About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of Teleport's partner marketing programs — building the co-marketing campaigns, partner enablement materials, and joint events that drive pipeline through our channel, cloud, and technology alliances. You'll serve as the connective tissue between Marketing and our Channel and Alliance teams, ensuring partner messaging ladders into Teleport's core narrative and that every marketing dollar spent in the ecosystem is tied to measurable pipeline impact. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who knows how to turn partner relationships into revenue.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Enable the Ecosystem: Create "To-Partner" toolkits, playbooks, and sales enablement materials that empower partner sales teams to effectively pitch Teleport to their customers.
- Strategic Sales Alignment: Serve as the marketing lead for our Channel and Alliance managers, aligning marketing spend with territory goals to accelerate late-stage deals through partner influence.
- Design & Execute Co-Marketing Programs: Lead the strategy and execution of "With-Partner" marketing campaigns, including joint webinars, co-branded content, and digital demand generation designed to drive pipeline for both Teleport and our partners.
- Strategize and Execute Partner Events: Identify and execute partner events and activations. This includes securing speaking slots in partner theaters, organizing high-touch networking events, and managing joint sponsorships.
- Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to ensure partner messaging is woven into our core narrative, specifically targeting the "Developer to Decision-Maker" journey.
- Lifecycle Partner Marketing: Collaborate on the end-to-end partner journey, from onboarding new technology partners to optimizing long-term co-marketing ROI.
- Measurement & Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on the impact of partner programs. You will own the metrics for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, iterating on tactics based on data-driven insights.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in partner marketing within the B2B SaaS space.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: Proven track record of working with channel partners/resellers and major cloud providers like (AWS, GCP, Azure) or security/infrastructure technology partners.
- Background: In cybersecurity and knowledge of industry.
- The "Tradeshow" Mindset: You understand that events are about density and trust. You have experience managing logistics and high-stakes networking environments.
- Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and external) and meet deadlines.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation (HubSpot/Marketo). Experience with PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools is a plus.
- Communication: You can translate deep technical concepts into value-driven stories for both business and technical audiences.
- Travel: Willingness to travel (up to 30%) to key partner hubs and major industry events.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
You'll start with a 30-minute recruiter screen, followed by another 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. Then we'll have you meet with other members of the marketing and sales organizations for 30-minutes each, and a final 30-minute round with our CMO.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead our corporate accounting function and help shape the next generation of our Finance organization. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for the day-to-day General Ledger (GL) accounting function while also serving as a key transformation leader across Accounting and Finance.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a builder's mindset. You will ensure an accurate, timely, and well-controlled close while rethinking how accounting work gets done—simplifying processes, improving systems and data, expanding automation, and driving practical adoption of AI across the accounting organization.
This role requires a leader who can operate at both strategic and detailed levels, from defining the future-state accounting operating model to solving complex accounting, process, and systems challenges.
What You'll Do
Lead Corporate Accounting
Own corporate accounting operations, including the General Ledger, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, intercompany, and related activities.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring financial results are accurate, well-supported, controlled, and delivered on time.
Maintain a strong internal control environment and build processes that scale with the growth and complexity of the business.
Partner closely with Technical Accounting, Revenue, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Legal, IT, and other teams on accounting and business matters.
Support external audits and financial reporting requirements.
Drive Transformation & AI Adoption
Serve as a transformation leader for Accounting, developing and executing a roadmap for a more automated, scalable, and data-driven organization.
Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work, accelerate the close, improve data quality, strengthen controls, and standardize processes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives involving accounting systems, financial data, integrations, workflow automation, and process redesign.
Champion the responsible adoption of AI across Accounting, identifying and implementing high-value use cases that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
Build AI capabilities across the team through training, experimentation, and best-practice sharing while establishing appropriate governance and human oversight.
Establish metrics to measure improvements in close performance, automation, productivity, and quality.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing accounting team capable of operating effectively in a fast-growing SaaS/Data environment.
