About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Beneficial Deployments
Beneficial Deployments ensures AI reaches and benefits the communities that need it most. We partner with nonprofits, governments, and mission-driven organizations to deploy Claude in education, global health, economic mobility, and life sciences.
About the Role:
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help extend Anthropic's health work into US public health. Building on our existing global health portfolio, you'll help shape how we engage the US public health system and manage a set of partnerships across federal, state, and local levels. Because this is an emerging area for the team, the role blends partnership management with meaningful contribution to strategy.
The right person combines credibility in the US public health ecosystem, enough technical fluency to be a real thought partner on AI deployment, and comfort operating in a space that's still taking shape.
This role is distinct from our Account Executive function: while AEs drive scaled adoption of Anthropic's core products, Partnership Managers build deep partnerships that require custom deployments, research collaboration, and hands-on program design. You'll work with a smaller portfolio of flagship partners where the goal is driving impact metrics and creating learnings that benefit the broader ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Anthropic's US public health strategy, working closely with the team lead to identify priority partners and use cases and bringing field insights back to inform our broader health work
Own a portfolio of flagship deployments, coordinating with Applied AI, product, policy, and GTM teams to deliver impact
Source, evaluate, and onboard new partners; structure engagements that work within government procurement, data governance, and privacy constraints
Translate partner needs into deployment plans that account for legacy systems and workforce realities
Support the creation of shared resources and digital public goods that help the broader field use AI responsibly
Build the evidence base by partnering with academic and evaluation organizations to study what works
Represent Anthropic at public health convenings and with funders and policymakers
Help shape team processes as we grow this area; hand off opportunities better suited to scaled sales or public sector motions
Travel to partner sites and to SF headquarters every ~6 weeks for those based outside SF (~20% travel)
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
10+ years of experience in US public health, health policy, or public sector health innovation
5+ years managing external partnerships, multi-stakeholder initiatives, or programs that span government and civil society
Deep relationships and credibility in the US public health ecosystem — you know the key players at CDC, state health departments, major schools of public health, and the foundations that fund this work
A working understanding of how federal, state, and local public health agencies operate, fund programs, and adopt new technology
Technical fluency to engage credibly on AI concepts, understand LLM capabilities and limitations, and partner effectively with technical teams
Experience building programs or portfolios in early-stage environments where the playbook is still being written
High agency and comfort with ambiguity; you thrive when the playbook doesn't exist yet
A genuine drive to strengthen the public health system and the communities it serves
An MPH or related credential
Strong Candidates May Also Have:
Experience inside a federal or state health agency (CDC, HHS, a state DOH) or at an organization that works closely with them
Background in epidemiology, ideally with hands-on surveillance experience at a state, local, or federal health agency
Experience working in a global context
Experience at a healthtech company, AI organization, or in a product-adjacent role
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The Opportunity
We are a bootstrapped, profitable enterprise SaaS company at $30M ARR with a clear trajectory to $100M. We have built the only 100% natively-architected platform in our ecosystem for DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security—serving Fortune 500 enterprises across regulated industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and hospitality. Our customer base includes household-name brands, and our five-product portfolio creates significant expansion and cross-sell opportunity.
We are not looking for a CRO who will spend six months “assessing the landscape.” We need a proven operator who has personally scaled a SaaS business from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR, who understands that profitable growth is non-negotiable, and who can build and execute a revenue engine that compounds quarter over quarter. This is a company built by missionaries, not mercenaries—and we expect the same from our CRO.
The Product Portfolio
Our platform consists of five integrated product lines, all built 100% natively within the Salesforce ecosystem. This native architecture is a core competitive differentiator—no external servers, no third-party middleware, no security exposure points:
DevOps — End-to-end release management, version control, CI/CD, and automated deployments for Salesforce environments. Designed for enterprise-scale complexity with full audit trails and compliance controls.
Backup & Archive — Complete data protection with automated backup scheduling, granular recovery, and intelligent archival capabilities that help enterprises manage data lifecycle and reduce storage costs.
Trust Center (Security & Compliance) — Proactive security scanning, vulnerability detection, and compliance monitoring that gives regulated enterprises real-time visibility into the health and security posture of their Salesforce environments.
