Workplace: OnSite
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Satellite Systems, Software Verification Team Lead
- Location: Valencia, Spain
- Department: Global Manufacturing Organisation
- Reports to: Maite Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an Satellite Systems, Software Verification Team Lead to own the final verification of our satellites, the stage where an integrated spacecraft is proven to work.
Once a satellite has been integrated, your team takes over. You’ll lead satellite-level functional and end-to-end checkout, onboard software loading and validation, and RF testing in our anechoic chamber, with a team of 5 technicians across systems, software and RF.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll spend real time with your team at the satellite, troubleshooting, unblocking issues and improving how we test. ICEYE is scaling satellite production fast, so you’ll also build the processes, tools and KPIs that let verification keep pace without compromising quality.
We’re looking for a strong electronics engineer who is comfortable with software and enjoys leading people. Space experience is a plus, not a requirement. If you’ve led hands-on electronics testing in a demanding industry such as aerospace, defence, automotive or power electronics, we’ll help you learn the space-specific parts.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading Satellite Verification
- Own satellite-level verification after integration: functional and end-to-end system checkout
- Prove that all onboard systems (power, avionics, software, RF) perform reliably in full configuration
- Be hands-on: lead troubleshooting, isolate faults, unblock issues and keep momentum
Owning Software in Verification
- Own onboard software loading, validation and checkout during production verification
- Maintain and improve test scripts, test automation and software-supported verification flows
- Work with AIT Engineering on software-related issues, telling software faults apart from hardware faults
Overseeing RF Testing
- Make sure RF testing of the satellite in the anechoic chamber is planned, executed and reported to standard, working with the RF specialists in your team
- Keep RF test benches and chamber setups maintained, calibrated and compliant
Quality, Traceability & Compliance
- Plan, execute and report system-level functional tests and inspections
- Maintain configuration control, build discipline and full traceability
- Ensure compliance with applicable aerospace quality standards such as ECSS
- Identify key non-conformances, escalate critical issues and drive resolution of the most impactful ones, supporting root cause analysis led by AIT Engineering
Building Scalable, Repeatable Processes
- Develop work instructions, test procedures and checklists with AIT Engineering and Quality
- Turn unclear inputs into clear, usable processes and reduce tribal knowledge
- Increase throughput and reduce rework while protecting quality
Leading & Developing the Team
- Lead, coach and grow a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability and pride in the product
- Teach structured fault diagnosis and test best practices
Working Across Teams
- Be the bridge between verification and engineering (systems, software, RF, AIT)
- Collaborate with Quality, Planning, Supply Chain and the two other production teams (Integration/Mechanical & Thermal; Electronics)
- Prepare verification for higher volumes; define and track KPIs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don’t need to tick every box. If you have most of the must-haves and the role excites you, we’d like to hear from you.
Must-haves
- A degree in electronics, telecommunications or electrical engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Hands-on experience testing, validating or verifying complex electronic systems, at unit or system level
- Working software knowledge: scripting (ideally Python), loading and configuring software on hardware, version and configuration control
- Experience leading or coordinating a technical team in a hands-on environment
- Ability to read schematics, assembly drawings and test procedures
- Clear communication with engineers, technicians and stakeholders, in fluent English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in space, aerospace, defence or another high-reliability industry
- RF test experience (spectrum or network analysers, signal generators, anechoic chambers)
- Familiarity with ECSS, NASA-STD or similar standards (such as DO-178C, ISO 26262 or EN 50128)
- Test automation frameworks (such as TestStand, LabVIEW or pytest)
- Experience scaling a test or production process
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Every satellite is verified reliably, predictably, and to standard before it ships
- RF, system, and software verification processes are clear, structured, and scalable
- Problems are isolated and solved at the root, not patched
- The team takes full ownership of verification quality and traceability
- Verification keeps pace with ICEYE's growth
WHY THIS ROLE IS INTERESTING
- You own the moment of truth, proving the satellite works end-to-end
- You'll bring RF, systems, and software verification together under one scope
- You'll shape how verification is done, not just follow existing processes
- You'll work at the intersection of engineering and production, where decisions have immediate impact

About the Role
We're looking for a FinOps Data Engineer to help drive cost optimization and cloud financial governance across our AWS infrastructure and GCP footprint. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Product to find and ship savings, build the tooling necessary to maximize efficiency of every dollar spent in the cloud, and cultivate a culture of cost awareness across engineering teams. This role owns the data side of that mission: the models, pipelines, and analysis that make cost, usage, and margin numbers trustworthy across the company.
