Own execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives across ML, experimentation, and data platform domains.
Lead 2–3 high-priority initiatives during the first 3 months: define scope, align stakeholders, establish ownership, and drive delivery to measurable outcomes.
Ensure predictable execution through clear planning, coordination, and delivery management.
Unblock stalled or ambiguous projects by clarifying ownership, resolving dependencies, escalating risks early, and driving initiatives through completion.
Build and operate an effective execution framework: monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, retrospectives, project reviews, and escalation processes.
Establish a single source of truth for project status, risks, commitments, and delivery tracking.
Improve the experimentation ecosystem by increasing decision-making speed, standardizing evaluation and rollout processes, and reducing operational chaos/manual work.
Accelerate ML delivery cycles by reducing time from idea → experiment → production and coordinating dependencies across ML, backend, analytics, and product teams.
Ensure ML initiatives deliver measurable business impact, not only technical outcomes.
Strengthen functional leads (Product Analytics, Data Engineering, ML, UX) through prioritization support, execution discipline, feedback, and managerial coaching.
Increase ownership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Own operational excellence of the function, including data freshness, uptime, SLA adherence, and delivery predictability.

Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle — from ideation to production.
Familiarity with data platforms, data quality management, SLA processes, and self-service BI/analytics.
Strong execution skills: project decomposition, planning, prioritization, and delivery management.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across ML, backend, product, and analytics functions.
Experience managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and multiple parallel initiatives.
High technical literacy with the ability to dive deep into data and ML topics, understand system constraints, and work closely with engineering and data teams.
Strong English and Russian communication skills, both written and verbal.

Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.

Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Senior Director of Product Management for Developer & AI will lead product strategy and execution across one of 1Password’s most future-defining portfolios. This role spans our Developer Experience (DevX) products, Security for AI, and AI for Security initiatives, as well as the product surface area that supports standards adoption and developer engagement.
Reporting to the VP of Developer & AI Engineering, this leader will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how developers and AI-powered systems securely interact with 1Password—from local development and secrets management, to programmatic agent access, to secure runtime environments.
This role requires deep partnership with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and GTM teams, and leadership of a senior group of product managers operating across highly technical, platform-oriented problem spaces.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading senior PMs or product portfolios.
- Experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products strongly preferred.
- Track record of shipping impactful developer tools, platforms, or security products used by large or fast-growing audiences.
- Strong familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to reason about AI capabilities and limitations through a product and customer lens.
- Solid understanding of modern security concepts such as identity, secrets management, access control, and secure system design.
- Comfort operating in highly technical problem spaces alongside senior engineers.
- Ability to connect long-term product vision with near-term priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Experience balancing discovery, delivery, and platform investment.
- Demonstrated success partnering deeply with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
What you can expect:
- Set and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1Password’s Developer Experience, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives.
- Ensure clear articulation of customer problems, value propositions, and success metrics across the portfolio.
- Lead product definition for secure, agentic workflows including identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control for both developers and AI agents.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities and risks into durable, differentiated product primitives.
- Work in lockstep with the VP of Developer & AI Engineering to align product strategy with technical vision, architecture, and delivery.
- Enable strong product-engineering collaboration that balances innovation, speed, and long-term platform integrity.
- Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and GTM teams to ensure successful launches, platform integrations, and ecosystem adoption.
- Represent product strategy internally and externally, ensuring consistency across messaging, documentation, and developer engagement.
- Provide product leadership and input into standards participation and developer advocacy efforts, ensuring standards work is grounded in real customer needs and product direction.
- Help position 1Password as a trusted product leader in the AI and security ecosystem.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers working across complex, technical domains.
- Establish product operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and outcome-oriented metrics.

About the Role
This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United States and Canada.
The Pipeline Programs Manager turns GitLab's pipeline targets into programs the field can run. You'll own execution of pipeline generation programs, including sales plays, PipeGen days, and run the hygiene checkpoints that keep pipeline data trustworthy. You'll also help surface the risks and upside behind our pipeline plan working across Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Strategy, and RevOps.
What You'll Do
Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against an established program calendar.
Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments: timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints, and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement to bring pipeline generation programs to the field with the right messaging, content, and training.
Work with the team on the GTM plan by identifying the drivers, risks, and upside that could move the pipeline numbers, and making them visible to decision-makers.
Give input on the design of sales plays, hygiene standards, and related incentives from what you see during execution.
Track program performance against success measures, and summarize what worked, what didn't, and what to change next time.
Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and help bring it to regional and team levels at scale.
Identify process and systems improvements in Salesforce and reporting that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to land them.
What You'll Bring
5+ Years experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations, with a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
Experience running cross-functional programs with operational rigor: multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
Comfort working with pipeline data. You can use Salesforce and BI dashboards to spot gaps and explain what they mean. Basic SQL (Snowflake or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel: pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
Clear communication and presentation skills. You can explain a program or a risk to Sales leaders and to cross-functional partners.
Ability to influence without authority, earning trust and moving work forward across teams you don't manage.
Good judgment in a fast-moving environment. You move quickly, keep quality high, and know when to escalate.
Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
Ownership mindset. You carry programs through to outcomes, not just activity.
Experience in a quota-carrying or sales role is a plus.
About the Team
The Pipeline Excellence team builds the pipeline engine that turns GitLab's growth targets into predictable, repeatable revenue outcomes. We set pipeline targets and the GTM plan, run the programs and cadence that keep the field moving, and turn pipeline data into recommendations on where to invest.
We work with Speed with Quality, so our cadence and standards let go-to-market teams move fast without sacrificing forecast accuracy. We hold an Ownership Mindset, meaning every stage of the funnel has a defined owner and standard. We measure ourselves on Customer Outcomes: pipeline health exists to drive real bookings and real customer relationships, not just activity. We work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Development, Finance, and Analytics, and we're scaling that engine for the agentic era.
