A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Life Sciences team is building a research group focused on biological discoveries by combining AI with hands-on biological research. We're seeking a research scientist who combines deep chemistry knowledge with machine learning expertise to join the team. Our goal is to speed up progress in the life sciences by an order of magnitude, and this role puts that mission into practice. You'll be a computational chemist who knows reactions, synthesis, and medicinal chemistry in depth and has hands-on experience training and evaluating machine learning models. Above all, you'll build the reinforcement learning environments, datasets, and evaluations that teach Claude chemistry. Working alongside our bench chemists and AI researchers, you'll turn real chemistry problems and experimental data into training tasks and measure whether the models get better at them.
This role is fully on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key responsibilities
Design and build reinforcement learning environments for chemistry end to end, including task design, data curation, automated grading, and checks against shortcuts and data leakage
Design and source new experimental datasets, environments, and evaluations with our bench chemists, and external research and academic partners
Develop evaluations that measure model performance on real chemistry tasks, such as reaction outcome prediction, synthesis planning, structure elucidation, and compound design, and feed results back to research teams
Run and analyze training experiments with AI research teams, diagnose where models fail at chemistry, and prioritize what to build next
Ensure datasets and environments are high quality and well documented, including sources, train and test splits, and failure modes
Communicate findings clearly to chemistry, AI research, and life sciences audiences
Minimum qualifications
PhD in chemistry, computational chemistry, or a related field
Deep knowledge of organic and medicinal chemistry, including reactions, synthesis, and SAR, with experimental data as your ground truth
Strong Python skills and solid machine learning fundamentals, with hands-on experience training and evaluating models
Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining problems in a rapidly evolving research environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience with reinforcement learning, large language models, or building evaluations and benchmarks
Track record of supporting drug discovery programs alongside medicinal and synthetic chemists
Experience curating chemistry datasets from the literature, patents, or lab notebooks, including reaction, ADMET, and spectroscopic data
Cheminformatics and molecular modeling skills, for example RDKit, docking, free energy calculations, or quantum chemistry
Hands-on synthetic or medicinal chemistry experience at the bench
Publications, patents, or open-source software demonstrating scientific impact
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary:
$300,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Think You Can Make AI Notice Us? Prove It.
At LBC Mortgage, we’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and unconventional thinker who is ready to experiment, challenge assumptions, test new ideas, and help make our brand visible across the rapidly evolving world of AI platforms.
The way people discover businesses is changing. More and more people are turning to AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to ask questions, compare services, and decide which companies deserve their attention. We want LBC Mortgage to be part of those conversations. Not just on Google. Not just on social media. We want our brand to be discoverable, recognizable, and accurately represented wherever people search for answers, recommendations, and solutions.
Your mission is simple: help make LBC Mortgage impossible to overlook.
We’re not looking for someone who needs ten years of experience, a complicated strategy document, or permission to try every new idea. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in how AI works, enjoys exploring new tools, and isn't afraid to test an approach that nobody on the team has tried before. You don't need to know everything on day one. You need to be willing to learn, think independently, take initiative, and turn ideas into action.
This is not about taking reckless risks or doing things without a plan. It’s about having the confidence to experiment intelligently, measure results, and improve continuously instead of assuming that yesterday’s methods will always work tomorrow.
You will help establish and maintain our presence across relevant business directories, search engines, review websites, social platforms, online communities, and emerging AI-driven discovery channels. You’ll work on making sure our business information is accurate and consistent, our profiles are complete, and our content clearly communicates who we are and what we do.
You’ll also explore how brands are mentioned in AI-generated answers, identify opportunities to strengthen our online presence, and investigate what helps AI systems discover and understand reliable information about businesses. From improving business listings to researching customer questions, contributing appropriately to relevant communities, and testing new content strategies, your work will help us understand how to become more visible in a world increasingly shaped by AI.
You should be comfortable following a strategy while also recognizing opportunities to improve it. If you notice something that could work better, speak up. If you discover a promising platform, explore it. If you have an idea worth testing, explain your reasoning and help us evaluate the results. We value people who combine initiative with accountability and creativity with attention to detail.