This is a hands-on engineering role, not an analyst seat. You'll do the schlep work other teams don't have time for, digging into a bucket's access pattern, writing the dbt model or Python pipeline that ships the fix, building the cost-vs-revenue mart that answers a margin question once instead of every time, and chasing a number until it reconciles. Strong communication matters as much as technical depth, you'll regularly explain a savings case or a data model's implications to an engineering team, a finance stakeholder, and a leadership audience in the same week.
What You'll Be Responsible For
In this role, you'll:
- Find and ship savings across AWS and GCP: Analyze billing, usage, and cost trends to identify opportunities, rightsizing, storage lifecycle policies, data transfer, and spot/auto-scaling. Take ideas from identification through to a realized dollar figure, not just a recommendation.
- Build and maintain the FinOps data pipeline: Design and run the BigQuery/dbt models that turn raw billing and usage data (CUR, Storage Lens) into reconciled, trustworthy mart tables, the foundation everything else in FinOps is built on.
- Build cost-vs-revenue and customer segmentation models: Model unit economics and margin by product line and customer segment, and extend coverage as new products and segments come online.
- Apply data science to cost and usage data: Build forecasting models, detect anomalies statistically rather than by threshold alone, and quantify savings opportunities (e.g. storage lifecycle, request-cost patterns) with rigor a spreadsheet can't match.
- Build and maintain cost attribution: Tagging policies, cost allocation, and chargeback/showback so engineering teams can see and own their own spend. This is foundational work other savings work depends on.
- Automate cost governance: Build automated cost reporting, anomaly detection, and alerting. Write the scripts and infrastructure-as-code (Python, Terraform, Lambda) that enforce cost policy rather than relying on manual review.
- Partner with engineering on architecture decisions: Bring cost into the room early, cost-efficiencies are cheaper to get right at design than to retrofit.
- Work with Finance on forecasting and reporting: Support budget tracking and financial KPIs; build dashboards and self-serve analytics engineering and finance can both read.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You
- Have strong AWS expertise and working GCP knowledge, including pricing models, billing structures, and cost optimization mechanics.
- Have data engineering depth: dbt, BigQuery (or an equivalent modern warehouse), SQL at scale, and data modeling for analytics (dimensional modeling, incremental models, testing).
- Have data science fundamentals: statistical forecasting, anomaly detection, and experimentation, and know when a rigorous model beats a rule of thumb.
- Have automation and scripting skills: Python, Terraform/ pulumi, Lambda, or Bash.
- Are comfortable with cost/billing tooling: AWS Cost Explorer, Cost & Usage Reports, GCP Billing Reports, and BI/dashboarding (we use Hex).
- Have experience with, or are comfortable picking up, Linear and Notion as the system of record for tracking and documenting FinOps work.
- Experience with a dedicated cloud cost management platform (e.g. CloudZero, Vantage, or similar) is a plus, not required.
- Can analyze cost data and present it clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have prior experience spanning data analytics, data engineering, or data science in a FinOps, cloud cost management, or cloud governance context.
- Are energized by doing the unglamorous, high-leverage work (the schlep) that unblocks other teams, and by working cross-functionally without positional authority.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.

Experience implementing compliance programs for emerging products, including AI-enabled products, with a strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their GRC implications, and a builder's mindset comfortable with ambiguity as the program scales

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to set the direction for our enterprise story: the narrative, messaging, and go-to-market strategy that turn Nebius’s full-stack differentiation into pipeline and revenue with mid-market and enterprise buyers.
You’re welcome to work remotely in the United States.
This is a role for a recognized enterprise product marketing leader from B2B cloud or AI infrastructure who has shaped category narratives and led complex go-to-market motions, and can prove it through the messaging they built, the programs they orchestrated, and the revenue outcomes behind them. You understand the AI cloud stack well enough to earn credibility with engineering leaders, and you know what it takes to move a complex enterprise buying committee (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, security and procurement teams) through a 6–18-month cycle. You set the strategy and frameworks that others execute against, and you measure your impact in win rates, pipeline influenced, and field adoption, not assets shipped.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing, you will be the senior voice for how Nebius positions itself to the enterprise and a force multiplier for the organization: setting the enterprise go-to-market strategy across product lines, guiding and mentoring other product marketers, and equipping sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships to carry the story into the field. You will work directly with senior leaders across product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership as a trusted strategic partner.
Your responsibilities will include:
Set the enterprise narrative and positioning strategy.
