About Xsolla
Xsolla is a global video game commerce company that provides the tools and infrastructure the gaming industry relies on to build, distribute, and monetize games. Working with developers and publishers of every size, from independent studios to the largest franchises in the world, Xsolla operates as a merchant of record and processes payments across more than 200 countries and territories, supporting over 1,000 payment methods, 130 currencies, and 25 languages. Its platform spans the full game lifecycle, including web shops, Pay Station, Login, Launcher, the In-Game Store, and a broad suite of LiveOps and monetization tools.
Strategic Initiatives and Capital Markets
Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla has built an expanding set of strategic and capital markets initiatives. The company connects developers with capital through programs such as the Xsolla Funding Club, and it has extended its footprint into the public markets through Xsolla SPAC 1 (Nasdaq: XSLLU), a publicly listed acquisition vehicle focused on gaming, fintech, adtech, and related technology sectors. These activities sit alongside a growing portfolio of partnerships, market expansion programs, and new business lines led by the Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships organization.
Market Opportunity
The opportunity is significant. The global games market is on track to exceed 300 billion dollars, and the sector has matured into a genuine institutional asset class. Industry trackers recorded roughly 161 billion dollars of games industry mergers and acquisitions in , and private equity firms, strategic acquirers, and sovereign investors continue to deploy capital into the studios, platforms, and infrastructure that power the industry. Xsolla sits at the center of this commerce layer, which positions the company to play a meaningful role in how capital flows through gaming.

About the Opportunity
Xsolla is seeking a
Head of Investor Capital and Relations
to lead its capital formation and investor relations agenda from New York. This senior, high-visibility mandate brings together two disciplines that are often treated separately: raising and structuring capital, and stewarding the relationships and narrative that sustain long-term investor confidence. The successful candidate will own the institutional capital relationships that support Xsolla’s strategic vehicles and initiatives and serve as a principal point of contact between the company and the global investment community.
The role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships and works in close partnership with the Chief Executive, Chief Legal Officer, finance leadership, and the founders. It is designed for an investor who understands capital from the inside: someone who has sat across the table from sponsors, sovereign funds, and institutional allocators, and who can translate Xsolla’s strategy into a compelling, credible investment thesis.
The Head of Investor Capital and Relations will be based in New York and will report to Rytis Joseph Jan, Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships. The role requires significant global travel, including regular engagement across the Gulf, Asia, and major financial centers, to build and maintain the relationships at the heart of the mandate.

You will build the investor relations capability that a company operating in and around the public markets requires, including the disclosure discipline, messaging consistency, and relationship infrastructure that institutional investors expect. You will also act as a senior commercial partner to the deal teams, helping to shape the capital structure, investor syndicate, and positioning of strategic transactions.
This is a builder's role. You will establish the processes, materials, and team that allow Xsolla to engage the capital markets with the professionalism of a far larger institution, while retaining the speed and ambition of a company in a high growth sector.

