Bring technical expertise to help us understand the partner landscape, drive key strategic programs, and find ways to deepen partner technical capabilities. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, and evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities. You'll also serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Joint solution development:
Work with partners to identify high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures and best practices that speed time to deployment.
Customer deal support:
Step in to unblock strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
Partner ecosystem and events:
Represent Anthropic at partner events such as GSI customer workshops, AWS summits, and industry conferences. Lead or support partner-specific developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions, especially for technically native communities.
Product feedback:
Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings, especially as they relate to partner use cases and deployment patterns. Deliver it to the relevant Anthropic teams to inform the product roadmap and partner strategy.
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles, such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
A track record of partnering successfully with GSIs and/or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges, from initial solution design through customer delivery
Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives and engineering and IT teams
Strong presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders
Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools, or a background in machine learning or data science
Enthusiasm for cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities
A love of teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed
A passion for using technology in ways that are safe and beneficial, and that advance the goal of safe AI systems

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Hardware is becoming critical to how AI gets built, and the legal questions are as new as the technology. We're hiring a Commercial Counsel, Hardware to help Anthropic's product teams move fast, build safely, and get the legal calls right.
In this role, you'll negotiate a high volume of fast-moving deals for hardware, components, software, and emerging technology procurement needs. This role will also lead multifaceted technology, data, and partnership deals, many of them the first of their kind at Anthropic.
You'll be the legal and risk partner that technical and business leaders turn to when they need a fast, practical read on a deal or purchase. You'll clear low risk transactions quickly, spot the ones that deserve a closer look, and build scalable solutions as new complexities come up, all while working alongside Procurement and Finance and Legal colleagues in areas like privacy, IP, and trade. Along the way, you'll also support partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and media organizations, which gives you a view across much of the business.
Key responsibilities
Negotiate and close a high volume of agreements for hardware and components, including review of embedded firmware and companion software licenses
Structure and negotiate complex technology, data, and partnership agreements
Track legal and regulatory changes that affect hardware products and components, such as product safety rules and restrictions on foreign-made components, and explain what they mean for our plans
Identify trade, export control, sanctions, and supply chain concerns in cross-border sourcing, and work with our national security and compliance teams to resolve them
Build and maintain self-serve guidance, templates, and AI-assisted review tools so routine purchases don't wait on Legal
Manage outside counsel for specialist questions and overflow volume
Cover other technology or hardware transactions on the Legal team as needed
Minimum qualifications
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high volume, fast-paced environments
Deep experience leading complex deals, such as technology or data licensing, joint development, or supply partnerships
Working knowledge of international supply chains and how sourcing choices (and their associated risks) show up in contracts (lead times, single-source risk, warranties, country of origin, higher risk jurisdictions)
Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one
In-house time at a hardware-intensive technology company (such as electronics, industrial automation, or complex devices) while it was scaling quickly
Experience supporting product or engineering teams as a dedicated counsel
Experience with facilities or on-site vendor services, including the insurance and safety questions
An engineering, product, or other technical background
Experience using AI tools to speed up your own legal work