Most importantly, we want someone who sees this role as an opportunity rather than a checklist. Someone who wants to help shape how a brand competes in a changing digital landscape. Someone who understands that there may not always be a ready-made answer and is willing to find one.
We’re not promising that every experiment will succeed. We’re offering the opportunity to explore, test, learn, and contribute to something that is evolving in real time. You’ll have a clear objective, the freedom to investigate different approaches, and the responsibility to turn what you learn into meaningful progress.
Don’t just tell us you’re different. Show us how you think, what you’re curious about, and what you would try first.
Ready to make AI notice us? Apply.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
📍 Remote Global - Non U.S.
Want to sit at the intersection of Support, Engineering, and Product? Clipboard is hiring Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) to act as the primary escalation layer for technical issues across our platform. You'll own the investigation, reproduction, and - where applicable- agent-assisted fix implementation that turns noisy customer reports into validated, high-signal work, so Engineering only receives production-ready problems for final review.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for people who love digging into hard problems with real diagnostic tools, who care about getting to the root cause rather than just clearing a queue, and who want their investigations to directly protect platform reliability for hundreds of thousands of healthcare workers and the facilities that depend on them.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor escalation channels and the Technical Support queue in Zendesk, catching early signals of systemic problems before they reach customers
- Investigate complex product, platform, and data-layer issues using tools like Datadog, internal dashboards, and SQL, reproducing bugs and producing evidence-backed escalations to Engineering.
- Handle live incidents end-to-end, from detection to closure: React to an incident with urgency, coordinate across Support, Engineering, and Product, and keep stakeholders updated with clear, structured communication
- Implement fixes where appropriate, testing your changes before handing off to Engineering for final review and sign-off
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and post-incident reviews, translating each issue into learnings that reduce recurrence and improve monitoring
- Maintain operational workflows (geofence, facility quizzes, NFC) accurately and quickly while spotting trends for prevention
- Capture investigative learnings in clear troubleshooting guides and documentation, and submit structured proposals that turn recurring patterns into actionable improvements
- Uphold our values such as unreasonably fast, ownership, and uncomfortably high standards in every interaction
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Technical Fluency - You're comfortable investigating issues with observability tools (e.g., Datadog), writing SQL to interrogate data, and reasoning about APIs, backend configurations, and feature toggles. You can tell the difference between a UI, data, and code-level problem.
- Diagnostic Rigor - Every investigation you produce is thorough, evidence-based, and reproducible. You rule out config and data causes before escalating, and your write-ups are clear enough for another engineer to pick up without rework.
- End-to-End Ownership - You own problems from first report to confirmed resolution, including stakeholder updates and follow-through, with no gaps between hand-offs.
- Composure Under Pressure - You stay structured and calm during live incidents, balancing speed with accuracy and communicating clearly when stakes are high.
- Adaptability & Prioritization - You juggle structured work (incidents, bugs, workflows) with unplanned high-priority requests without letting SLAs slip.
- Systems & Prevention Thinking - You treat every issue as a chance to learn, identifying gaps in monitoring, tooling, or process and proposing fixes that prevent recurrence.
