HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.

- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing. ElevenLabs drives significant paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels; your job is to turn more of it into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.
You'll own the experimentation engine end to end: uncovering opportunities through funnel and product data, building and prioritizing the testing backlog, designing and evaluating experiments, and owning the tracking and reporting that turns results into decisions. Your scope runs deeper than conversion optimization: you'll drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, and align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator: someone who finds revenue hiding in funnel and product data, ships a high-velocity testing program, and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end - hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis - with measurable revenue impact
- Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product (onboarding, activation) and pricing or monetization
- Deep analytics fluency: comfortable living in product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, GA4) to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys
- Strong statistical literacy: you know how to size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions over clicks)
- A cross-functional operator who can align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap
Bonus
- Working front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to build test variants without waiting on engineering
- Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted (demo/contact-sales) funnels
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

Global Services is the centre of expertise at Chainalysis — the team that translates our platform, data, and investigative capabilities into real-world impact for customers across law enforcement, national security, financial institutions, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join Global Services as a core technical practitioner. This is not a traditional services or solutions engineering role. Deployment Strategists are embedded technical experts who own the full lifecycle of customer value — from problem discovery and investigation through solution design, deployment, and customer enablement.
The role sits at the intersection of blockchain investigation, data analytics, domain expertise, and customer partnership. You will work directly with customers to understand their mission, conduct investigations, build tailored solutions, and enable customer teams to operationalise Chainalysis independently. Success requires deep investigative capability, genuine domain expertise, technical skill, and the ability to build trusted relationships through credibility — not just communication.
This is the role that makes Chainalysis essential to how our customers operate.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements — from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery
- Conduct blockchain investigations across the Chainalysis platform, applying tracing, OSINT, and analytical techniques to real customer problems

- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams — not just delivering outputs, but building customer capability
Day-to-Day Activities
- Conduct investigations and analytical work using Chainalysis tools (Reactor, KYT, Data Solutions) in response to customer needs
- Develop and maintain technical artifacts — Python notebooks, SQL queries, dashboards, investigative reports — tailored to customer use cases
- Work side-by-side with customers to design workflows that operationalise Chainalysis data in their environment
- Enable customer teams through hands-on training, walkthroughs, and knowledge transfer — so they can operate independently
- Deliver live demos, investigative briefings, and solution presentations
- Support pre-sales activity — technical discovery, proof-of-value sessions, and solution scoping for prospective customers
- Gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product, Engineering, and Global Intel
- Contribute to live training delivery in your domain of expertise
- Support multiple customers concurrently while maintaining quality and responsiveness
- Develop your domain specialism through continuous learning, case work, and engagement with the broader investigations and intelligence community
Personal Attributes
- Highly curious and continuously learning about blockchain technology, investigations, and emerging threats.

- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions.
- Deeply curious about blockchain technology, crypto crime, investigations, and the evolving threat landscape
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to help customers succeed in their mission — whether that's making an arrest, filing a SAR, or building a compliance programme
- Credibility-driven — earns trust through expertise and delivery, not just presentation
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and takes ownership of outcomes
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable operating across teams and functions
- Committed to developing deep domain expertise — not satisfied with surface-level knowledge
Nice to have experience:
- Direct experience with Chainalysis products

