Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years including payer-enrollment ownership.
About the Role
Neolytix runs credentialing and enrollment for US provider organizations — getting physicians and facilities enrolled with payers accurately and fast, because every stalled application is delayed revenue for the client.
Associates manage application preparation, submissions, and follow-up. Senior Associates own end-to-end enrollment files, payer escalations, and re-credentialing calendars.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans).
Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals.
Follow up with payers on application status and resolve deficiencies quickly and accurately.
Maintain accurate trackers — effective dates, expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice), and re-credentialing timelines.
Handle provider and client data with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complete enrollment files end-to-end for assigned clients, including complex group/facility enrollments and payer escalations.
Run the re-credentialing and expirables calendar so nothing lapses.
Review associates’ submissions for accuracy and coach on payer-specific requirements.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Associate: minimum 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment. Sr Associate: 3–4 years with end-to-end enrollment ownership.
Hands-on experience with CAQH, PECOS/NPPES, and payer portals; strong understanding of enrollment workflows and timelines.
High attention to detail — credentialing errors are expensive and slow to unwind.
Preferred
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Experience with credentialing software (Modio, MD-Staff, Verity, or similar).
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Moderate-to-strong — good spoken and written English for payer follow-ups and professional, client-facing emails and notes. Accuracy in writing matters as much as speed.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with payer portals, CAQH / PECOS / NPPES, tracker maintenance, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Applications prepared/submitted and processed per period.
First-pass approval rate and enrollment turnaround time (TAT).
Zero lapses on expirables and re-credentialing dates.
Accuracy / rework rate on submissions.

REPORTS INTO
CEO & COO
About the Role
The Associate Director, RCM Operations is Neolytix's senior-most delivery leader in India, accountable for the end-to-end performance of our RCM and Credentialing service lines. This is not a monitoring role. The AD owns the outcome: SLAs, quality, client satisfaction, team capability, and the P&L that sits behind every engagement.
Reporting to the COO and CEO, this seat carries direct authority over Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across both service lines. You will be the primary escalation authority for all delivery issues, the senior client-facing voice for operational matters, and the architect of how Neolytix's India delivery function scales.
If you have spent your career running large healthcare operations at a high standard, know what great RCM and Credentialing delivery looks like from the floor up, and are ready to own both the number and the team, this is the role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & SLA Ownership
Own end-to-end SLA performance across RCM sub-functions: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Own Credentialing operations in full: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH maintenance, expirable tracking, and payer-specific workflows.
Drive the operating cadence: daily floor reviews, weekly performance dashboards, monthly COO reporting, and escalation resolution.
Serve as the senior escalation authority for all delivery issues across both service lines, with direct accountability for resolution timelines.
2. Capacity Planning & P&L
Own the India delivery P&L for RCM and Credentialing, managing cost-to-serve, billing realization, and margin targets.
Lead headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation aligned to client volume commitments and pipeline.
Partner with the COO on ramp-up plans for new client onboardings, covering hiring, training, and floor-readiness timelines.
3. Client Engagement & Retention
Act as the senior operational partner for key clients, building trusted and long-term relationships with client-side stakeholders.
Lead and contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews, performance reporting, and service expansion discussions.
Proactively surface delivery risks, drive resolution, and communicate transparently with client stakeholders before issues escalate.
4. People Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multi-tier team: Operations Managers, Team Leads, and front-line specialists across RCM and Credentialing.
Own succession planning, performance management cycles, and high-potential identification for the ops org.
Partner with Talent Management on hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies for RCM and Credentialing talent.
Build a performance culture grounded in accountability, continuous feedback, and professional growth.
5. Process Excellence & Technology
Drive continuous improvement across both service lines using structured problem-solving approaches.
Champion automation and technology adoption to improve throughput, reduce error rates, and lower cost-to-serve.
Own SOPs, process documentation, and audit readiness across RCM and Credentialing workflows.
Collaborate with analytics and technology teams to build performance visibility and reporting infrastructure.
6. Governance & Compliance
Ensure all operations remain compliant with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer-specific requirements.
Own internal QA frameworks, audit processes, and remediation planning for both service lines.
Maintain documentation standards and escalation protocols that support SSAE-18 and SOC 2 readiness.
What You Bring
Must-Have
Full-time MBA / PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
16 to 20 years in US healthcare revenue cycle management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role heading multi-functional delivery teams of 100+ FTEs.
Demonstrated experience leading Credentialing operations at scale: provider enrollment, re-credentialing, CAQH, and payer contracting workflows.
Strong command of RCM workflows across the full cycle: AR follow-up, billing, payment posting, charge posting, and denial management.
Prior experience in a BPO, MSO, or KPO environment serving US healthcare providers.
Proven P&L ownership: cost-to-serve management, headcount planning, and capacity modeling in a delivery environment.
Ability to build and read operational dashboards, interpret KPIs, and drive decisions from data.
Excellent communication with the ability to engage C-suite clients and internal leadership with equal fluency.
Strong Preference
Experience managing multi-geography delivery operations spanning India and Philippines.
Familiarity with PM and EHR platforms: AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, or Centricity.
Track record of leading go-live transitions and new client onboarding at scale.
Nice-to-Have
Six Sigma or Lean certification.
Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or automation tools within RCM environments.
Experience in SSAE-18 / SOC 2 compliance environments.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Full-time Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) mandatory. Part-time, correspondence, or distance-learning qualifications are not accepted.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. Confident in client-facing calls, COO-level reporting, and written communication with US-based stakeholders.
Work Mode: Onsite, Gurugram, 5 days a week. This is a floor-level leadership role; physical presence is required.
Notice Period: Candidates available within 30 to 45 days preferred. Extensions considered for the right profile.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
The AD, Operations will be measured on the following within the first 12 months:
SLA achievement rate across RCM and Credentialing: 95%+ sustained over rolling 90 days.
Net collection rate and AR days for RCM accounts under management, trending toward agreed benchmarks.
Credentialing cycle time: first-pass provider enrollment within payer-committed timelines, zero expirable lapses.
Client retention and satisfaction: no unplanned exits attributable to delivery performance.
Team attrition (operations): managed within business continuity thresholds.
Delivery margin: cost-to-serve within budget and P&L targets for both service lines.
Audit and QA coverage: internal quality audits completed on schedule with remediation tracked to closure.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Talent Management screening and profile review.
Stage 2: Functional interview with COO covering delivery depth, P&L accountability, multi-LOB scope, and leadership approach.
Stage 3: Leadership interview with CEO covering strategic fit, client philosophy, and team-building track record.
Stage 4: Reference checks and offer.

