ClickHouse is looking for Growth Engineers who are obsessed with both craft UI and agentic experiences. You care about the button, the empty state, and the agent that helps someone get unstuck, and you care equally about whether any of it moved the number.
You’ll join our growth pod to build experimentation infrastructure, onboarding flows, and product surfaces across the self-serve funnel: classic human UI and AI-assisted / agent-driven flows. You’ll work side by side with unified console engineers, but your mandate is speed and impact: ship something testable, measure it, and iterate. You’re motivated by moving a number and learning fast, more than by getting every detail right on the first try.
This is a new role at ClickHouse. You’ll help define what growth engineering looks like here: PLG experimentation that spans human and agentic experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data science on one pod, and partner with unified console and app teams on shared product surfaces.
What you will do:
- Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel: signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows.
- Design and polish human UI (flows, forms, empty states, navigation, microcopy surfaces) with a high bar for clarity and conversion.
- Design and ship agentic experiences (AI-assisted onboarding, in-product agents, guided workflows) that help users reach value faster.
- Run disciplined experiments on both: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, learn. Tools like GrowthBook are part of the day-to-day.
- Partner closely with product, design, and data science to go from idea to shipped experiment quickly.
- Work within the Cloud Console codebase alongside unified console engineers, and partner with app teams (including Observability, Agents, and Postgres) on strong end-to-end user flows.
- Obsess over metrics: acquisition, activation, and monetization. You want proof that what you shipped moved the needle.
Requirements:
- Experienced in full-stack product engineering (TypeScript / Node / React), ideally including time on a growth, product, or experimentation-focused team.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with real taste for product UI.
- Experience building with LLMs or agent patterns in a product (tool calling, streaming, evals, system/prompt design), or a clear track record of shipping AI features you measured and iterated on.
- Comfortable shipping a smaller, testable version of an idea first, then iterating based on what you learn.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with experimentation or A/B testing tools (e.g. GrowthBook, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly), or strong interest in building that muscle.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative code review.
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll work daily with PM, design, data science, marketing, and other engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You’ve shipped both polished UI experiments and agentic / AI-assisted product experiences (not just prototypes), with instrumentation and iteration.
- Experience on a growth or product-led-growth team, ideally at a company with a self-serve funnel.
- Experience with ClickHouse or other data-intensive/analytics products.
- Familiarity with Auth0 or similar auth integrations.
- Experience working closely with (but not necessarily reporting into) a separate platform or infrastructure engineering team.
- You have opinions on what makes great human UX and great agent UX, and you use AI heavily in your own workflow.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

Job Description
About the role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Staff Data Engineer to join our Data and AI Platform Team. Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)

Location: Espoo; Warsaw
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Flight Software Deployment Engineer
- Location: Warsaw, Poland/ Espoo, Finland
- Department: Flight Software Build & Release Team
- Reports to: Flight Software Build & Release Team Lead
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days in the office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The Build & Release team owns the path from source to flight-ready software across growing satellite constellations. This role exists because every artifact that reaches satellites in orbit must be reproducible, traceable, and verifiable. A bad update is not a simple rollback, it could mean a satellite becomes at risk.
This is not a generic SRE or DevOps role, the production environment is composed of satellites flying 500 km above our heads, and the software artifacts are cross-compiled embedded binaries. The role is in the realm of half build engineering and half embedded Linux development, you need to be willing to work at both ends.
Satellites are treated to OTA updates regularly which our team must make sure are built and deployed the right way, utilizing software development best practices.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hands on software engineering of our satellite on-board updating system, built to deploy software and firmware updates: features, maintenance, tests and documentation.
- Contribute to the build layer across the flight software domain, so every repository is built, versioned and packaged the same way.
- Enforce immutable releases and harden the packaging and signing pipelines: least-privilege permissions, pinned workflows and dependencies, approvals, and proper signing key management.
- Work with the Linux platform team on how updates land on the satellite on-board computers, covering packaging format, filesystem layout and access control, making sure what we build installs cleanly and safely.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Embedded software engineering experience, with hands-on embedded Linux development: cross-compilation for ARM or similar targets, kernel configuration, device tree overlays, root filesystem and image construction.
- Production CI/CD experience for compiled artifacts, not only containers or web deployments. GitHub Actions specifically is required, and workflow hardening experience is valuable.
- Working proficiency in C and C++ build environments, and in Python and Bash for automation.
- Experience implementing release integrity controls, immutable artifacts storage. Signing key management, PKI and trust chains, AWS object-lock storage and cloud key management are all valuable here.
- Shipping software to embedded devices already in the field with a package-based update mechanism, ideally opkg, under controlled release processes, quality gates and formal sign-of
Nice to haves:
- Command of CMake, including multi-repository setups, toolchain files, and shared build infrastructure that other teams consume. Buildroot experience is relevant here.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Conversation with talent acquisition (~30 min).
- Screening with the hiring manager (~60 min).
- Technical test - take home task to be completed in 3 to 5 working days.
- Technical deep-dive (~90 min).
- On-site office visit & director interview (~60 min).

