About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Regional Research Economist at Anthropic, you will collaborate with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region to measure and understand AI’s effects on the economy and explore research-driven policy interventions. You will contribute to the development of the Anthropic Economic Index and its extension to generate regionally relevant insights, establish new methodologies to measure the usage, diffusion, and impact of AI throughout the economy, and work to broaden access to and usage of the insights generated by the Index. You will use frontier methods in econometrics, machine learning, and structural estimation. Such rigor will drive impact, shaping both policy discussions externally and informing Anthropic’s internal business and product decisions.
Our team combines rigorous empirical methods with novel measurement approaches. We’re building first-of-its-kind datasets tracking AI’s impact on labor markets, productivity, and economic transformation. Using our privacy-preserving measurement system (
Clio
), we
analyze millions of real-world AI interactions
to understand how AI augments and automates work across different occupations and tasks.
For this role, we’re looking for candidates who can combine rigorous economic analysis with novel measurement approaches to understand AI’s transformative effects on the economy. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working at the intersection of empirical economics, technological change, and policy impact.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, policy think tanks, and other research partners as the primary point of contact for these organizations on economic impact work in your region
Advance research collaborations that answer country- or regional-specific economic impact questions
Translate research insights into actionable recommendations for policy discussions
Make fundamental contributions to the development and expansion of the
Anthropic Economic Index
, including country- and regional-specific analysis
Design and collaborate on empirical research on AI’s economic effects with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region
Develop new methodological approaches, in collaboration with partners in your region, for studying AI’s impact on labor markets and the future of work; productivity and task transformation; economic inequality and displacement; industry-specific disruption and adaptation; and aggregate economic trajectories (GDP, productivity, unemployment) under varying AI-adoption scenarios
Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to improve our measurement infrastructure and data collection
Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
PhD in Economics
Strong track record of empirical research, particularly studies combining novel data sources and economic theory or implementing frontier methods in causal inference and machine learning
Demonstrated experience working in, and relevant relationships across, the region
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar tools for large-scale data analysis
Demonstrated ability to lead complex research projects from conception to publication
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to build relationships across academic, policy, and industry communities
Preferred qualifications
Experience relevant to the study of AI’s impact on the economy, such as labor market analysis and occupational change; task-based approaches to technological transformation; large-scale data analysis and econometric methods; large language models for social science research; policy-relevant economic research; experimental and quasi-experimental methods for causal inference; macroeconomic modeling and time series forecasting; or agent-based modeling and large-scale simulation
Experience working with novel datasets and measurement systems
Comfort learning new technical tools and frameworks

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
Our growth stack has a lot of moving parts. The app and the website send events through a customer data platform to the ad platforms, our mobile measurement partners and the data warehouse. Most launches touch several of those systems and a few different teams.
You'll own the growth roadmap and work day to day with the MarTech and growth engineers who build and maintain all of this. Your job is to keep launches moving, make sure they get properly tested, and make sure the numbers on the other side can be trusted.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the growth roadmap. Turn requests from marketing, paid media and product into scoped tickets with clear owners and dates. Keep the roadmap, runbooks and data flow docs current, and automate the repetitive parts with scripts or AI tools.
- Lead testing and QA with the MarTech and growth engineers. Write test plans, check changes in staging and on test devices before they ship, and confirm they worked after launch.
- Keep data flowing into paid media. Manage customer data platform destinations, audience syncs, reverse ETL and server-side events. Watch for dropped events, low match rates and schema drift, and write or tweak simple scripts when a setting isn't enough.
- Own our relationship with the mobile measurement partners. Debug attribution problems, keep SDK and ad network integrations healthy, and handle support escalations, renewals and roadmap requests.
- Keep tracking specs consistent across the app, the website, the customer data platform and web analytics, and dig in when numbers from different sources don't match.
- Run SDK upgrades, attribution migrations and new vendor onboarding from evaluation through cutover, with a rollback plan.
- Support paid and acquisition work across search, social, app-install networks, app store search ads and affiliates, including click ID plumbing, exclusion lists and test setup.
- Bring Privacy and Legal in early, so consent, data-sharing limits and data subject requests are part of the plan and not a surprise at launch.
YOU BRING
- 8+ years in technical program management, supporting growth, performance marketing, martech or data teams.
- Hands-on time with a customer data platform. You've connected it to several ad platforms, mapped and filtered events, and synced audiences with consent rules applied. You can read a tracking plan or a destination config and spot where a launch will break.
- Experience with a mobile measurement partner and a good grasp of attribution: click IDs, ATT and SKAdNetwork, view-through versus click-through, and platform-reported versus first-party conversions. You've debugged discrepancies and dealt with the vendor directly.
- Experience doing testing and QA with engineers on tracking or integration launches: test plans, staging checks, debug tools, test devices, and regression checks after SDK or release changes.
- You write SQL and pull your own numbers.
- A track record of running programs across engineering, design, data and marketing, with clear specs, honest status updates and a written record of decisions.
- Good judgment on priorities, and comfort saying no. You're fine with ambiguity and with working asynchronously on a remote-first team.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a consumer fintech or another regulated company.
- Reverse ETL into paid media (conversion APIs, offline conversions, audience uploads) and keeping it healthy: match rates, deduplication, delays and dropped events.
- Reading and writing simple scripts in JavaScript or Liquid, for example to transform an event payload or build a template.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse.
- A working understanding of marketing privacy rules: consent, CCPA and similar state laws, GLBA, and limits on sharing customer data with ad platforms. You know when to ask Legal.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS
Our process varies by role. Most candidates go through:
- AI-assisted initial screen
- Interview with Talent Partner

