HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE ALAN INSURANCE GRADUATE PROGRAM ⭐️
The Alan Insurance Graduate Program is a unique opportunity to enter the team at the core of Alan Insurance business without getting silo-ed on a precise role. The Insurance team focuses on innovating on our health and disability insurance products, over 5 geographies including France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. Through the Program, you will develop a very precious blend of technical, business, entrepreneurial and product skills.
After a 2-months onboarding, you may be involved in multiple missions in different streams of the Insurance team:
- The Enterprise and Public Sector stream structures the best offers for our largest clients, whether a ministry or a corporate. They land on our most important deals (RFP - request for proposal) with our Sales team, contributing to business growth in a very visible way.
- The insurance product stream dive into the lifecycle of a contract, from pricing and product implementation to the renewal phase. They team up with Engineer, Data and Marketing teams to ensure a delightful experience to our customers, whether when signing on our website, better equip Sales with the best offers or undergoing the renewal campaign (offer updates from one year to another).
- The analytics and repricing stream focus on building metrics, tools, and dynamic models to monitor our portfolio, forecast our margin and price our portfolio. They push strategic decision making (like repricing) alongside the Data, Strategy and Finance teams.
- The reinsurance and risk stream owns the Capital requirement model, the risk governance, the relationship with our Supervisor (ACPR) and the reinsurance coverage.
Each program and mission will be co-built with you, to make the most of your growth plan and ensure you have impact and visibility from day 1 at Alan.
All along your Graduate Program, you will also benefit from a personalized support from the team through coaching. This will ensure that you are never alone on a topic and that you grow fast, while still being in the driver’s seat.
At Alan, we are at the forefront of the latest innovations in artificial intelligence. You will be expected to leverage every piece of technology at your disposal to contribute to scaling our tooling and processes.

