About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic runs one of the largest and fastest-growing infrastructure fleets in the industry, across multiple accelerator families, CPU families, clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Capacity Engineering owns the data, tooling, and systems that let Anthropic plan, measure, and maximize utilization of that fleet: we partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on. This role sits in the Planning pillar, on the Demand Planning team, and works daily with research engineering, pretraining, inference, compute supply, finance, and external vendors.
You own the tranches. The job has two halves that feed each other. Upstream, you take the Demand Planning forecast and turn it into per-tranche requirements — shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, date — and carry those into sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews so we contract for capacity we can actually use when we need it. Downstream, you own the integrated schedule and system of record for every tranche in flight — from contracted through reserved, ingested, in-cluster, healthy, and occupied — and you drive the owners of each hop to their dates. Every slip you see downstream becomes a contract-language fix, an automation, or a correction fed back to the forecast.
What you'll do
Turn the forecast into per-tranche requirements.
Take the Demand Planning forecast plus direct input from research, pretraining, and inference planners, and convert it into concrete accelerator, interconnect, region, supporting-resource, and date requirements for each tranche. Represent those in sourcing negotiations and data center build reviews, including which contractual terms actually move delivery dates.
Qualify tranches for deliverability before signature.
The Capacity Planner signs fit-to-forecast; you sign whether the shape can land schedulable, healthy, and instrumented in that region on that date, with storage, egress, identity in place.
Close the delivery loop.
Track forecast-versus-delivered on shape, region, and timing for every tranche; publish the variance; and feed it back to Demand Planning and into the next contract.
Own the bring-up system of record.
Define the canonical contract-to-occupied state machine with explicit entry and exit criteria per stage, and make it a first-class object in the capacity data layer so every downstream tool sees in-flight capacity, not only what has landed.
Run a portfolio of bring-ups in parallel
— new cloud regions, on-prem sites, neocloud blocks — with one integrated schedule spanning provider milestones, cluster creation, network turn-up, storage readiness, health burn-in, and first-workload landing.
Drive readiness automation:
All capacity systems are fully integrated for all new capacity, from contracted through ingested, automated and scaled.
Instrument and publish the numbers that matter
— time-to-occupied and paid-idle dollars per tranche — with executive-level reporting on status, tradeoffs, and risk across the portfolio.
What you bring
Significant experience delivering large-scale infrastructure — cloud regions, accelerator clusters, HPC systems, or bare-metal fleets — at multi-region scale or ≥10k accelerators (or CPU/storage equivalent).
Technical range from through cluster orchestration and node health, up to the telemetry and planning tables on top — enough to debug where they disagree rather than route it.
SQL and enough Python to answer your own questions and build your own reporting.
A degree in a technical field or an equivalent engineering track record.
Preferred
Reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments with cloud or neocloud providers.
Enough demand-planning exposure to challenge a forecast, translate it into per-tranche requirements, and feed delivery variance back into it.
Data center or colocation delivery: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance, vendor management.
Accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs — and a rigorous definition of "healthy."
Systems of record or lifecycle services for infrastructure assets.
Onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Anthropic's infrastructure fleet spans a growing set of clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Every part of it is expanding rapidly. Capacity Engineering is the team that connects every stage of that growth, from capacity planning to supply management to capacity delivery to utilization. We partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on.
As an Infrastructure Capacity Planner on the Demand Planning team, you'll own the medium-range demand forecast for every resource class we consume: accelerators, CPU, storage, network, and managed services. Your forecast will support sourcing and purchasing, prioritization, efficiency targets, and workload optimization.
Key responsibilities
Build and own the medium-range multi-resource demand forecast: accelerators by chip/interconnect class, CPU by shape, storage by tier and access pattern, egress by path, managed services by SKU — driven by model roadmap, RL/inference growth, eval volume, and retention policy rather than trend lines.
Run the plan-vs-reality loop. Diff planned allocations against observed fleet occupancy weekly, surface unrecorded trades and stale allocations, and drive variance toward zero with our planning-tools and data teams.
Qualify each incoming capacity tranche against the forecast before signature: right shape, region, quarter, and supporting-resource envelope (storage, egress, CPU).
Partner with Finance and cost-efficiency teams to turn the forecast into core drivers covering the large majority (≥80%) of non-accelerator spend, and to aim savings work where waste will appear next.
What you bring
Have done capacity, demand, or supply planning for large-scale technical infrastructure (cloud, HPC, hyperscale, or a large internal platform) and can articulate the difference between a forecast, a plan, and an allocation.
Build the model yourself rather than specifying it for someone else: SQL against a warehouse, Python/pandas or a proper forecasting/optimization stack.
