ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Xsolla is seeking a Head of Investor Relations for the Xsolla Credit Fund, whose primary mandate is LP capital raising. While Xsolla's Capital Markets team covers investor relations across all of the company's strategic vehicles, this role is dedicated to the credit fund. Over time the role will also support fundraising for other Xsolla investment products, but the credit fund remains the primary focus. This is a relationship-led role. We are looking for someone who brings an established network of LP relationships — family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions — and who can open doors, engage principals, and personally steward investors from first conversation through diligence to commitment.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
Beyond its core commerce platform, Xsolla is building a private credit fund that lends to video game studios and gaming businesses, underwritten with a data advantage no traditional lender has: Xsolla's own payments telemetry across thousands of games. The fund is in its capital formation phase and is led by Stan Rudoi, Chief Credit Officer. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help raise a first-time fund inside a profitable, global gaming-commerce company, alongside the broader Xsolla capital markets ecosystem (Xsolla Funding Club, Xsolla SPAC 1 — Nasdaq: XSLLU, and other strategic vehicles).

Responsibilities
LP Relationships and Origination
Bring and grow the network:
activate your existing LP relationships and originate new ones across family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, and institutions.
Engage principals:
represent the fund credibly with decision-makers and investment committees, and match opportunities to each investor's mandate and ticket size.
Source and qualify the wider funnel:
from conferences, investor databases, introductions, Xsolla contacts, and external research — qualified and prioritized by mandate fit.
Steward each relationship
through diligence, negotiation, and commitment — and after the close, as the foundation of the fund's long-term LP base.
Follow-Through and Pipeline Discipline
Drive follow-through
from first contact to meeting, diligence, soft interest, and closed commitment — no lead goes stale.
Prepare and send investor outreach and follow-ups;
capture meeting notes, next steps, and commitment tracking after every interaction.
Maintain clean CRM reporting:
pipeline status, activity, outcomes, blockers, priorities, and weekly progress — so leadership always knows conversion rates, stage aging, and next actions per LP.
Provide regular internal fund progress reporting
to Xsolla leadership via Slack and other internal tools. A junior IR hire will take on pipeline operations as the raise scales.
Fundraising Materials and Messaging
Support and continuously improve investor materials:
pitch deck, FAQs, data room, and meeting-specific talking points.
Refine LP messaging, fund thesis, objection handling, and investor segmentation
based on live market feedback.
Write concise, institutional-quality
investor emails, follow-ups, and presentation language.
Diligence and Fund Setup Support
Coordinate LP diligence requests
across internal Xsolla teams, external advisors, legal, finance, and leadership.
Support fund setup workstreams:
data room preparation and upkeep, reporting readiness, and document management.
Collect and synthesize investor feedback
on fund terms, structure, risk-return profile, reporting, and allocation preferences to inform fund design.
Cross-Product Fundraising Support
As capacity allows,
extend the same funnel discipline and materials support to other Xsolla investment products and strategic vehicles, in coordination with the Capital Markets team.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
7+ years in investor relations, placement, private funds, investment banking, private credit, venture capital, private equity, family office, or institutional fundraising.
An established, referenceable network of LP relationships — family offices, credit and alternatives allocators, funds of funds, or institutions — that you can activate for a first-time fund. This is the core requirement for the role.
A track record of raising institutional capital, with a strong understanding of LP fundraising mechanics: fund materials, diligence processes, investor segmentation, and the private fund lifecycle.
Direct exposure to private credit or first-time fund raises is a strong plus.
Skills and Competencies
Excellent business English; able to write concise investor emails, follow-ups, FAQs, and presentation language without supervision.
Strong Excel / Google Sheets, CRM, tracking, reporting, and project management discipline.
Commercial, structured, responsive, and able to manage many parallel investor conversations without dropping threads.
The gravitas and credibility to engage principals, investment committees, and senior allocators as a peer.
Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive fund and investor information.
Interest in gaming, fintech, private credit, alternative investments, or digital platforms preferred.
Education and Credentials
A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field is preferred.
