How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring substantial experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, solutions architecture, or demo engineering.
- Apply experience in cybersecurity, identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), developer tools, or a related technical domain.
- Build full-stack and automation solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python, with experience designing systems that other engineers can build on.
- Design and operate infrastructure using infrastructure as code, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), containers, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understand identity and access management concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), device trust, passwordless authentication, and passkeys.
- Balance speed, reliability, cost, and security while explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
- Create interactive software-as-a-service (SaaS) demos and guided product experiences using platforms such as Reprise, Navattic, Walnut, or Arcade; experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, live event demos, utilization analysis, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tooling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is also valuable.
What you can expect:
- Set the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture for 1Password’s demo platform.
- Lead the design of shared demo infrastructure, including templates, automated provisioning and resets, data generation, and observability.
- Build sample applications and integrations across 1Password products to support demos and enablement programs.
- Support complex, high-visibility demos for flagship launches, keynotes, conferences, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Drive AI-assisted tooling that automates demo preparation, validation, and maintenance.
- Partner with Engineering Security on demo environments and lead architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor Demo Engineers and Senior Demo Engineers while representing Demo Engineering in cross-functional technical decisions and product roadmap discussions.
- Travel quarterly, including cross-border travel, for conferences and company offsites.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📈 FINANCE COMMUNITY AT ALAN
Finance & Strategy exists to enable better decisions, faster, at every level of the company, in a regulated, diverse and ever changing business.
We succeed when ambitious goals become credible plans, when strategic bets are grounded in financial reality, and when the entire company (not just Finance!) speaks the language of performance.
We set the right ambition, we monitor whether we're getting there, and we raise our hand when something needs to change.
We are not record-keepers. We are builders, partners, and challengers. We are looking for people who want to build, support decision making processes and challenge the status quo.
The core responsibilities of the Finance & Strategy community are:
- Strategy & Planning: steers Alan's financial performance through business planning, financial and operational monitoring, investor relations and financing
- Financial Reporting: is the steward of Alan's financial truth, ensuring that we produce accurate, timely financial data. It owns the reporting to all key stakeholders (board, leadership team, tax authorities, and regulators like the ACPR) and ensures that financial data is the single, uncontested source of truth for the company's performance.
- Finance Data and Operations: Build and own the core finance data and tooling infrastructure (models, pipelines, and concepts that connect business operations to financial reality). This is where Finance meets product thinking
- Functional poles with end-to-end ownership of their domain: Treasury, Procurement, M&A
⭐️ YOUR MISSION ⭐️
We are looking for a rigorous and hands-on accountant to help shape and run Alan's closing production process.
You will be part of our Financial Reporting area, focusing on Financial production. This area ensures that every number in our books is accurate, timely, and trustworthy, and serves as the source of truth for all financial decisions across the company.
Your role will be twofold:
- Run our key accounting processes: Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
- Ensure a feedback loop to drive process improvements, surface anomalies, flag data gaps, and actively contribute to making the closing faster, more automated, and more reliable over time. You will be a key partner to our Financial Operations and Data teams.
⭐️ WHAT YOU WILL DO ⭐️
- Month-end close: own the end-to-end closing cycle across multiple legal entities; push pre-formatted journal entries into NetSuite, ensure completeness and accuracy, and deliver on schedule every month (target: J+5)
- Accounting review: perform a thorough first-level review of balance sheet and P&L accounts at each close; identify unusual movements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the overall reliability of the financial statements; build processes (routines, verification files, control procedures)
- Account and bank reconciliation: maintain clean, up-to-date reconciliations across all balance sheet accounts and entities on a daily basis;
- Contribute to finance transformation and system improvements: identify manual or repetitive tasks and collaborate with Financial Data to drive automation and reduce closing friction over time ; translate new business streams and P&L lines into accounting (acting as an interface between business teams and Finance)
- Tax and statutory compliance: prepare and file VAT returns, URSSAF declarations, and other statutory filings accurately and on time; coordinate with external advisors where needed
⭐️ QUALIFICATIONS ⭐️
Experience and technical skills
- 4 to 6 years of accounting experience minimum, in an accounting firm or in-house at a fast-paced startup/scale-up
- Languages: full fluency in French and English
- Deep command of French accounting standards: VAT rules, URSSAF declarations, bank reconciliation, general ledger management, and month-end close processes
- Proven ability to own a closing cycle end-to-end, including identifying and resolving issues independently
- Hands-on experience with an ERP (NetSuite is a strong plus)
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel); familiarity with modern accounting tools (Pennylane, Payflows, etc.) is a plus
Mindset and soft skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented: you deliver on time, every time, and keep a clean audit trail
- Autonomous and self-directed: you don't wait to be told what to do next; you manage your priorities, make decisions independently, and know how to take a step back to distinguish what truly matters from day-to-day noise
- Process-driven: you naturally question how things are done and come with concrete ideas to improve them
- Curious about automation and tooling; comfortable working in a data-driven environment
- Clear communicator: you know when to move independently and when to escalate
For this role we are looking to hire within the B0-C0 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

Our mission is to change this world by making blockchain accessible to everyone in everyday life. WhiteBIT is a global team of over 1,200 professionals united by one mission — to shape the new world order in the Web3 era. Each of our employees is fully engaged in this transformative journey.
We work on our blockchain platform, providing maximum transparency and security for more than 8 million users worldwide. Our breakthrough solutions, incredible speed of adaptation to market challenges, and technological superiority are the strengths that take us beyond ordinary companies. Our official partners include the National Football Team of Ukraine, FC Barcelona, Lifecell, FACEIT and VISA.