Prepare board level and investor level materials, and contribute to the narrative that the company presents to the market.
Ensure compliance.
Ensure that all investor facing communications are accurate, consistent, and compliant, and that material information is handled appropriately.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Partnership
Build the team.
Recruit, mentor, and lead the investor relations and capital markets team over time.
Work across the firm.
Partner seamlessly across finance, legal, strategy, communications, and the founders to deliver a unified message to the market.
Represent Xsolla.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director of Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting
Location: Remote, US
Compensation: $220,000 to $240,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking an experienced leader to own the strategy, execution, and growth of our
North American
Detection Engineering & Threat Hunting (DE&TH) operations.
While you will align with the DE&TH Director on the overarching 18-month vision, you will have autonomy to drive the operational tempo and outcomes for your region. You will provide weekly supervision to focus on scaling the team, managing regional hiring/budgeting, and serving as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering.
You will manage a team of technical practitioners. Your mission is to operationalize our "hunt-to-detect" feedback loop at scale, ensuring that our detection portfolio matures in lock-step with our platform's growth, while collaborating with your counterparts in other regions to ensure a seamless, 24/7 global defense.
Responsibilities:
Regional Operational Leadership:
Own the execution of the DE&TH mission for the North America region. You will translate global strategic goals into actionable regional roadmaps, ensuring that our NA-based hunters and engineers are focused on the highest-value threats.
Team Scaling & Talent Strategy:
Manage and grow a team of practitioners. You are responsible for the region's hiring strategy, capacity modeling, and performance management. You will mentor up to Staff and Principal practitioners, helping them navigate technical leadership paths.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Strategize with leaders in Product, Engineering, and Security.
Global Collaboration:
Partner closely with regional managers in EMEA/APAC to ensure consistent standards, seamless handoffs, and shared knowledge. You will ensure that "how we hunt" in North America contributes to and benefits from our global ecosystem, preventing regional silos.
Incident Command:
Serve as the senior leadership point of contact for DE&TH during North American business hours. During high-impact security incidents or mass exploitation events, you will provide calm, strategic direction to the team and effective communication to executive stakeholders.
Efficacy & Accountability:
You are responsible for the results of the NA region. You will track and report on key performance indicators and drive systemic improvements when metrics deviate from our standards.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proven Management Experience:
5+ years of experience leading technical security teams (Detection Engineering, Hunting, or IR), with specific experience managing distributed or remote teams.
Strategic Mindset:
You can balance local autonomy with global alignment. You know how to run your region as a business unit—managing resources and priorities—while adhering to global standards.
Technical Gravity:
While you are less involved in day-to-day coding than a Team Lead, you possess the technical depth to guide Staff/Principal Engineers. You understand "Detection-as-Code" principles, adversary tradecraft, and can adjudicate complex technical disagreements.
Advocacy & Communication:
You are a skilled advocate for your team. You can effectively communicate the value of proactive hunting to non-technical stakeholders and negotiate with Product/Engineering for the tooling and telemetry your team needs to succeed.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.
We do discriminate against hackers who try to exploit businesses of all sizes.

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate based in Latin America to handle the day-to-day execution of core accounting functions for a fast-growing, multi-site U.S. manufacturing company. This is a hands-on, detail-intensive role — the Senior Accounting Associate will book journal entries, perform reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, process transactions, and produce close deliverables on a recurring cycle.
This position requires a strong combination of manufacturing accounting experience, month-end close ownership, Accounts Payable (AP) expertise, C1/C2 English proficiency, and previous experience supporting U.S.-based companies or the U.S. market.
Day-to-Day Accounting Execution
Prepare and book journal entries, accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and month-end adjusting entries across multiple entities. Perform account reconciliations on a recurring cycle — cash, AR, AP, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and clearing accounts. Maintain and update the general ledger — ensure transactions are properly classified, coded, and posted on time. Process and review accounts payable transactions, ensuring proper coding, approval documentation, and timely entry. Process and track accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing support and collections follow-up as needed. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany balances. Prepare supporting schedules, workpapers, and reconciliation files for the monthly close.
Close Process & Reporting
Execute assigned close tasks on schedule — this role will own specific deliverables within the monthly close calendar. Prepare monthly financial schedules, flux analysis, and variance explanations for review by the Accounting Manager. Compile data and produce management reports, cost summaries, and project-level financial data as requested. Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation for all journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
Manufacturing & Project Accounting Support
Enter and reconcile job cost transactions, material receipts, and work-in-progress entries. Track project-level costs, labor allocations, and inventory transactions in the ERP system. Flag and escalate cost discrepancies, coding errors, or missing documentation to the Accounting Manager and operations contacts. Assist with project profitability reporting, margin schedules, and manufacturing variance analysis.
Process Improvement & Controls
Build and maintain reconciliation templates, close checklists, and standard operating procedures for recurring accounting tasks. Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in transaction processing and documentation. Prepare audit and tax schedules, pull supporting documentation, and respond to auditor and tax preparer requests. Support ERP system maintenance — help clean up chart of accounts, standardize coding, and improve reporting accuracy.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience (Big 4, national, or large regional firm — international equivalents accepted). 4+ years of total accounting experience. Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including accrual accounting, revenue recognition principles, and cost capitalization. Hands-on experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close deliverables. Strong Excel skills — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation, and reconciliation workbooks. Experience with ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar). Professional-level English proficiency — written and verbal. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across time zones. Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup. Available to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time business hours (minimum 6 hours of overlap daily).
Key Responsibilities
Record and post daily financial transactions, including journal entries, vendor invoices, cash receipts, and expense reports
