the industry's leading Crypto trading system, including Spot, Margin, Perpetuals, Futures, Options, and various risk control models such as simple account, single-currency margin, multi-currency margin, and portfolio margin.
This system supports daily trading volumes of over ten billion USD for both retail and institutional clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
The plumbing of the exchange.
Order management, matching, margin, risk engine, lending/borrowing — across both spot and derivatives. When you ship, millions of trades route through your work the same day.
Infrastructure that holds up where others can't operate.
You'll work directly with Legal, Compliance, and local market teams — not to check boxes, but to design systems that clear the highest regulatory bar in finance. That bar is our moat.
Outlearning the competition.
Talk to traders, take apart competing systems, and decide where we lead vs. fast-follow — across crypto and TradFi.
The instruments that show us the market first.
Build the data and monitoring layer that gives us situational awareness of our own stack and the broader industry. If something's drifting, breaking, or shifting — you know before anyone else.
The 3–12 month direction.
Decide what we build next, and when, based on product lifecycle, competitive landscape, and what our capacity actually is — not what makes the deck look good.
Shipping through.
From spec to launch, you're the person who gets it out the door — pulling engineering, design, ops, and marketing into alignment without becoming the bottleneck.
The AI harness and agent architecture for your domain.
Design and ship multi-step agent workflows — tool use, retrieval, evaluation, human-in-the-loop checkpoints — that power how Core Trading operates. Spec agents the way you spec products.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, physics or computer science major.
5+ years experience in building sophisticated backend systems in either crypto or Traditional Finance industry.
AI native skillset that allow you to ship at 10x because you automate the work flow first.
Possess rigorous logical thinking, excellent teamwork, communication skills and be able to coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve goals between different departments.
You possess a strong interest in trading, blockchain and the financial industry.
You are proactive, enthusiastic and sensitive to customers' feedback from a product lens.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients / cross-teams).
Nice-To-Haves
Trading experience in sophisticated institutions.
Excel in quantitative research with various mathematics tools.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for Senior Product Managers to drive institutional client growth, manage market maker and VIP programs, and deliver credit and lending products for OKX's institutional client base — including hedge funds, trading firms, asset managers, and financial institutions.
Depending on background, the role may focus on: (a) Institutional client management — VIP programs, market maker programs, and fund/asset manager operations; (b) Institutional credit products — VIP Loan, Credit Line, Post-Trade Settlement; or (c) Growth strategy and cross-team initiatives — Driving quarterly growth plans in partnership with Core Trading, Retail, and Earn teams.
This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll collaborate closely with engineering, risk, compliance, sales/BD, and relationship management teams to deliver secure, scalable, and client-centric solutions that power OKX's institutional offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing
Product Strategy and Delivery
Understand the institutional market landscape by analysing client needs, competitor offerings, and market trends. Identify differentiation opportunities in partnership with Sales/BD and Relationship Management teams.
Design and optimize VIP fee tier programs, market maker incentive structures, and institutional client retention strategies. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned product lines (e.g. VIP Loan, Credit Line, Delayed Settlement, MM programs, or fund management tools).
Gather and prioritise product and client requirements using data-driven analysis. Manage the institutional client lifecycle: onboarding, activation, engagement, upsell, and retention — Translating client pain points into roadmap priorities with clear business impact.
Work closely with engineering, risk, and product teams to drive both technical and financial product requirements. Build and maintain products with end-to-end risk management and operational workflows.
Develop financial and non-financial
metrics and KPIs
to track progress and alignment to firm’s overall strategy and goals. Solicit both internal and external client feedback, understand the various challenges and opportunities and re-prioritise the roadmap iteratively to optimise results. Manage technical backlogs and prioritise new features vs technical debt to eliminate workflow friction.
Client Engagement and Growth
Develop strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with key institutional clients. Coordinate with RM/BD teams on client onboarding, tier management, and retention strategies.
Drive quarterly growth strategies in collaboration with Core Trading, Retail Growth, and Earn teams, including cross-sell initiatives, incentive program design, and institutional product bundling.
Build business cases for product and partnership investments with clear ROI frameworks. Quantify the revenue and AUM impact of product features to drive prioritisation decisions. Own the commercial logic of assigned institutional product lines.
What We Look For In You
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle. Adept at translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Experience with institutional credit products (margin lending, secured financing, delayed settlement, or credit line structures) is preferred.