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role
We're looking for an Engineer to lead the design and development of Vercel's Financial Data Platform, the foundational system that powers revenue reporting, consumption-based billing, financial forecasting, and compliance across the business. This is a unique opportunity to architect the data infrastructure that Finance, Accounting, and Revenue Operations depend on to close the books accurately, forecast revenue with confidence, and scale with the business.
Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Data Engineering, you'll define the technical vision for Vercel's financial data ecosystem, partner closely with Finance, Accounting, and Revenue leadership to translate business and compliance requirements into scalable systems, and build reliable, auditable pipelines using modern technologies like Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake.
You'll lead from the front, writing production-grade code, setting the bar for data accuracy and governance in a domain where correctness isn't optional, and mentoring a team of engineers as the function grows. If you're excited by the challenge of building financial-grade data systems that the business trusts for reporting, forecasting, and audit, we'd love to hear from you.
What You Will Do
Design and implement a data platform that supports revenue recognition, consumption-based billing, and financial reporting across batch and real-time workloads, leveraging Kafka and streaming technologies to power real-time usage and billing pipelines feeding revenue and consumption forecasts.
Work directly with FP&A, Accounting, and RevOps to understand reporting requirements, close-cycle timelines, and forecasting needs, translating them into technical architecture and ensuring data availability and accuracy align with financial reporting deadlines, audit cycles, and board-level reporting needs.
Define and maintain guidelines for financial data ingestion, transformation, and storage, with a focus on auditability, lineage, and data integrity, while overseeing data modeling, ETL, and warehousing (ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake) to support low-latency analytics and reliable historical reporting.
Develop end-to-end solutions across the finance data stack, setting the example for engineering excellence in a high-accountability domain, and mentor engineers on both technical craft and the added rigor required when data feeds directly into financial statements.
Partner with Security, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure financial data pipelines meet SOX, SOC 2, and other regulatory requirements, and champion high availability, fault tolerance, and auditability through comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
Drive architectural decisions and roadmap planning that balance efficiency, scalability, and the strict correctness requirements of financial systems, and evaluate build-vs-buy tradeoffs across financial and billing tooling (e.g., ERP, billing, and revenue platforms).
Build the data infrastructure that translates raw usage into revenue, supporting the forecasting models Finance and GTM rely on for target-setting and reporting, and collaborate with data science and FP&A teams on forecasting, incrementality analysis, and revenue modeling at scale.
Act as a key decision-maker for evaluating and selecting data architectures and technologies critical to Vercel's financial operations, and establish a multi-phase roadmap for finance data platform maturity aligned with company growth and audit readiness.
About You
8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related field, with a track record of owning production data pipelines end-to-end.
Proven track record designing and operating large-scale data infrastructures in a complex, fast-paced environment, with experience across Kafka and its ecosystem (e.g., Kafka Streams, Confluent Platform), ClickHouse, Tinybird, Snowflake, and broader big data frameworks.
Prior experience building data pipelines that feed financial reporting, revenue recognition, billing, or consumption-based pricing models, with familiarity with financial/ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday) or billing platforms considered a strong plus.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and associated big data services.
Strong background in data governance, security, and compliance, including direct experience supporting audit, SOX, or SOC 2 requirements, and a rigorous approach to data lineage and accuracy.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate financial and accounting requirements into technical architecture and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including Finance and Audit leadership.
A leadership mindset, with demonstrated ability to mentor teams, drive consensus, and advocate for best practices in high-accountability data environments.
Industry recognition or notable contributions in data engineering (e.g., published works, open-source contributions) is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $264,000 - $396,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

