ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The People team at LangChain is architecting the operating system for the team behind the agents. Our charter is to make LangChain the best place to work — building the foundational infrastructure across recruiting, global rewards, performance, and AI upskilling that empowers our team to achieve our mission. We treat the employee lifecycle as a product: modular, intentional, designed for high-velocity iteration. We dogfood our own platform to automate the mundane and keep the team focused on the high-judgment work that matters.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our People Operations team is globally distributed. This role is our West Coast presence — the person on the ground in SF and the anchor for People Ops during US hours.
This is a logistics, compliance, and hospitality role simultaneously. A new hire's first week is a product we're responsible for, and you own it. You’re the often face of HR to employees, and are focused on solving problems for our users (employees) in a high craft, maximum agency way. The systems here are still being built, and you have an opportunity to help influence how we set up the infrastructure to scale. We’re here to build something great, and you play a key role in making that happen through the foundations of people operations.
Location/City:
San Francisco, CA — in office 5 days per week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own onboarding end-to-end. Run pre-boarding — documentation, account setup, background checks, and the data handoffs to IT, Payroll, and Workplace — so nothing reaches a new hire half-finished.
- Run cohort day. Facilitate our twice-monthly in-person onboarding cohorts in SF, including everything from compliance to the employee experience.
- Drive the first 90 days support structure. Run the system behind 45/90 check-in cadence, buddy program, and the onboarding survey, including closing the loop on what it tells us.
- Be the front line during US hours. Serve as the first stop for employee questions: resolve what you can, route what you can't, and drive ongoing documentation in our knowledge base so it doesn't get asked twice.
- Build the process, don't just run it. Write and maintain the onboarding SOPs, close the parity gap between in-office and remote onboarding, and build distinct paths for rehires and international hires.
- Automate your own work. Use AI to take the repetitive load off this function — status chasing, packet assembly, provisioning checklists, survey synthesis — and use ticket volume to find what keeps breaking.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience: 2–5 years in people operations, HR coordination, or onboarding at a high-growth tech company, with hands-on HRIS experience (Rippling preferred).
- Compliance Fluency: Working knowledge of I-9 and employment eligibility verification, including the retention and audit requirements — plus the follow-through that casework rewards. Documents move on deadline, and you are never the reason something sits.
- Documentation-First Instincts: Your processes are written down, current, and usable by someone else. You turn a repeat question into a knowledge base article instead of answering it twice.
- AI Fluency: You already use tools to increase your leverage, and you reach for automation instinctively rather than as an afterthought.
- White-Glove Judgment: A new hire's first day is a moment that matters and you treat it that way. You handle compensation, immigration, and personal data with discretion.
- Resilient Ownership: You're comfortable on a globally distributed team and in a fast paced, build environment. When equipment doesn't arrive or a start date moves, you're calm and already solving it.
- Operating Principles: You exemplify our operating principles https://www.langchain.com/careers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience standing up or rebuilding an onboarding program, not just running an existing one
- Immigration or visa coordination experience (H-1B, PERM, TN, or equivalent)
- Global onboarding exposure
- Experience with LangSmith, Claude, or a similar tools
Annual salary range: $100,000 – $110,000 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

IT Engineer
About the company
Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. Tier 1 & 2 IT Support
Provide day-to-day IT support across identity, SaaS applications, access issues, and macOS endpoints.
Serve as an escalation point for more complex access, integration, or device issues.
Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis rather than applying temporary fixes.
Identify recurring operational problems and contribute to durable, system-level improvements.
Vendor Lifecycle & IT Operations
Support vendor onboarding, evaluation, and renewals.
Assist with SaaS access reviews and vendor offboarding.
Help maintain visibility into vendor usage, contracts, and lifecycle status.
Contribute to improving procurement and asset tracking processes.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems-focused roles.
Experience providing Tier 1–2 IT support in a SaaS-heavy environment.
Solid understanding of identity and access management fundamentals, including SSO, SCIM, MFA, and RBAC.
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
Experience supporting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environments.
Experience supporting macOS environments or strong endpoint fundamentals.
Comfort working in a terminal / CLI environment appropriate to experience level.

Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Backgrounds in Microsoft-centric environments (O365, Azure AD, Intune) are welcome, provided there is comfort learning Okta and SaaS-first tooling.