- Experience with data engineering tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, cloud-based analytics)
- Published research, intelligence products, or thought leadership in blockchain analytics or financial crime
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals who know and love their craft, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. Their home is a great office in Limassol, Cyprus. They offer a strong relocation package for you and your family, and put real effort into making life on the island genuinely varied and interesting.
Location & format:
Onsite — Limassol, Cyprus. Full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role:
This is a hands-on engineering role: you design and implement solutions yourself, working side by side with Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams. Leadership experience is not required here and not expected.
Key objectives:
— Strengthen cloud and infrastructure security in practice: secrets management, audit logging and controlled production access.
— Close high-impact risks: start from an honest assessment of the current state and build a consistent picture of gaps and risks as you go.
— Work secure-by-default: wherever possible, remove the security burden from teams through automation and platform-level solutions rather than rules and manual procedures.
— Roll up your sleeves: dive into what Infrastructure, DevOps, and development teams are building right now, understand it from the inside, and make security part of it.
Job requirements:
— Real experience building platform and infrastructure security — you have designed and implemented security solutions yourself: not audited or monitored them, and you can walk us through the architecture, the decisions, and what you'd do differently.
— Cloud security as your core strength: Recent hands-on experience securing cloud environments.
— A strong infrastructure background. You may have grown entirely within security engineering or moved into security from DevOps, SRE, system administration, or network engineering. What matters is that your thinking is an engineer's thinking: architecture first, building over prescribing.
— The ability to explain risks with facts. You have real cases where you make technical teams see why a risk matters and why a change is needed through evidence, architecture, and concrete scenarios.
— AppSec, SIEM, and SOC experience are useful but secondary.
Nice to have:
— Infrastructure-as-Code in practice.
— Container and Kubernetes security experience.
— Scripting and automation as a habit: Python, Go, or Bash — you'd rather automate a control than write a procedure for humans to follow.
— GCP specifically. Their stack is GCP; deep experience with it will shorten your path to impact, though strong AWS/Azure experience translates well.
— Experience with securing AI tool usage.
Who this role is NOT for:
— Your current focus is on monitoring, alert triage and incident analysis.
— Your specialization is threat research, malware analysis, cryptography, or lab-style cybersecurity.
— Your recent work is mostly paper security: policies, compliance documents, and audits.
— You are looking for a management track or ownership of a security function right now — strategy and team building belong to the security leadership role they're hiring separately.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover, and colleagues who genuinely enjoy collaborating.
— Live and work in sunny Cyprus with full relocation and visa support for you and your family.
— Shape a global hit: the only European studio with a 4X strategy title in the world’s top-10.
— Grow fast in a company that’s already strong, independent, financially rock-solid, and expanding at startup speed, with no layoffs.
— Flat structure, collective decision-making, and honest feedback create full transparency and help you grow fast.
— High salaries, a 13th month, performance bonuses, and extra rewards for long service, marriage, or welcoming a child, and lunch every day.
— Private family health insurance, plus a monthly allowance for children’s pre-school, school, and university education.
— Specialized training and certifications, language courses and books to support your growth.
About Scorewarrior
Scorewarrior is an independent game studio with a single mission: to excite and unite players all over the world. For over 10 years they've been pursuing it through Total Battle — a product they continue to actively and successfully grow. The team consists of 230 self-motivated professionals, and the company has recently begun an active company-wide adoption of AI tools. The office is located in Limassol, Cyprus, with full relocation support provided.
The mission of this role
To build a viable, right-sized security system for Scorewarrior that protects what matters without slowing the company down, owning it end-to-end: from diagnosis and strategy to implementation, team, and culture.
Key objectives
— Build a viable security system across core domains: IAM (access management, MFA, SSO), infrastructure security (cloud, services, network), foundational SDLC/AppSec (security in development and code), and related processes and training.
— Start with a proper diagnosis of the current landscape and design a system tailored for the company.
— Own security risks and communicate effectively with both business leaders (CTO, CEO) and technical teams (developers, infrastructure).
— Make informed build-vs-buy decisions regarding security tools and methods.
— Introduce security as a partner, embedding baseline practices smoothly without blocking teams.
— Define safe usage policies and guardrails for company-wide adoption of AI tools.
— Build and grow the security team deliberately, hiring the first security engineers with clear rationale.
Job requirements
— 8+ years of hands-on experience in security with real projects designed, implemented, and maintained.
— Real systems experience, either through a stable security engineering career or transition from system administration, technical support, or network engineering.
— Proven experience hiring and building a team (2+ people) with deliberate structure.
— Experience building a security function from unclear state to working system, including assessment, prioritization, and implementation.
— Strong awareness of the security product market and ability to choose appropriate tools or methods.
— Partner-style operating approach, working through engineering teams without blocking or mandatory authority.
Nice to have
— Experience in B2C products, SaaS platforms, gamedev, or mobile apps with company size up to 1,000 people.
— Experience working with external security providers.
— Familiarity with common security frameworks.
— Experience as the first or founding security hire in a company.
Who this role is NOT for
— Those focused mostly on policies, reports, and committees without recent hands-on systems experience.
— Those operating with hierarchical authority, mandatory sign-offs, and blocking by default.
— Those who replay the same security project regardless of company context.
— Those who avoid building and leading a team.
What success looks like
— Clear diagnosis of the security landscape and a plan trusted by CTO.
— Security system working quietly with embedded baseline practices and improved protection.
— Security function growing deliberately with well-structured team.
Why join Scorewarrior?
— 99% employee satisfaction, low turnover.
— Office-first team in Limassol with modern seaside workspace and full relocation and visa support.
— Opportunity to shape a global hit game.
— Financially stable and expanding company with no layoffs.
— Flat structure with collective decision-making and honest feedback.
— Industry-leading rewards including high salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
— Support at every life stage including private family health insurance and education allowances.
— Priority on personal growth with training, certifications, language courses, and books.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef or Kubernetes.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Strong grounding in Security / AI technologies
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
About the team
Senior Professional Services Engineers are part of GitLab's Professional Services team. We partner closely with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to deliver consistent outcomes, and we work with GitLab's product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve GitLab. Professional Services operates in a fully remote and largely asynchronous environment, collaborating across regions and time zones. The team's challenge is to support customers with a wide range of architectures and deployment models while maintaining high-quality delivery and setting customers up for long-term success.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Sales Recruiter you’ll help build the next evolution of our go-to-market organization. You’ll recruit for new and evolving customer-facing roles—including Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects, and Forward Deployed Engineers—that bring stronger technical fluency, deeper customer ownership, and fewer handoffs to enterprise selling. You’ll partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to turn an emerging business strategy into clear profiles, thoughtful processes, and exceptional hires.
You will use Notion every day in the same way our customers do, giving you firsthand insight into the workflows and AI transformation behind the roles you are hiring for. You will also help build a new GTM motion at the intersection of AI, workflow design, enterprise transformation, and customer outcomes. The work requires craft, clarity, speed, and strong judgment, balancing business urgency with a high bar for talent density.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Build trusted partnerships with Sales leaders, advising on role definition, search strategy, assessment design, and hiring decisions for new and evolving teams.
- Deliver high-quality hires across the next generation of GTM roles, from sourcing through close, while creating a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience.
- Translate Notion’s product love, AI opportunity, and customer motion into accurate candidate narratives that help the right people self-select in.
- Use talent-market research, mapping, and recruiting data to improve hiring strategy and decision quality.
- Raise the quality and consistency of the hiring system through structured intake, calibration, debriefs, manager coaching, and sourcing strategies that expand representation.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated success recruiting across GTM searches, with the judgment to learn and represent evolving role profiles accurately.
- Ability to turn business strategy into clear candidate profiles, search plans, and objective assessment criteria—and to influence senior leaders toward strong decisions.
- Strong sourcing, market-mapping, and closing instincts across various Sales disciplines.
- Operational rigor and comfort using data to diagnose pipeline health, measure impact, and improve the candidate and hiring-manager experience.
- Curiosity, learning agility, and a hands-on approach to AI tools: you use them to think better, improve recruiting workflows, and make your work easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco or New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $170,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