REPORTS INTO
President & COO
⚠ This is not a delivery role. You will not run RCM accounts, manage billing teams, or handle client escalations. You will own the independent measurement layer that tells leadership whether delivery is doing what it committed to do. If you want to go deeper into governance and analytics rather than climb an operations delivery ladder, read on.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization running RCM, credentialing, and provider services for 270+ provider organizations across the US. Our delivery teams operate from Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
We are creating a new seat: Assistant Manager, RCM Business Excellence. This is the founding role of an independent governance function. You will sit alongside delivery, not inside it: your mandate is to define what good process looks like for every RCM account, measure whether it actually happens, and give leadership numbers they can act on. Quality assurance reports to you. You define the metrics, own the cadence, and build the function as it scales.
The shift is India business hours with overlap into the US morning for leadership reviews. This is not a night shift role. If you have spent your RCM career on a night shift at a BPO, that changes here.
What You Will Own
1. Process SLA Conformance
Define the committed process standard per RCM account: charge lag, posting turnaround, AR touch cadence, denial resolution timelines, and aging thresholds.
Track actual performance against committed standards at a granular level. Strategic accounts reviewed weekly, the rest monthly.
Flag risks proactively with proposed solutions before they breach SLAs.
2. Monthly Performance Insight
Build the monthly performance pack from daily productivity and quality data. The standard: a reader can act on it without asking a follow-up question.
Breaches carry a named owner and a resolution date. Last month's breaches are re-checked before new ones are raised.
Contribute to weekly and monthly dashboards shared with delivery leadership and, where relevant, clients.
3. Quarterly Financial Review
Analyse financial performance across all RCM accounts: charges, collections, AR aging, denial rate, net collection rate, and cost to collect.
Present trends to senior leadership each quarter. You will be supported in building this, and expected to stand behind your conclusions when challenged.
4. Quality Function Ownership
Line management of the Quality Lead and QA analysts. You own the sampling plan, audit calendar, scoring consistency, and auditor calibration.
Ensure QA findings reach the floor and drive change, rather than living in a report.
Audit team output for accuracy; identify recurring error patterns and drive corrective action.
5. Process Change Measurement
When a new coding guideline, SOP, or process rule goes out, measure whether it was adopted and what it did to denials or rework.
Rule issued, adoption measured, impact quantified, result fed back. Close the loop, do not just report the issuance.
What You Bring
Must-Have
6 to 8 years in US healthcare RCM operations, with hands-on exposure to AR and denials and a working understanding of how process failure shows up in revenue.
Experience building a reporting, MIS, or business excellence function from scratch: defining the metrics, sourcing the data, establishing the cadence. Inheriting and running a function is not the same thing.
Fluency in RCM financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one, not just report the number.
Advanced Excel and working SQL. You use SQL to validate data, not to list it as a skill.
Confidence presenting findings to senior leadership and holding a position when challenged. This means publishing numbers that make delivery look bad when the numbers say so.
Strong Preference
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process excellence training you have actually applied to a live project, not just certified.
Experience across multiple billing platforms (AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, Centricity, or similar) and the data normalisation that comes with it.
Prior management of a small quality or audit team.
Power BI familiarity, though the analytics team owns the front end.
Nice-to-Have
Healthcare analytics firm or BPO process excellence background.
Experience designing and running an MIS reporting function in a US RCM environment.
Exposure to SSAE-18 or SOC 2 audit readiness in an RCM context.
Who You Are
You publish findings that make the delivery team look bad, and you sleep fine afterward. If you soften conclusions to keep the peace, this is the wrong seat.
You build something and then measure whether it worked. The artifact is not the point; the change it produced is.
You ask what a number means before you report it. A chart that describes what happened is the beginning of the work, not the end.
You would rather be right and uncomfortable than comfortable and wrong.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree, any discipline. An analytical or healthcare-adjacent background is preferred.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the COO and CEO quarterly. Communication below this standard will not progress past the screening stage.
Shift: India business hours with US morning overlap for leadership reviews. Onsite, Gurugram.
Notice Period: Up to 60 days preferred. Beyond 60 days considered only for an exceptional profile.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like across the first year:
Day 30: a current-state assessment published that honestly names what can and cannot be measured today. No softening.
Day 60: SLA conformance tracking live for strategic accounts.
Day 90: SLA conformance extended to the full RCM book.
Month 3 onward: monthly performance pack running reliably. Leadership reads it and acts on it.
Year 1: four quarterly financial reviews delivered and defended, MIS Analyst hired and producing independently, at least one process change closed end to end with adoption measured and impact quantified.
End of year 1: the business argues from your numbers rather than about them.
Career Path
This is the founding seat of a function, not a standalone role. Business excellence and governance are established career tracks in RCM that run to Director and VP level at the large players. We are building ours from its first hire.