Proven experience engaging directly with institutional clients — Conducting business reviews, gathering requirements on-site, and translating client pain points into product roadmap priorities. Experience working with sales/BD/relationship management teams in a B2B institutional environment.
Ability to think logically, work in a team and communicate effectively. Strong written and verbal skills for producing high quality documents, plans, roadmaps and presentations with impact. Comfortable working across time zones and cultural contexts.
Understanding of institutional crypto market dynamics — Fee structures, market making, prime brokerage models, and custody solutions.
Deep understanding of crypto exchange products (spot, margin, futures, perpetual swaps, options) and institutional trading workflows. TradFi experience in FX, Equities, or Fixed Income covering trading and middle/back office is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLM tools for product operations, e.g. building automated workflows, using AI for data analysis, or prototyping AI-powered features. We value PMs who actively use AI to multiply their output and embed it into business processes.
A Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance or related discipline.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience building a zero-to-one product is a strong plus.

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
The Compliance team's primary objective is to ensure that OKX operates in accordance with regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest ethical and moral standards. The team owns the full compliance engineering stack: KYC onboarding and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring (TM) and travel-rule enforcement, case management, and regulatory reporting. We achieve this by developing compliance service solutions, integrating with KYC & AML vendors, and enabling robust business growth, which ultimately strengthens user trust in our platform. Our ultimate goal is to create a culture of compliance excellence, where innovation and responsible business practices are seamlessly integrated. In compliance, a system that is mostly right is wrong — so every control we build must be deterministic in its enforcement, complete in its coverage, and explainable in its outcome.
What You’ll Be Doing
Formulate, select, and develop technical schemes for platform projects across the compliance domain — KYC onboarding flows, identity verification and refresh, sanctions / PEP / adverse-media screening, transaction monitoring, travel-rule, case management, and regulatory reporting — including AI/ML-powered features such as intelligent screening disambiguation, document verification, anomaly detection, automated risk scoring, and analyst-assist agents.
Organize and coordinate resources, leading project research and development, troubleshoot problems, and ensure quality and timely completion — including delivery of AI model integration work within KYC, screening, and monitoring workflows.
Facilitate cross-team communication and promote teamwork efficiency through code quality control and collaboration, including partnering with Data Science, Risk, and Legal to productionize models and ensure reliable, auditable inference infrastructure.
Define where probabilistic AI is appropriate versus where deterministic logic is mandatory — and design the boundary cleanly so models assist without compromising auditability or enforcement integrity.
Undertake team tasks and cultivate technical talents in the industry, with a focus on building AI engineering best practices across the compliance engineering team — patterns for agentic coding, prompt libraries, eval suites, and human-in-the-loop review of AI-generated work in a regulated environment.
What We Look For In You
A compliance-first systems mindset — you instinctively reach for state machines, idempotency keys, exactly-once semantics, reconciliation jobs and immutable audit logs. You understand that in compliance, false negatives cost millions and false positives cost trust, and you design accordingly. Prior experience in KYC, AML, sanctions, fraud, or payments is a strong plus; experience surviving a regulatory audit is an even stronger plus.
Daily, fluent use of modern AI coding tools — Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or equivalents. You can describe the specific workflows you run, the failure modes you have hit, and the guardrails you have built around AI-generated code. AI fluency is required, not nice-to-have.
Production experience integrating AI/ML model inference into Java services — REST/gRPC-based model serving, feature engineering pipelines, latency-sensitive inference optimization, graceful degradation, and drift / rollback playbooks.
Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns — at least one of: RAG pipelines (vector store + retrieval + grounding) for policy / KYC / case lookup, agentic workflows (tool use, multi-step reasoning, validation loops) for analyst assistance, or LLM-based classification / extraction shipped to production.
Discipline around AI output — you do not ship LLM features without evals, hallucination tests, prompt regression suites, and human-in-the-loop review for high-stakes decisions. You have an opinion on when to reach for a frontier model vs. a fine-tuned small model vs. a deterministic rule, and can defend that trade-off to a regulator.
Exposure to LLM integration or AI agent frameworks is a strong plus — e.g. prompt engineering at the system level, RAG pipelines, or orchestrating AI workflows within a regulated environment.
Good understanding of software engineering basics, distributed system principles, including CAP, consistency, idempotency, and exactly-once vs at-least-once semantics.
