An overview of this role
As a Staff Regional Marketing Manager, you will own regional marketing for the sales team in your territory and set the standard for how the regional team plans and runs its work. You will choose, plan, and run the events and campaigns that create, expand, and accelerate pipeline in your region, and you will move easily between high-level strategy and creative, detailed execution. Staff is a leadership-level individual contributor role: you lead through the work you build and ship, not through direct reports. In a modern marketing organization, that means building and running your own plans, programs, measurement, and AI-assisted automation instead of handing them off, and it suits builders who are comfortable being a leader without a team to manage. Your audience is CIOs, CTOs, VPs of engineering and platform, and the security leaders who govern how their teams ship software. You will judge audience quality by seniority and buying role, not headcount, so you will need to understand how they work and what they want from a vendor.
You will support both direct and channel sales teams, work with GitLab partners on Channel and Alliance Marketing activities, and partner with external agencies and third parties to prepare and run campaigns. As a senior individual contributor, you will mentor other regional marketers, help build and improve team process, and share best practices with regional peers by planning and operating transparently. Your impact is measured in pipeline: the target is 10X spend contribution to sales pipeline for your region, with your regional budget spent within 5% variance. This role supports one of our sales regions (AMER, EMEA, or APAC), and involves travel up to 50% of the time.
What You’ll Do
Drive results for your region as its marketing leader: own the pipeline and growth outcomes, and go beyond events and experiences to bring partners in to drive marketing across channels, in support of growth through our revenue team.
Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of your regional sales team.
Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused campaigns that promote GitLab’s products and services, within the marketing strategy.
Set regional event and campaign strategy, with discretion over which events and campaigns best support regional sales goals, and manage events onsite, including logistics, booth staffing, and swag.
Project manage every campaign from start to finish, following the GitLab process, so each one meets its objectives, arrives on time, and stays within budget, then measure and report on its effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional work to drive demand generation and regional marketing plans, and advocate for your sales region within marketing and for marketing with your sales team.
Support Channel and Alliance Marketing activities with GitLab partners, from campaign approval through execution.
Work with external agencies and third parties to prepare, manage, and execute campaigns.
Mentor and guide regional marketing specialists and managers, and lead in building and driving process within the team.
What You’ll Bring
Proven ability to build and execute a regional strategy, with a record of delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing.
Experience supporting both direct sales and channel sales teams, and in enterprise solution demand creation and regional marketing.
Exemplary analytical skills and a proven aptitude for using data to optimize program performance and inform future strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to convey ideas and data clearly in writing and in presentations to a variety of audiences, without a fear of over-communicating. You plan and operate transparently and share best practices with other regional marketers.
A proven aptitude for building and driving a budget within your territory, and extreme attention to program details and deadlines.
The capacity to empathize with CIOs, CTOs, VPs of engineering and platform, and the security leaders who govern how their teams ship software, and a passion for, and substantial understanding of, the developer tools, IT operations tools, and/or IT security markets.
Ability to use GitLab, and you share our
values
and work in accordance with them.
Ability to travel up to 50% and to comply with the company’s travel policy.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
Commercial Associate, Data Center Asset Management
About the role
Anthropic leases large data center campuses from developers, and our compute roadmap depends on those campuses being built, energized and handed over on schedule. When a signed project slips, the fastest fix is often commercial: change who pays for what, who controls what, and what happens when a date is missed. This team renegotiates signed deals to get projects back on track and then makes sure what was agreed actually happens.
You will be second chair on every one of those negotiations, working directly with the team lead, and we expect you to be able to run a site on your own within six to nine months.
What you will do
Run the issues list on live renegotiations and keep parallel papers conformed (term sheets with more than one counterparty, amendments, side letters, schedules), catching the differences before the other side does.
Turn first drafts of term sheets, amendments and formal notices with in house and outside counsel.
Write the internal approval memo and collect sign offs from Finance, Legal, Construction, Power and Operations.
Hold the day to day channel with the developer and its counsel on deliverables, lists and dates, and escalate commercial points and misses.
Visit the sites. Sit with developer and landlord management (not only the operations team) to see what is going wrong and what is going right, and turn what our construction leads are seeing into contract positions.
Own version control, the notice calendar and the claims register.
Help onboard two senior contract specialists on the team.