Money is moving onto the internet, and the shift has a name:
Open Money.
This is money that is open, portable, agentic, and owned by you. MetaMask spent the last ten years building it; with 100M+ downloads, users in ~190 countries, and trillions in cumulative transaction volume, it's the most trusted self-custodial financial platform on the internet. Now we're building the operating system for your money: one place to hold, move, grow, and use anything you own. Join a remote-first, global team rebuilding how money works: a problem that touches everyone, every day.
About the team
MetaMask's design team is working to establish MetaMask as the premier wallet in fintech, elevating the craft of design and leading the industry as the next phase of decentralized finance unfolds. Our focus is reducing friction while preserving user trust, so more people can safely explore the world of Web3.
Prediction markets are one of the most exciting areas in consumer finance right now, sitting at the intersection of trading, sports, news, culture, and real world events. This is a big growth area for MetaMask, and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape where it goes next. This is a chance to take real ownership of the end-to-end Prediction Markets experience inside one of the most widely used products in web3 — helping define how people discover markets, understand what's happening, trade, manage positions, and come back as events unfold. The product is still evolving, so much of the experience is still there to be defined, and that's a big part of what makes this role interesting: we're not looking for someone to polish a finished product, we want someone who wants to help shape it. You'll work closely with Product and Engineering, have a strong voice in what we build, and take ideas from early thinking through to something real in the hands of users.
What you’ll do
Own the Prediction Markets experience from early thinking through launch and iteration.
Define how users discover markets, understand them, trade and manage their positions.
Make complex ideas like probabilities, liquidity and market mechanics feel clear and easy to understand.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to shape what we build, not just how it looks.
Prototype quickly using AI to explore ideas and get to stronger solutions faster.
Set a high bar for visual and interaction design, and use research and data to keep improving the product.
Would be great if you brought this to the role
5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped consumer products.
You have a proven track record of delivering impactful, customer-centric designs that solve complex problems and drive commercial outcomes.
Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with strong product instincts and attention to detail.
Experience taking complex or ambiguous problems from early ideas through to shipped experiences.
Comfortable using AI, code and modern design tools to explore, iterate and build quickly.
High ownership, strong communication and the confidence to push work forward without waiting for a perfectly defined brief.
Someone who genuinely loves sports and understands how fans follow teams, leagues, games and major sporting events.
Bonus points
Experience in trading, investing, fintech, sports, betting, marketplaces or other high frequency consumer products.
An interest in prediction markets and where the category could go.
Experience working with market data, probabilities, charts or financial positions.
Experience designing discovery, feeds, ranking or personalised content.
Experience with crypto or web3, although deep crypto knowledge is not required.
Don't meet all the requirements? Don't sweat it. We’re passionate about building a diverse team of humans and as such, if you think you've got what it takes for our chaotic-but-fun, remote-friendly, start-up environment—apply anyway, detailing your relevant transferable skills in your cover letter. While we have a pretty good idea of what we need, we're ready for you to challenge our thinking on who needs to be in this role
.
The salary range listed for this role applies to US-based candidates only. Compensation for candidates based outside the US (including Canada, EMEA, and LATAM) will be determined based on location, experience, and skills during the interview process, and may differ from the listed US range.
US pay range (not including bonus, equity or other benefits)

$195,000 USD
In the rapidly evolving Web3 space, we believe that everyone is a builder. This expansive paradigm requires a range of backgrounds, talents, skills, and experiences to influence and shape the future. At MetaMask, this diversity fuels our ability to shift control and redefine the realm of possibility. We are committed to ensuring that our technology empowers people and communities through decentralized technologies. We welcome the range of perspectives and differences and celebrate them. We're excited to see how your unique skills as a builder can contribute to our vision, drive innovation, and help us shape a more inclusive Web3.
MetaMask is an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, genetic information, religion, disability, medical condition, pregnancy, marital status, family status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
MetaMask is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices and we encourage all applicants to review our best practices to protect yourself, which can be found on our page.
MetaMask may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of our recruitment process, such as reviewing applications, screening resumes, or conducting initial candidate assessments. These tools are designed to assist our recruiting team and improve efficiency — they do not replace human judgment. A human recruiter or hiring manager reviews every candidate, and all final hiring decisions are made by people, not AI.
It is a requirement of employment in this position that applicants may be required to submit to background and identity verification checks, including but not limited to employment, education, criminal record checks, and other such checks as determined necessary by the company.