You'll focus on finding and engaging passive talent for sales roles, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand hiring needs and local market dynamics.
This is a highly outbound role where your research, outreach, and judgment will directly influence hiring outcomes. You'll also help strengthen sourcing practices by mapping talent markets, building pipelines, and improving how we identify and connect with great candidates in a values-driven environment. In this role, you will primarily focus on engaging with Account Executive talent to build proactive pipelines and benches, in addition to working active requisitions.
Please note this is a 12 month contract.
What you'll do
Source, screen and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the APJ region using LinkedIn, online research, and other outbound channels.
Build representative candidate pipelines with meaningful focus on identifying talent from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
Map talent markets and gather intelligence on competitors, locations, and candidate pools to inform sourcing strategies.

Deliver a strong candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely communication, and professional relationship building.
Continuously improve sourcing workflows, outreach approaches, and research methods to increase efficiency and quality.
Maintain accurate activity and candidate data in applicant tracking and recruiting systems, and stay open to learning new tools and processes.
What you'll bring
Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, including direct experience sourcing passive candidates in a fully outbound environment.
Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, ideally within the software industry.
Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across competitive regional and global markets.
Experience working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities change.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams, candidates, and time zones.
Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and competing priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Experience with Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal.
Comfort working remotely in an asynchronous environment, along with willingness to learn and use tools such as GitLab.
About the team
The Talent Acquisition team at GitLab helps the company grow by finding people who can contribute to our mission and thrive in our all-remote environment. Within that group, sourcing plays a key role in reaching talent that may not be actively applying, especially in competitive markets and business-critical functions. You'll work with teammates who care deeply about candidate experience, thoughtful partnership, and inclusive hiring practices. The team values clear communication, strong market insight, and steady iteration in how we work. This role is especially important as GitLab continues to grow go-to-market teams in APJ, where strong regional knowledge and effective collaboration across time zones can help teams hire with more focus and confidence.

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.

HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Talent Operations team runs the machinery behind hiring at ElevenLabs: the systems, workflows and data that help us hire exceptional people quickly. We’re hiring at pace, with 200+ open roles across 40+ countries, and Ashby sits at the centre of all of it. We're looking for a hands-on Ashby expert who can turn hiring priorities into clean, working setups, so recruiters and interviewers can focus on candidates rather than the tool. You’ll be the person the talent team trusts to get the system right, and to know when something is quietly going wrong.
Talent Operations works from first principles. We don’t ask how hiring has always been done. We ask how to make it the best possible experience for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and everyone involved. Automation and AI drive everything we do, because we’re scaling our talent function without scaling headcount at the same rate. The goal is to maximize the impact each person on the team can have.
To start, your time will be split as ~60% Ashby build and administration, ~25% scheduling support and Talent Ops projects, and ~15% data and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Ashby go-to: be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Write the how-tos so the same question doesn’t get asked twice.
- Interview plans: build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards. Update them as roles and processes change, keeping structure consistent so data stays comparable across teams.
- Jobs and postings. End to end: take approved headcount to a live, accurate job and posting quickly. That covers hiring teams, approvals, custom fields, job boards and postings across locations. Keep every job accurate through to close and archive.
- Data quality: own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection and archive reasons, department and team structure, and stale applications. Spot problems before they show up in a report.
- Process and projects: support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and projects that help the function scale, plus interview scheduling support during busy periods (or until we roll out agentic scheduling).
IN YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU WILL:
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs so pipeline data is comparable
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types
- Automate a manual workflow with AI or integration tooling
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling
- Own 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end
REQUIREMENTS
- Ashby Power User. Prior hands-on Ashby experience as an active, day-to-day user, including setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Fast-paced Operations. Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts. Messy data bothers you, and you fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
- AI native. Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication. You can explain a system change to a hiring manager in two sentences.
- Timezone: Able to work in United States timezone hours.
BONUS:
- Strong analytical and reporting skills. You’re confident building reports in Ashby and working with exported data in spreadsheets (pivots, lookups, basic formulas), and you can turn the numbers into a clear story about what’s working and what isn’t.
- Scheduling at Scale. Interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Project Management. Organized and able to run projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You enjoy being the person who knows how the system actually works
- You’d rather build a template once than do the same setup ten times
- You’re comfortable moving fast without letting accuracy slip
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally, with a preference for United States timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
INTERVIEW PROCESS
We are accepting applications through October 30, 2026. The Hiring Manager will review all applications and determine next steps. The interview process will be:
- AI Interview
- Meet the Hiring Manager
- Case Study
- Call with the Team
- Final Interview