You may be a good fit if you
Have carried complex commercial agreements from term sheet to signature as the person holding the issues list, in real estate, energy, infrastructure, construction or project finance.
Can read a lease, work letter or construction contract and say in plain English who carries which risk and what happens when a date is missed.
Have held your ground with counterparties in challenging situations day after day without losing the facts or the relationship.
Write short memos a busy executive can approve from.
Are comfortable walking a construction site and asking management direct questions.
Stay exact on versions and details when the timeline is days, not weeks.
Have legal or commercial training. This is not a lawyer role and a law license is not required.
Strong candidates may also
Have worked on data center, power or heavy industrial development.
Have amended, restructured or worked out a project that was already in trouble.
Know their way around the lender consents and financing documents that sit behind a lease.
Already use AI tools to compare documents, draft and track.
We can teach
Data center vocabulary (commissioning levels, power feeds, ready for service conditions).
Our form documents and internal approval systems.
Logistics

Compensation: [to be set]

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

In your day-to-day you can expect a mix of top of funnel activities, field sales, cold sales, networking, events and more.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.
— Partner with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives across three countries. — Drive employee engagement, retention, organizational culture, and employee experience initiatives.
Location: United States of America
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Director, Product Marketing
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $190,000 to $210,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
You will own the go-to-market story for Huntress's MSP business, turning product capabilities, SOC expertise, and community insight into a clear narrative that helps MSPs evaluate, sell, bundle, and grow with Huntress. You will make the work of Product, Campaigns, Sales, Community, and Security land with the people who depend on it. Give More Than We Take by creating practical value for every team and partner you touch, from a sharper message architecture to enablement that helps a seller have a better first conversation.
You are Candor in action when you bring the MSP voice into roadmap, launch, and campaign decisions, making the hard tradeoffs visible and the feedback useful. You are Outcome-Obsessed about the results: stronger new-logo demand, better pipeline quality, higher multi-product attach, and more productive sellers. You will move from insight to action quickly, learn from the field, and keep improving the motion as MSP needs and the market change.
Responsibilities:
Own MSP-level positioning, value propositions, message architecture, and proof points that give every product story a clear place in the way MSPs buy and grow.
Partner with Campaigns and Growth Marketing to turn audience insight into demand programs and mid-funnel and bottom-funnel assets, including buyer guides, comparison content, business-case tools, demo narratives, and webinars.
Build cross-sell and attach plays that help MSPs expand across Huntress products, including practical bundle, pricing, margin, and seller workflow guidance.
Turn SOC incidents, threat research, analyst expertise, and response outcomes into credible MSP-facing proof, while partnering with Community on practitioner education, events, and peer programs.
Represent MSP needs in product launches and roadmap conversations, and equip SDRs, AEs, and Partner and Channel Account Managers with talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling, competitive guidance, and first-call decks.
Own MSP competitive intelligence and the field feedback loop by synthesizing sales calls, win-loss insights, partner input, community signals, and SOC expertise into decisions that sharpen the motion each quarter.
Use AI thoughtfully for day-to-day research, drafting, analysis, and workflow productivity, reviewing outputs for accuracy, relevance, and sound judgment before applying them.
What You Bring To The Team:
You have 6+ years of product marketing experience, including 3+ years in B2B cybersecurity or IT software.
You understand how MSPs run their businesses, price and bundle services, and resell solutions to their clients, with experience in an MSP, channel, or partner-led go-to-market.
You have built audience-level message architecture and partnered with demand generation teams to turn it into campaigns, content, and pipeline.
You have created cross-sell or expansion plays that increased multi-product adoption across an existing customer or partner base.
You can speak credibly about endpoint, identity, SIEM, and security awareness, and you can turn technical findings from security analysts into clear business stories.
You have built talk tracks, battlecards, playbooks, and enablement that sellers and partners actually use, and you lead effectively through influence across Marketing, Product, Sales, Community, and Security.
You use AI to work faster and smarter on research, drafting, analysis, and other everyday tasks, while applying good judgment to validate and improve the output.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays

About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are hiring a Power Supply & PPA Lead to own front-of-meter energy supply for Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio: the power purchase agreements and the wholesale and retail supply contracts that serve our grid-connected sites. As those sites energize, their load needs contracted supply, and these contracts will be among the largest long-term commitments the energy team makes. You will set the supply plan for each market, take it to generators and suppliers, structure and negotiate the agreements, and carry them through internal approval to signature. This supply is also central to Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment, so what a deal does for other customers on the system counts alongside price and term. You will work beside the teammates who originate sites and behind-the-meter generation, who buy and transport gas, and who schedule the portfolio once it operates. You are this function's first dedicated owner.
