We are looking for Telecom account executives with particular interest in these markets:
Middle East, DACH region, Nordics, Eastern Europe, USA.
For these roles, it is also preferable to be fluent in the local language.
Open source software is the new default in the enterprise, and Canonical is the new challenger to major enterprise software vendors.
We deliver better open source from the data center to cloud and edge. Our Linux distribution Ubuntu is now the leading platform for public cloud compute, and the favorite platform for software engineers, data scientists and AI developers. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption and quality of open source globally, and our goal is to ship the most software on the planet by cores. A tidal wave of open source innovation is the next phase of the entire enterprise software industry, and we aim to be the most compelling way to ride that wave.
Our customers include Global 500 enterprises and startups. We are expanding our product range from the base operating system - Ubuntu - to full enterprise solutions in infrastructure and applications. We can deliver software defined storage, private cloud solutions, container runtime environments, as well as databases, message queues, identity, observability, analytics, machine learning and web publishing capabilities. Customers love the idea that they can get security compliance and support for everything open source from a single company. Our goal is to have more solutions on tap than any other vendor, and we have built unique capabilities to make that possible across every cloud, every class of compute and every category of application.
Canonical provides licensed enterprise software products, commercial support, managed services, consulting and training services to customers who are deploying Ubuntu or open source applications on the cloud, in their data center, or to the connected device and IoT ecosystem. We are just over 1,000 colleagues in 70+ countries and $250m in revenue, profitable, on a steady but relentless growth trajectory. We are almost entirely distributed, with leadership spread across many countries. We believe that talent is equally distributed across the globe, and we are excited to hire, develop, promote and ultimately trust a diverse group of exceptional leads to build the best, not biggest, enterprise software company.
We hire carefully and deliberately; our selection process is long and requires substantial work from applicants. It will take successful applicants three to six months to secure an offer. This is not a place to apply if you are in a rush to find a position, it is a worthwhile place to apply if you are ambitious and long-term in your thinking about your career and the dynamics which move the world forward. If you see clearly the rise of open source, and you understand the drivers of enterprise procurement and technical decision making, then you will understand why Canonical has such a tremendous long term advantage. You will also understand, given the ferocity of competition and the challenges of competing in a market of giants, that we have to set a very high bar for hiring and performance. In order to be a world leading company we select for exceptional ability as well as character, and then provide an environment which promotes teamwork and celebrates diligence, collaboration and effectiveness. All of those are easy to say but hard to do - at Canonical we are willing to be uncomfortable in pursuit of that excellence.
In building our sales team, we look for five things:
Empathy for the customer - a real understanding of customer needs, industry-specific challenges, and a desire to help customers solve their business problems
High intellect - the ability to learn quickly, understand very complex subjects, and communicate clearly to build trust and confidence
Passion for technology - a fascination with the state of the art from brilliant people solving hard problems, and fierce competition for large prizes
Teamwork - a willingness to help others, to collaborate well with people from different disciplines, and to balance personal and team ambitions
Energy - the drive to motivate oneself and others to achieve the best result for the team and our customers
Ubuntu is already very widely adopted which gives us a credible basis for conversations in the market. Nevertheless, it requires real work for sales professionals to build on that adoption to create trusted and profitable commercial relationships with the enterprises in their territory. Our product managers and marketing teams run campaigns to generate awareness, engagement and leads, but you will need to go beyond managing inbound interest to develop the potential of your territory. You will need judgement as to which industries and companies are ready to go deeper with open source and Canonical, and energy to develop relationships in advance of proven interest. We expect professional practice, territory and account planning, as well as clear, complete and continuous reporting on pipeline status and activity, using standard professional tools.
The successful candidate will carry an annual bookings quota within their assigned territory. They should be able to travel regionally for client engagement, industry conferences, and internationally for company events twice a year. They will be expected to demonstrate professionalism and effectiveness, to prospect accounts for new business, maintain and develop existing relationships, and work with colleagues and partners on account strategy. They must be comfortable selling enterprise software, open source, cloud, virtualization, container technologies and technical software solutions to senior levels of the enterprise.
Location: We are expanding our sales organisation globally and have open roles in every region.
What your day will look like
Represent the company, its solutions and software, in your territory
Build and execute a territory plan to prioritize outreach and prospecting
Develop new pipeline through outreach, prospecting, local marketing, and industry events

Manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the sales cycle
Work with field engineers to propose solutions that solve our customers’ business problems
Work with customer success to identify growth opportunities
Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts within Salesforce
Establish productive professional relationships with key influencers and decision makers

Bachelor's level degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
Experience of open source technology and solutions
Detail oriented with effective follow-up
Experience in enterprise software or technology sales planning and execution
Track record of achievement in sales targets and new account wins

Ability to travel for customer engagements, industry events and company events
Additional skills of interest
Specific vertical experience, in particular finance, telco, health, energy, public sector, tech

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ CEO Founder Associate Internship ⭐
The position is open for gap year or end-of-study interns starting from July 2027, for a six-month internship. It is not open to MBA students.
CEO Founder Associates support the CEO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy, building new processes internally and externally and building new products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of strategic projects in a dynamic, innovative environment, gaining invaluable experience across multiple facets of the business.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a FA, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.
POSSIBLE PROJECTS INCLUDE:
- Strategy - Contribute to the strategic vision of the company, market analysis and competition, identify strategic business opportunities, perform business analyses and growth modelling
- Product & Design - Contribute to the product vision by identifying and exploring strategic product opportunities, support the continuous improvement of Alan’s core offering, conduct user research, assist in design & prototyping
- Growth - Coordinating RFP for big prospects, supporting marketing initiatives, partnerships.
- Corporate & Governance - Support the constitution of our board packs, public affairs work, legal research, fundraisings, key Alaners meetings.
- Brand & Communication - Develop the corporate presence at major events, via social networks; organise internal and external events to build the Alan network and leverage connections globally.
- Talent - Sourcing and recruiting the next batch of FA’s
In this position, you will get a great overview of the key strategic topics at Alan and you will have the chance to work with senior Alaners on topics that are instrumental to our success. You will grow exponentially with the guidance of senior Alaners. It is a unique chance to work on so many tasks in a different and non traditional environment.
Examples of recent projects:
- Strategy - Develop market entry strategies for international expansion, contribute RFP coordination for major prospects in the public sector, create go-to-market plans for new segments.
- Product - Assist in the development of core products in Alan’s offering (ex: Alan Walk), exploring opportunities to streamline the user experience market research to evaluate the opportunity to build new services within Alan
- Finance - Taking part and coordinating Series F fundraising: preparation of Pitch Deck, financial analysis to assess valuation, coordination of fundraising with investors
- Sales - Being project manager on the biggest tender in Alan's history: involvement throughout the whole process, coordination of Sales and Product teams to make the best offer possible

- Engineering - Collaborating with technical teams to develop Alan’s insurance pricing engine, supporting the integration of AI across various products to enhance both product offering and internal efficiency.
- Recurring tasks - Coordinating the weekly internal communication, supporting the CEO with meeting preparations, organising the internal events, recruiting the next batch of FAs- And many more...
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
SKILLS
- Analytical sense and critical thinking: FAs have a lot of research and analysis to produce. This requires the ability to frame the right questions, objectively analyse and evaluate a problem, and problem-solve including simulating possible outcomes.
- Business’ and product sense: FAs often have to think at the company level, assessing what would be best for the business, and working on topics that have cross-cutting impacts. The ability to understand what can make a business great (product wise, commercially, in terms of image, etc.), and make correct decisions, even in the presence of ambiguity, is paramount.
- Execution and collaboration: given the scope, volume and timeline of work, the ability to direct people—including oneself—towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key.
- Versatility: given the scope of work, FAs should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact
- Organization, time management and autonomy: you are well-versed in missions requiring precision and reliability. You are able to manage a project from start to finish with minimal external assistance.
- Communicate effectively: given the number of Alaners that FAs interact with on a daily basis, the ability to communicate your specific needs (deadlines etc) and to inspire action in others is essential.
- Always looking for the extra-mile: as a FA, you will be expected to be able to deliver quickly and well on the tasks assigned to you, but also to be proactive in proposing new initiatives, going beyond the task assigned to you if you think it is necessary, as well as anticipating future needs to propose potential solutions?
- Growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow as an FA in your early professional life.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. All our communications are written and in English.
- Technical aptitude: Familiarity and appetite for basic programming, experience with data analysis and/or product creation tools is a plus.
We welcome applications from candidates with diverse educational backgrounds, including but not limited to:
- Business schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, LSE …)
- Engineering schools (Polytechnique, Mines Paris, Ecole des Ponts, CentraleSupelec, Imperial … )
- Data science or mathematics programs
- Other relevant fields or schools (Bocconi, Politecnico, TU Delft, UCL, Oxford, Cambridge)
Diplomas matter to an extent but if you don’t have one and have built a project or a company, we’d love to hear from you so please send your application!