- Fluent, professional-level English communication, both written and verbal.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with observability and analytics tooling (Datadog, Sentry, Snowflake, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL and reading application logs
- Background in technical support, SRE, incident response, or a related engineering-adjacent function
- Exposure to AI-assisted coding/agent tooling
- Experience in Ops, Support, or CX environments at scale

- Skills Assessment via Case Study
- Case Interview with Tech Support Team Lead
- Interview with Head of Worker Experience

This team will be responsible for troubleshooting complex bugs and working closely with our internal teams to elevate the Figma Weave experience for all of our customers. Interact with Figma Weave customers daily via email and the forum, taking ownership over complex problems
Troubleshoot complex customer inquiries to identify root causes, effectively communicate, and report bugs to our Engineering teams
Serve as the designated point of contact for critical technical issues raised by customers and internal teams, proactively engaging partners like Engineering and Product, and owning customer communication through to resolution
Make recommendations for tooling and process improvements that help the team better manage and diagnose bugs within Figma Weave
Work with the Product Support Learning and Performance team as a subject matter expert to develop documentation and training materials for future Technical Quality Specialists
Act as the voice of the customer by identifying trends and communicating insights to partners across Product and Engineering to advocate for bug fixes, process improvements, and feature enhancements to Figma Weave
Keep the broader Product Support team up to date on current high-priority bugs and fixes that have been implemented in Figma Weave
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2+ years of experience working in a QA or Support environment for a technical SaaS product
Troubleshooting and debugging experience across multiple platforms
Consultative communication skills with the ability to tailor a message for your audience - translating complex technical concepts into concise explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Resilience and adaptability—you’re motivated by experimenting, building, and working across teams, and are confident navigating times of change and ambiguity
Japanese a plus, but not essential
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Travel:
Approximately 3-4 trips per year, including at least one to a country of operation and one to a key in-person leadership moment.
About this role
We are currently planning for a significant increase in scale, and we are building the People function that can carry it.
This is our first senior talent management role. Today we have pieces of talent management programs and processes in place, but not yet a function. You will build one: an intentional approach to how we onboard, develop, and retain our people. That covers performance management and its link to pay, manager and leadership development, learning, onboarding, talent planning and succession, employee listening and engagement, and culture and values.
The first year is weighted toward four priorities: joining the redesign of our performance system early, alongside the Head of People, and owning it as it moves into execution, as we move to pay for performance, revamping onboarding ahead of our next wave of hiring, planning our values retreat for senior leaders, and getting a read on employee listening and engagement. As those take shape, the balance shifts toward the longer-term build: the vision and roadmap for the function, a foundational manager program, talent planning and succession, and the team around you.
The reason for this weight: the performance system and onboarding are our most acute gaps today, but they should not be construed as a ceiling of the job. We are hiring a senior talent management leader who can shape the whole function over several years, not the owner of one or two programs. If your instinct on reading this is that the performance redesign is the whole job, this role probably isn’t the right fit, and the reverse is also true: if you want to set strategy but not build the first versions yourself, year one will frustrate you.
What you’ll do
Build the talent management function
Within your first 90 days, assess what exists today across these areas, recommend the sequencing for the first year, and agree to it with the Head of People.
Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for talent management across the areas it covers, and sequence the work against the People roadmap.
Propose the team around it, and decide what we build in-house and what we buy or borrow.
Connect talent management to workforce planning, compensation, and recruitment, in partnership with the Head of People, Finance, and function leaders.
Build an approach to talent and succession planning, starting with critical roles: work with leaders to identify succession gaps, assess potential successors, and put development plans in place to prepare people for future opportunities.
Own the performance system
Join the performance system redesign early, alongside the Head of People, and own it as it moves into execution: a system that produces reliable, calibrated outputs to inform merit increases, connected to our new salary bands.
Make the system worth using, not a check-the-box exercise: one that helps managers hold better performance and development conversations and gives employees clarity on expectations, feedback, and growth.
Build calibration and the data around it so ratings and merit decisions stay consistent and fair across countries, currencies, and manager quality.
Set a clear global standard for handling low performance that doesn’t default to a misconduct process, and equip managers to use it.
Ensure the performance system helps managers identify and support sustained high performance, connecting it to recognition, development, and career growth opportunities.
Iterate the system through multiple cycles, using calibration, outcome data, and feedback from managers and employees to improve it.
Build how people join, learn, and are led
Revamp onboarding ahead of our next wave of hiring: own the content and experience for new hires and their managers, working with People Ops on process and systems.
Build a foundational manager program and the tools behind it: feedback, coaching, difficult conversations, and performance management.
Extend into leadership development and broader learning as the function matures.
Shape culture and listen to employees
Plan the values retreat with an external facilitator and our executive sponsor, and own what carries into daily work afterward.
Get a read on listening and engagement today, covering what we hear, where it goes, and what should change, and use it to build our employee listening strategy.
