About the job
This position is needed to architect and validate Twilio’s most complex, highest-impact, multi-product opportunities by translating Twilio’s portfolio into secure, scalable, and executive-ready architectures.
You will operate as the regional technical authority for your specialty, partnering tightly with Generalist Solutions Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs) while engaging Enterprise Strategists and Value Engineers to accelerate outcomes. You’ll also serve as a key bridge between GTM and R&D—codifying repeatable architecture patterns, elevating field capability, and influencing roadmap through formal interlocks.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Architect and validate end-to-end, multi-product solutions that fit into customer ecosystems—often across multiple teams, regions, and lines of business.
Lead technical discovery, solution mapping, and validation strategy (workshops, demos, POCs) to remove architectural risk and secure stakeholder alignment.
Scope and validate architectures with emphasis on:
Build and deliver exec/architect-ready presentations that communicate tradeoffs, implementation path, and long-term platform vision.
Document customer patterns, technical shifts, and competitive signals; synthesize into actionable product feedback.
Drive influence via Product & R&D interlock, GTM product escalations, and PDLC feedback mechanisms.
Act as a visible thought leader (internal/external) on trust, identity, security, fraud, and compliance trends—shaping Twilio’s point of view and technical narrative.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
*Required:
Demonstrated ability to lead and win complex, multi-stakeholder solutions cycles (discovery → architecture → validation → proposal support).
7+ years progressive presales experience (solutions engineering, sales engineering, or specialist overlay), including complex solution architecture.
4+ years depth in at least one trust-related domain (identity verification, authentication, security, fraud/abuse, compliance), including:
Strong executive communication skills: ability to influence C-level and senior technical audiences with crisp architecture narratives and tradeoffs.
Proven ability to build durable cross-functional partnerships (Sales, SE leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing) and drive outcomes through influence.
Experience capturing and communicating customer requirements and trends to influence product strategy/roadmap.
Desired:
Experience operating as a regional technical authority (standard-setting, coaching, asset creation) rather than only deal-by-deal support.
Track record building repeatable architectures/plays that scale across teams.
Experience partnering deeply with Product/PMM on positioning, roadmap feedback, and launch readiness.
Familiarity with adjacent trust capabilities such as encryption/key management concepts, audit logging, incident response, A2P/10DLC considerations, and data residency architectures.
Experience across multiple product areas within a platform/API company; comfort stitching together messaging/voice/contact center/data capabilities into unified solutions.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
The Senior Network Engineer leads Wizards of the Coast's enterprise network — datacenters, corporate offices, studios, and AWS cloud. Our stack runs on a Juniper/Mist campus fabric, a Palo Alto Networks security edge, and cloud-native AWS connectivity. You'll set technical direction, drive complex initiatives end to end, and mentor the broader team. Come help us build the future of network operations.
What You'll Do:
Own the architecture, build, and roadmap for our Juniper/Mist campus and branch infrastructure, and lead its evolution across sites and business units.
Lead the Palo Alto Networks security stack, from policy architecture to secure-by-design standards across teams.
Own end-to-end AWS cloud network implementation — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53 — and hybrid connectivity, including BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN traffic engineering at scale.
Drive automation and AI adoption across network operations, from config deployment to AI-powered monitoring, observability, and root-cause analysis.
Be the go-to for critical issues, and mentor less-experienced engineers through code review, troubleshooting, and skill-building.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years in enterprise network engineering — routing, switching, wireless — with deep expertise in Juniper (EX/QFX/SRX, Mist) and/or Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), plus hands-on work with intelligent ops tools like Mist/Marvis at scale.
Expert-level BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and load balancing chops. You've built these solutions from scratch, not just maintained them!
Extensive Palo Alto Networks firewall experience, including policy architecture and Panorama at enterprise scale. Checkpoint or Fortinet is a plus.
Proven AWS production experience — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53, security groups, CloudWatch, DNS, DHCP, IPAM — with the judgment to make platform decisions independently.
Hands-on use of AI tools like Mist/Marvis and coding assistants (Claude, Copilot) to power automation and network ops, plus a track record of leading cross-functional work and mentoring engineers.
Nice to Have:
Active advanced certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
Prisma Access / SASE deployment leadership, or Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) build ownership.
Terraform or Ansible pipelines you've built and owned in production — not just maintained.
Experience in a multi-studio, multi-BU entertainment or gaming environment, or another complex, highly distributed org.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Wizards of the Coast provides a variety of benefits to employees. Here’s a look at what your benefits package may include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation Time & Holidays, Generous 401(k) match, Paid Parental Leave, Volunteer Program, Employee Giving & Matching Gifts Programs, Tuition Reimbursement, Product Discounts, and more.