The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
We're building a new function at Fin: AI Product Management. For over a decade, Fin has invested in in-house AI, with a team of machine learning scientists, ML engineers, researchers, and AI designers. Now, we’re expanding this team with product managers who will define the future of Fin's AI platform and AI agent.
As a Staff AI Product Manager, you’ll shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core AI systems that power Fin and Fin's AI features. You’ll work at the intersection of advanced AI research, cutting-edge product development, and real customer problems, helping us build world-class AI products that deliver meaningful business impact.
This is a high-ownership role for a technical, customer-obsessed PM who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and loves turning complex AI capabilities into simple, delightful product experiences.
What will I be doing?
Lead a major part of our AI product surface. You’ll own an important area of Fin's AI platform or AI agent and be accountable for its vision, strategy, and impact.
Deeply understand customers, the business, and the technology. You’ll learn the space inside out: what customers need, where the business is going, and how our AI systems work. You’ll use this understanding to make high-quality decisions and build a compelling roadmap.
Work side-by-side with a world-class AI team. You’ll collaborate every day with ML scientists, ML engineers, AI designers, and ML researchers. Together you’ll explore new ideas, assess feasibility, evaluate trade-offs, and turn advanced AI capabilities into high-value product experiences.
Ship ambitious, high-quality AI product. You’ll take AI concepts from early exploration through to production launches. You’ll run fast experiments, define success metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate until the experiences are both effective and delightful.
Collaborate across the company. You’ll work closely with our core product org to integrate AI across the Fin platform, and partner with GTM, marketing, support, and operations to drive adoption and customer impact.
Lead through clarity, ownership, and momentum. You’ll bring teams together, communicate decisions clearly, create alignment, and consistently push toward impactful outcomes.
What skills do I need?
Strong AI and technical fluency. You’ve built or worked deeply with AI/ML products, ideally including generative AI. You can discuss model behaviour, evaluation, prompts, architectures, constraints, and trade-offs with technical partners. You’re comfortable working autonomously in complex technical spaces.
Excellent product judgment. You balance customer needs, business goals, and technical realities. You know when to push for ambitious ideas and when to iterate quickly. You can turn new or ambiguous AI capabilities into clear, valuable product experiences.
Sharp problem framing and customer insight. You can independently understand and articulate complex problems using research, data, and direct customer conversations. You translate complexity into crisp problem statements for your team.
Ability to build world-class product. You collaborate deeply with engineering and design to ship high-quality software. You know how to test, measure, and iterate on AI systems and user-facing AI features. You care deeply about safety, reliability, and delivering customer value.
Strong communication and leadership. You influence widely, bring structure to ambiguity, and create momentum. You communicate clearly and frequently, keeping partners aligned and engaged. You take ownership and raise the bar for the team around you.
Why you'll love it here
You’ll work with an experienced AI team that has been shipping AI long before it was mainstream.
You’ll have real autonomy, real impact, and real responsibility.
You’ll help build the next generation of customer service through the power of AI.
You’ll help shape the future of AI PM craft at Fin.