Develop future leaders by increasing ownership and building stronger accounting, technology, and business capabilities across the team.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement where the team challenges existing processes and embraces technology, automation, and new ways of working.
Balance operational excellence with transformation, ensuring the organization executes reliably while continuously improving how work gets done.
What We're Looking For
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate or GL accounting functions within a public company or similarly complex environment.
4+ years of people leadership experience; experience managing managers preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial close processes, internal controls, and accounting operations.
Experience within a SaaS, software, technology, or data business strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success leading meaningful Accounting or Finance transformation initiatives.
Strong systems orientation with experience improving ERP, close management, reconciliation, workflow, or other Finance technology platforms.
Strong understanding of AI and automation and an ability to translate emerging capabilities into practical accounting applications.
Excellent project management, change leadership, and executive communication skills.
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution and influence stakeholders across Finance and the broader organization.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role goes beyond delivering an accurate close. You will help build an accounting organization that is increasingly automated, intelligent, scalable, and forward-looking.
You will create a more efficient and predictable close, reduce reliance on manual processes, embed AI and automation into how the team operates, and build a strong leadership bench. Ultimately, this role will help define what a modern Accounting organization should look like in an AI-enabled SaaS/Data company.

We're hiring a Product Manager to lead the dbt v2 roadmap — the future of dbt Labs' intellectual property and a critical driver of product-led growth. You will own net-new functionality in Fusion that identifies and monetizes local deployments of dbt, shipping net new features, many of which also land in dbt Core, as well as proprietary ELv2 plugins that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform.
This role is co-located with our dbt v2 engineering team in the US to accelerate execution, strengthen prioritization, and ensure tight alignment across product, engineering, and platform teams. You'll bridge open source product strategy with technical delivery and business impact, translating strategic investments into shipped features that drive the Fusion PLG motion.
In this role, you will
Own and deliver the dbt v2 roadmap, shipping net new functionality to dbt v2 like SQL comprehension, compute, governance, and SAO
Define requirements for Fusion features that integrate seamlessly with the dbt platform and unlock enterprise value
Keep the Fusion engineering team aligned, unblocked, and executing on a predictable cadence
Contribute hands-on to the dbt Core / Fusion codebases, including code reviews, documentation, and small feature implementations
Collaborate with OSS strategy leads, platform PM peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a unified roadmap
What success looks like
Shipping net-new features on a predictable quarterly cadence
Measurable contribution to Fusion PLG growth metrics, including identification and monetization of local dbt deployments
Hands-on contributions to dbt Core and Fusion code bases, including merged PRs and meaningful improvements to the open source codebase
Strong execution and alignment across the Fusion engineering team
You're a good fit if you have
5+ years of product management experience in technical domains such as developer tooling, data platforms, or open source software
Strong grasp of system architectures, particularly for local deployments and how they scale to enterprise use cases
Understanding of how open source investments drive PLG growth and product strategy
Ability to bridge technical delivery with business impact, translating features into revenue and growth metrics
Experience working with engineering teams to define, prioritize, and ship complex technical features
Strong communication skills with empathy for open source contributors and enterprise users alike
Nice to have
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks
Background in plugin architectures, extensibility systems, or platform ecosystems
Understanding of PLG motions and freemium-to-paid conversion strategies
Experience with SQL engines, query optimization, or compute systems
Prior experience as an engineer whose worked with modern development frameworks (examples: React, Typescript, Python, etc.)

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, our Mobile team builds the next generation of observability tools for developers worldwide — processing over a billion events every single day. We're looking for a technical Senior Product Manager, Mobile to bring clarity and context to the team and help us create a delightful Sentry experience for mobile developers across the globe.
At Sentry, product managers, engineers, and engineering managers work together to help shape the roadmap and decide what to build next – with the engineering manager ultimately owning the decision. Your role will be to make sure the team deeply understands its users, the market, and how the product performs in the real world, including where it delights and where it creates friction, so the right decisions happen naturally. This position reports to the Director of Engineering..
