Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The Field Architect role at MinIO is a senior customer-facing technical position focused on defining, validating, and guiding architectures for AI, analytics, cloud-native applications, and large-scale data platforms. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams, translating business and application requirements into robust technical designs that deliver measurable outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the broader MinIO team through technical discovery, architecture design, proof-of-concept (PoC) delivery, production onboarding, performance validation, and long-term expansion. Success in this role requires hands-on expertise across the data stack, strong architecture and communication skills, and ownership of customer technical outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Technical Architecture and Discovery:
Lead technical discovery with customers and partners to understand their business goals, data sources, application requirements, infrastructure constraints, and success criteria. Design end-to-end architectures that address those requirements.
Data Platform Architecture:
Design solutions across the full data stack, including ingestion and change data capture (CDC), batch and streaming pipelines, data processing, lakehouse storage and table formats, catalogs, query and analytics engines, orchestration, data quality, governance, and AI integration. Understand how these components work together and guide customers through architecture decisions and tradeoffs.
AI and Analytics Workload Design:
Define and validate architectures for AI/ML training and inference, analytics, lakehouse environments, high-performance data pipelines, and modern application data services.
Object Storage and S3 Expertise:
Serve as a subject matter expert in AIStor, object storage, S3-compatible architectures, distributed systems, replication, erasure coding, security, performance tuning, and large-scale namespace design.
Customer Engagement & PoC Delivery
Customer Technical Advisor:
Build trusted relationships with customer technical stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, AI, infrastructure, platform, security, application, and operations teams. Guide customers toward informed architecture decisions.
PoC Ownership and Delivery:
Plan and conduct customer PoCs from initial scope through final technical review. Agree on success criteria, design and deploy the solution, integrate the required data stack components, build representative use cases, run functional and performance tests, troubleshoot issues, document results, and drive the PoC to a clear outcome and production plan.
Customer Success Beyond the Win:
Partner with Customer Engineering, Product Management, and Engineering to help customers move from PoC to production and expand adoption across additional workloads and teams.
Ecosystem, Enablement & Field Operations
Cloud-Native and Kubernetes Guidance:
Provide technical leadership on Kubernetes, containers, automation, and deployment patterns across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments.
Solution Integration:
Work with customer teams and technology partners to integrate data sources, ingestion and streaming tools, processing and analytics engines, AI platforms, identity systems, observability tools, and infrastructure components.
Technical Presentations and Enablement:
Deliver architecture presentations, whiteboard sessions, demonstrations, workshops, and technical enablement for customers, partners, and internal teams.
RFP, RFI, and Technical Response Support:
Lead or contribute to technical responses covering the full data platform, including architecture, integrations, security, scalability, performance, and operational requirements.

Hands-on experience with public tenders and frameworks, and with working through procurement officers, technical evaluators, and budget holders.
Technical Acumen:
Strong knowledge of storage, data infrastructure, data lakehouse, AI/ML, and HPC environments. You can engage architects and researchers and connect technical concepts to mission and policy outcomes.
Public Sector IT Awareness:
Working knowledge of the data protection and security requirements that shape European public-sector IT purchasing.
Partner-Led Approach:
Track record of building co-selling strategies with channel, SI, and alliance partners.
Competitive Selling:
Proven ability to displace entrenched vendors with a differentiated value proposition.
Consultative, Challenger Mindset:
You teach, tailor, and challenge customer thinking, and you shape requirements rather than just responding to them.
Startup Mindset:
Comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up in a fast-moving company.
Network:
Established relationships within UK/EU public institutions, research communities, and the partner ecosystem.
Communication:
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with technical and executive stakeholders. Fluency in English and other relevant local languages is required.

