Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia
Arcadia's Life Sciences business delivers de-identified clinical and claims data products and develops sponsored programs that support patient cohort identification, provider alerting and actioning, patient engagement, and outcomes reporting. These efforts require coordinated execution across Sales, analytics, engineering, QA/QC, and Delivery & Operations.
The Project Delivery Manager, Life Sciences will organize that execution. This person will manage multiple solutioning projects from finalized sales agreement through implementation and turnover, maintaining clear plans, ownership, status, risks, issues, and decisions. The role will also provide supporting coordination for the Life Sciences feasibility queue.
This is an individual-contributor role for someone who brings practical judgment, disciplined follow-through, and the interpersonal skill to create accountability without direct authority. The successful candidate will keep complex work moving without adding unnecessary process.

• Introduce consistent, practical project-management templates and working practices in Jira and Confluence without creating unnecessary administrative burden.
• Demonstrate early identification and escalation of risks that could affect project completeness or timing.
• Become familiar with the feasibility process and begin supporting queue coordination and status visibility.

• Coordinate structured project turnover to Delivery & Operations, including required runbooks, known issues, outstanding items, and clearly assigned ownership.
• Provide supporting coordination for feasibility requests, helping maintain clear priorities, ownership, and status.
In 12 Months
• Establish a consistent record of complete, on-time delivery across assigned Life Sciences projects.
• Be recognized as a reliable source of project status, ownership, dependencies, risks, issues, and upcoming decisions.
• Reduce late-stage surprises through early identification, communication, and escalation of project risks, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions.

• Clear written and verbal communication, including concise status reporting and appropriate escalation of risks and issues.
• Strong facilitation skills and the confidence to guide discussions toward decisions, owners, and next steps.
• Comfort working through ambiguity while maintaining momentum and identifying where leadership decisions are required.
• A collaborative approach and sound interpersonal judgment when working with internal teams, customers, and channel partners.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. - You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will work on a single product and be fully responsible for increasing ARPU through higher product value: delivering winning tests in the post-purchase experience that make the product more valuable for each user.
You will own the full cycle from research to a proven result and report to the Head of Growth, with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. The bar is high and so is the upside - strong results are significantly rewarded, with a proven path to career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Competitor Insights: Find where users miss value and why they leave, using product and historical data, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Hypothesis Pipeline: Turn those insights into a continuous, prioritised backlog of product ideas, each backed by evidence and a clear expected impact.
- Product Value: Grow ARPU by giving users more value after purchase: improve onboarding, core features, and the moments where users decide whether the product is worth keeping.
- Specs & Delivery: Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so every test ships fast and works as intended.
- Growth Collaboration: Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so product and funnel tests run in sequence and every result is read correctly.
- Test Wins: Deliver a steady stream of A/B test winners on post-purchase metrics, with ARPU as the main one, and raise the share of tests that win over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Product Management: 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products (web-to-web, web-to-app, mobile apps) or similar markets.
- Proven Wins: A track record of A/B tests or product changes that measurably grew revenue, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- User Journey & Product Sense: Strong understanding of consumer user journeys and of what turns a first purchase into lasting value for the user.
- Research & Analytics: Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics (Mixpanel or a close equivalent) to build the evidence behind every idea.
- Experimentation: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including significance, sample size, and test duration.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work, especially UI/UX design of experiments.
- Lifecycle Experience: Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Results-driven - measures their own work by test wins and revenue impact
- Evidence-led - backs every idea with data, user research, or competitor proof
- Ownership mentality - treats the product as their own: proposes, prioritises, and drives ideas to a result
- Bias for action - makes sound decisions quickly and iterates fast
- Communicates with clarity - explains ideas and results in writing so they can be reviewed without a meeting
