Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with innovative companies where you become a valued member of the team.
About the Company
Our client operates and scales multiple e-commerce brands while also growing a dedicated Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) agency serving established e-commerce businesses.
As CRO is brought fully in-house, they are looking for an experienced Head of E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to take ownership of the optimisation function.
This is a high-impact leadership role combining hands-on e-commerce optimisation with strategy, client advisory, experimentation, and team building. You’ll initially work across three in-house brands alongside a select portfolio of agency clients, with the opportunity to shape the company’s CRO methodology and build the function as the business grows.
Job Summary
As Head of E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimisation, you will own the optimisation strategy across both in-house e-commerce brands and agency client accounts.
Your goal will be to identify and prioritise the highest-value opportunities to improve conversion rates, Average Order Value (AOV), revenue, and profit per visitor.
You’ll combine quantitative analytics with customer research and behavioural insights to develop commercially focused experimentation roadmaps. You’ll determine what should be A/B tested, what should be implemented directly, and ensure designers and developers are focused on initiatives capable of delivering measurable commercial impact.
Beyond execution, you’ll play a key role in developing the company's CRO framework, maintaining the quality of client strategy, presenting findings to stakeholders, and eventually hiring and mentoring additional CRO strategists.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end CRO and e-commerce optimisation strategy across three in-house brands and selected agency clients.
Audit new client websites, funnels, analytics setups, and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, AOV, revenue, and profit per visitor.
Build, prioritise, and manage structured CRO and experimentation roadmaps.
Develop clear, data-backed, and commercially focused hypotheses for experiments.
Analyse GA4, Shopify, e-commerce, and behavioural data to uncover friction points and opportunities.
Use heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, customer feedback, and qualitative research to understand customer behaviour.
Determine when optimisation opportunities should be A/B tested versus implemented directly.
Brief designers and developers on CRO initiatives, ensuring execution remains aligned with the commercial objective.
Review experiment results and assess statistical validity before making recommendations.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Present CRO strategies, experiment findings, and recommendations directly to clients.
Quantify incremental revenue, profit, and commercial impact generated through optimisation initiatives.
Maintain a consistently high standard of CRO strategy across all accounts.
Develop and continuously improve the company's CRO framework and methodology.
Establish scalable processes for experimentation, reporting, customer research, and prioritisation.
Hire, mentor, and develop future CRO strategists as the function grows.
Requirements
5–8+ years of professional experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation, experimentation, e-commerce optimisation, or a closely related discipline.
Strong track record of delivering measurable CRO improvements for e-commerce businesses.
Experience working with established e-commerce brands, ideally generating approximately £1m–£50m in revenue.
Advanced knowledge of Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms.
Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and e-commerce analytics.
Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms.
Strong understanding of experimentation methodology, statistical significance, and test validity.
Experience conducting customer research using surveys, behavioural analysis, heatmaps, session recordings, and other qualitative methods.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce UX, customer journeys, landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and funnel optimisation.
Ability to connect CRO activity to commercial outcomes such as revenue, AOV, margin, and profit per visitor.
Experience creating and prioritising experimentation roadmaps based on expected commercial impact.
Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Ability to confidently brief and collaborate with designers, developers, marketers, and senior stakeholders.
Comfortable owning strategy while remaining hands-on with analysis, research, and experimentation.
Previous agency, consultancy, or multi-brand experience is highly desirable.
Leadership or mentoring experience, with the ability to build and develop a CRO team as the business scales.
Benefits
🌎 Fully remote opportunity with the ability to work as part of an ambitious, growth-focused team.
🚀 High-impact leadership role with ownership of CRO strategy across multiple ecommerce brands and agency clients.
🧠 Build the CRO methodology and help define how the agency approaches research, experimentation, and optimisation.

Equal Opportunity
XDS is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Workplace: OnSite
ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own frontend across product and marketing surfaces: You will work across both our core product interface and customer-facing web pages, ensuring a cohesive, polished user experience across all touch points. This includes building features in the web app and also collaborating on our website to keep branding and user experience consistent and high-quality.