Clear logic, quick thinking, and good communication skills — including the ability to write clearly for non-engineers (compliance officers, auditors, regulators).
AI Proficiency Expectations & Interview Process
AI fluency is a required engineering competency for this role, on the same level as ‘can write good Java’. We will assess it explicitly during the interview, and a strong showing here is a meaningful plus:
AI-augmented workflow demo — walk us through how you use AI tools day-to-day. The prompts, the tasks you delegate to an agent vs. write yourself, how you review AI-generated diffs, and how you measure the impact (commit velocity, defect rate, test coverage). Concrete examples beat slogans.
Live agentic exercise — a working session using the AI coding agent of your choice on a realistic compliance-flavoured problem. We look at how you scope, prompt, validate, and integrate AI output, not whether the agent gets it right first try.
Design discussion with a probabilistic twist — expect at least one system-design question where the right answer involves deciding when not to use an LLM, and how to design the deterministic fallback. We hire engineers who can defend that boundary.
Evaluation & guardrails — be ready to discuss an eval suite or guardrail you have built for an AI feature in production (e.g. an LLM-assisted SAR narrative drafting tool, an AI-assisted KYC document review step, or screening-hit disambiguation). If you have not shipped one, tell us how you would design it.

Gathering 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users, Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes chart-topping games like Mob Control and Block Jam, alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
TEAM
Voodoo Ad-Network is an autonomous product of around 30 people that carries the ambitious mission of providing ad network services. One goal is to leverage Voodoo’s first-party data to improve Voodoo’s monetisation. Moreover, the product is growing through new ventures like opening up to external inventory, reaching the external-advertisers market and social-network monetisation through BeReal’s recent acquisition. Thanks to promising results, our ambition is now to scale up the team to support growth.
The Ad Experience team owns the end-to-end quality of the ads delivered by our network, from ad rendering to data collection. It has a strong focus on viewability, tracker integrity and the diagnostic signals that feed our Machine Learning models. It’s composed of mostly senior Software Engineers, Mobile Developers, QA Engineers and Full Stack Engineers who iterate together to detect issues quickly, improve the user-side ad experience and protect the quality of the data flowing back into the product.
ROLE
We’re looking for an Experienced Data Analyst to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you will:
- Work on end-to-end data projects with the Ad Experience squad to improve ad delivery quality, reduce ad-load and rendering failures, and maintain a high data quality.
- Monitor SDK diagnostic events and build alerting, anomaly detection and root-cause analyses on top of the Ad Experience datasets.
- Build data collection and transformation pipelines, and actionable dashboards.
- Analyze large, complex data sets with billions of events representing the behaviour of mobile game players and of our ad network to investigate ad-quality regressions, attribution discrepancies and SDK rollouts.
- Design solutions from scratch, iterate quickly, create POCs, and deploy to production rapidly.
- Occasionally leverage Python skills and Statistics skills to support A/B tests on ad-experience changes
PROFILE
- You possess substantial experience in analytical roles, ideally within a web or mobile company or the tech or ad tech industry.

- Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models will be considered a significant advantage.
- Development skills, particularly in Python, will be considered a significant advantage
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are able to balance the tradeoff between time-consuming development and rapid results.
- You have a solid problem solving mindset as well as a great track record demonstrating ownership and ability to come up with innovative ideas.
- A BA/B.Sc degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economy, or other quantitative fields is mandatory for this role.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Tech Lead to drive delivery and cross-team coordination for the Shop Builder DevX and AI team. You are the bridge between architecture and execution: you take the technical direction set by the Principal Engineer and turn it into a running, shipping team.
You lead a squad of three engineers building the developer surface that Shop Builder is missing — MCP server, CLI, SDK, documentation pipeline, local dev environment, deploy and versioning path. You set the delivery cadence, remove blockers, coordinate inbound dependencies from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog, and own the quality of what ships.
This is a hands-on role. You write production code, lead code reviews, and drive technical decisions within your domain. You also have the seniority and judgment to coordinate across teams and represent the team's work to engineering leadership.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global payments and commerce platform for the games industry, used by thousands of publishers to monetize, distribute, and operate their titles worldwide. Shop Builder is Xsolla's storefront platform — used by publishers and game developers to launch and operate game shops, from straightforward catalog and webshops to fully custom storefronts built headless on our backend. For more information, visit xsolla.com.