Data Seeding — Intelligent test data management that enables enterprises to create realistic, anonymized datasets for sandbox and development environments without exposing production data.
DevOps for Veeva — Purpose-built release management for life sciences organizations running Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform, addressing the unique regulatory and validation requirements of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
The company has also integrated AI-powered capabilities into the platform, enabling intelligent automation across the DevOps lifecycle. The multi-product portfolio creates a powerful land-and-expand motion: the average deal size is increasing, and the cross-sell opportunity across the five product lines is substantial and largely untapped.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Execution
Own the full revenue number: new business, expansion, renewal, and retention across all segments (Enterprise, Mid-Market, and emerging PLG).
Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to scale from $30M to $100M ARR within 3–4 years while maintaining profitability.
Build and operationalize a quarterly planning cadence with bottoms-up forecasting, pipeline coverage models, and segment-level unit economics tracking.
Establish minimum deal size thresholds and systematically prune low-value accounts that dilute team capacity and drag down margins.
Drive cross-sell and upsell motions across the five-product portfolio, increasing average contract value and multi-product adoption rates.
Pipeline & Demand Generation
Build a scalable, multi-channel demand generation engine spanning outbound prospecting, content marketing, digital campaigns, events, partner referrals, and product-led growth.
Own pipeline coverage ratios and ensure 3–4x pipeline-to-quota coverage at all times across segments.
Implement rigorous pipeline inspection and deal management processes with weekly forecasting reviews, stage-gate criteria, and data-driven coaching.
Personally engage in strategic pipeline development for enterprise accounts, including executive-to-executive relationship building.
Product-Led Growth & Innovation
Design and execute a PLG motion that creates a self-service entry point into the platform, converting free or low-cost users into enterprise contracts.
Build the instrumentation, analytics, and product-sales handoff processes required to identify and convert PLG-qualified leads into sales-assisted opportunities.
Develop innovative go-to-market strategies that differentiate the company from competitors relying on traditional sales motions, including community-led growth and ecosystem-based strategies.
Enterprise Sales & Large Deal Execution
Personally lead and close strategic enterprise deals with Fortune 500 accounts, particularly in regulated industries with complex procurement and compliance requirements.
Penetrate large enterprise accounts through multi-threaded relationships, executive sponsorship, and value-based selling that ties platform outcomes to business-critical KPIs.
Build and manage a structured enterprise deal process including discovery frameworks, mutual close plans, executive business reviews, and competitive displacement playbooks.
Develop an account-based strategy for the top 50 target accounts with dedicated pursuit plans, relationship maps, and executive engagement cadences.
Customer Retention & Expansion
Drive gross revenue retention from current levels to 92%+ through proactive customer health monitoring, risk identification, and executive intervention processes.
Own the net revenue retention number, targeting 110%+ through systematic expansion and cross-sell into the installed base.
Establish executive-level relationships with top accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term partnership positioning.
Implement a structured customer lifecycle management process from onboarding through renewal, with clear ownership, milestones, and escalation paths.
Global Team Leadership
Lead and scale a global revenue organization encompassing Sales (Enterprise and Mid-Market), Marketing (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing), Business Development (SDR/BDR), Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
Build a performance-driven culture with clear accountability, transparent metrics, and a low-tolerance approach to underperformance—while maintaining a supportive, coaching-oriented environment for top performers.
Recruit, develop, and retain A-level talent across all revenue functions, with a particular emphasis on hiring missionaries who demonstrate ownership mentality and independent judgment.
Manage distributed teams across time zones with disciplined operating rhythms, clear communication protocols, and consistent performance management.
Unit Economics & Profitable Growth
Maintain and improve unit economics as the company scales: CAC payback under 18 months, LTV-to-CAC ratio above 3x, and gross margins consistent with best-in-class SaaS benchmarks.
Make resource allocation decisions based on data, not instinct—investing in segments, channels, and motions that demonstrate efficient returns and pulling back from those that do not.