Responsibilities:
Own the front-of-meter supply plan for the United States: for each grid-connected site and market, how much load to contract, from whom, for how long, at what price structure, and by when, set against the site's ramp and the portfolio view of energy need.
Take that plan to market. Build and keep relationships with generation owners, developers, independent power producers, and retail and wholesale suppliers; run competitive solicitations and bilateral negotiations; and compare offers on a like-for-like basis.
Structure and negotiate PPAs, tolls, capacity agreements, and other long-term supply agreements from term sheet to signature, with legal and outside counsel: price and shape, delivery point and basis, congestion and curtailment, commercial operation dates and delay remedies for new-build projects, credit support, change in law, assignment, and termination.
Make supply work under each market's rules: through retail providers and load-serving entities in competitive markets, and through utility tariffs, sleeved arrangements, and customer-sourced generation programs in regulated, cooperative, and public power territories. Work with the teammates who hold the utility relationship so the utility service agreement and the supply contract fit together.
Design the supply portfolio to deliver Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment, and be able to show that it does: work with policy and outside analysts on how the effect on other customers is measured, and bring that test into deal selection and contract terms.
Collaborate with Energy Finance on deal valuation and the risk view behind it: forward curves, shape and basis risk, capacity and ancillary costs, counterparty credit, and development risk.
Carry commitments through internal approval: write the deal memo, state the price, the exposure, and the alternatives plainly, and answer questions from executives who do not work in energy.
After signature, track new-build counterparties to commercial operation, manage amendments and disputes, and hand each contract to energy scheduling and portfolio in a form that can be operated.
Support negotiation of utility service agreements and large-load tariff terms for grid-connected sites, manage the interconnection and load-study process, and represent Anthropic in tariff proceedings and ISO/RTO rule changes alongside policy and industry coalitions.
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 10+ years in power origination, structuring, or energy procurement, including PPAs or long-term supply contracts that you led from term sheet to signature.
Have bought power for a large load (a data center operator, industrial, utility, cooperative, or retail supplier), or have sold to those buyers and know what they should have asked for.
Know at least two US ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, or others) well enough to price delivery point, basis, congestion, capacity, and ancillary costs into a deal, and understand how a large customer gets supply in a vertically integrated utility territory.
Can build and interrogate a deal valuation yourself, and can say what a fixed-price, shaped, index, or block structure does to the buyer's exposure.
Read and mark up a PPA yourself. You use counsel well, and you do not hand them the commercial judgment.
Understand credit support and project finance well enough to know what a developer's lenders need from an offtaker, and what that is worth in the negotiation.
Write and speak plainly about large commitments to people outside energy, and coordinate well across teams that do not report to you: finance, legal, policy, site origination, and scheduling.
Have built a book, a program, or a function from zero, and are comfortable moving quickly on incomplete information.
Strong candidates may also have:
Experience contracting supply for data centers or other large, fast-ramping load.
Experience with firm and shaped products: storage-backed and hybrid structures, tolling agreements, and offtake from new-build dispatchable or clean firm generation.
Experience in regulated and public power territories: sleeved PPAs, utility green or clean-transition tariffs, and large-load tariffs and the provisions in them that protect other ratepayers.
Experience with virtual PPAs, energy attribute certificates, and hourly matching or emissions accounting.
Experience with Canadian energy markets.

About the role
We are hiring a Gas Supply & Transport Lead to own natural gas supply for Anthropic's non-cloud data center portfolio in the United States and Canada. Some of our campuses will run on gas-fired, behind-the-meter generation. At those sites fuel is the power supply: if gas does not arrive, in the volume and at the pressure the plant needs, the compute does not run. You will set the fuel plan for each site, contract supply and firm transportation, work with our project teams so that interconnects and laterals arrive on a schedule the fuel plan can rely on, and carry the agreements through internal approval to signature. You will work beside the teammates who originate sites and behind-the-meter generation, who contract front-of-meter power, and who schedule the portfolio once it operates. You are this function's first dedicated owner.