The future of Web3 starts with you — join us as a
Developer Advocate (DevRel)!
Requirements
Core:
— Senior developer-advocacy experience, or senior technical partner-facing engineering - in crypto, fintech, or a B2B API product.
— Deep, hands-on command of REST and WebSocket APIs - reads the spec and confirms behaviour with a live call.
— Able to make hands-on code changes to quickstarts and SDKs, not only review them.
— Proven at authoring change requests / API-improvement proposals from partner and internal-developer feedback - structured and evidence-backed.
— Credible in direct technical partner conversations; can act as senior escalation for a first line.
— Verifies against official documentation and live behaviour before approving any published API claim; distinguishes fact from assumption.
— Structured, concise technical writing for partner-facing and internal product audiences.
— Able to mentor and enable junior team members.
Nice to have:
— Crypto-exchange / exchange-integration experience (market making, custody, payments, on/off-ramp).
— Experience owning an SDK or AI/agent surface (safety review, packaging, registries).
Responsibilities
(a) Change requests and API advocacy
— Own the CR flow: author CRs that alter API behaviour or contract, and remain named approver on any such CR. The Junior DevRels do intake, reproduction, and evidence; this seat authors and approves.
— Propose API improvements from partner and internal-developer feedback, carried into Product as structured requests.
— Provide API and infrastructure advocacy for partners and the developer audience.
(b) Published correctness (the safety bar)
— Named approver on any published API claim; owns correctness of every guide/quickstart whose accuracy needs a spec read or a live call. Juniors draft and maintain; this seat approves.
— Where an AI/agent or hosted surface is in scope, own its safety bar (what it must not expose).
(c) Quickstarts, SDKs, and enablement
— Keep the quickstarts correct; make hands-on fixes while the first line ramps.
— Teach and enable the Junior DevRels to update and maintain quickstarts and, progressively, the SDKs.
(d) Partner depth and escalation
— Hold partner-call depth and technical feedback.
— Act as the senior technical escalation for the Junior/operations first line on subject-matter and blocked issues.

And beyond.
⚡ THE CORPORATE TEAM AT ALAN
You will join Alan's Corporate team, the unit that covers legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance and security as Alan scales.
Alan wants to be in 10 countries within five years, and that only works with corporate processes built to scale with it. This is a newly created role, and your job is to make Alan's regulated development seamless and integrated with how we build product.
You will benefit from close mentorship and structured support, you won't be left on your own, and the deep legal, privacy, and security expertise stays in the team around you. At Alan, roles evolve, so you will have real opportunities to expand your scope across topics and countries as you grow.
🤝 YOUR MISSIONS
Corporate protects Alan and its members, but regulated work can still be slow, manual and disconnected from how we build. You are here to build the compliance product that fixes that: processes and tooling that hold as Alan grows, and that make regulated work lighter on both sides, for the teams you serve and for the experts you work with.
- Make regulated work scale. Alan's regulatory load grows with every new member, market and product. You build the layer that absorbs it, so Corporate's load stops climbing in lockstep with the company: a clear path from each request to the right owner, and tooling that takes on the recurring work.
- Rebuild processes end to end. You find the painful process, work out what people are really doing to get around it, and redesign it so it is faster for everyone. You stay on it after launch, watch how it is used, and keep improving it until it becomes the way people work.
- Build practical automation and AI-enabled workflows from end-to-end. You identify where no-code, low-code, AI tools or other forms of automation can remove repetitive work, improve consistency and help people make better decisions. You design workflows that combine tools, data, controls and human judgment appropriately.
- Spot the next bottleneck before it bites. You design solutions that keep Alan compliant and fast at the same time, rather than trading one for the other.
- Measure what you ship. You set clear goals and check them, so every change makes life easier on both sides: the Corporate team you work with and the people they serve.
In your first six months, you will have:
- Shipped a first system that gives the teams you serve one simple, fast way to get what they need from Corporate.
- Owned at least one process from problem to a live, automated solution that people actually use.
- Become a trusted, pragmatic builder for the Corporate team and for the people they serve.
- Established a clear approach to measuring adoption, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
🚀 PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
What you bring
- You have a taste for efficient processes. You have turned manual, repetitive work into simple automated and AI based workflows. You can explain what you built, why you built it and how people used it.
- You created AI-enabled workflows. You are familiar with current AI tools and have experimented with using them to improve research, decision-making, knowledge work or operations. You are interested not only in using AI tools, but also in combining them into reliable workflows that solve real problems.
- You are drawn to regulated work. You want to understand why these processes exist and where they create friction, and you ramp up fast on a domain that is new to you. Hands-on experience in one of these areas is a plus that speeds your ramp-up, not a requirement.
- French and English (professional level).
Qualities we look for to join our team
- Builder mindset: You can operate independently, make progress with incomplete information, prioritise ruthlessly, involve the right experts and bring a project to a useful outcome without waiting for perfect certainty.
- Explorer mindset: You are curious about a vague problem, dig deep to frame it well, stay solution-oriented, and escalate early.
- Systems thinking: You look beyond isolated tasks and understand how people, processes, tools, data and controls fit together.
- Appetite for regulated complexity: The complexity of regulated work energises you as much as the tooling does, and you approach it with a try-and-retry, challenger mindset.
- Sound judgment: You sense where a shortcut would break a legal, privacy, security or compliance requirement, and you know when to stop and ask.
- Project ownership: You drive projects end to end, from user research and planning to delivery, and you own what happens after launch: adoption and continuous improvement.
- Clear communication: You are proactive and clear with stakeholders, you show progress, and you explain why.
For this role we are looking to hire within the C0-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
