- Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability and impact.
- Own pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the technology’s potential and paving the way for full-scale deployments.
VALUE REALIZATION & CUSTOMER SUCCESS
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customer AI strategy and ensuring maximum value from Mistral solutions.
- Monitor and communicate outcome-driven KPIs with executive sponsors.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities within accounts, building on initial wins to drive long-term partnerships.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral’s internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product and research roadmaps.
- Create reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
- Travel (~30–60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment.
INDUSTRY / VERTICAL-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (FILL ONLY IF VERTICAL-SPECIFIC)
- Translate industrial engineering challenges into AI use cases
- Design hybrid AI-physics pipelines and validate them against ground truth simulations.
- Navigate enterprise IT constraints: Work with customer security teams to deploy models in air-gapped environments, VPCs, or on-prem HPC clusters.
- Drive adoption with engineers: Conduct hands-on workshops to upskill teams on AI-assisted workflows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g., data science consulting, value engineering, technical sales)
- Deep understanding of computational mechanics, numerical methods (FEM/CFD/DEM), or multi-physics simulation.
- Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or custom solvers)
- Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
- Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills.

- Experience with value-based selling.
- Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

You love finding order in operational chaos. If you look at a broken process and immediately start mapping a better way, you belong here. This is a chance to bridge the gap between legal constraints and practical, technical solutions.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our Legal team is scaling, and we need someone to help optimize how we operate. Your work will connect the legal, technology, operations, and project management functions. The role involves removing friction, reducing risk, and making the Legal team more efficient. You’ll take ownership of operational projects, map out workflows, and turn complex business requirements into practical solutions. Working closely with the Legal Operations Manager, you’ll partner with the Legal, Procurement, IT, and Security teams to make sure the right tools and processes are in place – and that people actually use them.
Day to day, you will:
Map current workflows and build better, more efficient alternatives.
Run legal operations projects from the discovery phase straight through to implementation.
Talk to stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into clear requirements and action plans.
Manage legal technology vendors, handling onboarding, renewals, and ongoing evaluations.
Track operational data to figure out what’s working, what’s not, and where we should focus next.
Help the team adopt new tools and processes.
What you’ll bring
A sense of ownership. You’re comfortable taking responsibility, figuring things out, and moving work forward without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
Structured problem-solving. You know how to make sense of ambiguous situations and turn them into practical, realistic solutions.
Clear communication. You build relationships easily and can communicate clearly with everyone from legal experts to software engineers.
Precision. You care about the details and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Good judgment. You ask the right questions before trying to solve problems.
A continuous improvement mindset. You naturally look for ways to make things cleaner, faster, and easier for others.
What you’ll need
A proven background in leading operational or process-improvement projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Experience in legal operations, business operations, project management, consulting, product operations, process improvement, or a similar operational role.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting complex business requirements.
A track record of turning business needs into structured implementation plans.
Hands-on experience mapping out processes and driving continuous improvement.
Experience managing vendor relationships or implementing new technology platforms.
Familiarity working in cross-functional environments, particularly alongside legal, compliance, IT, or risk teams.
What success looks like
Within your first year, you’ll take full ownership of key legal operations initiatives. You’ll have set up structured ways to gather requirements and deliver projects, making priorities clear to everyone involved. By improving our processes and managing our legal tech stack effectively, you’ll help the Legal team work faster, make better decisions, and dedicate their focus and time where it matters.

Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.

- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to both executive and frontline stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Operations to deliver high impact and quality workflows.
- Champion and articulate customer insights internally to influence product roadmap priorities and enhance Tennr’s product strategy.
- Identify renewal risks and efficiency blockers early, and mobilize internal teams to resolve them proactively.
- Lead renewal and growth conversations by quantifying delivered ROI and identifying the next Tennr worker opportunities to unlock upsells.
- Travel on-site with customers as needed to drive adoption, deepen relationships, and accelerate strategic partnership goals.

THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical partner for our prospects and customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales throughout the full lifecycle: qualifying technical requirements, designing and proving out architectures, running proofs of concept, and guiding customers from first evaluation through to production at scale. You'll be the trusted technical voice in the room, translating ClickHouse's architecture and capabilities into solutions that solve real business problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the technical advisor for prospects and customers evaluating or scaling ClickHouse, from discovery through production deployment.
- Design reference architectures, data models, and ingestion/query patterns tailored to each customer's use case, scale, and existing data stack.
- Own and run technical proofs of concept and benchmarks, demonstrating ClickHouse's performance, scalability, and cost advantages against incumbent solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build technical account strategy, navigate procurement/security reviews, and close complex deals.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences ranging from individual engineers to VP/C-level stakeholders.
- Advise customers on schema design, query optimization, cluster sizing, replication, and migration strategy from other databases (e.g., Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Druid, Spark).
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product and engineering teams structured feedback on gaps, feature requests, and competitive positioning.
- Build reusable assets, demos, and technical content (blog posts, reference architectures, sample apps) that scale your impact across the field team.
- Contribute to team best practices, tooling, and onboarding materials.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Data Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally at an infrastructure, database, or analytics company.
- Deep hands-on experience with SQL and analytical/OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Vertica, Redshift, or similar); ClickHouse experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, and query execution at scale.
- Comfort working across the modern data stack, including streaming systems (Kafka), orchestration tools, BI tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to run and win technical evaluations against competitive alternatives, with a track record of influencing buying decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to flex between whiteboarding with engineers and presenting business value to executives.
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and enjoys being both hands-on with technology and directly responsible for revenue outcomes.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits, conferences, and team events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience deploying or administering ClickHouse in production.
- Experience with real-time analytics, observability, or large-scale event/log data use cases.
- Contributions to open-source data infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience at an early-stage or hypergrowth startup.
WHY CLICKHOUSE
- Work with one of the fastest-growing open-source projects and databases in the industry, at the center of the real-time analytics category.
- Join a technically excellent, customer-obsessed team that ships fast and takes ownership.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits, with a remote-friendly, distributed culture.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