Responsibilities
Own the fuel plan for each gas-fired site in the United States and Canada: volume and ramp, hourly swing, pressure and gas quality, supply basin and hub, the path from receipt point to plant, how firm each piece must be, and by when, set against the generation design and the site's schedule.
Test gas deliverability early in site selection and diligence: available and expandable pipeline capacity, operating pressure, constraint and curtailment history, single-pipeline exposure, and realistic timelines for new capacity. Tell site origination which sites have a real fuel path and which do not.
Structure and negotiate gas supply agreements with producers, marketers, and midstream companies, from term sheet through internal approval to signature, with legal and outside counsel: index and basis, volume flexibility, delivery point, firmness and force majeure, credit support, and term.
Secure transportation and storage: firm service on interstate, intrastate, and Canadian pipelines, open seasons and precedent agreements for expansions, capacity release, balancing and no-notice services, storage, and local distribution service where that is the only path.
Work with our project and power delivery teams, who own building the delivery infrastructure, to make sure the plans and schedules for taps, meter stations, laterals, compression, and pressure regulation are sufficient and viable for each site's fuel plan. Flag gaps early, and line up the interconnect terms with the supply and transportation agreements.
Make the fuel contracts and the power contracts fit. Work with the energy commercial leads so that fuel supply obligations, heat rate and fuel cost pass-through, force majeure, and curtailment terms in energy services and tolling agreements line up with the gas agreements behind them.
Design for fuel reliability at sites where an interruption means lost compute: second pipeline feeds, storage, backup fuel, cold-weather performance, and curtailment priority, with a plan for critical days and operational flow orders.
Collaborate with Energy Finance on price and basis exposure, and with energy scheduling and portfolio on operations. Financial hedging sits with Finance, and nominations and balancing sit with scheduling. You supply the physical position and the market view, and hand over contracts in a form that can be operated.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years in natural gas midstream, pipeline commercial, gas marketing and origination, or fuel procurement for power generation, including firm transportation or long-term supply deals that you led from term sheet to signature.
Have bought gas and capacity for gas-fired generation or another large load, or have sold to those buyers and know what they should have asked for.
Know how pipelines work commercially: rate schedules, nomination cycles, imbalance and penalty provisions, operational flow orders, capacity release, and how interstate, intrastate, and Canadian regimes differ.
Know the major producing basins and trading hubs in the United States and Western Canada well enough to price basis, compare paths, and judge supply risk.
Know what it takes to get a pipeline interconnect, meter station, or lateral from first request to in-service, and what drives the schedule.
Read and mark up a base contract, a precedent agreement, and a firm transportation service agreement yourself. You use counsel well, and you do not hand them the commercial judgment.
Can build and interrogate a delivered cost of gas model yourself.
Write and speak plainly about large commitments to people outside energy, and coordinate well across teams that do not report to you.
Have built a book, a program, or a function from zero, and are comfortable moving quickly on incomplete information.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience supplying behind-the-meter, islanded, or peaking generation, where takes are not ratable and hourly flexibility matters.
Commercial experience in both the United States and Canada.
Experience on the pipeline side of an expansion or greenfield lateral, including the federal, state, or provincial approvals it needed.
Experience with trucked LNG or CNG, on-site storage, or other bridging and backup fuel arrangements.
Time on or alongside a physical gas trading or scheduling desk.
Experience with certified low-methane gas, renewable natural gas, or emissions accounting for fuel supply.

What is the need and role
Anthropic's mission depends on compute, and compute depends on power. Today, energy is increasingly the binding constraint on how fast frontier AI infrastructure comes online. The energy team sources, structures, and contracts that power, and its work touches nearly every part of the company and a growing set of people outside it.
We're looking for someone to join the energy team in a special projects role: to take on the problems that don't sit inside any one deal or region, and to carry them wherever they lead. That means working in three circles. Inside Compute, with the teams that site, design, build, finance, and operate our data centers. Across Anthropic, with policy, legal, communications, finance, and the other teams that need energy depth or whose work shapes ours. And outside the company, with FERC, state commissions and agencies, RTOs and ISOs, utilities, industry working groups, and other large energy customers.
