About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a People Systems, Analytics and AI Manager to be our subject matter expert on HR systems and to turn People data into insights that help business leaders make better decisions. You will build the reports, analytics, and dashboards that tell the story of our workforce, and you will use AI tooling to make those stories faster to create, easier to understand, and more compelling.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics. You will work closely with People Operations, Finance, and leaders across the business, and you will own your work from question to insight to action.
We are looking for someone who combines deep HR systems knowledge with strong analytical skills, creativity in how data is presented, and sound judgment about people data and AI.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for our HR systems (HRIS, applicant tracking, performance, compensation, and learning platforms), including configuration, data integrity, security roles, integrations, and release management.
Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics on headcount, hiring, retention, engagement, compensation, and workforce planning that leaders use to make decisions.
Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders to translate questions into clear metrics, definitions, and analyses, and to recommend actions based on what the data shows.
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and create compelling data stories and visualizations, including automated insights, natural-language summaries, and executive-ready narratives.
Establish and govern People data standards: metric definitions, data quality checks, documentation, and a single source of truth across systems.
Protect employee data by applying privacy, confidentiality, and access controls, and by partnering with Legal and Security on responsible use of AI with People data.
Own the intake, prioritization, and delivery of system and reporting requests, balancing quick turnarounds with scalable, self-service solutions.
Automate recurring reports and manual workflows to reduce effort and errors, and identify new opportunities where systems and AI can improve the employee and manager experience.
Support system projects such as new module rollouts, integrations, data migrations, and annual cycles (performance, compensation, and engagement), including testing, training, and documentation.
Enable People Operations teammates and managers through training, office hours, and clear guides so they can use data and tools with confidence.
Stay current on HR technology, analytics, and AI trends, and bring practical recommendations to the Director, People Programs, Systems and Analytics.
Qualifications:
8+ years of related experience in HR systems, People analytics, or HR operations, with hands-on ownership of reporting and dashboards in a technology or high-growth environment.
Expert-level knowledge of at least one major HRIS (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar), including report writing, calculated fields, and security configuration.
Strong proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (for example, SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tooling to analyze data, generate insights, and build visualizations and narratives, with sound judgment about accuracy and appropriate use.
Ability to translate business questions into metrics and communicate findings clearly to non-technical leaders.
Strong understanding of data integrity, privacy, and confidentiality practices for employee data.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently and deliver on time with attention to detail.
Curious, pragmatic problem solver who enjoys simplifying complex processes and data.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, or scripting (for example, Python or dbt).
Experience with integrations and workflow automation tools.
Knowledge of workforce planning, compensation, or engagement analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead high priority safety and security programs which advance defense in depth for agents, which we have
written about publicly
.
You will be the lead TPM coordinating work across teams to strengthen how we develop and deploy agents safely and securely, and to bring what we build internally to customers and partners so everyone has the tools to safely and securely use Claude. You will be responsible for leading meetings with executives and technical leads, maintaining complex project plans, identifying and addressing risks, developing metrics, and communicating to the company and our customers about this work.
Responsibilities:
Maintain the roadmap
- Maintain and extend the existing roadmap for all work contributing to this effort across the company and implement approaches to ensure accuracy and relevance amidst a fast operational tempo.
Turn program goals into measurable exit criteria at each phase of the work
- To do this well you’ll need to be responsive to new developments in capabilities and the threat landscape, both of which are evolving fast. Maintain key metrics and dashboards.
Run the operating rhythm
- Chair the leads meetings, working group meetings, design reviews, and executive check-ins. Record decisions and actions, disseminate sitreps quickly and regularly, and follow up until open issues close.
Lead executive and contributor communication
- Drive conversations, write regular reports, contribute to design documents, and produce decisional documents as needed. Say plainly what is on track, what is not, and where help is needed.
Maintain the risk register
- Track risks, exceptions, and risk acceptances in one place and bring hard calls to the right decision maker.
Drive company-wide communications
- Partner with internal communications on progress updates and on rollouts that change how employees work with Claude every day.