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn scattered signal into clear context: Build and run a system that continuously gathers insight from everywhere it lives — users, customers, GitHub, our own product data, and the wider market (competitors, ecosystem trends, and industry shifts) — and turn it into well-framed problems, opportunities, and tradeoffs that inform the Mobile roadmap and guide prioritization. Draw out the people closest to customers (Sales, Support, Solutions) who are often acutely aware of the features we're missing, especially the ones about to cause customer churn
- Be the developer's voice: Talk to developers and engineering leaders on a steady cadence, represent them when internal decisions get made, test ideas quickly and cheaply before committing engineering, and use what you learn to keep us aligned on the top priorities for this persona
- Elevate the end-to-end mobile developer experience: Together with the Engineering Manager & Mobile engineers you will influence and improve the full user journey, from catching and surfacing a mobile issue in Sentry to resolving it automatically — across native (iOS, Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter, KMP) developers alike
- Connect the dots and build trust: Partner closely not just with the engineering team, but also various internal stakeholders across the company — earning trust over time by delivering on your commitments and communicating clearly with people inside and outside the company
- Use AI to go faster and deeper: Apply strong judgment about where AI adds real leverage in discovery, synthesis, and analysis, and build it into repeatable systems rather than one-off prompts
- Measure outcomes, not output: Commit to measurable objectives tied to real customer and business value, track the metrics that matter across usage and revenue, and turn what you see into hypotheses and action
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Are relentlessly curious about users: you love talking to developers and customers, digging into data, structuring what you learn, and turning it into sharp hypotheses, problems, and bets
- Genuinely care about developer experience: you love mobile platforms and sweat the details of a great end-to-end UX
- Are technical enough to earn developers' trust: you know how software gets built, because you built or still build mobile applications yourself
- Are a high-agency self-starter who organizes their own work: you don't wait to be told what to do — you find the problems that matter and bring them to a solution
- Lead through context & collaboration, not control: energized by making a team smarter and letting them own priorities, rather than dictating the roadmap yourself
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years experience as a Mobile developer — you don’t solely rely on empathy when representing this persona, but speak from your own experience as well
- 5+ years as a Product Manager, ideally with B2B SaaS and observability products for mobile platforms — backed by a background in mobile software engineering (Apple, Android, React Native, Flutter, etc.)
- Experience talking to customers directly and running continuous product discovery — you let evidence, not opinion, shape decisions
- Strong business and product judgment with an affinity for data and metrics — you turn signals into clear hypotheses and actions
- Excellent written and spoken communication, and a track record of driving outcomes through influence rather than authority — building alignment with engineering teams and business stakeholders through evidence and a clear narrative
- Fluent with AI in your daily workflow — you use it to work faster and sharper across your PM craft, and know where it doesn't help
- You live in the Vienna area or are willing to relocate
Not sure if you meet 100% of the qualifications? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about this opportunity and eager to grow.
We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR €64,554,-- gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement (IT-KV).
A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management:
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own your product’s roadmap, collateral, and market research, and you will collaborate with Grafana leadership on fine-tuning your product’s goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connect Engineering, Design, and UX to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The opportunity:
As the Staff Product Manager for OpenTelemetry Experience, you’ll own the end-to-end journey for helping people and agents instrument workloads and successfully send useful OpenTelemetry data to Grafana Cloud.
Your mission is to make Grafana Cloud the easiest and most trusted destination for OpenTelemetry workloads. You’ll reduce the uncertainty, complexity, and failure points users encounter between deciding to adopt OpenTelemetry and receiving healthy, correctly attributed, and actionable telemetry in Grafana Cloud.
Teams can instrument workloads, directly or with the help of coding agents, through OpenTelemetry SDKs, automatic instrumentation technologies such as Beyla and SDK injection, or client-side OpenTelemetry Collectors. Each path presents different decisions, deployment requirements, configuration steps, and potential failure modes. You’ll define a coherent experience that helps users choose the right approach, complete setup successfully, troubleshoot problems, and understand whether their telemetry is healthy and useful. You’ll design a future in which a growing share of instrumentation work is performed by coding agents acting on behalf of developers. This means treating agents are first-class participants in the experience and ensuring that instrumentation options, configuration requirements, errors, and validation signals are structured, discoverable, and actionable by both humans and machines.