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Marketing Analytics Lead at Anthropic, you will own how we measure marketing. You'll build and run a single measurement framework that shows how marketing activity turns into pipeline, revenue, and product usage, and you'll make that framework something marketers and executives actually use to make decisions. As our marketing programs grow across enterprise and product-led motions, your work will determine whether we invest in what works.
In this role, you'll own the marketing measurement framework end to end: the metric definitions, the data models behind them, the dashboards that surface them, and the insights they produce. This is a hands-on individual contributor role; data science and data engineering will support you, but you'll do the core work yourself. You'll partner closely with field marketing, partner marketing, campaign marketing, finance, sales strategy, sales development, data science, and data engineering to align on definitions and keep the whole organization working from one view of the funnel.
Key responsibilities
Own the marketing measurement framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and product usage
Set the direction for the framework and extend it to programs it doesn't cover yet
Define marketing metrics clearly and get cross-functional teams to agree on definitions early
Build and maintain the data models that power marketing reporting
Develop dashboards that marketers and executives rely on in their weekly reviews
Teach marketers and executives how the metrics work, and keep teaching as the metrics evolve
Lead adoption of the framework so that both marketing and executive teams use it as their shared source of truth
Partner with finance, sales strategy, and sales development to connect marketing measurement to the broader revenue picture
Find and share the insights nobody asked for, turning analysis into recommendations that change what we do
Write analytical SQL on large datasets to answer questions about funnel performance and attribution
Track framework gaps and data quality issues, and work with data engineering to resolve them
Present findings to marketing leadership and executives in clear, decision-ready formats
Minimum qualifications
Have deep experience with marketing analytics, including lead funnels, attribution to enterprise pipeline, and product usage measurement
Have designed metrics from scratch and know what makes a metric trusted and useful
Can write analytical SQL on large datasets with confidence
Have built data models in tools like dbt and dashboards that many people use daily
Are comfortable setting direction without waiting for a plan to be handed to you
Can turn vague questions into clear, measurable definitions
Work well across functions and know how to get teams aligned on definitions before problems surface
Enjoy teaching others how metrics work and helping non-technical audiences build data fluency
Finish what you start, from first definition to adopted dashboard
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience building marketing measurement for both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth motions
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and their practical tradeoffs
Experience presenting metrics and insights directly to executives and shaping how leadership reviews performance
A background in data science, analytics engineering, or marketing operations
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data, such as Salesforce and related tooling
Experience standing up a measurement practice where one didn't exist before
Familiarity with how finance and sales strategy teams think about pipeline and forecasting

About Anthropic

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Design at Anthropic sits at the intersection of craft, research, and product intuition. We're a small team working on products that millions of people use daily—and on interactions that don't have established conventions yet.
Our work shapes how people experience AI: whether Claude feels like a tool or a collaborator, whether it earns trust or erodes it. We partner closely with engineers and researchers, often designing around capabilities that are emerging in real-time. That means staying close to the models, prototyping rapidly, and being comfortable with ambiguity.
We're looking for designers who ship fast and stay in motion—people who would rather get something in front of users this week than perfect it for a month. You're excited to question fundamental UI assumptions and invent patterns that feel native to AI, and you're already using tools like Claude Code to extend what you can build. You pay attention to where model capabilities are heading, not just what Claude can do today, and you find ways to keep caring about the pixels, the copy, and the edge cases while shipping quickly.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI researchers and other stakeholders to define product vision, strategy and roadmaps, and play an active role in shipping.
Understand the technical architecture of our products and define primitives for new capabilities.
Define feature areas with exceptional attention to detail and polish, identifying opportunities to improve quality and consistency of broader flows
Craft beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology
Comfortable in code, design, prototypes, and learning new ways to communicate ideas and concepts
Find creative ways to ship high-quality work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, resource-constrained startup environment
Minimum qualifications
Experience designing and shipping complex workflows, enterprise/B2B SaaS, developer tools, or API products end-to-end
Proven track record of executing end-to-end on large and complex products, or a series of products, in ambiguous environments
A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and polished UI craftsmanship
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code as a creative partner in your own design practice
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority
Preferred qualifications
Experience prototyping with front-end code (e.g., HTML/CSS/JS)
Passion for crafting scaled, highly impactful, safe and beneficial artificial intelligence technologies to enable new possibilities