It's a "figure it out / get it done" role for someone who can chase down issues while bringing real depth in energy: the kind of person who can untangle a power delivery problem with design and delivery in the morning, brief the policy team on what a FERC proceeding means for our sites in the afternoon, speak for us on a working group call the next day, and then pick up an unrelated problem the energy team needs solved that week. Much of the job is building coalitions among complex, multi-functional groups of stakeholders, and then running the project all the way to completion.
What you'll do
1/ Inside Compute
Working with the head of energy, pick up cross-functional problems as they arise that have no natural owner, work them with the teams involved to a decision, process, or tool, then hand them off and move on to the next one.
Connect the energy commercial leads with site selection, data center design, delivery, operations, and finance, so that everyone plans on the same assumptions about power: when it arrives, how much, how reliable, and at what cost.
Write the strategy documents, decision memos, and leadership updates that explain the energy team's choices to executives who do not work in energy.
Build the processes and tools, with Claude, that keep the team's commitments, open decisions, and stakeholder record current, so none of it depends on one person's memory.
Run the team's planning rhythm: priorities, headcount plan, consultant roster, and follow-up on open decisions.
2/ Across Anthropic
Be the energy team's first point of contact for policy, legal, communications, community relations, finance, and other teams, and make sure their questions get a fast, accurate answer from the right person.
Serve as an energy subject matter expert for the policy team and work with them on the company's positions on energy issues.
Give communications and community relations plain answers on what a site's power supply means for local rates, reliability, and emissions.
Keep what we sign and what we say in public consistent with each other and with Anthropic's ratepayer-protection commitment.
Prepare energy team leaders and executives for outside meetings, panels, and testimony, and follow through on what comes out of them.
3/ Outside the company
Represent the energy team in the industry working groups, trade associations, large-customer coalitions, and research collaborations we belong to: sit in the room, shape the work, and bring back what matters.
Working with policy and legal, engage with FERC, state commissions, agencies and legislatures, and RTO and ISO stakeholder processes on the issues that affect our portfolio.
Tell the commercial leads what a proposed tariff or rule does to a deal early enough to change the negotiation.
Build and keep relationships with utilities, grid operators, regulators' staff, and counterparts at other large-load customers.
Manage the outside counsel, consultants, and analysts who support this work: scope, budget, and quality.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 6+ years in energy policy, energy markets, or energy strategy.
Have built coalitions among complex, multi-functional stakeholder groups, inside and outside your own organization.
Have run projects to completion, from an unclear question to a finished result, across teams that do not report to you.
Can read a tariff, an energy services agreement, or a FERC order yourself and explain what it means commercially for a large customer.
Know how state commissions and RTO or ISO stakeholder processes work in practice.
Write quickly and plainly, for executives outside energy and for outside audiences.
Have good judgment about what to say in public, who should say it, and when to say nothing.
Are comfortable with unscoped work and with switching between very different problems in the same week.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with data centers or other large loads, on the customer, developer, or utility side.
Commercial experience: time spent negotiating utility service agreements, energy services agreements, or PPAs, or advising the people who do.
Time in a chief of staff, strategy, or consulting role.
Direct experience in a FERC or state commission proceeding, or in an RTO or ISO working group.
Familiarity with gas as well as power.

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.

We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As a Security and Threat Operations Engineer at OnePay, your work will have a direct impact on protecting our fast-moving fintech environment. You will turn production signals into actionable detection, response, and hardening initiatives, partnering closely with Product Security, Platform Security, and Engineering teams. Your efforts will enable us to proactively identify, monitor, and stop compromised behaviors across OnePay's products and infrastructure, ensuring the continued safety and trust of our business and customers. You will:
- Build and tune detections, alerts, and monitoring workflows across cloud, application, identity, and edge environments.
- Review traffic patterns across APIs, authentication flows, and WAF telemetry to identify malicious activity, abuse patterns, and anomalous behavior.
- Use AI responsibly as a force multiplier for triage, analysis, and workflow automation, while helping define guardrails for AI-enabled systems.
- Help operate OnePay's vulnerability management program by triaging, prioritizing, and driving remediation for findings from Wiz, vulnerability scanning, and related workflows.
- Develop Python-based tooling and automation to improve investigations, enrichment, response, and operational scale.
- Partner with Product Security to translate threat models, security reviews, and product risks into production detections and response playbooks.
- Investigate security events end to end, including triage, scoping, containment support, and follow-through on remediation.