Your scope will include:
OpenTelemetry SDK onboarding and configuration
Automatic instrumentation experiences, including OBI/Beyla and SDK injection
Client-side OpenTelemetry Collector deployment and onboarding
Collector configuration, authentication, and initial connectivity
Guidance and machine-readable context that help people and agents choose the right instrumentation approach
Workflows that allow coding-agents to implement, configure and verify instrumentation safely
Troubleshooting missing, incomplete, malformed, or unhealthy telemetry
Validation signals that allow both people and agents to confirm that telemetry is healthy, correctly attributed, and usable in Grafana Cloud
The transition from receiving telemetry to activating the appropriate Grafana Cloud observability solution
Success does not stop when Grafana Cloud receives the first data point. Telemetry must arrive with the quality, context, and structure required to support meaningful observability outcomes. You’ll partner closely with teams responsible for experiences such as Application Observability, Kubernetes Monitoring, Infrastructure Observability, and Drilldown Apps to ensure OpenTelemetry workloads receive a first-class experience from initial setup through first value.
This is a horizontal Staff-level product leadership role spanning multiple products and engineering teams. You may not directly own every SDK, collector, instrumentation technology, or downstream application involved in the journey. You will, however, be accountable for the coherence of the overall customer experience, its success measures, and the cross-product strategy required to improve it.
AI will also be part of how you work, not only what you build. You’ll be expected to use AI tools regularly to accelerate customer-research synthesis, analyze product signals, explore technical workflows, prototype experiences, develop positioning content, and test agent-led instrumentation journeys. You’ll model thoughtful, hands-on adoption of AI while applying strong judgement to its outputs.
The role is not focused on developing OpenTelemetry as an open source project in isolation. You’ll engage with and contribute to the OpenTelemetry ecosystem where appropriate, while measuring success through customer activation and outcomes in Grafana Cloud.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for the journey from an uninstrumented workload to healthy, useful telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions
Create coherent, opinionated experiences that help users choose and implement the right approach across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector-based deployment while preserving the flexibility advanced users require
Identify and eliminate the leading causes of setup failure, abandonment, misconfiguration, and low-quality telemetry
Establish shared experience principles, priorities, and success criteria across the product and engineering teams contributing to the OpenTelemetry journey
Use customer research, product data, and market insight to prioritize investments and measure outcomes such as onboarding completion, time to useful telemetry, telemetry health, and workload expansion
Partner with downstream Grafana Cloud solution teams to create a coherent transition from telemetry ingestion to meaningful product activation
Extend beyond product delivery to how the OpenTelemetry experience is positioned and brought to market. In partnership with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams, you’ll help define the product narrative, sharpen out differentiation, and develop launches, technical content, adoption programs, and campaigns that create demand and accelerate customer activation.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Developer Relations, Product Marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver and communicate a differentiated OpenTelemetry experience
Represent Grafana Labs and its customers in relevant OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions
What makes you a great fit:
5+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record in developer tools, observability, infrastructure, data platforms, or another technically complex B2B product domain
Experience leading strategy and execution across multiple engineering teams or product areas without relying on direct organizational authority
Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including SDK instrumentation, OTLP, Collector pipelines, telemetry context, and semantic conventions
Experience using or building instrumentation systems, agents, telemetry collectors, configuration products, or related infrastructure
An understanding of the challenges involved in deploying and operating software across Kubernetes, virtual machines, and public cloud environments
Experience turning complex onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting workflows into clear and approachable product experiences
A history of using customer research and product data to make decisions, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and nontechnical stakeholders in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points:
Experience contributing to or building products around the OpenTelemetry or broader open source observability ecosystem
Experience with automatic instrumentation, eBPF, or runtime-based instrumentation
Firsthand experience as an SRE, platform engineer, developer, or observability practitioner
Experience building product-led onboarding, configuration-validation, or telemetry-health experiences at scale
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is $208,602
- $250,322
. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Sweden.