What this role is not
Not a recruiting role. Hiring sits with our Talent Acquisition team. You partner with them on the handoff into onboarding and on how we assess and develop talent once people are here.
Not the owner of compensation design. Pay structures and bands are set through our compensation work. You own how performance is assessed and how ratings connect to pay decisions.
Not an employee relations or casework role. Cases in country belong to managers and HR Managers, supported by the People team. You own the performance system and the manager capability that helps them handle concerns well.
Not the owner of HR systems or process administration. Onboarding workflows and our HRIS sit with People Ops. You own the content and the experience.
Who we’re looking for
Required
7+ years in talent management, performance, or organizational design roles, including time leading a function or a major part of one.
You have designed a performance system, not only administered one. You can show how ratings connected to pay and what you changed after the first cycle.
You have kept a rating and pay system fair across contexts with different currencies, labor markets, and manager quality.
You are a hands-on builder. You have built talent management programs and systems from scratch, or close to it, in a start-up or scale-up: performance, onboarding, manager development, or a whole function, where what you needed did not exist and you built it while the volume was already arriving. We are not looking for steady-state operating experience, or for leaders who have overseen this work without building it themselves.
You think in systems. You can show how a change in one part of a talent system, such as ratings, calibration, pay, promotion, or onboarding, shows up in the others, and you reason from the underlying problem rather than copying another organization’s template.
You design with change management in mind from the start. You plan for how managers and employees in different countries and cultures will adopt a new program or system as part of the design, not as a rollout step afterward, and can show how you knew it stuck rather than being worked around.
You have deep experience in at least two of onboarding, manager development, and employee engagement or listening, and working experience in the third. You have built programs and content people actually used, and can show how you knew they worked.
A track record of joining a major project already in motion, taking it over, and working through disagreement with a senior partner, and of influencing without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
Judgment and prioritization. You decide what slips and say so plainly.
Preferred
Experience in a mission-driven or international organization, ideally alongside high-growth commercial or tech experience.
Experience working across multiple countries, including sub-Saharan Africa.
Experience working with external facilitators, consultants, or vendors, and knowing what to hand off and what to hold.
Comfort using data (survey, performance, calibration) to make decisions, and knowing when the numbers mislead.
Exposure to compensation design or close work with a total rewards team.
Professional French or Portuguese.

PlanetScale is growing rapidly and reinventing the database space. The PlanetScale platform delivers a fully managed, multi-cloud Postgres service designed for the most demanding production workloads. We handle the complexity of provisioning, scaling, replication, and failover - so engineering teams can focus on building their products.
Our customers entrust us with their most precious digital asset, their data, so the stakes couldn't be higher. We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Postgres engineering team and help us build a world-class managed Postgres offering.
What's the job to be done?
You will design and build the control plane that provisions, scales, and heals Postgres clusters with minimal customer-visible downtime.
You will build and maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and data protection solutions that keep customer databases safe through infrastructure failures.
You will tune Postgres to operate at scale for some of the largest and most demanding workloads in the world.
You will build tooling and automation for database operations, backup, restore, and migration workflows - and participate in an on-call rotation.
You will work directly with customers to understand their workloads and translate real-world needs into platform improvements.
These attributes best describe you…
You have strong experience building, operating, or maintaining large-scale Postgres deployments in production.
You have an excellent understanding of low-level operating systems concepts including multi-threading, memory management, networking, storage, and performance.
You have strong fundamental computer science skills and can reason about distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy mentoring other engineers, and communicate complex technical tradeoffs clearly.
You are self-motivated and can work independently with minimal guidance while making sound technical decisions.
What you will need
5+ years of software engineering experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems in production.
Strong proficiency in Go, with experience in other languages like Ruby, Python, Zig or Rust.
Experience building and maintaining distributed, fault-tolerant services.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized applications.
Experience building and operating distributed systems at scale.
What else will help you be successful
Experience building or operating a database-as-a-service or managed database platform.
Experience with connection pooling and proxy layers for Postgres.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code.