- Support vulnerability management and operational security practices in ways that align with PCI and SOC 2 expectations.
- Participate in proactive threat hunting, detection improvement, and a 24x7 security incident response on-call rotation.
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. On the client side, we build and ship product features for iOS, Android, and web platforms using React Native. We also embrace AI-assisted development, so engineers have their choice of Claude Code or Cursor to fit their workflow. While you don't need experience with our exact stack, familiarity with modern software engineering practices will help you ramp up quickly.
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in information security, threat detection, security operations, detection engineering, or incident response, ideally in a cloud-native or product-focused environment.
- Strong experience investigating suspicious activity in web, API, authentication, and infrastructure telemetry, with the ability to distinguish attacker behavior from normal production noise.
- Demonstrated ability to review traffic and event patterns for signs of malicious activity, fraud, account abuse, credential attacks, reconnaissance, and exploitation attempts.
- Strong Python programming skills and the ability to write maintainable code for automation, enrichment, analysis, and security operations tooling.
- Experience building and tuning detections in a SIEM or detection platform and working with observability and logging systems such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or similar platforms.
- Experience operating or supporting a vulnerability management program, including triage, prioritization, remediation tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with cloud and application security findings from platforms such as Wiz, including CNAPP, runtime, code, and vulnerability scanning use cases.
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably AWS.
- Working knowledge of identity and access systems, modern authentication flows, and the security implications of internet-facing applications and APIs.
- Strong understanding of threat modeling, risk prioritization, and practical security controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools in security workflows, along with sound judgment about AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, excessive tool access, and weak auditability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in environments where security needs to move quickly with product and engineering teams.
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary, stock options, and benefits from Day 1
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage (health insurance, accident and disability insurance, term life insurance), including mental health support and wellness programs
- Hybrid work model (Bengaluru office three days a week), various time off programs (vacation, sick, other paid leaves, and paid regional holidays)

An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Data Integrations, you'll help GitLab's analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) agents see beyond the data held in GitLab. You'll decide which external systems connect to the Data Insights Platform and Orbit, which integrations come first, and how their data fits into shared models.
Engineering teams plan work, track incidents, monitor production, and manage security findings across different tools. Your challenge is to bring that context together with GitLab's code, merge requests, pipelines, deployments, and vulnerabilities. You'll shape a consistent approach that gives customers a trustworthy picture they can query, report on, and use with agents, rather than another set of disconnected data sources.
This role is based in Bangalore, India. You'll work from home and come to the Bangalore office when needed for business or team activities. You should be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate there.
What you'll do
Set integration priorities using evidence from customers, field teams, and other product managers to identify the biggest gaps in context.
Shape how external data maps into GitLab's shared data models, including the extract, transform, and load (ETL) approach and the transformations needed to make sources work together.
Define the customer problems and user groups each integration serves. Partner with engineering to agree on the intended experience, trade-offs, and delivery sequence.
Translate product decisions into a clear backlog of epics and issues for engineering.
Define telemetry and adoption signals to understand whether connected data helps customers answer new questions, and use those findings to guide priorities.
Help shape integration pricing and packaging as the product area matures.
Use AI coding agents and GitLab to explore data, prototype integrations, and document the intended experience.
What you'll bring
Product management experience, with the ability to connect customer needs to priorities and make trade-offs with incomplete information.
Strong knowledge of the software development and operations (DevOps) ecosystem, including how planning, security, observability, and IT service management tools fit into engineering workflows.
A working understanding of data integration, ETL, and data transformation, including how data from different systems maps to a common model. You don't need a background as a data engineer.
Comfort using AI tools for prototyping and documentation as part of your product work.
Clear communication about customer problems, close collaboration with engineering, and a habit of using data to evaluate adoption.
Experience with integration products, data models, or value stream analytics is helpful, but isn't required.
About the team
We're part of GitLab's Core Data Products organization, which focuses on insights, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You'll report to the Vice President of Product Management and join as our third product manager, focused on Data Integrations. You'll work alongside a Principal Product Manager responsible for the Data Insights Platform and dashboards, and a Product Manager focused on Orbit.
GitLab is all-remote, with asynchronous collaboration across regions. Transparency, written communication, and clear decisions are central to how we work. This role has the Bangalore location and in-person requirements described above.