- Build content infrastructure that unblocks the team: You'll develop our CMS (we use Sanity) to give content and marketing teams self-serve tooling, structured content models, and preview/staging workflows, so routine changes don't depend on engineering. You'll design content schemas and editing experiences that let non-engineers move quickly and confidently.
- Champion growth: You'll partner with marketing, sales, and operations to implement analytics and enable experimentation, turning business goals into shipped, instrumented features so we always know what's actually working.
- Make localization first-class: You'll support localization and internationalization — multilingual content, translation workflows, and the infrastructure behind them, so non-English experiences are genuinely first-class rather than afterthoughts.
- Treat performance as a feature: You'll own Core Web Vitals, media and asset optimization, and the diagnosis of the subtle issues: layout shift, lazy-loading, video quality, render timing. You care about speed, and you measure it.
- Hold a high bar for accessibility: You'll champion semantic markup, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, and WCAG-minded component design, ensuring the site is usable by everyone who visits it.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Marketing and growth fluency: You've worked on marketing or growth-facing web before, and you understand the business context — funnels, conversion, SEO, analytics, and A/B testing—not just the code. We care about this more than years of experience or exact seniority.
- Strong frontend fundamentals: You're fluent in modern JavaScript and TypeScript and React (or a similar framework), with a real sense for UI/UX craft and an instinct for getting the small details right.
- A genuine commitment to performance and accessibility: You care about both deeply and can point to specific, concrete things you've done to improve them in production.
- Comfort with structured content: You've worked with a headless CMS and structured content models before. Sanity experience is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration: You work well with non-engineers — designers, content writers, and marketers — and can translate their goals into technical work, and technical tradeoffs back into terms they can act on.
Even better...
- Localization and i18n experience: You've worked with internationalization systems and translation tooling before.
- Analytics and experimentation depth: You're familiar with web analytics and experimentation platforms and know how to use them to drive decisions.
- Third-party integration experience: You've integrated services like video hosting or error monitoring into a content workflow.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment

We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

THE ROLE
Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
First 30 Days — Learn & Listen
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
First 90 Days — Take Ownership
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
First Year — Drive Impact
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.
_______________________________________________________________________

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Copywriter, Developer at Anthropic, you will shape how our brand speaks to developers, an audience that is notoriously allergic to being marketed to and quick to spot anything that doesn't ring true. Developers who stay sharp, curious, and direct AI tools with their own judgment are the ones who will thrive, and your job is to help that idea land authentically rather than arrive as a slogan. You'll co-create a voice that developers recognize as empathetic, direct, and genuinely useful, and you'll bring that voice to every place our brand meets a developer.
In this role, you'll own the brand-led developer writing that sits between Dev Rel's technical content and pure marketing: launch narratives, campaign work, social, paid, event materials, and developer work that shows up in enterprise contexts. You'll partner closely with Dev Rel as an embedded extension of their team, co-own the developer voice and tone guide with Comms, work with Claude Code and developer marketing leadership on strategic initiatives, and sit within a developer creative pod alongside a brand designer and program manager, with our Head of Copy and Content as your craft lead.