The function at company scale
The move to Manager is earned against stated milestones, not time served. The rungs beyond it describe where the function is heading as the business grows.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: TA screening call (30 minutes). Role fit, domain depth check, and shift confirmation.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO (45 to 60 minutes). Process knowledge, multi-account RCM experience, measurement approach, and how you handle findings that are unwelcome.
Stage 3: Analytical exercise. A take-home case using real account data with a genuine deterioration in it. You have 3 days to complete it. We are watching whether you reach for root cause or describe the chart.
Stage 4: Conversation with the CEO (45 minutes). Scope discussion, career trajectory, and how you think about building a governance function.
Stage 5: Reference checks (minimum 2 calls). Specifically: an occasion when this person delivered findings that were unwelcome, and what happened next.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Founding Seat of a Function
You own this from its first hire. The metrics, the cadence, the standard: none of it exists yet. That is rare at this level and reads strongly on a CV.
Scope from Day One
The whole RCM book, not one account or one process. At AM level in most RCM organisations you own a slice. Here you own the view across all of it.
Day Shift, Not Night
India business hours with US morning overlap. Not a night shift role. If you have spent your career on a night shift, this changes here.
AI Makes This More Important
As automation absorbs transactional delivery work, the measurement and governance layer becomes a larger share of the organisation. We are building an RCM platform now, and its analyst roles report into this function.

About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by keeping its core processes running to a reliable cycle — risk and incident records, policy administration, new product approval coordination and the reporting calendar — so that the risk information reaching senior management and committees is complete, accurate and on time. The role works closely with the ERM Manager and first-line stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Support the risk and control self-assessment cycle — scheduling checks, chasing evidence, and populating workpapers and trackers.
Support the maintenance of the risk appetite framework and key risk indicators, including data sourcing and validation with metric owners.
Support ERM training and awareness activity, including delivery logistics, materials and completion records.
Work closely with first-line stakeholders to collect, chase and quality-check risk information, escalating gaps and delays promptly.
Support internal audit and regulatory requests by preparing documentation and audit-ready evidence.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools and maintenance of documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in risk, GRC, compliance, audit support or a related operational role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Working knowledge of risk registers, risk reporting and control documentation, with the ability to apply concepts pragmatically.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to run several recurring cycles in parallel and keep each to deadline.
Confident coordinating across functions and seniority levels, including remotely, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience preparing clear risk reports and presentations.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience using or supporting GRC tools a strong advantage.
Job Benefits
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.

Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control.
The role supports and independently delivers key elements of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across Tabby's UAE entities, helping the business understand which services must keep running, how long they can be disrupted before customers are harmed, and whether the firm could recover within that time. The role works closely with first-line owners across the business and supports the firm's response to regulatory expectations on operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across both UAE entities, in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and the Group risk framework.
Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments — gathering, challenging and consolidating what each team does, what breaks if it stops, and how quickly.
Support the identification of critical operations and the setting of impact tolerances, working with first-line owners and senior management.
Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping and crisis playbooks, keeping them current, practical and usable.
Coordinate and support the exercise and testing programme, including tabletop exercises, and document outcomes, lessons learned and follow-up actions.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business continuity and operational resilience policies, standards and methodologies.
Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management, risk committees and the regulator, including maturity and self-assessment positions.
Support third-party and technology dependency work where it affects the resilience of critical operations.
Provide practical support to first-line owners on business impact analyses, recovery objectives, continuity planning and remediation actions.
Act as a point of contact for internal audit and support regulatory or external reviews relating to business continuity and operational resilience.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools, maintenance of documentation, committee materials, action trackers and audit-ready evidence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Helping shape the future Kuwait risk organisation and supporting hiring as the business scales.
You should apply if
You have strong risk management experience within banking, fintech, consumer lending, payments or another regulated financial-services environment.

You understand consumer credit risk across underwriting, credit policy, portfolio monitoring, collections performance and loss drivers..

If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role
Tabby is the leading shopping and financial services app in the Middle East — 25M+ users, 65,000+ merchants across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. We're now building our Kuwait team.
This is a founding role. As General Manager, you will take Tabby Kuwait from a licensed entity in progress to a fully operating, onshore, regulated business — and then scale it. You'll be the face of Tabby to the Central Bank of Kuwait and to the local banking and merchant ecosystem, with full accountability for standing up the entity, the team and the growth plan from day one.
Very few people get to build a regulated consumer finance business in a market from a standing start, with a proven regional platform behind them. This is that opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Central Bank of Kuwait relationship end to end — registration and licensing, correspondence, inspections and ongoing supervisory dialogue — as the named accountable executive
Stand up Tabby Payments K.S.C.C. as a fully operating local entity, with its own team, compliance, operations and governance
Carry full commercial ownership of the Kuwait market: merchant acquisition and retention, bank and payments partnerships, local marketing and customer growth
Own the local P&L and market-level economics, operating within group frameworks for product, credit, risk, treasury and legal — and influencing those functions to get what the market needs
Build and lead the local team, starting lean and scaling with the business — defining the hiring plan and owning the local cost base
Define and sequence the market's product roadmap with group product, bringing Tabby's wider product set into Kuwait as licensing and infrastructure allow — including longer-term financing, card, wallet and payments, and cross-border transfers
Represent Tabby externally as the senior leader in-market, with banks, merchants, partners and the regulator
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a general management or senior commercial role with full P&L accountability
A track record of launching or scaling a regulated financial services, payments or fintech business in a GCC market
Direct experience as the named accountable executive in a relationship with a financial regulator — licensing, submissions, examinations or remediation
Domain expertise in fintech, consumer lending/BNPL, payments and e-money, or retail banking and cards, including financial regulation and licensing in the GCC (Central Bank of Kuwait experience specifically valued)
A proven merchant or B2B commercial track record — building a partner base from a low base, not just managing an existing one
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a small team: a builder, not an administrator of an established machine
Strong grounding in P&L management and unit economics, regulatory submissions and compliance/AML frameworks, and commercial contracting and partnership negotiation
Professional Arabic and English, including the ability to handle Arabic regulatory correspondence
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with the Central Bank of Kuwait
Prior experience inside a high-growth start-up or fintech
Exposure to local funding or bank facility relationships
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Workplace: onsite

Integrate risk and vulnerability data into procurement reviews, project onboarding, and change management processes.
Prepare periodic risk reports for senior review, highlighting emerging risks, significant changes in the risk profile, and the status of risk treatment actions.
Compliance & Programme Development
Monitor the organization's compliance posture against SAMA CSF, NCA ECC, PDPL, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS — tracking control status, identifying gaps, and coordinating remediation.
Coordinate internal and external audit activities — gathering evidence packages, liaising with auditors, tracking findings, and monitoring remediation progress.

Working toward CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) or CISM.