Own the enterprise layer of the Nebius story end to end, from our “ultimate AI cloud” positioning down to persona-specific messaging, and define the frameworks and standards that other product marketers and content teams build on. Translate our differentiators and each layer of the cloud stack (custom GPU servers, AI orchestration and MLOps tooling, Token Factory, and our agentic layer) into credible messaging that resonates with technical and business decision-makers alike.
Lead enterprise go-to-market strategy across products and launches.
Define the enterprise go-to-market plan across the Nebius portfolio, set priorities and sequencing for major launches, and drive alignment across product, sales, solutions architecture, partnerships, and marketing. Make the trade-offs on where to focus and invest, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to shared outcomes.
Design and own the enterprise customer journey.
Own the logic and strategy of the 6–18-month enterprise buying cycle, defining what moves a buyer at each stage from awareness to evaluation, decision, and expansion. Set the plays, content, and touchpoints for each stage and partner with digital/ABX and field marketing leaders to sequence and target them by account, using ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
Build the enterprise business case.
Develop the messaging, proof, and business case around what enterprises actually evaluate: total cost of ownership, reliability and SLAs, security and compliance, data sovereignty and residency, migration risk, and vendor lock-in. Equip Nebius to win through security review, procurement, and the CFO’s office, and engage directly with senior executives on strategic deals.
Drive enablement strategy and field adoption.
Set the enablement strategy for sales, solutions, and partner teams, and ensure they can articulate Nebius’s value to every persona on the buying committee: first-call decks, battlecards, discovery guides, ROI/TCO tools, objection handling, and competitive positioning against hyperscalers and neoclouds. Lead enablement programs and measure adoption, win rates, and deals influenced.
Own competitive and category positioning.
Maintain a sharp, evidence-based view of the AI enterprise infrastructure landscape and help shape how the category is defined. Turn market and competitive intelligence into positioning the field can defend and campaigns can lead with, and keep Nebius’s differentiation current as the market moves.
Lead the enterprise content and proof strategy.
Define the enterprise asset strategy and own quality across the library: solution briefs, white papers, reference architectures, case studies, web pages, webinars, and videos. Personally produce the most strategic pieces and set the bar for the rest.
Elevate communications, analyst, and investor narratives.
Shape the enterprise narrative for press moments, site launches, analyst briefings, and investor materials, in close coordination with comms, legal, and executive leadership. Serve as a spokesperson and subject matter expert for the enterprise story in analyst, customer, and industry settings.
Champion the voice of the customer.
Partner with sales and customer marketing to build a pipeline of references, case studies, and proof points, and bring enterprise pain points and wins back into product strategy and messaging.
Mentor and multiply.
Coach and guide other product marketers and cross-functional contributors, establish best practices, messaging methodologies, and workshop frameworks (such as SCIPAB), and raise the quality and consistency of product marketing across the organization.
Contribute strategically at the leadership table.
Bring ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape how we position Nebius in a fast-moving AI infrastructure market. Act as a trusted partner to product, engineering, sales, and partnerships leaders, with a seat at the table, not just as a content source.
We expect you to have:
8+ years in product marketing, with a strong track record leading enterprise go-to-market in cloud infrastructure or AI infrastructure (ideally the AI cloud market) at a growing, modern company.
Proven ownership of the enterprise segment across the marketing lifecycle, with the ability to speak to win rates, pipeline data, and revenue impact on significant enterprise deals.
Demonstrated experience setting go-to-market strategy and leading cross-functional launches across multiple products or product lines, influencing leaders without direct authority.
Hands-on experience designing and orchestrating multi-stage enterprise customer journeys across long (6–18 month) buying cycles, and running account-based programs on ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase in partnership with digital/ABX teams, with clear, measurable outcomes.
Strong technical understanding of AI/ML workflows and the AI cloud infrastructure stack: GPU platforms and the NVIDIA ecosystem, networking, storage, IaaS, inference, and ML tools (e.g., PyTorch, Ray, Slurm, MLflow, Kubernetes, inference and agentic platforms), with the ability to go deep with engineers and translate up for executives and business buyers.
Demonstrated experience building and running sales and partner enablement at scale, including battlecards, pitch decks, sales playbooks, competitive positioning, and ROI/TCO narratives, and driving measurable adoption across a field organization.
Fluency with the enterprise buying process and its stakeholders (CTO, CIO, VP Infrastructure, IT Ops, Platform Engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and finance) and the concerns that gate a deal: TCO, reliability, security, compliance, sovereignty, and lock-in.
Exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience running messaging workshops and methodologies such as SCIPAB, and comfort presenting to C-level executives, analysts, and customers.
