What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. You will be the accounting point of contact for the finance and partner teams at AWS, Google and Microsoft. Internally, you will partner with Finance, FAB, Engineering and business teams to turn partner billing feeds into accurate, auditable revenue. You will also lead the automation of a close that is still heavily manual. If you want to build the financial infrastructure behind a fast-growing AI company, come join us in our mission to build safe, beneficial AI.
Key responsibilities
Lead the revenue close for cloud service provider Marketplace within a listed company timeline.
Prepare and review revenue, revenue-share, reserve journal entries, accruals and true-ups including memos for accounting assessments and judgments.
Own balance sheet reconciliations, reserves, and the usage-to-invoice-to-cash bridge.
Perform monthly and quarterly flux analysis and prepare flux decks for leadership.
Own quarter-end deliverables, including footnote disclosures, flux commentary and presentations to leadership and Corporate Accounting.
Serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
Review the work of accountants and contractors, set the close calendar, and keep close packages complete and audit-ready.
Own monthly and quarterly 3P revenue reporting for leadership and FP&A, by partner, model, product, region and customer.

Serve as the accounting point of contact for the finance, engineering and product teams and drive reporting improvements that support an on-time close.
Apply ASC 606 to 3P arrangements, including principal-vs-agent, variable consideration and reseller arrangements.
Estimate and document reserves, including credit loss (ASC 326).
Assess the accounting for new 3P products, programs and billing changes, partnering with Technical Accounting on complex judgments.
Partner with the Engineering teams to automate manual close processes, including SQL-driven workbooks, automated reconciliations and system-generated journal entries.
Own 3P SOX controls, including design, documentation, gap remediation and audit evidence.
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, AR and business teams on forecasts, cash and partner disputes.
Minimum qualifications
Have strong ASC 606 knowledge, especially principal-vs-agent, variable consideration, consideration payable to a customer, and consumption-based revenue.
Have owned a month-end close with tight deadlines and reviewed journal entries, reconciliations and flux analysis.
Have built revenue reporting from large, imperfect third-party data sets and reconciled it to the general ledger.
Have managed external partner relationships where you depended on their data, and pushed for fixes.
Have strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar) and experience automating close workbooks or reconciliations.
Have designed or operated SOX controls and supported external audits.
Communicate clearly with accounting, finance, business and engineering teams.
Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being built.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd is migrating a Tier-1 US payments platform from a single AWS region to a multi-region architecture.
We're hiring multiple Database Engineers to implement the DynamoDB replication, failover, and operational tooling for this program. You'll work under the Principal Database Architect and partner with the client's data and SRE teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and operate cross-region replication using Amazon DynamoDB Global Tables, ensuring reliable multi-region data replication, high availability, consistency, and disaster recovery.
- Codify everything in Terraform (or CDK).
- Build the observability layer for replication health: lag metrics, consistency checks, alarm thresholds, and runbook automation. Datadog is the primary observability stack; CloudWatch is the baseline.
- Author and execute failover and failback runbooks. Run game-days using AWS Fault Injection Service. Measure and report against RTO and RPO targets.
- Implement KMS cross-account replication, IAM service principals for replication roles, and the secrets and parameter strategy for region-local dependencies.
- Support data extraction from the monolith into microservices: build CDC pipelines (DMS, DynamoDB Streams, Kafka Connect, Debezium), validate data integrity, and own the cutover sequence for individual extractions.
- Pair with application engineers on connection-string abstraction, retry and idempotency patterns, and graceful degradation during region failover.
- Write design docs and runbooks the client team can take over after the engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED)
- 8+ years in production database engineering on AWS, with hands-on responsibility for at least one of: payments, banking, brokerage, or comparable financial-services workloads.
- Deep production experience with DynamoDB and at least two of: Aurora MySQL, Cassandra, ElastiCache (Redis or Valkey), DocumentDB, Neptune. Working knowledge of at least two more.
- Practical experience with cross-region replication in production using DynamoDB Global Tables: you've configured and operated multi-region DynamoDB deployments and handled failure scenarios such as replication conflicts, regional outages, replication delays, and consistency or version-skew issues.
- Strong Terraform (or CDK). You can build a multi-region module from scratch and explain the trade-offs.
- Comfort with CDC tooling (DMS, DDB Streams, Kafka Connect, or Debezium) and the operational gotchas (schema drift, ordering guarantees, replay).
- Linux, networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, peering, DNS), and IAM / KMS proficiency.
- Solid written communication and ability to operate in a regulated client environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Cassandra multi-DC operations experience at scale (nodetool workflows, repair strategy, tombstone management, cross-region anti-entropy).
- AWS MSK or Kafka MirrorMaker 2 experience for cross-region event replication.
- Experience with Datadog Database Monitoring and custom CloudWatch metrics.
- AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect Associate / Professional certifications.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales Director, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own a critical component of Garner's provider segment as a quota-carrying seller, selling our solutions into hospitals, health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, and digital health companies. You will run the full cycle from prospecting through close, using Garner's own data as the centerpiece of the pitch rather than a supporting slide. This is a builder's seat: the segment playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
Own and advance a provider-segment pipeline end to end, from segmentation and prospecting through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Build and deepen senior relationships across hospitals and health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare consultants.
Run a data-driven sales motion: use Garner's own data and insights to shape strategy conversations with sophisticated buyers.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, feeding market signal back into the roadmap and handing off closed accounts cleanly.
Contribute to a repeatable playbook for the segment: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Build working fluency across Garner's full product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
5 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience as a builder, helping design the selling motion as you go
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
Executive presence: an articulate, compelling presenter who earns trust with senior buyers and sells with data rather than relationship alone.
Demonstrated quota attainment you can name: percentage attainment, President's Club, or marquee logos closed.
Intellectual curiosity and data fluency: you ask probing questions and ramp fast into a new data methodology.
Creativity when a deal stalls: you generate new paths to momentum rather than waiting on the funnel.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to pull in the right internal partners at the right moment, and to route market signal back to the people who can act on it.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.

