Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY | Seattle, WA About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic’s Inference organization serves Claude to millions of users and enterprise customers, across our own products and the world’s largest cloud platforms, with the speed, reliability, and efficiency that frontier AI demands. The stack that makes this possible is deep and tightly coupled: accelerator kernels, an in-house inference engine that manages the entire token path for both production and research workloads, distributed routing, autoscaling, and capacity management. Every layer affects the others, often in ways that are hard to see in isolation. We build across GPUs, TPUs, and Trainium, and the complexity of building, testing, and shipping inference software grows with every platform we add. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the programs that scale it. The work spans four closely coupled areas: Scaling and infrastructure. Routing, autoscaling, and capacity management for the serving fleet, and bringing new capacity online. Velocity. The toolchains, development environments, and CI/CD that let inference engineers build, test, and ship across every accelerator platform. Inference engine. The software between the accelerator kernels and the routing layer that serves every request. Performance. Improving throughput, latency, cost, and reliability across the stack, with correctness treated as part of performance. This is not a status-tracking role. You'll own outcomes end to end, often where no single team is accountable for the whole picture. Much of your value comes from crossing boundaries into Research, Safeguards, Security, Compute, Infrastructure, API, and our cloud and silicon partners, and bringing back the requirements and dependencies that no team sees from inside its own space. There is little process to inherit, and we want to keep it that way: you'll build the minimum machinery the work needs and remove it when it stops helping. And because this is Anthropic, you'll have Claude as a collaborator. We expect TPMs on this team to push hard on what AI-assisted program management and fleet operations can look like. Key responsibilities Own the programs that scale Claude’s serving fleet across accelerator and cloud platforms, from early direction through delivery. Drive new capacity online end to end, working across compute, infrastructure, security, networking, and inference teams so one person is accountable for the whole path. Build visibility into supply, demand, and utilization with capacity and finance partners, and drive trade-offs among utilization, cost, latency, and reliability to a clear decision. Lead reliability programs and large migrations without disrupting production traffic or research, and make sure incident follow-ups land in team roadmaps. Drive the programs that make inference engineers faster: define the productivity metrics that matter, find the bottlenecks, and improve how software is built, tested, and released across platforms, in step with Anthropic’s central Infrastructure org. Coordinate roadmaps and priorities across the production, research, and safeguards needs that depend on the same teams. Track performance and efficiency work from opportunity to measured impact in production, with correctness held as a release criterion. Own inference readiness for model launches alongside our launch TPMs. Minimum qualifications 7+ years of experience as a TPM, or in an equivalent engineering or SRE lead role, owning large multi-team infrastructure programs end to end in production distributed systems, ML infrastructure, or cloud platforms. You can speak to the outcomes in detail, including where a program slipped and what you did about it. Technical fluency in large-scale serving infrastructure, including request routing and load balancing, autoscaling, capacity planning, cluster orchestration, deployment and rollout, and observability. You know enough to challenge a design, find the real risk, and add value beyond tracking. A working understanding of how LLM inference uses hardware (prefill and decode, batching, caching, compute versus memory bandwidth versus interconnect), or a track record of getting deep in an unfamiliar technical domain quickly. A track record of building program mechanisms from scratch on ambiguous, fast-moving efforts, and of retiring process that has stopped earning its keep. The ability to drive outcomes across organizations you don't manage, with competing priorities and unclear decision ownership. You read people and rooms well, know when to push and when to listen, and earn the trust of senior engineers and researchers. Strong written communication, including plans, reviews, and executive updates that many teams depend on. Low ego and high ownership. You do whatever the program needs, whether that is writing a script, running an incident bridge, or chasing a quota, and you care more about the outcome than about scope or credit. Care about Anthropic's mission and about serving frontier AI safely and reliably. Preferred qualifications Direct experience with LLM or ML inference serving at scale, such as model servers, batching and scheduling, KV caching, quantization, speculative decoding, or multi-model routing. Experience with accelerator infrastructure (GPU, TPU, or Trainium), including cluster bring-up, hardware qualification, or running one workload across more than one accelerator platform. Experience managing capacity across multiple clouds or regions, including demand forecasting, headroom policy, cost modeling, or unit economics for compute-heavy services. Experience with developer productivity, release engineering, or CI/CD at scale, especially for hardware-dependent workloads, and with using engineering metrics to measurably raise velocity. Experience running performance or efficiency programs, with enough grounding in rooflines, kernels, ML compilers (XLA, Triton, Neuron), numerics, or collective communication to reason about trade-offs with the engineers doing the work. Familiarity with Kubernetes-based orchestration and job scheduling. Experience working with research teams and turning their needs into infrastructure requirements. Practical experience using AI tools in your own workflow, including building automations or agents, and clear ideas about where they help and where they don't. The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $290,000 — $435,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: United States - Remote Chainguard is the trusted source for open source. By delivering hardened, secure, and production-ready builds of all the open source software engineers and AI agents rely on, Chainguard helps organizations build faster, stay compliant, and eliminate risk. Our customers include Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders, including Anduril, Canva, Fortinet, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. Senior Product Manager, Athena Chainguard secures the open source supply chain—the infrastructure underneath the majority of software running in production today. This team is building Athena, the system that makes that possible at enterprise scale. Learn more about Athena . Athena processes vulnerability reports from enterprise customers, validates and deduplicates findings, and routes clean signals to remediation. We are building the clearing house between our customers and Chainguard’s remediation engine. As Senior Product Manager, you will own the Athena member experience end to end—from vulnerability intake and submission through validation, remediation, and the delivery of patches and advisories. Your scope will span private feeds, the Chainguard Console, documentation, and customer-facing operations. Rather than owning a single feature, you will bring together multiple teams and related product areas to create a cohesive, scalable member