Understand data-center resource classes well to know why storage and egress don't forecast like GPUs, and why a contract's headline chip count is rarely the binding constraint.
Prefer simple, inspectable models to clever opaque ones, and instrument your own forecast error.
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience with cloud or neocloud providers on reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments.
Demand planning or forecasting experience for accelerator fleets, including translating research or product roadmaps into resource requirements.
Data center or colocation delivery experience: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance criteria, and vendor management.
Experience with accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs, and the ability to define healthy rigorously.
Experience building lifecycle or state-machine services, or systems of record for infrastructure assets.
Experience onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to shape and evolve the core platform architecture that powers n8n — creating scalable, configurable foundations across execution, infrastructure, and frontend platform so 80+ product engineers and our open-source community can build confidently across cloud and self-hosted deployments.
Working across our platform teams, you’ll bring architectural coherence to the systems they jointly own and help us make the right long-term technical decisions as n8n scales:
ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTION ACROSS CORE PLATFORM
- Drive architecture across the two Core Platform teams, ensuring execution, infrastructure, data, and frontend platform systems evolve as a coherent whole rather than independent components.
- Design highly adaptable backend foundations that support different workloads, deployment models, shared product team needs, and future scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with the FE platform workstream on core canvas architecture, real-time communication, performance, plugin contracts, and other platform primitives used by product teams.
EXECUTION, DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS & DATA FOUNDATIONS
- Evolve core subsystems including durable workflow execution and state, orchestration, queue and task distribution, worker management, scheduling, and horizontal scaling.
- Design for correctness and resilience across distributed environments, including failure modes, idempotency, state transitions, tenant isolation, and reliability guarantees.
- Shape our data and persistence architecture, including database scaling, sharding, migration strategies, deployment abstractions, and long-term operational maintainability.
PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING ENABLEMENT
- Lead consequential technical decisions through clear proposals and RFCs, making trade-offs explicit and aligning engineers and stakeholders around durable solutions.
- Define stable platform interfaces and abstractions that reduce coupling, support safe migrations, and make the platform easier for feature teams to build on.
- Mentor engineers across all engineering teams through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance, raising the bar for architecture, system design, and maintainability.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🏗️ Staff-level architectural ownership: You have a track record of leading architecture across multiple systems or teams, including migrations, re-architectures, or foundational platform initiatives with long-term organizational impact.
- 🧠 Systems thinking: You reason deeply about invariants, correctness, failure modes, boundaries, and trade-offs, and you’re comfortable making decisions where there is no obviously perfect solution.
- ⚙️ Configurable systems at scale: You’ve designed highly configurable, adaptable systems that serve multiple use cases or operating modes without becoming brittle or excessively complex.
- 🌐 Distributed systems depth: You’ve designed and operated distributed systems involving concepts such as asynchronous processing, idempotency, state machines, queues, consistency, and resilience.
- 🗄️ Data architecture at scale: You’ve worked on data-intensive systems where persistence, performance, isolation, migrations, and operational reliability were meaningful architectural concerns.
- 🛠️ TypeScript & Node.js depth: You have strong TypeScript experience and have built substantial backend systems with Node.js beyond conventional CRUD applications.
- 🤝 Cross-team technical leadership: You influence through technical judgment, clear communication, RFCs, design reviews, and mentorship, helping multiple teams converge on better solutions without relying on formal authority.
- 🧱 Platform enablement mindset: You care about creating clear contracts, abstractions, and developer experiences that allow other engineers to move faster and more safely.
- 🧹 Long-horizon engineering: You’re energized by modularization, migrations, refactoring, and evolving existing systems while keeping the product and engineering organization moving.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🧰 Workflow, orchestration or devtools experience: You’ve worked on workflow engines, orchestration platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure-heavy SaaS products.
- 🖥️ Frontend platform architecture: You’ve worked with architecture-heavy frontend systems such as canvas applications, plugin systems, real-time applications, web workers, or complex rendering environments.
- 🧾 Durable execution patterns: You’ve designed or operated systems using event sourcing, sagas, durable execution, or related state-management patterns.
- 👥 Multi-tenant architecture: You’ve designed systems where tenant isolation, resource management, data boundaries, or noisy-neighbour concerns were important.
- 🌍 Open-source experience: You’ve contributed to or maintained open-source software and understand the additional pressure around public contracts and backward compatibility.
- 📈 Large-scale SaaS exposure: You’ve operated systems at meaningful scale or worked in environments where reliability and architectural decisions had broad customer impact.
- 🧩 Monolith → modular migrations: You’ve decomposed monolithic systems or led incremental architectural migrations without preventing product teams from continuing to ship.