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Product Designer
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Product Design Director
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This is the kind of project designers wait years for. You'll be the design lead and hands-on builder on one of the most exciting products we're working on: a largely greenfield space where AI and LLMs meet serious data intelligence and where the problems are genuinely hard, the kind nobody has solved before, because the product itself is new territory. We can't say much more here (some things we build, we keep quiet about) but if the idea of turning cutting-edge intelligence into something people can actually use makes your fingers itch, this is it. You won't inherit a design system or a roadmap but you'll shape both. And you won't do it alone: we're building a world-class design team from a small core and early hires like you set the bar for everyone who comes after. This role is for a builder, an IC who gets their energy from making things, not managing them
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own design end to end for the product: from fuzzy problem to research to concept to polished, shipped UI. No handoffs, no "that's another team's job."
- Get out of the building (or into the ground station). Talk to users regularly, watch how they work and turn what you learn into design decisions everyone can get behind.
- Make the complex feel simple. Take AI, LLM and data-heavy workflows and turn them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Prototype fast and often. Test ideas with real users and real data before we commit engineering time and kill your darlings when the evidence says so.
- Work elbow to elbow with engineers, data scientists and product. You're in the room when problems get framed, not just when screens get requested.
- Set the design foundations. As one of the first designers on this product, you'll shape the patterns, quality bar and ways of working that everyone after you builds on.
- Push the craft. Sweat the details, raise the bar on every release and give (and take) sharp design feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Your craft is genuinely top-tier and your portfolio proves it. Sharp UX thinking, beautiful execution, obsessive attention to detail. We'll look closely so bring work you're proud of down to the last pixel.
- You've designed for data products, ML or AI, and you have opinions about it. You know what makes these experiences tricky and you've wrestled with at least some of it in real work.
- You've shipped design work that actually changed something. Adoption went up, churn went down, customers stopped swearing at the product. You can tell us what happened after you hit publish, ideally with numbers.
- You're a bit obsessed with users. Nobody has to send you to talk to customers; you're already there, asking awkward questions and coming back with your assumptions rearranged.
- You get a kick out of messy, ambiguous problems. There's no playbook here, half the time nobody knows what the answer is yet, and that's exactly where you do your best work.
- You own your stuff. The wins, sure, but also the faceplants. You'll tell us what went sideways, what you learned and what you'd do differently, without us having to drag it out of you.
- You make things happen without being asked. No design ops, no ticket queue, no waiting for permission. You spot what's needed, rally the right people, and ship.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed in a properly technical environment, elbow to elbow with engineers or scientists, on systems with real complexity under the hood.
- Satellites genuinely excite you. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia rabbit hole about Earth observation at 1am, we should talk.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Portfolio Review
- Assignment + Panel interview
- CPO interview

About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.

An overview of this role
You'll be the Staff Program Manager, CCO Programs, running the cross-functional initiatives on the Chief Customer Officer's (CCO) priority list. These programs include go-to-market transformation, retention and renewal motions tied to major annual recurring revenue (ARR) goals, the field-to-product feedback loop, and executive engagement with our highest-value accounts. You'll turn executive intent into workstreams, coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, and make the tactical calls that keep the portfolio honest.
This is a founding seat reporting to the CCO while the broader Programs function is built, and the reporting line may evolve as the team scales. In your first year, every CCO-level program will have a clear owner other than the CCO, leadership will trust your data-grounded view of program health, and the portfolio will deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
Own execution and business outcomes across CCO-level programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewal and retention motions, product feedback loops, and executive sponsorship for top accounts.
Turn CCO direction into workstreams with clear owners, dependencies, and timelines.
Coordinate senior stakeholders across Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Renewals, Professional Services, Data, and Enablement, holding them accountable without direct authority.
Surface stalled work, unowned risks, and slipping timelines so the CCO has a reliable, real-time view of the portfolio.
Recommend scope changes, re-sequencing, or ending a program when it is not delivering value.
Drive follow-through from executive meetings by tracking decisions and action items to completion.
Track program health using data, connect execution to retention, expansion, adoption, and ARR outcomes, and communicate executive-ready narratives.
Build shared standards for tracking, reporting, and handoffs, and iterate plans with functional leaders based on field feedback.
What you'll bring
Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategic programs at the executive level and turning ambiguous direction into delivered outcomes without a fully scoped brief.
Experience in Customer Experience, go-to-market, or revenue-facing functions such as Customer Success, Renewals, Sales, or Revenue Operations, with fluency in retention, expansion, and adoption motions and how they contribute to ARR.
The ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executives, and hold them accountable to commitments without formal authority.
Judgment to make high-stakes tactical recommendations under ambiguity, including when data supports changing direction or ending a program.
Data fluency to assess program health, diagnose where work is breaking down, and recommend a data-informed next step.
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to move between an executive-ready narrative and execution-level detail.
Comfort operating without established infrastructure and helping build the function's operating model.
Reliable follow-through and the ability to navigate conflict and competing priorities across a broad stakeholder group.
About the team
You'll be the first Program Manager supporting CX Executive initiatives and the founding hire in a Programs function that will grow as the CCO's highest-priority cross-functional initiatives outgrow ad hoc ownership. The team works across the customer lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy and product feedback through renewal, expansion, and executive relationships with large accounts. We partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, Data, and Enablement leaders in a globally distributed, largely asynchronous environment to turn CCO commitments into shipped outcomes.