Provide the CEO and board with clear, honest reporting on revenue performance, pipeline health, retention trends, and forward-looking indicators.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record scaling a B2B SaaS company from $20–40M to $100M+ ARR as CRO, VP of Sales, or equivalent revenue leadership role.
Direct, personal experience closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals with Fortune 500 or equivalent large enterprise customers.
Experience leading a global, multi-functional revenue organization including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development with 50+ total team members.
Demonstrated ability to build and operate a demand generation engine that produces predictable, inspectable pipeline across multiple channels.
Deep understanding of modern SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, payback period, gross margin, GRR, and NRR—with evidence of running a profitable or capital-efficient operation.
Experience implementing or scaling a product-led growth motion alongside traditional enterprise sales.
Track record of improving gross revenue retention to 90%+ and net revenue retention to 110%+ at scale.
Experience selling into regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government, life sciences) with complex compliance and security requirements.
Minimum 15 years of progressive revenue leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CRO or equivalent role.
Strongly Preferred
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or adjacent enterprise platform ecosystems.
Background in DevOps, DevSecOps, or developer tools with an understanding of how technical buyers evaluate and adopt platform solutions.
Experience at a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company (not solely venture-backed hypergrowth environments where profitability was not a constraint).
Familiarity with multi-product portfolio selling and the orchestration of cross-sell and land-and-expand motions.
Experience building and leveraging executive communities or advisory boards as a strategic GTM channel.
History of competitive displacement wins against well-funded or market-leading competitors.
This role is not for everyone. It is for someone who has done this before—not someone who believes they can figure it out. It is for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. Someone who holds themselves to a higher standard than anyone else could impose. Someone who understands that in a bootstrapped, profitable company, every decision carries real weight and every dollar matters.
If you are that person, we want to hear from you.
Benefits
Competitive compensation, incentive structure, and company equity
Daily coaching, mentorship, and growth opportunity
Remote-first team!
Be part of a global, mission-driven team
Learn from top leaders in Salesforce DevOps and SaaS sales
Work on exciting challenges in a rapidly growing industry
Unlimited Flex Time Off Plan + All Major holidays
Compensation & Structure
Compensation will be commensurate with experience and structured to reward performance:
Competitive base salary reflecting the CRO-level scope and enterprise SaaS benchmarks.
Significant performance-based variable compensation tied to bookings, retention, and profitability targets—not vanity metrics.
Equity participation with meaningful upside tied to the $30M-to-$100M growth trajectory.
Clear quarterly milestone structure with transparent measurement and payout criteria.

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
We are seeking a highly technical, visionary, and customer-centric Field CTO to act as our premier technical ambassador. In this role, you will bridge the gap between MinIO’s engineering innovation and the strategic business needs of our largest, most complex enterprise customers.
As a Field CTO, you will engage in peer-to-peer conversations with enterprise C-suites (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) and lead architectural discussions with principal engineers. A deep, hands-on understanding of modern AI architectures (LLMs, RAG, deep learning pipelines) and modern analytics data systems (Iceberg, Delta Lake, Trino, Spark) is mandatory. You will not only evangelize MinIO’s capabilities but also act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations architect their data infrastructure to support next-generation workloads.
What You Will Do
Executive Advisory & Evangelism:
Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies. Articulate the strategic value of high-performance object storage in the context of AI readiness and data democratization.
Architectural Leadership:
Design and validate complex, large-scale architectures for enterprise customers. Guide them in integrating MinIO seamlessly into their AI/ML pipelines and modern data lakehouse ecosystems.
Industry Thought Leadership:
Represent MinIO at major industry conferences, webinars, and meetups. Write technical whitepapers, reference architectures, and blog posts focusing on the intersection of object storage, generative AI, and modern analytics.
Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Strategic Support:
Partner closely with enterprise sales and customer success teams on high-stakes deals. Unblock technical objections and provide strategic guidance during Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and large-scale deployments.
Product Strategy Feedback Loop:
Serve as the "voice of the customer" to MinIO’s product and engineering teams. Distill market trends, customer pain points, and emerging AI/Analytics patterns into actionable product requirements.
Your Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect, VP of Engineering, or previous Field CTO).
Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing or evangelist capacity, successfully presenting to both highly technical audiences and C-level business executives.
AI & Machine Learning Architectures:
Deep architectural understanding of
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows and vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Qdrant, Pinecone).
Strong knowledge of
AI/ML data pipelines
and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Ray, Hugging Face).
Understanding of hardware bottlenecks in AI, specifically the challenge of feeding data to GPUs (GPU data starvation) and how high-throughput storage solves this.
Modern Analytics & Data Systems:
Expertise in
Open Table Formats
(Apache Iceberg, Apache Hudi, Delta Lake) and their integration with object storage.
Proficiency with
modern query engines and compute frameworks
(Trino, Presto, Apache Spark, Flink, StarRocks).
Solid grasp of the evolution from traditional data warehouses to modern Data Lakehouse architectures.
Infrastructure & Cloud-Native Tech:
Strong command of Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native orchestration.
Deep understanding of the AWS S3 API, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems design.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT | LATAM
Our Solutions Architecture team connects business priorities with practical technical solutions, helping customers understand how Chainalysis can support their most important objectives.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership throughout the customer journey. You will turn complex requirements into clear recommendations, help customers envision how our products fit into their operating environment, and guide them toward measurable business outcomes.
As a Solutions Architect, you'll develop a deep understanding of Chainalysis solutions and the problems our customers are trying to solve. You'll explain complex concepts in a clear, compelling way to technical practitioners, business leaders, and executive stakeholders. You'll also build practical, customer-specific solutions that support deployment, integration, adoption, and long-term value.
In this role, you'll:
- Serve as a core member of the account team, partnering closely with Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
- Take ownership of customer outcomes across the full lifecycle, from initial discovery and solution design through investigation support, compliance program delivery, deployment, enablement, adoption, and expansion.
- Lead discovery conversations that uncover customer objectives, operational pain points, use cases, technical constraints, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths.
- Articulate Chainalysis capabilities in a way that is relevant to each customer's compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security environment.
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives that show how Chainalysis can address customer priorities.
- Conduct blockchain investigations, deliver compliance and regulatory guidance, and build technical solutions such as notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that accelerate and automate investigations, analysis, and customer processes, adapted to each customer's operating model, data, controls, and risk framework.
- Design automation that fits into existing compliance, risk, fraud, investigations, or security operations rather than requiring customers to redesign how they work.
- Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and fit-for-purpose technical patterns.
- Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integration considerations.
- Drive platform adoption by connecting customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities and identifying new use cases.
- Identify creative, responsible approaches to difficult customer problems, while balancing speed, scalability, security, maintainability, and measurable impact.
- Build trust through sound technical judgment, clear communication, reliable execution, and a strong understanding of the customer's business.
- Assemble the technical evidence base, including outcome data, consumption metrics, adoption analysis, and expansion signals, that supports quarterly impact reporting and renewal conversations.
- Build customer capability and self-sufficiency rather than creating ongoing dependence on the Solutions Architecture team.
- Own the feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering, translating field insights and feature requirements into product improvements and bringing those improvements back to customers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, meeting them at their current level of crypto-maturity and partnering with them to advance their understanding, processes, and outcomes.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Contribute to the wider Solutions Architecture team through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, internal initiatives, and better ways of working.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Several years of experience in one or more relevant areas, such as financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management.
- Experience making complex technical or operational concepts understandable to different audiences.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- A creative, structured, and investigative approach to solving challenging customer problems.
- Comfort working with technical tools and learning new technologies quickly. Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools is valuable.
- The curiosity and initiative to develop technical depth over time; you do not need to arrive with a complete technical stack, but you should enjoy investigating how things work and building the skills to solve new problems.
- The ability to operate effectively when requirements are ambiguous, information is incomplete, or the best path forward has not yet been defined.
- A collaborative, generous approach to working with others, including a willingness to share knowledge, seek input, and improve team practices.
- A demonstrated focus on measurable customer outcomes, not simply technical activity or product usage.
- An interest in blockchain and a desire to keep building your understanding of the technology, the market, and the customers we serve.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
