With a 4.9/5 rating across top software review platforms, we’re recognized not just for our impact - but for the quality of the product we deliver.
About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.
401(k) plan with company match.
100% Company-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, basic life insurance and AD&D.
Paid parental leave (12 weeks for primary caregivers / 6 weeks for secondary caregivers).
Generous home office stipend to support your remote workspace.
Annual professional development stipend to support your growth (e.g., workshops, courses, and seminars).
Charitable giving program and paid volunteer time off with registered non-profits.

LawnStarter is the nation's leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services, with over $100M in annual bookings. The company is expanding beyond lawn care to become a one-stop shop for all home services, operating across three brands (LawnStarter, Lawn Love, Home Gnome) on a single shared platform.
About Analytics at LawnStarter
The analytics team supports the entire company including product, marketing, operations, and finance. The data platform includes a centralized Redshift data warehouse, modeled in dbt and orchestrated by Airflow, with Segment feeding event data. The team is mid-migration to Lightdash as the single BI platform, replacing Tableau and Metabase. Currently, data quality, tracking standards, and platform hygiene are side tasks handled by analysts.
The Role
The Analytics Engineering Manager will be the first dedicated person for data governance, responsible for data trustworthiness and the roadmap to improve it quarterly. Responsibilities include ensuring quality and freshness of source data, pipelines, reports, metric definitions, Segment event tracking standards, Lightdash workspace health, data feeding ML models, and data security. The role involves collaborating with product, marketing, ops, and finance to prioritize platform work. It is a hands-on role starting solo, building automation, checks, fixing issues, and establishing scalable processes. Eventually, the manager will hire a Lead Analytics Engineer and grow the function as needed.
Key differentiators of the role:
- First dedicated governance role, reshaping existing standards.
- Owns the data roadmap, discovering business needs and prioritizing work.
- Whole-stack ownership from source data to ML models.
- Leading the migration to Lightdash, setting up permissions and norms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the data roadmap balancing business needs and platform health.
- Automate monitoring of data quality and freshness, resolve incidents.
- Maintain data lineage and impact analysis to assess downstream effects of changes.

- Govern Segment event tracking catalog, standards, and drift detection.
- Ensure AI data readiness for internal AI tools querying the warehouse.
- Manage data security, privacy, access controls, and compliance with US state laws.
- Maintain governance documentation, ownership models, and review processes.
Challenges to solve:
- Convert business requests into a prioritized data roadmap.
- Ensure Lightdash migration improves platform usability without dashboard sprawl.
- Complete and maintain a trustworthy semantic layer.
- Manage event-tracking standards and prevent entropy.
- Proactively detect and prevent data pipeline breakages with automation and lineage.
Success metrics for year 1:
- Zero pipeline incidents from unannounced data changes.
- Zero freshness incidents; stakeholders never see stale dashboards.
- All business areas use official, well-maintained metrics and dashboards.
- Every Segment event has an owner and meets standards.
- Governance operates as a documented, sustainable system.
Requirements:
- Passion for data governance as a craft.
- Daily use of AI tools for automation, anomaly triage, and documentation.
- Hands-on manager who codes, debugs, and configures personally.
- Product-minded, able to translate vague requests into prioritized plans.
- Automation-first approach to quality checks.
- Ability to enforce standards with clear rules and good tooling.
Role exclusions:
- Not a large-team leadership role; starts solo with potential to hire one lead.