Lead through other TPMs
- Coordinate subject matter specific TPMs and engineering managers who do not report to you. Set shared standards, spot coverage gaps, and step in to augment capacity where needed.
Take coordination load off technical leaders
- Find owners for cross-team problems, frame tradeoffs across Security, Safeguards, Research, Privacy, Legal, and Product, manage staffing tasks, and organize exercises that test our controls.
Maintain industry context
- Track relevant incidents, capabilities shifts, and research across frontier labs, and understand the key risks they reveal. Bring those lessons into our threat model, roadmap, and risk register.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have led company-wide technical programs, especially a company-wide security program, with multiple workstreams, executive sponsors, and other program managers rolling up to you.
Have a strong background in at least one of the program's domains: agent or infrastructure security, ML classifiers and monitoring, evaluations, inference infrastructure, protecting an organization’s most sensitive data, or shipping security controls to customers. You know the terminology and can ramp up on the rest quickly.
Have worked closely with ML research teams and understand how models are trained and evaluated.
Work independently. You set direction without waiting for instructions and know when to make decisions and when to escalate.
Can command a room and hold senior engineers, researchers, and executives accountable without formal authority.
Write clearly and fast for any audience, from a one-page executive brief to a company-wide announcement.
Use AI tools like Claude to automate tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
Care about AI safety and want to help keep powerful systems under human oversight.
Have 10+ years of experience in one of the aforementioned areas.

A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Learn the Platform: Become an expert on Sierra's platform and how AI agents transform customer experiences, from agent design and workflows to integrations, so you can speak credibly with technical and business stakeholders.
- Discovery & Demos: Participate in efficient discovery calls to understand customer needs, answer technical questions (ideally in a single conversation), and grow to deliver standard product demos and account coverage for the sales team.
- Proofs of Concept: Support senior SEs in building demos and proofs of concept, and keep demo environments current and ready for customer use.
- APIs & Integrations: Educate customers on Sierra's APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns, and build and deploy scripts against a test environment on demand.
- RFPs & Collateral: Help the team respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, and create presentations, positioning statements, and other sales collateral.
- Partner with Sales: Advocate for your AEs and customers in internal technical conversations, join customer meetings and events, and keep CRM records and opportunity data accurate.
- Close the Loop with Product: Act as a bridge between Sales and Product, translating customer feedback into actionable input and enrolling the right customers in beta programs.
- Grow Your Craft: Complete product, sales, and process training and certifications, with structured coaching and mentorship from senior Sales Engineers.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical support, or consulting. Strong internships or early-career experience count.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of at least one of: cloud software, APIs and integrations, or networking and automation systems.
- Curiosity about how businesses run and a genuine interest in building trusted relationships with customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail, plus comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard productivity software.
- A collaborative, quick-learning mindset: someone who treats sales as a team sport and takes feedback well.
EVEN BETTER...
- Hands-on experience with APIs/webhooks, JSON, and scripting (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
- Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, workflows, or conversational AI and customer experience platforms.
- Exposure to consultative selling, or experience responding to RFPs and security questionnaires.
- A history of tinkering, whether with hardware, sensors, or side projects, that shows you learn by building.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Truly unique opportunity to shape and scale self-optimizing paid marketing systems for Growth. This role exists to turn our performance marketing experimentation program from a prototype into the operating system. The opportunity calls for deep paid-growth expertise and a strong grasp of how channel mechanics, audiences, creative, measurement, experimentation, and automation fit together. You’ll set the strategy and operating model, and guide the agentic infrastructure that brings it to life. You’ll partner with BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and ChatGPT, interpreting always-on geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By day 90:
- Map how geo, audience, creative, spend, measurement, experimentation, and platform constraints interact; establish an operating model that turns those signals into hypotheses, tests, and clear kill/scale decisions, with agents supporting execution.
- Build a deep understanding of onboarding and activation, and how paid acquisition connects to downstream user quality; partner with Growth PM and Ecosystems PM on meaningful improvements.