experience. This is a highly cross-functional role for a product leader who understands deeply technical enterprise customers, can create clarity from noisy input, and is comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving security environment. What you’ll do Own the end-to-end Athena member workflow and strategy: Define the product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for the member experience, from intake and validation through status visibility, remediation, and how patches and advisories appear in OSV and VEX feeds, private feeds, the registry, console, and documentation. Be the primary product voice: Represent Athena internally and with customers on scope, capabilities, and direction, and educate customer-facing teams so they can communicate clearly and credibly. Turn field input into a prioritized backlog: Identify systemic gaps across the member workflow, convert recurring questions, feedback, and feature requests into clear problem statements, and maintain a well-written, prioritized backlog. Lead cross-functional delivery and technical tradeoffs: Align roadmaps and ownership across Engineering, remediation, Documentation, Customer Success, and other partners; work with Engineering on data validation, workflow routing, entitlements, access controls, and reliability; and partner with remediation on patch delivery, including disclosure readiness, SBOMs and provenance, breaking changes, and capacity tradeoffs. Measure, flag risks, and mentor: Define and report member-experience metrics (submission volume and coverage, time to patch, status visibility, feed adoption), raise customer, delivery, and business risks early (especially around disclosure cycles), and serve as a trusted partner and mentor to product peers. What we’re looking for 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a technical B2B product serving enterprise customers in regulated industries; financial-services experience is strongly preferred. Working fluency in software supply chain security, including CVEs, OSV, VEX, SBOMs, provenance, and vulnerability disclosure. Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple engineering and business teams without relying on direct authority. Strong judgment when balancing customer urgency, disclosure timelines, technical constraints, and broader business priorities. Comfort operating with high independence across multiple related problem spaces in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with technical teams, customer-facing partners, executives, and enterprise customers. Location: Melbourne The Role You’ll own a net-new enterprise territory in Melbourne. Most of your number comes from accounts that don’t buy from us yet. New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that’s hard to defend, a warehouse that can’t serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows. You’ll carry a small set of existing accounts alongside the hunt, where growth comes from new teams inside an account that already buys from us. One team lands a workload, it works, and four other teams have a similar problem. But the bulk of this role is finding and opening accounts that aren’t on our map yet. What You Will Be Doing - Own the full sales cycle for new accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend. - Build your own pipeline. Self-sourced outbound is the primary input to this territory, not a supplement to inbound. - Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment. - Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion. - Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close. - Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements, including Australian data residency where it’s required. - Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation. - Grow the accounts you land by mapping the remaining teams and use cases and building an expansion plan against them. - Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals. - Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against. - Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events across Melbourne. What You Bring - 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling. - A track record of self-sourced pipeline. You can explain your weekly prospecting approach and what actually works for you. - Experience selling into Melbourne and Victorian enterprise accounts, and familiarity with how procurement and security review run here. - A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement. - Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don’t need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch. - Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events. - Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down. - Ability to orchestrate people who don’t report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers. - Comfort building a territory from scratch rather than inheriting mature coverage. - Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad. PERKS - Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries. - Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare. - Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options. - Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries. - A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee. - Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites. CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture. Are you interested in finding out more about our culture? Develop baseline status assessment templates for usage by PhilHealth Regional Offices. Consider including indicators on TB service capacity (screening, diagnostics, treatment, and preventive treatment) and emergency preparedness. Develop delineation of roles and responsibilities between the DOH and PhilHealth in implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the pilots. Support Policy Development for Pillar 2. Project management of identified priority initiatives under the Unified National Agenda Coordinate and liaise with the appropriate PHIC offices to address technical, operational, legal, or actuarial risks for alignment and resolution. Support the policy units to ensure adherence to timelines for policy development, approval, and cascade. Organize and attend meetings as necessary to ensure regular discussions and alignment between OPCEO directives and the offices involved in policy development. Review existing PhilHealth TB benefits. Recommend ways to fold them into network contracting, DRGs, and global budgets, and to design payment approaches that reward case detection and treatment completion and engage private providers. About the Position The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHIC) is launching the Contributory Linked Incentive. The program rewards PhilHealth members who keep up their contributions with benefit top-ups and other added support. The idea is simple: paying in today protects you tomorrow. The program's success depends on more than good design and strong administration. Members also need to understand it and trust it. They need to know why contributions matter, how PhilHealth uses the money, what benefits they can expect, and how the program protects their health over time. That includes access to tuberculosis (TB) screening, treatment, and continuity of care. Steady contributions also make the Philippines more resilient. When members keep paying in, the health financing system stays strong enough to fight TB and to detect, prevent, and respond to outbreaks, advancing global health security (GHS) goals. PHIC therefore needs a Senior Strategic Communications Advisor to develop a coordinated communications strategy that should build understanding and support among PhilHealth members and the general public, employers and other contribution partners, hospitals and healthcare providers, including TB treatment facilities, civil society and community leaders.