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is available to enterprises through Microsoft Foundry, and the Microsoft partnership has become one of our most important paths to market. Many of the largest enterprises in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and the public sector buy Microsoft first, and we want Claude to be the obvious choice when they do.
As Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell, you will turn that partnership into pipeline and closed revenue. You will build and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field organization, connect Anthropic account executives with their Microsoft counterparts on shared target accounts, and make sure deals that start in a co-sell conversation actually close through Azure Marketplace. You will own your work end to end, from the details of a single stuck deal to the executive readout on how the partnership is performing.
Key responsibilities
Own the co-sell engine day to day: design joint sales plays with Microsoft around the strongest enterprise use cases, run account mapping with Microsoft sellers, and turn introductions into working groups and joint opportunities that show up as pipeline
Keep deals moving through Azure Marketplace, including private offers, billing setup, and partner attribution; track every opportunity through that process, know where it is stuck and who needs to act, and work with both sides until it closes
Run the regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft
Give Anthropic and Microsoft leaders a clear view of what is working and what is blocked
Bring field insight back to our product and go-to-market teams
Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft, such as a flagship event, a product workstream, or deal operations
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion, with results you can point to
Working knowledge of how enterprise deals transact through a cloud marketplace, including hands-on experience unblocking stuck deals
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to turn that detail into a clear, concise story for executives

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We're hiring a strategist to join the Policy Campaigns team within Anthropic's Public Policy team. The Policy Campaigns team turns the company's policy priorities into active campaigns: research and polling, messaging, coalitions, paid media, and external execution. We're hiring a strategist to develop and execute paid media campaign strategy, manage agencies, and measure the success of our advocacy campaigns in the US and in priority markets abroad.
This is a strategy and program management role. You'll decide what a campaign needs to accomplish, who needs to hear from us, which messages and tactics will move them, and then implement accordingly. Anthropic works on many policy issues at once, across many markets, and you'll need to understand the full set of issues and find the right cross-cutting approaches to advance our goals. You'll direct the agencies that produce and place the work, and bring Policy, Communications, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Legal to agreement on tight legislative timelines.
The role also carries a substantial project management load. You'll run several campaigns at once, across time zones and agencies, and keep each one on schedule and on budget. You'll report to the Head of Policy Campaigns.
Key responsibilities
Design paid and digital campaign strategies for legislative and policy goals, including objectives, audiences, messaging, tactics, phasing, and budget
Develop campaign messaging and tactics with the Campaigns team, executives, Public Affairs, and Communications, and make sure paid media carries the core message
Spot where a campaign could conflict with Anthropic's other policy, commercial, or international priorities, and resolve those tensions before launch
Direct creative and media-buying agencies: set strategy and briefs, scopes and budgets, hold timelines, and hold the work to a high standard
Run several campaigns at once across time zones and agencies: own the timelines, workplans, budgets, and status reporting, and keep partners in the US and abroad aligned
Build rapid response capabilities with Policy, Marketing, Legal, and Communications so campaigns can respond quickly in changing environments
Set success measures before launch, report results plainly, and adjust strategy based on what works
Work cross-functionally to find the stories and moments that make policy arguments concrete for policymakers and opinion formers
Minimum qualifications
Experience running digital content and paid media for a corporate affairs team, political campaign, advocacy organization, public affairs firm, or issue campaign, including owning a media budget
Experience managing creative and media-buying agencies, including briefs, scopes, budgets, and performance reviews
Experience running campaigns aimed at policymakers, key opinion formers, or other influential audiences
Experience managing several campaigns or projects at once, with multiple agencies and stakeholders in different time zones
Experience building campaign reporting in spreadsheets or dashboards
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing state or federal legislative campaigns
Experience running campaigns inside a large organization or coalition with competing priorities
Working knowledge of AI safety and technology policy issues
Experience running campaigns in markets outside the US
Hands-on familiarity with ad platforms and targeting, such as Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic buying