- Establish how AI and agents can strengthen the end-to-end decision system—from analysis and hypothesis generation to creative and audience development, experiment QA, and reusable workflows—improving decision quality, not only execution speed.
- By the end of year one:
- Graduate the program from managing the experimental budget to managing the majority of paid spend, while maintaining efficiency and Notion’s quality bar for ad creative.
- Establish stronger measurement and a clear, connected view of which experiments move which metrics, why they work, and how results vary by user cohort; use that understanding to shape more personalized experiences.
- Turn the system into a repeatable model for Demand Generation, raising the standard for experimentation, measurement, and agentic marketing infrastructure across the organization.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Strong systems fluency across APIs, automation pipelines, and agentic systems. You can see how platform integrations, data, measurement, workflows, and constraints fit together; shape sound architecture and tradeoffs; and partner credibly with technical teams to make the system reliable.
- Deep paid-growth subject matter expertise across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. You understand how channel mechanics, budgets, audiences, creative, and performance interact, and can connect those dynamics to real marketing outcomes.
- Expert measurement and performance-analysis judgment: you can interpret geo, cohort, creative, and spend signals in context, identify meaningful patterns, understand what is driving them, and make clear kill/scale decisions.
- Strong product and systems judgment across technical and marketing domains, with the ability to connect the parts into a coherent strategy and translate an ambiguous frontier into a system with a high quality bar.
- High-agency cross-functional ownership: you can work across BizOps, Strat Fin, Growth, Ecosystems, and Marketing to align decisions and deliver the full loop from strategy through operating model and infrastructure to outcomes.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $191,000 - $225,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS
- Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics)
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Global Supply Chain
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Manager
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Office/On-site
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
THE MISSION OF THE ENGINEERING SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER (ELECTRONICS)
As our Engineering Supply Chain Manager (Electronics), you'll join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain organization and work closely with our hardware engineering teams as they design and build electronic systems on tight and shifting timelines.
You'll be an active part of our engineering projects, helping to execute them and staying ahead of supply. That means identifying long lead items and critical components as early as possible in the process, and securing them before they become bottlenecks for testing and builds. When lead times, allocation or a late design change threaten a prototype schedule, we need you to act. Our development cycles are fast and iterations are constantly occurring since we thrive on pushing the technology for the best.
You'll also be a key link between Engineering and Production. You'll communicate R&D supply chain risks and the critical components you've identified to Production, so nothing comes as a surprise at handover. Your work supports the success of every engineering prototype iteration and at the same time prepares Production for rollout and mass production.
This role suits someone who is proactive by nature, with a solution driven mindset and a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing and hardware prototyping, who is comfortable with ambiguity and acts before problems arrive rather than waiting for them. How quickly we get from concept to working hardware in orbit, and then into production, depends on how well this role is done.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Be an active member of engineering project teams from kick-off, helping to execute the project plan and reviewing draft BOMs while the design can still be changed.
- Identify long lead items and critical components as early as possible, and secure them proactively (early orders, allocation, buffer stock) before they can delay a project.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Advise engineers, in real time and in early design reviews, on how component choices affect availability, alternates, obsolescence, cost and lead time.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement of electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, harness, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules.
- Run fast quoting and supplier selection so prototype and builds get their boards and parts on the dates engineering committed to.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks, communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active prjects, including obsolescence, allocation, single-source parts, counterfeit risk and export restrictions and qualify alternatives early.
- Keep purchasing accurate in the ERP system, with clean traceability, cost visibility and build readiness status that the organisation can rely on, even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
R&D TO PRODUCTION READINESS
- Communicate R&D supply chain risks and identified critical components to Production early and clearly, so they are known well before handover.
- Support the success and rapid iteration of engineering prototypes while preparing Production for rollout and mass production.
- Make sure critical and long lead parts, qualified suppliers and realistic lead times and capacity are in place before a design moves into series production.
- Help build the sourcing foundations that will carry a design from prototype into repeatable production.