Experience mentoring or leading product marketers or cross-functional teams, and raising standards across a function.
Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, is comfortable operating with ambiguity and speed, and connects the dots across functions and departments.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. #LI-LT1

The role
We're looking for a Business Analyst to partner closely with our Finance and Sales teams and turn data into decisions. You'll be the owner of the company's most important metrics: revenue (ARR/MRR), bookings, pipeline, conversion, net revenue retention, gross margin and more. Beyond reporting the numbers, you'll uncover the drivers behind them, build the analyses that shape planning and go-to-market strategy, and help leadership answer the critical questions:
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in a board-deck conversation as in a SQL editor, and who ships analysis that changes what the business does next.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the company's core business metrics end-to-end: define them, build the single source of truth, and make sure Finance, Sales, and leadership are all looking at the same numbers.
Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, and board/investor reporting; turn usage and billing data into reliable financial views.
Partner with Sales on pipeline health, funnel conversion, win/loss, sales cycle, quota attainment, territory and segment performance, and compensation analytics.
Proactively monitor key business metrics, investigate trends and anomalies, and surface actionable insights to stakeholders before they ask.
Build and maintain revenue and pipeline models that connect product usage and billing data.
Write production-quality SQL and Python to model data, automate recurring reporting, and run analyses at scale.
Translate findings into clear recommendations and drive alignment across Finance, Sales, and leadership.
Support strategic initiatives: pricing and packaging changes, segment strategy, capacity planning, and go-to-market experiments, with before/after impact measurement.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of experience as an Analyst, of which 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, FP&A analyst, Revenue/Sales Operations analyst, or equivalent.
2+ years working in a SaaS company; you understand ARR, bookings, NRR, CAC, payback, pipeline coverage, and the metrics that drive a SaaS business.
Hands-on experience supporting Finance and/or Sales teams, with a track record of owning metric definitions that the company relies on.
Strong SQL and comfort working with large, messy datasets across different sources.
Hands-on experience using Python for data analysis and data modeling in a production environment.
BSc in Economics / Finance / Statistics / Math / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Familiarity with modern data tooling (Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, BI tools like Omni/Looker/Tableau).
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience at an API-first, developer-focused, usage-based, or PLG (product-led growth) company.
Experience with usage-based billing and revenue recognition (Stripe, Metronome, NetSuite).
Experience with CRM analytics (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales compensation / quota design.
Statistical foundation for experimentation and causal inference.
Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
MBA or MSc in a quantitative field.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
Order Management sits at the center of how Figma turns contracts into revenue — every deal our Sales team closes passes through this team before it's invoiced. As part of the Revenue Operations team within Accounting, we own order form review, invoicing, and billing support for Sales and Support for a global customer base. As Figma grows, we're building the order-to-cash process for what comes next, and this role is a builder's seat: you'll take on our most complex orders while helping shape how orders get processed, reviewed, and automated as we scale.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Own the order process end to end — from contract review and order entry through to invoicing — processing orders accurately and within SLA, including our most complex work with validation for completeness, accuracy and policy compliance
Serve as a go-to resource for Sales and Support on billing and invoicing questions, and partner with cross functional partners to investigate discrepancies and booking blockers across systems — following up to conclusion
Detail-review routine orders processed by other analysts and our BPO partners, identifying error patterns and driving them to resolution
Play a key role in UAT for new products, SKUs, pricing models, and billing system releases — writing and executing test scripts, running end-to-end tests from order through billing, documenting bugs clearly, and working with cross functional partners to resolve
Support month-end and quarter-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and data integrity across systems, while maintaining SOX controls, audit documentation, and the SOPs and test cases your areas run on
Take ownership of ad-hoc projects related to process improvement, system upgrades, or controls enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience in order management, order-to-cash, billing operations, or revenue operations at a SaaS company
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (RLM or CPQ), an ERP such as NetSuite, and a payment processor such as Stripe
Clear understanding of how order entry decisions flow downstream into billing and revenue
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills — pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciling large datasets across systems — and comfort with data query tools
Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of producing quality work under quarter-end pressure, with excellent written and verbal communication across finance and non-finance audiences
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
Pay Transparency Disclosure
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

Figma provides paid sick leave, holidays, and other leave benefits in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the requirements of the Washington Minimum Wage Act and related regulations. For non-exempt employees, PTO is accrued at a rate equivalent to 15 days per year for full‑time employees. Accrued PTO may be used for vacation or personal time, subject to company policy and manager approval. In addition, the company provides 10 paid sick days annually for non-exempt full-time employees.