About the Team
IT Operations at ClickHouse keeps the company's internal systems, tooling, and infrastructure running securely and efficiently — from identity and endpoint management to the platforms every team relies on to do their work. This role sits on a newly formed AI Engineering function within IT Operations, created to centralize AI Ops rather than leave it disjointed across teams. The team — a Technical Lead plus one or two AI Ops Engineers — reporting to the IT Business Systems Manager, and brings the same rigor IT Ops applies to systems and infrastructure to the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI solutions and the agents they power.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Ops Engineer to help build and run a new AI Ops function at ClickHouse. You will work under a Technical Lead to design, build, and maintain AI-driven solutions across the business (People, Finance, Legal, and beyond) and engineering — building integrations, maintaining agents, supporting cost visibility, and helping train the org on AI best practices. This is a hands-on execution role: you will move quickly, ship real workflows, and help the team learn what works as we centralize AI Ops for the first time.
Success
This is a net-new function; specific goals will be set with your Technical Lead. Directionally, the team is measured on:
- Measurable reduction in redundant or inefficient AI tool and model spend through right-sizing, routing, and cost visibility
- A working framework for evaluating and selecting models/tools by cost, latency, accuracy, and risk, adopted across teams
- Agents and AI workflows built, deployed, and maintained cross-functionally (People, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and beyond)
- Improved AI fluency and literacy org-wide, measured through training participation, adoption of approved tools, and reduced shadow-AI usage
- Established identity, access, audit, and lifecycle practices for AI agents that satisfy Security and GRC requirements
YOU WILL
Build AI-Powered Solutions
- Develop and deploy solutions using LLMs, automation frameworks, and internal tooling, for both business and engineering use cases
- Integrate AI into existing systems (HRIS, ATS, ERP, procurement orchestration, ticketing, CI/CD, developer tooling) and legal infrastructure like CLM or Matter Management
- Build workflows such as document generation, data extraction, knowledge retrieval, and decision support across systems and knowledge bases
- Use modern integration standards (e.g., MCP) to give AI models and agents direct, secure access to internal knowledge and context
Support Model Evaluation
- Help test and benchmark AI models against accuracy, latency, cost, and safety criteria
- Support model risk assessments and due diligence alongside Security and GRC
- Help implement and maintain the internal model routing solution
Support Cost Visibility
- Help build dashboards and reporting for AI/LLM spend across teams and tools
- Implement tagging, monitoring, and alerting for cost anomalies
- Identify and execute on cost-optimization opportunities (prompt efficiency, caching, model right-sizing)
Maintain Agent Infrastructure
- Help provision, credential, and de-provision AI agent access
- Support deployment, versioning, monitoring, and retirement of agents
- Maintain and patch agent infrastructure and dependencies
- Help maintain audit trails and logging for agent actions
Deliver Training and Enablement
- Design and deliver company-wide AI training programs tailored to different audiences — non-technical business users through engineers
- Create lightweight playbooks, guides, templates, and reusable components for safe, effective AI adoption
- Run onboarding sessions, office hours, and workshops to build AI fluency and drive adoption of approved tools and agents
- Establish a feedback loop with users to continuously improve training content, tooling, and documentation
YOU BRING
You are not expected to have every skill below — tell us which are your strongest.
- Experience building with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Experience building and consuming APIs, developing data pipelines, and architecting system integrations
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience hosting or operating services in production
- Experience comparing and evaluating AI models across providers, including trade-offs between cost, latency, and quality
- Comfort working with usage and billing data to build cost visibility, forecasting, or optimization
- Ability to understand both business and engineering workflows and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience working with or integrating business systems as well as engineering/developer tooling
- Experience creating training materials, documentation, or workshops for mixed technical/non-technical audiences
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance considerations
- Experience implementing safeguards in AI systems, including identity and access controls for automated/non-human actors
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we’re not just building a business; we’re cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.
Benefits

New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work.
Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack

Paid professional training and attendance at specialized conferences
Exchange of experience between employees within the company
Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company
More perks
Possibility of flexibility working
Access to the corporate library

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.

At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the role
OKX runs a large peer-to-peer (P2P) crypto marketplace: an escrow-protected orderbook where users buy and sell crypto for local fiat through verified liquidity providers, with support for a wide range of local payment methods. The professional liquidity providers who post offers are what keep the marketplace deep and reliable.
You will own the relationship with these key liquidity providers in various markets: supporting partners' operational needs, maintaining marketplace depth and reliability, and improving partner experience. This is a builder's seat: high ownership, frontline, and fast-moving.
What you'll do
Own the P2P liquidity provider programme: monitor marketplace depth and coverage, and improve partner satisfaction and retention
Manage the liquidity-provider programme, tiering frameworks, account management and retention strategies.
Lead the growth strategy and retention funnel with data: build and read funnels, produce recurring analysis, and turn it into decisions.
Contribute to user quality and marketplace health, partnering with the user risk team on high-risk user profiling and dispute reduction. (Growth is the priority; risk exposure is a plus, not a requirement.)
What we're looking for
7+ years in growth, account management or relationship management for high-value users or clients, including team leadership, with a track record of managing partner programmes at scale. Multi-market experience is strongly preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume client or partner relationships and improving partner engagement and service quality.
Strong data and funnel fluency: owns metrics, runs analysis, steers decisions from data.
High-energy and genuinely hungry: gets on the frontline, has built something 0 to 1, and pushes into harder markets rather than safer ones.
Backgrounds in payments, remittance or fintech are especially relevant. Crypto or digital-currency experience is a plus, not a requirement. Strong operators from large internet and marketplace companies are also welcome.
Working proficiency in English. At least one of the two roles also requires working proficiency in Mandarin (liquidity-provider and stakeholder coverage across Greater China markets).
Nice to have
Experience with fiat on-ramp / off-ramp, cross-border payments, or remittance.
Exposure to emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa, LatAm, MENA).
Experience with user-segmentation, high-risk-user filtering, or trust and safety / fraud operations.