- ☁️ Multi-deployment awareness: You’ve designed products that need to work consistently across both managed cloud and self-hosted environments.
- 🔭 Observability mindset: You think about instrumentation, debugging, incident response, rollout safety, and operability as part of system design rather than an afterthought.
- 🧪 Strong CS grounding: You bring deep knowledge of distributed systems concepts, consistency models, consensus, formal methods, or similarly rigorous approaches to system correctness.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll work on the foundations that almost every product experience depends on. You’ll have influence across two Core Platform teams, helping shape how our execution engine, infrastructure, data architecture, and frontend platform evolve together as both our product and engineering organization scale.
This is a Staff role with real architectural leverage: you’ll tackle problems that span team boundaries, evolve systems that already operate at meaningful scale, and create platform capabilities that make 80+ engineers more effective. You’ll do that in a remote-first environment that values autonomy, thoughtful experimentation, and engineers who influence through strong technical judgment rather than hierarchy.
Sound like the kind of platform challenge you want to own?

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 50,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design and evolve the systems and process that power our deal desk process. This person will help build the mechanics behind our sales-led deals: quotes, order forms, pricing, discount approvals, and contract terms. A strong candidate has run quote-to-cash at a SaaS company and can spot where the process is slow, manual, or leaky.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America (west coast). We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed
- Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off
- Be the single point of contact for deal structuring questions that today land on Account Executives mid-deal
- Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean, controlled, and free of revenue leakage
- Support usage-based and consumption deals as AI billing rolls out, from how they are quoted through the hand-off to billing
- Find and remove manual work: automate what can be automated, document what needs to be documented
- Help us get and stay audit ready by making sure deals are recorded correctly
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong command of the full quote-to-cash cycle, from pricing and approvals through order form and billing hand-off
- Comfortable building process from scratch: workflows, approval logic, controls, and documentation, without a playbook handed to you
- Sound judgment on the tradeoff between deal speed and control, and on sensitive pricing and deal information
- A clear communicator who can hold a deal conversation with an Account Executive, Finance, and a customer, and have each one walk away with what they need
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools; experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ is a strong plus
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute
Compensation
For US-based candidates, the expected cash compensation range for this role is $172,000—$220,000. For sales roles, this range represents on-target earnings (OTE), including base salary and variable compensation; for all other roles, it represents base salary. Final compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. For sales roles, actual earnings vary based on sales performance. Equity is a meaningful part of all offers at Linear.

About the Company
Born from groundbreaking research at Columbia University and Yale University, CertiK is a leading Web3 security company focused on securing blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications through cutting-edge security research, formal verification, and AI-powered technology. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York City, CertiK provides end-to-end security solutions including smart contract audits, penetration testing, on-chain monitoring, incident response, and compliance services for some of the largest projects in the digital asset ecosystem. Today, CertiK supports thousands of enterprise clients and Web3 projects globally, with a distributed international team spanning North America, Asia, and Europe. The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
CertiK has spent years building security, risk, monitoring, and blockchain expertise across thousands of digital asset companies and institutional customers. As digital assets increasingly become part of mainstream financial infrastructure, security, financial crime risk, and regulatory compliance are converging. We believe there is an opportunity to build a new generation of institutional digital asset risk and compliance products at that intersection. This role will have significant influence over what that product becomes. We are looking for someone who wants to build it.
About the Role
CertiK is building the next generation of risk and compliance products for financial institutions and digital asset businesses. We are looking for a product leader to own this product area from customer discovery and product strategy through delivery, go to market, adoption, and expansion. This is not an internal compliance role. You are here to build the products that compliance, AML, financial crime, and risk teams use. You will work directly with financial institutions, exchanges, VASPs, fintechs, and other digital asset businesses to understand how their compliance teams operate, identify the problems that matter most, and turn those problems into scalable products. The product space may include areas such as blockchain and entity risk, transaction and wallet monitoring, sanctions and KYT, risk scoring, investigation and case management workflows, continuous monitoring, and compliance evidence and reporting. A core part of your job will be deciding which problems CertiK should solve first and which ones we should not. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, Business Development, and company leadership to build this product line.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CertiK's AML and digital asset compliance products.
Spend significant time with customers and prospective customers, including CCOs, MLROs, AML teams, investigators, and risk leaders, to deeply understand their workflows and unmet needs.
Identify repeatable market problems behind individual customer requests and determine which problems should become scalable products.
Translate customer and market insights into product concepts, prototypes, requirements, and clear engineering priorities.