CFA / CAIA or relevant securities licenses are viewed favorably but not required.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Head of Fund Analytics & Automation who is a hands-on builder, rigorous with data, and fluent in finance conversations to join our Credit Fund team in the office of the Chief Credit Officer. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to design, build, and operate the fund's entire data and automation stack end to end — and then own it as the fund goes live.
The credit fund is being built with a deliberately small team. Instead of hiring several analysts and operations staff, we want one senior technical hire who can do both: engineer the platform and sit across the table from investors and borrowers. Underwriting here is built on real payment telemetry — including Xsolla transaction data — and that data edge is the foundation of this role.
Strong SQL, Python, and production automation skills are essential, along with real experience in portfolio analytics, market risk, or credit. The ability to ship audit-grade systems and then defend the numbers in front of LPs and borrowers will be key to your success in this role. The role starts as a builder and becomes the owner-operator of the platform, with a growing seat in underwriting decisions and, as the platform and deal volume grow, scope to hire and lead a small team.
If you're passionate about applying AI-governed automation to private credit and love building the systems that let a lean team punch far above its weight, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
First 6 months — priorities in order
- Deal pipeline live: origination intake through credit committee, with the full audit trail. - Scoring data layer: borrower financials and payment telemetry ingested, stored, and under documented data contracts. - LP / fundraising pipeline instrumented, and first investor reporting shipped.
Explicitly out of scope: legal documentation, fund administration, and accounting — these sit with external providers.
Phase 1: Build (through first close)
Deal pipeline management
- Design and run the full deal workflow: origination intake, screening, scoring, credit committee, closing.
- Implement it as governed automation (workflow orchestration such as n8n or similar, with LLM-assisted steps where they add value): every automated output validated against a defined schema, low-confidence results routed to human review, and a complete audit trail suitable for LP due diligence.
Scoring and underwriting data layer
- Build the ingestion and storage layer for borrower financials and payments telemetry (including Xsolla transaction data) — PostgreSQL or equivalent, ETL pipelines, materialized views, documented data contracts.
- Develop credit scoring and forecasting models in Python, with proper train/test discipline, leakage and PII exclusion, and ongoing monitoring for drift and degradation.
- Maintain evaluation and regression checks so model and automation quality is measured continuously, not assumed.
Fundraising / LP pipeline
- Build and operate the investor pipeline: CRM automation, conference and referral pipeline tracking, follow-up orchestration, and data room preparation and upkeep.
- Instrument the pipeline so we always know conversion rates, stage aging, and next actions per LP.
Investor and borrower dashboards
- Ship reporting for both audiences: fund-level metrics for investors, facility-level metrics for borrowers.
- Numbers must reconcile to source systems and be reproducible outside the BI tool — audit-grade, not demo-grade. Tableau / Power BI or a lightweight web dashboard, whichever fits.
Reliability, cost, and security of the stack
- Budget caps and cost monitoring on all AI-assisted automation; regression canaries before changes ship.
- Access control and data protection appropriate for fund data: deny-by-default permissions, audit logs, strict handling of LP identities, borrower financials, and deal terms.
- Documented runbooks and handover-ready documentation as part of "done" — the stack must be operable by someone other than its author.
Phase 2: Operate (post-close)
- Move into an operating role on the underwriting side: portfolio monitoring, covenant and collateral tracking, scenario and stress analysis.
- Extend the platform to other investment types and support the capital formation team with the same pipeline and reporting infrastructure.
Client and investor facing
This is not a back-office role. The person will join investor and borrower meetings, present the dashboards and the numbers behind them, and field diligence questions directly. Fluency in finance conversations is as important as engineering. The person will also respond to LP operational due diligence questionnaires on the data and automation stack.
Qualifications and Skills
Required
- 7+ years across data analytics / data engineering, including recent hands-on experience building and running production automation (not prototypes or notebooks).
- Proven production experience with LLM-based automation: schema-validated outputs, human review gates, evaluation and regression testing, cost-tiered model routing.
- Strong SQL and Python; ownership of a PostgreSQL (or similar) data platform end to end — ETL, materialized views, performance tuning, data contracts.