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Partner Marketing Manager for Global and Regional System Integrators at Anthropic, you'll own marketing for our highest-performing services partners. You'll report to the lead for Services Partner Marketing and work alongside each partner's Partner Account Manager.
You'll build a joint marketing plan with each partner and run executive programs and joint announcements. You'll also turn partner deliveries into the customer proof our field needs. Partners are now attached to a large and fast-growing share of Anthropic's biggest enterprise deals. Your job is to make those partnerships deliver more every quarter.
This role is hands-on. You'll think strategically about each partner relationship while running the campaigns, events and enablement yourself. Our scaled programs team supports the rest of the partner network. You'll focus on the partners where hands-on marketing moves the most business, and use those scaled programs where they fit.
Key responsibilities
Partner Marketing Strategy & Execution
Own joint marketing plans for an assigned group of high-performing GSI and RSI partners, including quarterly planning, campaign calendars, and success metrics tied to target accounts and pipeline goals
Develop joint campaigns and executive programs (CXO dinners, executive briefings, tentpole event activations) aimed at C-suite and senior decision-makers at enterprise customers
Work with Partner Account Managers and the Alliances team to identify priority accounts and build account-based plays that leverage partner relationships
Lead joint announcements from first draft through approvals, holding partner copy to Anthropic's messaging and brand standards
Spot RSIs gaining traction and help them grow into higher tiers
Content, Proof & Enablement
Build joint value propositions, messaging, and enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, case studies) that help partners position Claude with their enterprise clients
Turn partner deliveries into proof: capture wins for sellers, and work with Customer Marketing to produce partner-led customer stories that meet each partner's tier requirements
Get your partners carrying Anthropic's priority messages and launches, and build them into Anthropic's own campaigns with the Campaigns team
Put the team's co-marketing guidelines, campaign kits and self-serve assets to work across your partners
Program Management & Measurement
Lead end-to-end execution with your partners, coordinating across product marketing, demand generation, field marketing, events and agencies
Manage partner funding (MDF/co-op) for your partners and track ROI on joint investments
Track and report partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, story output, and campaign ROI, with 30/60/90-day pipeline tracking on every activation
Represent Anthropic at partner events, executive briefings, and industry conferences as needed
Feed what works back into playbooks the scaled programs team can run across the wider partner network
Minimum qualifications
Have built and run partner marketing programs with Global System Integrators, major consulting firms, or regional systems integrators, and can shift between large firms and smaller, faster-moving ones
Understand enterprise buyer journeys and can create marketing programs that resonate with C-level executives
Are skilled at developing joint value propositions that articulate clear business outcomes for enterprise customers
Build trusted relationships with partner marketing and sales teams, and can move a partner on priorities you don't control
Can own a partner portfolio end to end within a team strategy, and know when to escalate
Are highly organized and detail-oriented, and can run multiple partner plans at once without dropping quality
Write clearly and precisely, with experience creating executive-level content and holding partner copy to a high bar
Are data-driven and comfortable tracking marketing metrics, analyzing performance, and optimizing programs based on results
Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
Have a "get it done" mentality and aren't afraid to jump in wherever needed to ensure program success
Care about the societal impacts of AI and are excited about enabling enterprises to adopt AI responsibly
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of marketing experience, with significant focus on partner marketing in B2B technology environments
Experience in the AI/ML industry or working with AI-powered products