Drive products from discovery through design, development, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Define the key workflows, risk models, decision systems, and user experiences required by institutional compliance teams.
Work closely with Engineering and Data teams to make appropriate product and technical trade offs.
Partner with Business Development and customer facing teams during strategic sales cycles, including discovery, product demonstrations, pilots, and design partnerships.
Work with Compliance and regulatory experts to translate evolving AML, sanctions, and digital asset requirements into scalable product capabilities.
Measure success through customer adoption, product usage, enterprise wins, expansion, and other measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
Significant product management experience building B2B software in fintech, regtech, financial services, risk, compliance, or digital assets.
A track record of owning meaningful products or product areas from discovery through launch and adoption.
Deep understanding of AML, financial crime, transaction monitoring, sanctions, KYC/KYB, investigations, or related compliance workflows.
Experience building or working closely with products such as transaction monitoring, blockchain analytics, wallet screening, risk engines, case management, investigation platforms, or compliance workflow systems.
Strong customer discovery skills. You can speak credibly with senior compliance leaders and frontline analysts, understand both what they say and what they actually need, and translate those insights into product decisions.
Strong product judgment. You know the difference between a one off customer request and a repeatable market need, and you are comfortable making hard prioritization decisions.
Commercial instincts. You understand that a successful enterprise product must not only work, customers must adopt it, pay for it, and expand their usage.
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, early stage product environment and personally drive work forward rather than simply coordinate across teams.
Bonus Points
Experience building AML or compliance products at a blockchain analytics, fintech, regtech, exchange, bank, or financial infrastructure company.
Experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, on chain investigations, or digital asset risk.
Previous experience as an AML practitioner, compliance officer, MLRO, investigator, or financial crime professional.
Experience working with regulated financial institutions and understanding how compliance products are evaluated, procured, implemented, and operated.
Experience with regulatory examinations, VASP licensing, or financial crime remediation.
CAMS or another relevant professional qualification.
Relationships with compliance and risk leaders across banks, fintechs, exchanges, VASPs, regulators, or law enforcement.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $220,000. Compensation for candidates outside the United States will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.

About the Collaboration
OIKONOMAKIS LAW is a cross-border legal practice acting for private and corporate clients in international matters. We originate and retain the client relationship on the matters we place with national counsel, remain substantively involved in legal strategy and legal production, and use locally authorised lawyers for the host-law, reserved, procedural and court-facing work that requires national qualification or local rights.
Our objective is to build a small, non-exclusive panel of national counsel who already work in this manner with foreign law firms. We are not looking for a nominal signature or a referral-only relationship. Each paid matter is separately conflicted, scoped, priced and accepted before work begins.
Firm website:
www.oikonomakislaw.comOIKONOMAKIS
The Firm’s Managing Partner, Christos Oikonomakis, is a Greek-qualified lawyer and is registered in Israel as a foreign lawyer.
Within the applicable Israeli regulatory framework governing foreign lawyers, Mr. Oikonomakis provides legal services in Israel concerning Greek law, within the scope permitted by his professional qualification and foreign-lawyer registration.
His status as a registered foreign lawyer does not authorize him to practice Israeli law.
OIKONOMAKIS LAW is therefore seeking to establish an independent professional collaboration with an experienced Israeli lawyer based in Tel Aviv or the wider Tel Aviv District who can independently undertake the Israeli-law components of cross-border matters handled by Mr. Oikonomakis and the Firm.
Nature of the Opportunity
This is not an employment position.
We are inviting proposals for an independent professional collaboration between OIKONOMAKIS LAW / Christos Oikonomakis and an Israeli legal practitioner or independent Israeli legal practice.
The participating lawyers and legal practices will remain fully:
* professionally independent;
* legally and scientifically independent;
* financially independent;
* organizationally independent; and
* corporately independent.
Each lawyer or legal practice will remain independently responsible for:
* the legal advice and services provided by them;
* compliance with the professional and regulatory framework applicable to their own practice;
* professional conduct requirements;
* professional liability and insurance arrangements applicable to them;
* their own professional decisions and legal opinions; and
* the conduct of those parts of each matter falling within their respective professional qualification and authorization.
The collaboration may operate on a case-by-case, referral, co-counsel and/or continuing professional collaboration basis depending upon the nature and volume of cross-border matters.
Scope of Collaboration
Cross-border matters may involve circumstances where Mr Oikonomakis provides advice concerning Greek law while the same transaction, dispute or client matter simultaneously raises issues of Israeli law.
In such circumstances, the selected Israeli lawyer may be independently instructed to undertake the relevant Israeli-law workstream.