Responsibilities
Own the developer-facing expression of brand campaigns, starting with Keep Thinking, translating brand-level ideas into writing that works across launches, social, and paid
Build the developer voice and tone guide in partnership with Comms and Dev Rel, then turn it into the templates and examples the creative team uses for developer work
Own the brand-led developer assets that sit between technical content and marketing, from event and campaign materials to developer writing in enterprise contexts
Partner daily with Dev Rel as an embedded extension of their team, complementing the technical content they own rather than duplicating it
Develop launch narratives and short-form copy that adapt expert, technical material into sharp, accurate writing developers trust
Lead copy for the developer creative pod, working side by side with brand design and program management to ship integrated work
Partner with Claude Code leadership and developer marketing leadership on strategic initiatives that shape how we show up for developers
Present work and a clear rationale for voice and craft decisions to stakeholders across Brand, Dev Rel, Comms, and marketing
Manage feedback from technical reviewers and Comms so that what ships is both accurate and within what we can say externally
Track how developer-facing work lands and use what you learn to sharpen the voice, the templates, and the work itself
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years experience writing for developers or technical audiences, and a portfolio that shows both technical and brand work
Have shipped work that developers actually shared, whether in-house at a developer tools or infrastructure company or at an agency serving those clients
Have a strong, specific point of view on how brands should talk to developers, and can articulate it with examples
Can read a changelog or a docs page and explain why a developer would or wouldn't trust it
Are skilled at adapting expert material into sharp short-form copy and launch narratives without losing accuracy
Work fluidly across the full range from technical content to pure brand writing
Already use Claude or other AI models in your own writing practice and can talk concretely about how
Enjoy embedding with technical teams and treating engineers and Dev Rel as creative partners, not just reviewers
Are comfortable co-owning standards with other teams and knowing where your lane ends and theirs begins
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Strong candidates may also have
Experience working directly alongside a Dev Rel or engineering team rather than through a brief
Built or contributed to a voice and tone guide, style system, or writing templates that other people successfully used
Written for developer launches at a fast-moving product company, where accuracy and speed both mattered
Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem, including coding tools, APIs, and how developers evaluate them
Experience writing developer-credible work that also performs in enterprise or executive contexts
A personal writing practice, newsletter, or public work that demonstrates voice and judgment
Worked within brand campaign systems and translated them for a skeptical or specialized audience
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$200,000
—
$255,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Fullstack Engineer for our Growth team. You will run experiments across the whole self-serve journey: from the moment someone first hears of Peec AI to the day they renew, refer a friend or leave. That covers the website, signup, pricing and checkout, the trial and onboarding. It also covers the moments in the product where we ask people to do something, like connect a tool, invite a teammate or upgrade. You can work on any of these, and we decide together where the focus goes each month or quarter.
You come up with the hypothesis, design the experiment and discuss it with the team. Then you run the rest of the loop yourself: build it, instrument it, ship it behind a flag, read the result and write down what happened.
You report to the VP of Growth and work with our Growth PM, our growth engineer, and the marketing and design teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go after big swings. We size every idea first and look for changes that could move a funnel step by 30 to 40 percentage points. It is fine if most of them fail.
- Build and improve the experimentation infrastructure. Feature flags, assignment at the account level, exposure logged when someone becomes eligible, outcomes recorded on the server, and holdouts we read.
- Keep conversion data accurate. Event design, funnel definitions and readouts the team can rely on.
- Own what you ship after launch. You watch it, read the result on the date you set, and decide whether we keep it, change it or remove it.
- Build internal tools that let the team run more experiments with less manual work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You have run growth experiments end to end. You formed the hypothesis, designed the test, built it and read the result. Not advised on them, not analysed someone else's.
- You write production code today. Strong React and TypeScript on the frontend, comfortable in Node.js and databases on the backend. Our stack is React, Node.js and Next.js.
- You know what your volume can detect. You can size a test, say how long it needs to run, and tell us when a result is not readable.
- SQL and analytics fluency. Funnels, cohorts, event design.
- B2B SaaS experience.
- You ship with Claude Code, Cursor or equivalent.
- Product judgement. You can tell which changes need a test, which can ship without one, and which are not worth building.
- Product taste. You care about how the things you ship look and feel. You can turn an idea into a screen that belongs in our product, and you know when to bring in our design team.
BONUS POINTS
- You set up an experimentation practice from scratch and grew it into a regular part of how the team works.
- Product-led growth experience. Onboarding, activation, paywalls, pricing, checkout.
- Acquisition experience. Website and signup experiments, SEO or paid funnels.
- Experiments on low-volume B2B funnels, where only big changes are readable.
- Experimentation platforms and feature flags. Statsig, GrowthBook, PostHog, or your own.
- Billing and subscriptions. Stripe or similar.
- You founded a company, or you were an early engineer at one.
- Side projects and experiments you can show us.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.