- Workflow orchestration experience (n8n, Airflow, or comparable).
- BI and dashboarding: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent web dashboards; a track record of reporting that executives actually used for decisions.
- Security discipline for sensitive data: role-based access, deny-by-default policies, audit trails, PII handling.
- Finance background: degree in finance or quantitative field plus real experience in portfolio analytics, market risk, or credit — able to hold their own in an underwriting or investor conversation.
- Strong written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to senior external audiences.
Preferred
- Direct exposure to private credit, lending, or fund operations.
- Forecasting and statistical modeling track record (capacity planning, SLA/risk forecasting, or similar).
- Experience with embeddings / semantic search and multi-model AI setups.
- Web development ability (React / TypeScript or similar) for internal tools and dashboards.
- Experience in audited or regulated environments (SOC 2, fund audits, or equivalent).

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Channel Partner Manager to build one of Avoca's most important revenue engines: partnerships with the HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. Avoca has established itself as the leading brand and AI partner in the home services industry through partnerships across several channels, and this role owns distribution through the OEM and supplier layer. These partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, with the credibility of brands they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of these relationships, from OEMs like Trane, Daikin, and Carrier to their distribution networks. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue
- Build partnerships across HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and their territory managers, including the co-op programs that fund and shape how these partnerships work
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed business
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry building channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors like Trane, Daikin, Carrier, or Ferguson
- Existing relationships you can activate quickly, with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, plus an understanding of how co-op works
- Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions
- 4+ years of professional experience, with 6 to 10 years the ideal range
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency and pace: you build the playbook and move at the speed of a high-growth startup, not a legacy player
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead Figma's internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure as the company transforms and expands. This is a rare opportunity to become the steward of the system behind how Figma designs and builds Figma: the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that help our teams create with quality and coherence at scale. The work will shape every Figma product and, through them, the experience of millions of people.
This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful scope. You'll lead designers across multiple Design work streams, set direction through a complex transformation, and partner deeply with Design, Product, and Engineering to turn strong foundations into greater quality, speed, and leverage across Figma. If you believe the best systems create coherence without limiting the autonomy teams need to do exceptional work, this is the role for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow designers across Figma's internal Design Systems foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, governance, and adoption
Set an ambitious vision and quality bar for how Figma's internal design system evolves, translating the company's transformation into coherent, durable foundations for the product suite
Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, resourcing, technical direction, adoption, and execution across a complex organization
Bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, cross-functional work, balancing system coherence with the autonomy product teams need to solve distinct problems well
Evolve the Design Systems operating model, including governance, contribution paths, critiques and reviews, documentation, feedback loops, and adoption practices
Hire, coach, retain, and develop an exceptional team, helping designers grow their craft, judgment, and leadership across multiple workstreams
Represent the Design Systems perspective in broader organizational decisions and ensure Figma's design infrastructure evolves with its expanding product suite
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of design management experience, including direct people leadership across multiple workstreams and a strong track record of hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing designers
Technical fluency with design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, and system architecture, plus direct experience applying or leading AI-enabled Design Systems workflows
Experience evolving an internal design system at scale, earning trust across a sizable product organization, and leading the change required to drive meaningful adoption
Deep, hands-on Figma expertise, high agency, end-to-end ownership, and a track record of creating clarity and momentum through organizational change
Experience connecting coded component systems with design libraries and design-to-code workflows
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Building token pipelines and maintaining reliable synchronization between design foundations and code
Creating internal tooling and automation that improves system maintenance, contribution, and adoption
A track record of building shared platform or infrastructure services that other teams depend on
Leading large-scale system migrations or design-infrastructure transformations across a multi-product organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

About the role
ElevenLabs is expanding globally, and some of our largest enterprise opportunities are won through complex procurement processes. We're building the RFP Engine to own how we compete in them — a new function at the heart of how ElevenLabs pursues its most strategic deals. As a Proposal Manager, you'll be one of its founding members, owning strategic pursuits in your region from qualification through submission: decoding what evaluators actually want, shaping the response strategy with account teams, coordinating input across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security, and driving every submission to an exceptionally high bar — on time, every time.