Contributions to open-source projects, especially in the Postgres or database infrastructure space.
Experience working with remote, geographically distributed teams.
Previous experience at a high-growth technology company.

At PlanetScale we believe in supporting people to do their best work and thrive no matter the location. Our mission is to build a diverse, equitable, and inclusive company. We welcome applicants of any educational background, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, citizenship, socioeconomic status, disability, pregnancy status, and veteran status.
If you have a disability, please let us know if there's any way we can make the interview process better for you; we're happy to accommodate!
Total Compensation and Pay Transparency
An employee's total compensation consists of base salary + variable comp where appropriate + benefits + equity. A member of our Talent Acquisition team will be happy to answer any further questions when we engage with you to begin the interview process.
Base salary range: $120,000 - $290,000 USD
Location: Remote US
About the role
More and more PlanetScale databases are created, connected and queried by AI agents. Cursor, Claude Code, Codex and a growing list of other tools now sit between developers and their infrastructure.
You will own that experience end to end. You'll make sure PlanetScale shows up everywhere developers build with AI, that our MCP server and CLI work flawlessly in every agent, and that we can measure how well it all works. Then you'll show the world how to do it well through demos, docs, blog posts, videos, and conferences.
This is a hands-on role combining engineering, content creation, and a strong public voice. You'll work closely with the teams that build our MCP server, CLI, API and docs.
The landscape of how developers work with AI changes fast. You'll have the opportunity to move quickly, experiment, and take the lead on the future of AI use with databases and infrastructure.
Make PlanetScale great with AI tools
Build and maintain the plugins for PlanetScale in every AI marketplace and directory: agent plugins, skill registries, MCP directories, IDE extension stores and AI app builders
Own our integrations with AI coding tools, agent frameworks and platforms
Stay current with AI tools as they launch and ensure our customers have a great experience from day one
Test the PlanetScale MCP server and CLI across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code and other clients, and catch regressions before users do
Find friction in creating a database, connecting, running migrations and debugging queries from inside an agent, then fix it or drive the fix with the owning team
Improve the context agents rely on: tool descriptions, skills, llms.txt, docs written for agents, and error messages agents can act on
Attention to AEO (answer engine optimization): make sure agents find and recommend PlanetScale
Build and maintain skills for working with Postgres, MySQL, Vitess, Neki, and PlanetScale
Measure how well we're doing
Build evals that run real agent tasks against PlanetScale databases
Benchmark how agents perform with PlanetScale and work towards continuous improvement
Track how often AI assistants and agents recommend PlanetScale for database questions, and whether what they say about us is accurate
Instrument and report on agent usage: databases created by agents, time to first connection, MCP versus CLI usage, and where sessions fail
Show people how to do it well
Build demos and sample apps that show PlanetScale and AI tooling at their best
Write docs, guides and blog posts on using databases effectively with AI, including safe access, branching and performance assessment
Make videos and attend conferences to communicate with our audience how to build effectively with AI
These attributes best describe you
Daily use of AI coding agents, with strong opinions about what makes a tool work well with them
Experience building an MCP server, plugin, CLI or SDK that real developers use
Software engineering background in languages like TypeScript and Go, and comfort with APIs, OAuth and the command line
Experience with writing docs, blogs, and / or video content creation
Good at communicating with a broad audience and customers alike on socials
Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, SQLite), schema design, migrations, connection handling, and Postgres or MySQL in production
Data fluency: designing evals, writing the queries behind a dashboard, and telling a real trend from noise
Clear communication of technical ideas in writing, on video and on stage
Independence and speed: spotting a gap, shipping a fix, and telling people about it
Genuine curiosity about the AI tooling landscape and a habit of keeping up with it
Bonus points
Contributions to the MCP spec, SDKs or popular open-source MCP servers
Experience writing agent skills, plugins or rules files for Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Experience with LLM eval tools and building benchmarks for agents
Experience with AEO or GEO, or with tracking how LLMs surface and recommend a product
A blog, YouTube channel or GitHub that developers already follow
Experience with Vitess, database sharding, or running databases at scale