Help build the operational foundation that powers Sierra's ecosystem—and the global community building the future of AI agents.
Sierra's ecosystem is growing rapidly. Customers, partners, and developers around the world are building on Sierra to create the next generation of AI-powered experiences. As that community grows, we're looking for an Ecosystem Operations Manager to help scale the programs, systems, and operations that enable it to thrive.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role within Sierra's Partnerships & Ecosystems team. You'll help operate and improve Sierra University, partner enablement, developer relations, and builder community programs while strengthening the operational foundation that enables the ecosystem to scale.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships, you'll improve processes, coordinate programs, and build the operational rigor that allows our ecosystem to grow efficiently.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity—someone who can build scalable processes, execute high-impact programs, and continuously improve how we serve customers, partners, and builders.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Scale Sierra University by managing curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
- Coordinate programs that grow Sierra's global builder community, creating opportunities for customers and partners to learn, connect, and succeed.
- Drive partner enablement operations in partnership with the Partnerships team, ensuring partners have the training, resources, and operational support they need to activate quickly.
- Create and maintain developer-facing resources—including documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials—that help builders get the most from Sierra's platform.
- Plan and execute ecosystem events, including certification launches, builder summits, partner workshops, developer days, and community activations.
- Build and improve the operational systems, reporting, and processes that enable the Partnerships & Ecosystems team to scale efficiently.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Marketing, GTM, Agent Development, and Partnerships to coordinate ecosystem initiatives and keep programs moving.
- Measure ecosystem health through certification adoption, partner activation, community engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback, and use those insights to continuously improve how Sierra serves builders and partners.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function at an enterprise SaaS or developer platform company.
- Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs.
- Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or technical enablement materials.
- Fluent in modern AI tools and workflows, with hands-on experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and a strong understanding of how AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools are transforming the way software is built, shipped, and adopted.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing both customer-facing content and executive-ready communications.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and energized by building scalable programs in fast-moving environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support Sierra University, partner enablement, ecosystem events, builder programs, and community engagement.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience at companies with scaled developer ecosystems, learning platforms, or partner communities.
- Experience supporting both customer and partner audiences.
- Familiarity with learning management systems, community platforms, event operations, and modern content creation tools.
- Experience working with AI platforms, developer tools, or enterprise software ecosystems.
- Prior software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience.
- Experience scaling global ecosystem programs in fast-growing environments with limited existing processes or playbooks.

Location: Severna Park, MD
What The Role Is
This role keeps Babylist Health’s billing operations moving and serves as the on-site anchor for our physical office. You’ll blend revenue cycle support — processing and routing critical billing documents accurately and on time — with the day-to-day of running the office. You’ll be the in-person point of contact, working closely with remote teammates and outside partners to keep people, paperwork, and place connected. It’s hybrid in title, but the on-site presence is real: you’re on-site at our Severna Park, MD office (just outside Baltimore) five days a week during business hours (EST). If you like being the dependable person who keeps things running and enjoy a mix of billing support and office ops, this is a strong fit.
Who You Are
You can run the operational backbone of an office
— sorting and routing mail and documents, uploading paperwork accurately, and keeping daily workflows on track.
You’re available on-site at our Severna Park, MD office, five days a week
during standard business hours (EST) — you’re the in-person anchor for the office, so consistent presence is essential.
You’re detail-oriented and trustworthy with sensitive information
— billing documents and confidential data pass through your hands, and accuracy and discretion are non-negotiable.
You’ve worked in administrative, operations, or office support roles — healthcare or insurance billing exposure is a plus, not a requirement.
You’re quick with digital document, mail, and call tools like Niko, Earth Class Mail, and Aircall — or a fast learner who’ll be fluent in weeks.
You’re a clear, kind communicator who keeps remote teammates and external partners in the loop.
You’re proactive and flexible — you spot what needs doing and pitch in without being asked.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You’re already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what’s coming next.
How You Will Make an Impact
Support daily billing and revenue cycle workflows so operations stay timely and accurate.
Open, sort, and prioritize incoming mail and documents — routing or uploading each to the right place.
Upload and manage required documentation in Niko with care.
Flag urgent items, discrepancies, and issues, and escalate them to the right partners.
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly.
Answer live calls via Aircall during office hours, return voicemails promptly, and direct callers to the right people.
Monitor incoming communications and respond or route as needed.
Why This Role
You’re the connective thread between people, paperwork, and place — visible, relied on, and central to how the office runs day to day.
It’s a genuine blend of revenue cycle exposure and office operations — a strong on-ramp if you want to grow in healthcare ops.
Babylist Health is a small, growing team, so your reliability is felt right away and your ideas for smoother workflows actually land.
About Compensation