You'll run pursuits through an AI-first system and help make it better with every cycle. Automation handles the mechanical work — first drafts, compliance checks, content retrieval — so your judgment goes where it matters: positioning, differentiation, and quality. When you spot work being repeated, you'll help systematise it, turning what you learn on each bid into templates, content, and process the whole company benefits from.
We think the right person has lived complex enterprise bids and knows the difference between a compliant response and a winning one. You write and edit exceptionally well, you're calm and decisive coordinating many contributors against a hard deadline, and you'd rather build the machine than crank the handle.
Requirements
- A track record managing complex enterprise RFP or bid responses end-to-end, from qualification through submission, ideally at a technology company
- A builder's approach to AI and automation: you use AI fluently in your own work, you've shipped internal tooling or workflows (or partnered closely with engineers to do so), and you treat repeated manual effort as a design flaw
- Exceptional writing and editing: you turn technical and commercial input from many contributors into clear, compliant, persuasive responses
- Strong project management under deadline pressure — running contributors, review cycles, and sign-offs across functions and timezones without dropping quality
- Commercial instincts: you can read scoring criteria, spot what will differentiate a response, and flag pursuits that aren't worth the effort
Bonus: additional languages beyond English; experience with security or compliance questionnaires; a technical or pre-sales background.
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to look make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Leading regional proposals capacity as pursuit volume grows across markets
- Specialising in bid strategy on our most strategic global pursuits
Location
We're hiring for this role in two regions. This role is remote-first and can be executed from any of our hub cities in EMEA. If you prefer, you can work from our growing number of offices, including in London, Dublin, Madrid or Warsaw.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
The Role:
We are hiring a Staff Security Engineer to act as the primary security partner for the Walrus team, providing deep architectural guidance and embedding security practices throughout the development lifecycle, starting from the design phase.
What You'll Do:
- Lead security assessments for new Walrus features while also contributing to security initiatives across the broader Mysten ecosystem, identifying systemic risks and providing actionable remediation plans for complex architectural challenges.
- Drive a "security-by-design" culture, ensuring that security considerations are front-and-center before code is written, within Walrus and the wider Mysten organization.
- Leverage AI-driven tools and advanced automation to identify and remediate low-hanging fruit, allowing the team to focus on high-impact, complex security research.
- Maintain a generalist security perspective, providing strategic oversight on broader infrastructure and product security issues as they impact Walrus and beyond.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to prioritize security roadmap items, balancing feature velocity with the security posture of the platform.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, setting technical direction for security standards and establishing best practices across the engineering organization.
What You'll Have:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of industry experience in security engineering, with a proven track record of operating at a Staff (E6) level or equivalent.
- Extensive experience as a security generalist, capable of navigating infrastructure, application, and cryptographic security domains.
- Strong proficiency in building, deploying, and managing automated security tooling; demonstrated history of using AI/ML or advanced static/dynamic analysis to improve security outcomes at scale.
- Deep expertise in collaborating with engineering teams during the design phase to proactively identify and mitigate high-risk design flaws.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and lead cross-functional security initiatives.
What You'll Have
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical understanding of decentralized storage, distributed systems, or the Web3 stack (prior experience is a plus, not a requirement).
- Experience leading security-focused transformations or implementing security-by-design frameworks in high-growth engineering environments.
- Ability to balance tactical, hands-on security work with strategic long-term planning and leadership.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.

Overview
LaunchDarkly is seeking a creative and experienced Product Manager to lead our end-to-end data products, from SDK data ingest through our data platform to the customer-facing observability, metrics, and experimentation experiences built on top of it. You will own the vision and strategy for this entire pipeline as a coherent product, ensuring the data customers send us is trustworthy, timely, and transformed into experiences that help them ship better software. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data infrastructure, observability/analytics, and how customers and their agents consume and work with software delivery data.