With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Planning Manager to support the go-to-market planning process across our Commercial, Enterprise, and supporting overlay sales teams. This is an individual-contributor role sitting in GTM Strategy & Operations. You'll help set quotas, design territories, and plan headcount that determine how the sales org is organized and measured. You'll work with sales leadership, Finance, and People/Recruiting, helping translate top-down revenue targets into a bottoms-up operating plan the field can execute against.
This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland / Denver / New York / Austin office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Support annual and quarterly sales quota-setting across the Commercial, Enterprise, and overlay segments, contributing to the top-down/bottoms-up reconciliation across AMER, EMEA, and APAC
Help apply and maintain the framework and methodology for designing territories that are balanced, distributing opportunity equitably and supporting coverage targets
Partner with Field Operations team to segment and assign the installed base across the business on a quarterly / semi-annual cadence
Contribute to headcount planning in partnership with Sales leadership, Field Operations, and Finance, helping tie ramp assumptions and capacity to the revenue plan
Support development of sales strategy with our Field Operations team: segmentation, coverage model, and go-to-market motion recommendations grounded in pipeline and productivity analysis
Help design experiments to test current GTM strategy and use the results to inform broader GTM transformations
Produce recurring capacity, attainment, and productivity analyses that inform in-year adjustments to territories and headcount
Contribute to top-down revenue and churn forecasts to help the business adapt to changing market conditions
Partner with other GTM Strategy & Planning teammates to ensure pipeline targets align with the business strategy and goals
Skills We’re Looking For
4 to 7 years in sales strategy, sales planning, revenue operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role, ideally with exposure to quota-setting and territory design
Strong organizational and program management skills
Solid quantitative modeling skills; able to build capacity, quota, and territory models from data, working from existing templates or from scratch
Working SQL and Salesforce proficiency; comfortable pulling and validating your own data rather than relying solely on pre-built reports
Ability to help turn ambiguous revenue targets into concrete, defensible operating plans that support sales leadership decisions
Ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and People without formal authority

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote, you can work from home, forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +3 / -5 UTC.
We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a critical area of Oyster’s Employer of Record product. You will shape customer-facing experiences, internal tools, and operational workflows that help companies employ talent globally with confidence, compliance, and simplicity.
You will work across the full EOR system, not only individual features, to understand how customer needs, country requirements, policies, data, operational processes, and technology interact. You will start with the customer problem and desired business outcome, use direct discovery and first-principles reasoning to identify root causes, and decide whether the best intervention belongs in product, process, policy, Operations, or a combination.
You’ll operate independently, making and communicating difficult trade-offs amid ambiguity. You will constructively challenge requested solutions, align senior stakeholders, and connect product decisions to measurable customer, operational, and commercial impact. You will also identify where AI and automation create real value, and where risk or customer needs call for a human in the loop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for an EOR sub-domain.
- Build a systems-level view of customer journeys, internal workflows, policy constraints, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle.
- Lead direct customer and operational discovery. Separate symptoms and feature requests from underlying problems, and evaluate product, process, policy, and operational interventions before choosing a solution.
- Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions, learning plans, and success measures.
- Work deeply with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, exception handling, service quality, and cost-to-serve, not simply digitize existing processes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery, using prototypes and technical insight to reduce risk early.
- Constructively challenge and align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market, and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly in senior forums.
- Contribute repeatable product practices that strengthen discovery, decision quality, and outcome ownership across the Product organization.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in Product Management, including demonstrable experience owning a complex product area end-to-end.
- 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or another regulated or operationally complex B2B domain.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to explain how policy, operations, data, and technology interact, including exceptions and edge cases.
- Proven first-principles thinking: the ability to separate the requested feature from the desired outcome and explain why one intervention (product, process, policy, or Operations) was chosen over the alternatives.
- Strategic judgment and independence: proven ability to make significant decisions under ambiguity, with explicit trade-offs and a clear view of what was deprioritized.
- Deep direct-customer discovery, with examples where conversations with customers and operational teams materially changed the problem definition or planned solution.
- Proven ability to constructively challenge, persuade, and align senior stakeholders with competing priorities, and to partner strongly with Operations, Engineering, and Design.
- Clear executive communication, with evidence of measurable customer, operational, or commercial impact (e.g. cost-to-serve, cycle time, retention), including the baseline, the change, and how the result was attributed to the decision.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- EOR, payroll, HR technology, benefits, compliance, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or another regulated and operationally complex domain. Transferable experience counts where the complexity is comparable (multi-country rules, compliance exposure, human-in-the-loop workflows).
- Scaling products or workflows across countries, customers, teams, or markets.
- Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools or shipping responsible AI- or automation-enabled product experiences.
- Fully distributed and multicultural working experience.
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- High standards for quality, ethics, privacy, and compliance in products that affect people and employment.