The DevX and AI team owns the public APIs, documentation, and AI features that give developers — and AI agents — the full surface they need to customize and extend Shop Builder. This is a net-new team of seven, standing up to fill a real gap: no dedicated team has owned the developer surface end to end. That changes now.
Responsibilities
Drive the delivery of the Shop Builder developer surface: MCP server, CLI and local dev environment, public SDK, documentation pipeline, sandbox and preview environments, deploy and versioning path.
Lead and mentor a team of three engineers — setting technical direction within the squad, running code reviews, and ensuring consistent engineering quality.
Own cross-team coordination: identify and pull inbound API capabilities from payments, auth, live ops, and catalog teams; unblock dependencies; manage integration timelines.
Actively contribute to implementation — you ship production code alongside the team, particularly on the most critical and complex components.
Partner with the Principal Engineer to translate architecture decisions into sprint-level execution plans and realistic timelines.
Collaborate with the PO on roadmap sequencing, scope decisions, and trade-offs between speed and correctness.
Own the team's delivery rhythm: sprint planning, technical grooming, retrospectives, and status visibility to engineering and business leadership.
Define and maintain the team's engineering standards: testing strategy, observability, deployment practices, and documentation quality.
Act as the primary technical contact for integrations with headless partners and the MIT professional services team during early partner onboarding.
Contribute to hiring by conducting technical interviews and defining what great looks like for the engineers joining this team.
Qualifications & Skills
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a tech lead, staff, or senior lead role driving delivery across a team.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js, with experience shipping production APIs, CLIs, or SDKs to external developers.
Hands-on experience building CLI tools and developer-facing workflows: command design, config file formats, local dev loops, deploy commands, and error messages that actually help.
Solid understanding of REST API design principles, SDK ergonomics, and what makes a developer experience work — you have strong opinions and can back them up.
Practical familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic tool-use patterns: you understand how AI agents consume tool interfaces and what makes a tool reliable for an LLM.
Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams to ship features that depend on inbound capabilities you don't own.
Proven ability to lead engineers: clear technical direction, raising the quality bar through reviews, developing other engineers' skills.
Cloud-native experience: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and deployment automation on AWS or GCP.
Strong communication skills — you translate technical complexity into clear status for leadership, and technical requirements into actionable work for your team.
Nice to Have
Experience in game tech, digital commerce, storefront platforms, or headless architecture.
Background building React component libraries, design systems, or frontend platforms consumed by external developers.
Experience building sandboxed execution environments for third-party code (custom blocks, extensions, plugins).
Familiarity with LLM-generated code evaluation: assessing whether an AI-produced block, component, or layout is correct and safe to ship.
Prior experience standing up a greenfield team from scratch and knowing what that demands.
Exposure to documentation-as-code workflows and toolchains that publish to multiple surfaces from a single source of truth.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
The Data Infrastructure team at Cohere is responsible for the storage and data movement layer underlying every model training run. We're building the unified storage layer that feeds our training workloads. It needs to serve petabytes of training data and model checkpoints fast enough to keep thousands of GPUs busy across several training clusters. In this role, you’d have an opportunity to build this system from the ground up. You’d be a key contributor, working on a problem few teams have had to solve at this scale.
In this role, you will:
- Design, build, and operate the distributed storage system that feeds model training and evaluation.
- Run this system multiple on Kubernetes clusters at petabyte scale.
- Work with researchers and training-infra teams on how jobs actually read and write data, and turn that into throughput, latency, and durability requirements
- Work through the networking, I/O, and consistency problems of moving large datasets and checkpoints across regions and backends, with GPU idle time and time-to-insight as the measures of success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Strong storage fundamentals, including replication, consistency, caching, and data lifecycle management.
- Strong coding ability. We work in Python and Go; experience in either is enough, but you should be willing to pick up the other
- Experience running stateful systems on Kubernetes, including Persistent Volumes, CSI drivers, and StatefulSets.
- Hands-on experience with cloud object storage such as S3 as well as POSIX-style filesystems.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience with parallel or HPC filesystems such as Weka, VAST, or Lustre.
- Familiarity with the data-loading and checkpointing patterns used in large-scale model training.
- An interest in how large models are trained and evaluated, including the trajectory and eval data those runs generate, and a desire to understand the workloads the platform is serving.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. If jobs are viewed on other sites then please verify these through our official careers https://cohere.com/careers page.