Alan exists to end the wait.

- We own our infrastructure. We pride ourselves on a nimble data stack that gives us the flexibility we need. We're mainly using SQL, Python, R, Airflow, Snowflake, and Metabase.
- We build in-house tooling to organize our data and serve it to the rest of the company.

The role
THE ROLE
We are hiring a
Senior Backend Engineer
for two platform products:
Xsolla ID
is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK
is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows, logging in and signing transactions, and other Xsolla teams build on top of them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The backend services of your product area end to end: design, implementation, release and production operation, including on-call
Architecture across services: service boundaries, integration contracts and data ownership. You make these decisions and justify them in writing
Reliability and security of critical flows: SLOs, failure handling, protection of user data and credentials
Service performance and cost under load
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build services and APIs (REST, gRPC) for authentication, account management and wallet operations
Define service boundaries and integration contracts with other Xsolla teams
Design data models and storage; optimize schemas and queries
Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows
Own observability: metrics, logs, tracing and alerting, and act on what production tells you
Take part in on-call, incident response and post-mortems
Improve the engineering environment: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Responsibilities
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial backend development
Go: idiomatic code, concurrency (goroutines, channels, context and cancellation), memory and performance profiling (pprof)
Data
Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL): schema design, indexes, query plans, transactions and isolation levels, safe migrations
Caching (Redis): when to cache, invalidation, consistency trade-offs
Distributed systems
Service architecture and distributed-systems trade-offs: consistency, availability, idempotency, retries, failure modes
Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS): delivery guarantees, ordering, reprocessing
APIs
Designing REST and gRPC APIs: versioning, backward compatibility, contract documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger, Protobuf)
Security and identity
Application security: common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10), secrets management, safe handling of user data
OAuth 2.0 / OIDC from the server side: flows, tokens, sessions
Operations
Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) at the level of deploying and debugging your own services
Observability (we use Datadog; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Graylog or OpenTelemetry also counts): metrics, logs, tracing and alerting; diagnosing incidents in production
Engineering practices
Testing: unit, integration, contract
Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar)
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Nice to Have
Web3 backend experience: blockchain integration, wallet infrastructure, account abstraction
High-load systems
Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
Domain experience in gaming, e-commerce, fintech or payments
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call.
Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview.
Built directly on the

sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser.
An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, backend and frontend engineers, QA and DevOps.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Program Manager to join our Accounting organization and help it run as one global team. Accounting is scaling at an unprecedented pace across multiple hubs, and the goals, rhythms, programs, and people that make up the team need to stay connected as we grow. In this role, you will own that connective tissue: the annual goal-setting cycle, the leadership team’s operating cadence, org-wide events and internal communications, and the programs that make a distributed team feel like one.
You will partner with Accounting leadership, the People team, Finance Systems, and hub leads. This is a hands-on role with a lot of range: part chief of staff, part program manager, part culture builder.
Responsibilities
Goals and operating rhythm
Run the annual goal setting process and the reporting that tracks progress against those goals.
Look at how the org actually operates (meetings, handoffs, planning cycles, decision making) and fix what isn't working.
Maintain one org-wide planning calendar that shows close, audit, and team milestones alongside company-wide and team events, so leaders can see the pressure points and plan around them.
Build and maintain a simple set of org health metrics (attrition, engagement scores, hiring pipeline, training completion, survey trends) and report on them regularly.
Leadership and org-wide events
Run our extended leadership team (XLT) program, including agendas, meetings, follow-ups, and action items.
Own planning and agenda for the annual offsite and run the quarterly team all-hands.
Write the internal updates: a regular team newsletter, plus talking points when leadership needs to explain a change to the whole org.
People and culture
Coordinate projects across the org that support employee experience programs.
Partner with the People team to roll out training and development programs for Accounting.
Review team survey results, identify the themes, and build action plans to address the feedback. Follow through and report back to the team.
Run hub programs, including visit and rotation programs, local hub events, and meeting norms that work across time zones, so we feel like one global team.
Run recognition and team rituals: wins, milestones, anniversaries, and peer recognition, especially across hubs.
Team operations
Support contractor management, including onboarding, tracking, and coordination with the right partners.
Keep the team's knowledge base current: wiki, org charts, role descriptions, and key process docs.
Keep the team calendar accurate so everyone knows what's coming.
Preferred qualifications
7+ years in program management, operations, chief of staff, or strategy roles. Experience inside a finance or accounting org is a plus, but not required.
A track record of running recurring programs end to end and getting people to follow through without formal authority.
Good judgment about what matters and what doesn't. You can handle a lot of moving pieces without dropping them.
Clear, direct writing. You can brief a senior leader in a few sentences.
Comfort with confidential information and sensitive people topics.
Experience supporting distributed or global teams.
You're organized, but you also know when a process is getting in the way and should be simplified.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$230,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