About the job
Tether Wallet is our self-custodial wallet, built to bring USDT and XAUT directly to the people who rely on Tether every day, especially in markets where access to stable money and savings is hardest. For that to work, getting into these assets has to be simple, fast and affordable. Our goal is to give every Tether Wallet user the best option to exchange any local currency or token into USDT and XAUT, wherever they are.
In this role, you will define and own the strategy for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT across our target markets. You will work hand in hand with our expansion teams to map the payment landscape in each market: which payment methods people actually use, which card schemes and bank rails dominate, and which on-ramp and swap providers can serve them. Based on that, you will identify the best partner for each market and bring them on board as a service partner of Tether Wallet.
This role sits at the intersection of product, payments and partnerships. You will own the outcome end to end, from the first partner evaluation through integration and the in-app experience to the conversion numbers after launch. If you enjoy turning a fragmented global payments landscape into a buy button that just works, we want to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Buy & Swap Strategy: Define and own the strategy and roadmap for buying and swapping into USDT and XAUT in Tether Wallet, covering fiat on-ramps, card payments, local payment methods and token-to-token swaps.
Market & Payment Landscape: Work with our expansion teams to build a deep understanding of each target market, including dominant payment methods, card schemes, bank transfer and instant payment rails, mobile money, local regulation, and the on-ramp and swap providers active there.
Partner Evaluation & Selection: Define clear evaluation criteria such as market and payment method coverage, fees and FX spreads, approval and conversion rates, KYC experience, settlement speed, reliability and compliance standing, and use them to select the best on-ramp or swap partner for each market.
Partner Onboarding: Lead selected partners from evaluation to go-live as service partners of Tether Wallet, coordinating with Legal, Compliance and Business Development on due diligence, commercial terms and contracts.
Integration & Delivery: Translate partner capabilities and APIs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, and work with engineering and design to deliver a seamless in-app buy and swap experience.
Routing & Optimization: Define the logic that decides which partner and payment method a user is offered based on country, currency, amount, price and availability, so every user gets the best available option.
Performance & Partner Management: Define and track KPIs across the buy and swap funnel, such as conversion, payment approval rates, KYC drop-off, total cost to the user and volume by market and partner. Use the data to improve the experience, manage partner performance and incidents, and regularly review whether each market still has the right partner.
Mandatory:
5+ years of product management experience in the financial industry (banking, payment service provider, FinTech)
3+ years of product management experience in DeFi or crypto industry
Good understanding of crypto wallets and DeFi features, including token swaps, DEX aggregators and on-chain transaction flows.
Good understanding of global payment systems and credit card schemes (e.g. Visa, Mastercard), including authorization, 3-D Secure and chargebacks, as well as local payment methods such as bank transfers, instant payment rails and mobile money.
Hands-on experience with fiat on-ramp, off-ramp or swap providers, or with integrating third-party payment providers and gateways into a consumer product.
Proven experience evaluating, selecting and onboarding external partners, and managing their performance after launch.
Working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements and how they affect user onboarding and conversion.
Technical enough to read partner API documentation, assess integration options and work closely with engineering teams.
Data-driven: experience defining funnel KPIs and using data to improve conversion and make partner decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, expansion teams and engineers across time zones in a remote environment.

Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
As a Software Engineer in Payward Services you'll build and scale the systems that make this platform work under the hood, from real-time coordination across services to the infrastructure enterprise partners depend on to move money and assets safely, at scale, every day. We’re looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity, move quickly with ownership, and care deeply about creating robust solutions.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Design and implement robust Rust services and libraries that power trading, payments, and crypto experiences with a focus on reliability, performance, and user impact.
- Write reusable, testable, and highly efficient code that scales across teams and supports revenue-critical systems without compromising safety or security.
- Collaborate on large-scale distributed systems architecture, translating evolving product requirements into resilient, low-latency solutions.
- Work alongside hundreds of experienced Rust engineers, contributing to a high-performance, product-driven engineering culture.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Proficient in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
- Have a security-first mindset during system design to ensure robustness
- Demonstrate the ability to autonomously debug issues across the stack (OS, network, application)
- Apply a solid understanding of distributed systems and technologies, including RPC protocols, Kafka, and Event-Driven Systems, to design scalable solutions
- Collaborate effectively with product teams to gather requirements and constraints for designing appropriate systems
- Take complete end-to-end ownership of systems and libraries
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building B2B focused products, ideally in the fintech or crypto space
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