This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Germany.

We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our EMEA Growth & Engagement team, which owns the growth and engagement of Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across 40+ markets in Europe and the Middle East and is working to build the best local commerce membership programs in the markets we operate in.
You will join our Engagement pod, which focuses on understanding what turns a subscriber into a healthy, engaged and long-term member. You will be responsible for i) identifying and prioritising the largest opportunities to improve our member experience and subscription health, ii) understanding how customer needs and behaviours evolve across different stages of the Plus lifecycle, and iii) driving the highest-priority opportunities from strategy through experimentation and execution to tangible business results.
To get the job done, you’ll work closely with our wider subscription team and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance, while taking full ownership of driving your initiatives to fruition and, most importantly, measurable results.
Our team is responsible for driving the growth and long-term health of our subscription programs. Your exact problem space may evolve as our priorities change, but in practice you will:
Build a clear view of the largest opportunities to improve member engagement and subscription health across EMEA. Use customer behaviour, market performance and economics to size opportunities and prioritise the areas most likely to materially move our business results.
Understand the member lifecycle end to end, identifying where customers struggle to onboard, build habit, discover value or remain engaged, and translate those insights into practical interventions that improve customer and business outcomes.
Own initiatives from initial problem definition through to execution and results, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance.
Build and run an experimentation roadmap against the highest-priority opportunities. Translate business problems into clear hypotheses, design A/B tests or other appropriate experiments, analyse the results and make decisions on whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated or stopped.
Track and own the key performance indicators relevant to your problem space and, where necessary, drive corrective actions. This may mean pulling shorter-term lifecycle levers or shaping longer-term Product and Engineering solutions to address underlying drivers.
Collaborate closely with local and regional teams to ensure our strategies reflect customer needs and market context, and turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks that can scale across Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus.
Keep a close eye on our customer experience and identify opportunities to make Plus easier to understand, use and get value from throughout the membership lifecycle.
The Engagement pod works across a broad range of customer problems. Examples could include improving the first 30–60 days of membership, onboarding and early order progression, benefit discovery and adoption, lifecycle and CRM journeys, programs that drive incremental order frequency and activity, and initiatives that improve longer-term member engagement and retention.
Our humble expectations
5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in i) strategy & operations, consumer growth or engagement at a leading consumer technology / platform company, ii) subscriptions, loyalty or membership businesses, or iii) management consulting with subsequent operating experience.
Problem-solving and prioritisation skills: our team is in the business of solving hard problems and developing new solutions. There is rarely a ready-made playbook to follow, so you’ll need to be comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, getting into the details and identifying which opportunities are most likely to move the needle.
Analytical and experimentation skills: you’ll work with data every day and need to be comfortable identifying and sizing opportunities, designing and interpreting A/B tests and making decisions based on the results. Strong spreadsheet skills are a must-have and SQL experience is useful.
Customer and lifecycle judgement: you are able to understand how customer behaviour and needs evolve across the membership journey, identify the moments that matter most and translate those insights into practical ways to improve onboarding, engagement and retention.
Business ownership and independence: you have experience owning measurable business results and can demonstrate how you have taken a problem from initial analysis through to execution and impact. You’ll be given significant responsibility and freedom, so you need to be comfortable operating without a predefined roadmap.
People and project management skills: you’ll need to be able to inspire and persuade colleagues from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and seniority levels and get cross-functional teams working towards one goal in a coordinated and efficient way.
AI fluency: AI is increasingly part of how we work at Wolt day to day. You should already be comfortable using AI tools in your work, or be excited to quickly become so, and continuously look for ways to use them to work faster and solve problems better.
Business acumen and eye for superb user experience: you’ll need to be able to see the forest for the trees and have good intuition about what works best for customers while understanding the economics and trade-offs behind business decisions.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities.