The starting salary range for this role is

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're looking for a staff engineer to set technical direction for the systems that move billions of messages a day. This isn't a role about shipping more, faster. It's about deciding what gets built, where the architecture needs to go next, and raising the ceiling for the engineers around you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies — from scrappy startups to global brands — use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data. Under the hood: Go, React, Ember and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What We Value
Ownership at company scale
You take on the problems nobody has claimed yet — the ones that span squads, have no obvious owner, and would quietly cost us a year if left alone. You either solve them or get leadership aligned to.
Engineers with product taste
You think like a user, not just an engineer. You connect architectural decisions to what customers actually experience, and you can explain that connection to people who don't write Go.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done"
You retire practices that have outlived their usefulness, including ones you helped build. Best practices matter — but never more than forward motion.
Force multiplication
Your best quarter isn't measured by what you shipped. It's measured by what the department can now do that it couldn't before.
What You'll Do
Shape the technical direction of our distributed messaging systems in Go — making the high-level architectural calls on mission-critical services where scale, cost, and reliability are all in tension
Take on ambiguous, high-stakes problems that cross squad and function boundaries, and drive them to a decision when the right answer isn't obvious to anyone yet
Build consensus on contested technical questions across teams, and communicate the tradeoffs clearly enough that senior leadership can act on them
Raise the department's bar — set quality and design standards, mentor senior engineers, and turn what you know into frameworks and documentation other teams can use without you in the room
Drive engineering process and tooling improvements that span multiple squads, not just your own
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Interview and calibrate against our career ladder, giving honest, evidence-based assessments of candidates
Use AI agents to make multi-file changes by scoping the work, writing the prompt, and verifying the output
What we're looking for
10+ years building scalable, distributed systems in Go (or similar statically typed languages), including several as the person others turned to on architecture
Depth across multiple systems or domains, not just one — you've been the recognized expert in more than one place
A track record of designing for production reality: you quantify tradeoffs in throughput, cost, and reliability rather than picking a reasonable path and defending it
Experience designing observability and recovery as first-class concerns — metrics, alerting, rollback, backpressure, checkpointing — not logging added afterward
Comfort working in cloud-native environments (AWS, GCP), with relational databases (we use MySQL) and a real understanding of performance tradeoffs
Evidence of making other engineers better: mentorship, technical writing, design review, standards that outlasted your involvement
A bias for action over perfection, and the judgment to know which decisions are worth slowing down for
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. This role also carries a 10% annual bonus target. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family. We also offer 16 weeks paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, stipends for remote work and wellness, a professional development budget, and more.

What the Role Is
This role owns replenishment and order writing for Babylist's Furniture and Monitors categories — a mix of bulky, freight-heavy furniture and dropship-fulfilled monitor SKUs. You'll manage inventory flow across a heavily dropship vendor base, balancing in-stock performance against the longer lead times and fulfillment complexity these categories bring. You'll report into Division 3 Planning and work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep the category healthy.
Who You Are
You have hands-on experience managing dropship inventory
— you know how to plan and track stock you don't physically hold, coordinate with vendors on availability, and catch outages before they become customer-facing problems.
You've owned replenishment and order writing
for a category with real complexity — long lead times, freight considerations, or a fragmented vendor base.
You're comfortable working in a planning system day to day and can pick up new tools quickly (NetSuite, Sigma, or similar planning/BI platforms).
You have advanced Excel skills and are confident working with large data sets.
You have a strong foundation in retail math and inventory planning concepts (OTB, WOS, sell-through).
You communicate clearly with vendors and cross-functional partners, especially when flagging risk early.
You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
How You Will Make An Impact
Execute replenishment and order writing across Furniture and Monitors, keeping inventory aligned to forecast and in-stock targets.
Manage a dropship vendor base — tracking availability, coordinating on delivery timing, and resolving discrepancies before they hit customers.
Own monthly Open-to-Buy inputs for the category: trend analysis, risk flags, and forecast updates.
Deliver weekly sales and inventory recaps with clear, actionable takeaways for the planning team.
Build pre-season inventory forecasts at the category, brand, and SKU level.
Track out-of-stocks and discontinued items, proactively communicating risk to internal partners.
Partner with Merchandising on new product introductions and assortment changes.
Why This Role
You'd be stepping into an established category with real scope from day one — Furniture and Monitors are being handed off as part of a broader team restructure, not built from scratch.
Dropship is a genuinely different planning problem than owned inventory, and this is a chance to specialize in it rather than treat it as a footnote.
You'll have direct exposure to Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance on a category that carries real freight and vendor complexity — good ground for someone who wants to grow into bigger scope.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$93,820 to $125,081
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for career advancement
We believe technology and data can solve hard problems
We're committed to career progression and performance-based advancement