Worked on the partner side, at a GSI or SI, in alliance or technology partner marketing
Experience with tiered partner programs, including benefits and promotion reviews
Experience producing partner-led customer stories with enterprise customers
Understanding of enterprise AI use cases across different industries and functions
Experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing quickly across Asia Pacific, and our International Recruiting Coordination team is building for it. As our first Recruiting Coordinator based in Singapore, you'll deliver a warm, high touch interview experience for candidates across APAC, including Japan, Korea, India, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia. You'll partner closely with our APAC recruiters and recruiting managers, be the local point of contact for candidates and interviewers in the region and help keep hiring moving around the clock as part of a follow the sun coordination model with your teammates.
As you'll be first in seat, you'll also help shape how coordination works in a region where we're still building: spotting what's missing, documenting what works and making it easier for the people who join after you.
You'll own coordination for your region end to end and act as our go to operator for APAC hiring logistics, working independently with support from your manager.
Responsibilities:
Schedule a high volume of APAC interview loops, from hiring manager screens through onsites, debriefs and reference calls, across multiple time zones, languages and stakeholder calendars.
Be the primary point of contact for candidates on logistics, with a warm, clear and culturally aware tone that makes every candidate feel supported and informed.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers as a trusted advisor: flag capacity risks, local holidays and market norms early, and help them see around corners.
Keep our systems accurate for APAC roles, including Greenhouse job setup, interview plans; scheduling tool configuration and supervise automations.
Provide coverage within our follow the sun model, with clean handoffs so candidates never feel the gaps between regions.
Support recruiters and RecOps with regional hiring operations as our APAC footprint grows, such as new locations, entity changes, offer logistics and onboarding handoffs.
Improve our processes and document what works.
Independently scope and lead projects, from problem to adopted solution.
Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow.
You may be a good fit if you have:
4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets.
Experience coordinating across time zones and markets, with an understanding of local business norms across APAC.
Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and a scheduling tool (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime).
Excellent written communication, especially a knack for friendly, informative emails that build rapport and convey information clearly.
Comfort creating structure where there isn't one yet, and the judgment to know when to escalate.
Hands on fluency with AI tools, and the judgment to know when to trust the output and when to override it.
A love of feedback, and comfort both requesting and providing it.
Fluency in English (native or business-level).
Additional APAC languages (e.g., Japanese, Korean or Mandarin) a plus.
A genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and our deep commitment to AI safety.

About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as our early Singapore-based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across ASEAN, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As our early CSM in Singapore, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of ASEAN and broader APAC customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as the early in-region CS presence, developing where needed, ASEAN-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Mandarin language fluency
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and a knack for bringing order to chaos, demonstrating an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality and team player mindset
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters

As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. The Access Programs team builds the systems that verify who our customers are, grant access to advanced model capabilities for approved use cases, and ensure that access is not misused. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the identity, vetting, and access management infrastructure that underpins our trusted access programs, along with the monitoring and enforcement tooling that keeps them safe. This work sits at the center of how Anthropic deploys frontier capabilities responsibly, balancing broad access with rigorous safeguards.
Responsibilities:
Build identity verification and vetting systems (KYC/KYB) that establish who our individual and business customers are
Design and implement access control systems that grant, scope, and revoke access to advanced capabilities based on approved use cases
Build infrastructure to configure safety systems and detection thresholds on a per-customer basis for trusted access programs
Develop monitoring to detect misuse of expanded access, and tooling that enables enforcement teams to act on it
Partner closely with policy, enforcement, threat intelligence, product, research, and go-to-market teams so that access decisions are well-informed and consistently applied
Build systems that identify account compromise and takeover, apply mitigations in real time, and carry affected accounts through to full remediation
Design and build the dashboards, alerting, and internal admin tooling that give the team and its partners clear visibility into the health and outcomes of our access programs
Integrate with third-party identity verification and data enrichment vendors
You may be a good fit if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience

Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building shared platforms or foundational services that many teams and products depend on, rather than one-off solutions for a single use case
A track record of working across functions (for example engineering, product, policy, operations, and go-to-market) to gather requirements, reconcile competing needs, and drive adoption of what you build
Experience with identity, authentication, or authorization systems at scale
Experience with KYC/KYB workflows or identity verification vendors
Experience in trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience detecting and responding to account takeover or credential compromise
Experience partnering with operational teams to build custom internal tooling