Responsibilities
Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for LaunchDarkly's end-to-end data products, spanning SDK event ingestion, our data platform, and customer-facing data products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
Own the strategy for AI-powered analysis of our data and the agent experience of our data products: how AI surfaces insights, anomalies, and recommendations from software delivery data, and how our data is modeled, exposed, and made consumable so that AI agents are first-class consumers alongside humans.
Own the product strategy, platform definition, and GTM for our data products.
Treat the data pipeline as a single product: drive coherence across ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption so that every downstream experience (analytics, experimentation, insights, integrations) is built on a reliable, well-modeled foundation.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
Monitor industry trends and competitor products to stay ahead of the curve.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in all product decisions.
Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams including sales, customer success, and support to define Go-To-Market plans and strategy for data products and features.
Mentor and uplevel other product managers, and raise the bar for data-informed product practice across the organization.
About you
Curious:
More than anything, you love learning and are able to build opinions and expertise quickly across many domains.
Purpose-driven:
The how behind all your projects is driven by a clear definition of why we're solving the problem.
Agent-first:
You’re obsessive about pushing agents to their limits and often eschew UIs in favor of agent-first interactions.
Customer-centric:
You are driven to understand customer challenges and needs, crafting solutions that provide real value.
Product sense:
You love great software and can't stand bad software. You have a strong focus on craft, quality, and the ability to deeply empathize with the end user to deliver delightful experiences.
Systems thinker:
You see how the pieces connect. You're as comfortable reasoning about an ingestion pipeline's throughput as you are about the dashboard a customer sees, and you understand how decisions at one layer ripple through the others.
Collaborative:
You excel at working with diverse teams, seamlessly bridging customer stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and product development teams.
Effective communicator:
You build strong relationships and communicate with clarity and precision. You're an incredible writer who can concisely explain complex ideas in simple ways to a wide variety of audiences.
Adaptable:
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively prioritize in order to manage multiple projects at once.
High agency:
You are motivated to achieve success and have a strong sense of ownership to deliver great outcomes across a broad range of responsibilities. Even if it's not your responsibility, if you see something that needs to be done, you make sure it happens.
Business acumen:
You understand how technical solutions tie to business objectives and can align projects to meet customer and company goals.
Qualifications
8+ years of product experience, especially with data platforms, data infrastructure, analytics, or developer tools.
Alternatively, 8+ years of engineering experience in data-intensive systems with a strong product mindset and a desire to transition into a product management role.
We will consider candidates with fewer years of experience who demonstrate exceptional potential and excitement to get into the space, or who bring significant hands-on experience with AI-powered data analysis.
Proven track record of successfully bringing data products to market and driving strategy across multiple teams or a platform-scale product area.
Strong understanding of modern data architectures: event/streaming pipelines, data warehousing and lakehouse patterns, data modeling, and the trade-offs of processing data at scale.
Experience with both platform products (where the customer is internal teams or developers) and end-user-facing data products (analytics, observability, insights, experimentation), and an understanding of how the two must work together.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Write technical designs for feature-level work, actively seek feedback, and clearly explain the trade-offs of your decisions
Participate in and review technical designs and pull requests, providing constructive feedback to the team
Improve test coverage with comprehensive unit tests and refactor code to drive down tech debt
Troubleshoot and debug production issues, and follow up on incidents with post-mortems and mitigation plans
Break features into tasks, structure and execute your own project plans, and contribute to sprint and feature planning
Collaborate with product managers, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver the best product with high quality, performance, and scalability
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation, and be mindful of security throughout your work
Use AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in the software industry with a passion for solving complex software engineering problems, including designing and building backend services and reusable components from the ground up
Experience working with distributed systems and cloud computing concepts
Demonstrated ability to write well-structured, performant, and well-tested code
Ability to independently lead feature-level software and design work that satisfies project requirements, and to clearly explain design trade-offs
Can identify design flaws in existing systems and propose improvements
Experience with code reviews, design, troubleshooting, and testing
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with continuous integration tooling such as BuildKite, and familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Grafana is a plus
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to research, author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience building or working with metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