About The Role
Müller's Solutions is looking for a senior, hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation for a major trading group based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will take full ownership of a multi-legal-entity Finance and Supply Chain transformation — from Fit-to-Standard workshops through go-live and hypercare — working at the intersection of our client's leadership and a hybrid onsite/offshore delivery team.
This is a high-visibility role within our Middle East practice. You will report directly to the Managing Director and act as the single point of accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
What You'll Own
— End-to-end delivery of the S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition program using SAP ACTIVATE methodology, from Prepare through Run.
— A delivery team spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Integration, Data Migration, and Training — coordinating onsite and offshore workstreams as one team.
— The project plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and resourcing decisions across all phases.
— Executive-level reporting and steering committee facilitation with client leadership across 4 legal entities.
— Scope governance and change request management, protecting both project quality and commercial margin.
— Cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare oversight — ensuring the client lands the system successfully.
— Coordination of ZATCA Phase 2 compliance milestones with the Finance workstream lead.
Requirements
— 8+ years of SAP project management experience, with full lifecycle accountability.
— A minimum of 3 completed SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition go-lives as lead Project Manager.
— SAP ACTIVATE methodology certification.
— Demonstrated experience managing multi-legal-entity SAP deployments within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
— Confident, polished stakeholder management with C-level and finance leadership in Arabic-speaking business environments.
— A track record of holding scope, budget, and timeline discipline on fixed-price or milestone-based engagements.
Preferred
— PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
— Prior experience in trading, distribution, or manufacturing client environments.
— Familiarity with SAP Integration Suite and BTP-based integration landscapes.
Benefits
— Work on flagship Cloud ERP transformations for some of the region's most respected enterprises, backed by a multi-vendor partner ecosystem spanning SAP, ServiceNow, OpenText, BMC, Boomi, and Red Hat.
— A Berlin-headquartered firm with genuine regional depth — offices in Riyadh, Dubai, Cairo, and Casablanca, and an offshore delivery model that lets you focus on what matters most: the client.
— Direct visibility and access to senior leadership — your impact on client outcomes is seen and valued, not buried in a large delivery hierarchy.
— A culture that rewards ownership: you scope it, you lead it, you're credited for it.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Global Workplace & Real Estate team is delivering a rapidly expanding global portfolio — including full-building offices at the scale of ~450,000 SF that combine commercial kitchens, executive briefing centers and event space, high-end amenities, and the elevated power, cooling, and security infrastructure our work requires. We're hiring a Real Estate Construction Manager to lead the technical delivery of these projects from pre-construction through closeout and to serve as our primary technical counterpart to general contractors, design teams, and specialty vendors.
This is a hands-on construction leadership role, not a design role. You will own how our projects get built: delivery method and contracting strategy, GC selection and oversight, MEP and specialty-systems coordination, cost and schedule control, and commissioning. Executing the design direction is set by the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace and our architects. You will also lead and develop a team of project managers delivering across the global portfolio. This role reports to the Global Head of Real Estate & Workplace.
Key responsibilities
Pre-construction & technical delivery
Lead pre-construction on complex buildouts: constructibility and design/drawing reviews, MEP and structural coordination, estimating support, value engineering, and development of the GMP or bid package.
Recommend and own the delivery method and contracting strategy for each project (e.g., GMP, lump sum, CM-at-risk, design-assist), matching the approach to scope, schedule, and risk.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and specifications; surface gaps, conflicts, and risk before they reach the field.
Coordinate technically demanding scopes — commercial kitchens (Type I hoods, make-up air, grease and UL300 fire-suppression systems, utility upsizing), high-performance AV and acoustics for executive and event spaces, server/IDF rooms with redundant power and supplemental cooling, elevated power density, and integrated physical security.
Manage permitting and inspections with authorities having jurisdiction across multiple markets and labor environments.
Construction execution, quality & closeout
Oversee construction from mobilization through closeout across multiple concurrent projects, holding general contractors accountable to schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
Run the technical processes that keep a job on track: RFIs, submittals and shop drawings, ASIs, and BIM/clash coordination across trades; lead owner-architect-contractor and trade-coordination meetings.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality control; enforce inspection protocols and punch-list management.
Drive commissioning and closeout — systems commissioning (including kitchen exhaust/MUA balancing, BMS, and life-safety), TCO/CO, as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties, attic stock, and owner training.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, ADA requirements, and Anthropic's sustainability goals.
General contractor, vendor & contract management
Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, subcontractors, and external project managers, holding them to clear communication and accountability.
Lead GC selection end to end: pre-qualification/RFQ, RFP/ITB, bid leveling and scope normalization, scope-gap detection, and award — and structure the contract (GMP fee, general conditions/requirements, allowances, contingencies, qualifications, and exclusions).
Negotiate and administer contracts with contractors, vendors, and consultants; manage GC performance throughout construction, including schedule adherence, change-order management, safety compliance, and closeout.
Determine which trades and specialty vendors to carry under the GC vs. hold owner-direct, and manage critical long-lead vendors (kitchen equipment, AV, architectural millwork, switchgear/generator).

Directly manage and develop a team of Real Estate / Construction Project Managers delivering projects across the global portfolio.
Set technical standards, playbooks, and performance expectations; balance workload across the team by project complexity and development goals.
Coach the team through complex technical and commercial problem-solving; review progress, identify blockers, and course-correct.
Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing, and structure the function to support rapid growth.
Stakeholder management & communication
Partner closely with internal stakeholders — Security, IT, Facilities, Finance, and business teams — to ensure technical and operational requirements are built into project plans.
Create executive-level presentations and reporting on project status, budget, schedule, and risk, with clear recommendations.
Craft clear communications to the broader employee population about office changes, construction impacts, and workspace enhancements.
Minimum qualifications
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
Bring deep, hands-on construction expertise —

Command construction delivery methods and contract structures —
GMP, lump sum, cost-plus, and design-assist — and the mechanics of change-order management.
Have delivered technically complex scopes —

Are strong in pre-construction —
constructibility review, estimating, value engineering, and bid leveling.
Command cost and commercial controls —
budgeting by division, schedule of values, pay-application review, change-order governance, and contingency management.
Have managed budgets for projects ranging from $50M to $300M+, and multiple complex projects concurrently.
Have navigated permitting and inspections across multiple jurisdictions, in union and non-union environments.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