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is working on frontier AI systems that handle sensitive information at enormous scale. How we protect that data, and how we build privacy into our systems rather than bolting it on afterward, is central to our mission of building AI that is safe and beneficial.
We’re looking for an experienced Incident Response Manager to own and evolve incident management within the privacy team. This is a senior-level specialization on the Technical Program Manager ladder, focused on how we detect, respond to, and learn from privacy incidents. These incidents involve personal data subject to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and similar laws, and to the contractual commitments Anthropic makes to its customers.
You’ll be the driving force behind maturing and scaling our incident response lifecycle, from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review. Critically, some of the highest-impact work in this role happens after the immediate response: gathering data on incident trends, reporting on patterns and root causes, and working cross-functionally across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure that broad fixes and systemic improvements are actually implemented. You will partner closely with Privacy Legal on notifiability and communications, and with the Privacy Program team on executive and board reporting; this role owns the engineering-side programme, its metrics and its follow-through.
You won’t just manage incidents: you’ll make sure we get meaningfully better after each one.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end privacy incident management program: detection workflows, response processes, escalation paths, communication standards, and remediation tracking.
Serve as incident commander for privacy incidents, driving clear coordination across executive, engineering, security, legal, and other appropriate stakeholders.
Establish and run incident commander rotations within privacy, ensuring clear ownership and effective coordination during incidents of varying severity.
Drive post-incident accountability by defining how action items are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed across teams, ensuring follow-through on both tactical fixes and strategic improvements.
Gather, analyze, and report on incident trends and patterns to surface systemic risks, recurring root causes, and areas where the organization is most vulnerable.
Translate trend analysis into actionable cross-functional initiatives: partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to prioritize and implement broad fixes and preventive improvements that address root causes rather than symptoms.
Lead incident review forums (post-mortems, retrospectives) and ensure learnings are captured, socialized, and acted upon across the organization.
Partner with Privacy Legal on breach and notifiability assessments against regulatory timelines, coordinate customer and regulator communications when required, and keep privileged and non-privileged records appropriately separated.
Develop and maintain privacy incident response documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and training materials; keep them current as our products, data flows and obligations evolve.
Partner with detection engineering to improve alert fidelity, reduce noise, and shorten time-to-detection for privacy events.
Define, develop, and track incident management KPIs and report regularly to leadership.
Support broad cross-functional training and initiatives to uplevel privacy awareness across the company (e.g. Tabletop exercises, training, talks).
Minimum qualifications
Have led or built incident response programs at a technology company, ideally in a high-growth or security-intensive environment.
Have a demonstrated track record of turning incident data into organizational improvements: not just writing post-mortems, but driving the cross-functional work to implement systemic fixes.
Are comfortable participating in on-call responsibilities and leading incident response during high-severity privacy events, including off-hours.
Have experience building and scaling operational processes from the ground up in environments where structure didn’t previously exist.
Excel at driving accountability and follow-through across multiple teams without direct authority—you know how to influence, track, and close the loop.
Have strong analytical skills and experience with incident trend analysis, metrics reporting, and data-driven prioritization.
Are highly organized with a knack for bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
Have excellent communication skills, especially under pressure and when coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you’re often working with incomplete information.
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, incident management, or security/privacy operations, with significant time spent in an incident response context.
Are familiar with privacy regulation and breach-notification obligations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA or similar) and comfortable working with legal counsel under privilege, or have a legal background.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.