This may include, where appropriate:
* advising on Israeli law;
* preparing Israeli legal opinions;
* identifying Israeli-law implications arising from cross-border matters;
* drafting and reviewing contracts governed by Israeli law;
* corporate and commercial matters;
* company and investment matters;
* civil and commercial disputes;
* litigation and dispute resolution;
* recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments;
* arbitration and alternative dispute resolution;
* property and real estate matters;
* immigration and residency matters;
* inheritance and succession matters;
* family and private client matters involving Greece and Israel;
* banking and regulatory matters;
* dealings with Israeli public authorities, registries and institutions;
* representation before Israeli courts, tribunals or authorities where professionally appropriate;
* negotiations with Israeli counterparties;
* conducting Israeli legal research;
* preparing Israeli-law memoranda and procedural documentation; and
* cooperating with Greek and other international counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
The objective is to provide clients with coordinated and efficient cross-border assistance while ensuring a clear division between Greek-law legal services and Israeli-law legal services.
Regulatory Structure
The proposed cooperation is designed specifically to respect the professional boundaries applicable to foreign lawyers operating in Israel.
Mr. Christos Oikonomakis will provide legal services only within the scope of his foreign professional qualification and registration in Israel, including advice and legal work concerning Greek law.
Any legal service that constitutes the practice of Israeli law will be undertaken independently by the appropriately qualified Israeli lawyer.
The Israeli collaborating lawyer will retain complete professional control and responsibility for the Israeli-law component of any matter entrusted to them.
Requirements
Applicants must:
* be fully admitted to practice law in Israel;
* be current members of the Israel Bar Association;
* be legally authorized to practice Israeli law;
* be in good professional standing;
* have a minimum of five (5) years of post-qualification legal experience;
* maintain the professional arrangements and insurance appropriate to their practice;
* be based in Tel Aviv or otherwise able to provide effective legal services throughout Israel;
* possess excellent legal drafting, research and analytical skills;
* demonstrate the ability to handle matters independently;
* have strong professional judgment and client-management abilities;
* have excellent written and spoken Hebrew;
* have excellent written and spoken English; and
* maintain high standards of confidentiality, professional ethics and responsiveness.
Preferred Experience
Particular consideration will be given to lawyers experienced in one or more of the following areas:
* Corporate and Commercial Law
* Commercial Litigation
* Civil Litigation
* Contract Law
* International and Cross-Border Disputes
* Private International Law
* Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments
* Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution
* Real Estate and Property Law
* Immigration and Residency
* Inheritance and Succession
* Family and Private Client Law
* International Business Transactions
* Banking and Regulatory Matters
* International Investments
Experience involving:
* international clients;
* European businesses;
* Greek individuals or companies;
* Israeli investments in Greece;
* Greek investments or interests in Israel;
* cross-border Greece–Israel disputes;
* real estate transactions involving Greece and Israel; or
* clients with legal interests in both jurisdictions will be considered a significant advantage.
Knowledge of the Greek language is advantageous but not required.
Professional Independence
The selected collaborator will not become an employee of OIKONOMAKIS LAW by virtue of this collaboration.
The arrangement is intended to preserve the complete legal, professional, scientific, organizational and corporate independence of all participating lawyers and legal practices.
There will be no employment relationship solely by reason of the collaboration.
Each matter will be subject to:
* appropriate conflict-of-interest checks;
* acceptance by the relevant lawyer;
* agreement on the scope of work;
* clear allocation of professional responsibility;
* applicable regulatory and professional requirements; and
* agreement on professional fees.
What We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in establishing a long-term professional relationship with a reliable, experienced and commercially minded Israeli lawyer who is comfortable operating independently while coordinating efficiently with international counsel.
The collaboration may include:
* individual client referrals;
* Greece–Israel cross-border matters;
* Israeli-law workstreams within larger international files;
* joint coordination of multi-jurisdictional disputes;
* transactional matters;
* international investments;
* private-client matters; and
* continuing collaboration regarding clients with legal and commercial interests in both Greece and Israel.
The objective is not to create an employment relationship, but to establish a reliable professional cooperation between independent legal practitioners.
Application
Interested lawyers are invited to submit:
* a current CV or professional profile;
* Israel Bar Association membership details;
* confirmation of current authority to practice Israeli law;
* details of their existing law firm or independent legal practice;
* principal areas of practice;
* confirmation of at least five years of post-qualification professional experience;
* a summary of relevant international and cross-border experience;
* languages spoken;
* confirmation of appropriate professional arrangements;
* their preferred structure for professional collaboration; and
* indicative hourly and/or matter-based professional rates.
Applications and proposals will be treated confidentially and will remain subject to professional conflict and regulatory checks.