The Office of the Chief Commercial Officer is a small team that works directly with our CCO, go-to-market leadership, and company leadership on Anthropic’s highest-priority commercial initiatives. We take on problems that do not sit cleanly inside one team, such as standing up a program that spans Product, Finance, Legal, and Sales, or preparing the material our executives and Board use to make decisions. Our commercial business is growing faster than its operating processes can be built, so a growing share of the job is stepping into gaps and running something important, while making sure other teams are building the capabilities to permanently own.
You will own workstreams end to end. One week that means running the go-to-market side of a pressing situation, from the communications plan for customers and account teams to the daily readout for executives. Another week it means building the analysis behind a resourcing decision or a new program and writing it up for the CCO. This is an internal role. You will report to the CCO’s chief of staff, and you will have an unusually broad view of how the company makes decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive priority go-to-market initiatives from plan to delivery, removing blockers, escalating early, and connecting the right people across teams at the right time
Build the analysis, draft the document or deck, and turn input from many teams into a recommendation executives can act on
Prepare content for the CCO and leadership team, including weekly staff meetings, updates to the Office of the CEO, Board materials, and leadership offsites
Track the go-to-market organization’s top priorities and keep a current view of status, owners, and risks
Act as a bridge between go-to-market and Product, Finance, Legal, Safeguards, and Research, so that what account teams hear from customers reaches product decisions and those decisions reach account teams in a usable form
Step in where something important has no clear owner, run it until it has a permanent home, and hand it over cleanly
Close out same-day executive requests quickly and to a high standard
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, a chief of staff team, or a similarly rigorous environment working with senior executives
Structure ambiguous problems well and get to a clear recommendation
Can get to a number yourself in a spreadsheet, in SQL, or with Claude, check it against a second source, and explain where it came from
Write and speak clearly and briefly for executive audiences
Are as willing to maintain the tracker and chase the last open items as to write the strategy
Are comfortable with significant autonomy and with priorities that shift on short notice, pay close attention to detail, and know when to escalate
Build trust quickly with senior people across the company who are short on time
Use AI tools as a core part of how you work
Care about Anthropic’s mission and about getting safe, useful AI to customers
Strong candidates may also have
Experience in technology, SaaS, or enterprise software, or exposure to go-to-market strategy, sales operations, or customer success
Experience running a product launch, a program office, or another cross-functional effort with many owners and a fixed date
Familiarity with how large enterprises buy and adopt technology, including security, legal, and procurement review

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
Niger submitted a request to Gavi for support in optimizing Cold Chain Equipment (CCEOP). This submission includes a renewal and equipment allocation plan at the operational level over five years, from 2017 to 2021.
With UNICEF’s support, Niger updated the inventory of cold chain equipment in May 2017. The update revealed gaps in geographic coverage, storage capacity, and conservation capacity both at district levels and service delivery points, including Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and health posts (HP). The platform will enable the country to improve its supply chain and cold chain by increasing coverage with certified refrigerators and contribute to efforts to strengthen vaccination coverage and equity.
The Directorate of Immunization (DI) is responsible for implementing the Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) across its five components. DI must guarantee the supply and quality of vaccines up to the last mile of the supply chain, to ensure continuity of vaccination services. Vaccines are biological products requiring the availability and functionality of cold chain equipment (CCE) to ensure their effectiveness. Niger has adopted a policy promoting the use of new technologies, including solar-powered refrigerators, refrigerators with cooling jackets, and freezers for which this CCEOP support request was submitted to Gavi in October 2016.
The updated inventory documented that at the service delivery level, 3,767 structures were recorded, including 1,361 Integrated Health Centers (CSI) and 2,409 other service delivery structures (health posts, clinics, and hospitals) that provide vaccination services. Among these structures, 2,491 (66%) have equipment, including 1,322 CSIs (35%) and 1,169 other structures (31%). Furthermore, a total of 1,279 structures (34%) has no cold chain equipment (refrigerator), including 39 CSIs (1%) and 1,240 other structures (33%).
Of the total 4,046 cold chain equipment units:
2,899 (72%) are solar refrigerators,
950 (23%) are electric
197 (5%) are gas-powered.
Among these, 279 units (7%) must be discarded due to obsolescence or irreparable complex failures.
In implementing this project, UNICEF plays an important role in managing procurement, from ordering to installation of equipment at districts and CSIs. UNICEF, through its supply center, handles procurement and has contracted two manufacturers (represented in Niger by two service providers), to implement the equipment operational deployment plan submitted by DI.
To support this effort, the U.S. State Department, through the LEAP project, is providing the Directorate of Immunization with a National Technical Assistant (TA) to help implement the CCEOP2 operational deployment plan, oversee installation and user training, support GEV preparation, and monitor vaccine management for a period of at least one year. The Advisor will support the Immunization Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
