Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated track record of exceeding retention, adoption, and expansion outcomes; experience recognized with performance distinction is a plus.
- Proven ability to run executive business reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, IAM, identity security, or enterprise IT preferred; former 1Password power user is a strong plus.
- Strategic success planning and multi-threaded stakeholder management across a complex portfolio.
- Commercial acumen: independently qualifies, advances, and documents expansion opportunities; manages negotiations without oversight.
- Designs and applies AI-assisted workflows to commercial execution; documents use cases in a shareable format.
- Strong Gainsight and Salesforce hygiene; consistent forecasting discipline.
- Highly autonomous; manages complex accounts without requiring managerial direction.
- Commercial thinker who connects customer outcomes to expansion potential naturally.
- Strong executive presence – adapts messaging across technical, operational, and C-suite audiences.
- Elevates teammates through knowledge sharing and informal mentorship.
What you can expect:

- Independently manage a portfolio of moderately to highly complex accounts – adapting success plans to each customer’s context without manager guidance.
- Maintain full success plan coverage; produce documented best practices and playbooks, applied broadly across accounts with measurable KPI improvement.
- Proactively identify and mitigate renewal risks; close risk CTAs with a high rate of success within defined timeframes.
DRIVE ADOPTION & VALUE REALIZATION
- Achieve strong Executive Sponsor attendance in EBRs across segments; EBRs are value-driven, data-backed, and consistently advance renewal confidence.
- Maintain commercial intelligence across strategic accounts – budget cycles, org changes, compliance mandates, and stack rationalization.
- Translate advanced 1Password capabilities into clear outcomes for VP and C-suite stakeholders; tie adoption to measurable ROI and long-term advocacy.
LEAD REVENUE RETENTION & EXPANSION
- Achieve strong amendment and renewal upsell win rates; proactively source and advance expansion opportunities with documented context.
- Maintain forecasting hygiene with minimal blank or unmodified renewals approaching subscription end.
OPERATE WITH STRATEGIC RIGOR
- Manage commercial objections, renewal negotiations, and competitive conversations independently – without escalation for standard to complex scenarios.
- Build and present business cases to customer champions; advance deals with enough depth to move through the pipeline with AE alignment.
ACT AS A TRUSTED SECURITY ADVISOR
- Deep working knowledge of the full 1Password product suite; design tailored success journeys connecting feature adoption to measurable business outcomes.
- Incorporate regulatory context, breach patterns, and competitive dynamics into EBRs with confidence.
- Design and share AI-assisted workflows with teammates in a replicable, documented format.
COLLABORATE & ENABLE
- Lead joint account planning with your AE; cited by AEs as a proactive commercial collaborator who improves deal outcomes.
- Mentor Level B CSMs through call shadowing, ad hoc coaching, or onboarding support.
- Lead or co-lead cross-team initiatives; contribute tools or improvements adopted by peers.

We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Capital.com is hiring a UA Manager (PPC) to own paid acquisition performance across our Asia and Australia markets. You'll join a team of regional specialists with day-to-day accountability for campaign performance, budget efficiency, and growth against regional revenue and ROAS targets.
This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role: you will manage live campaigns directly, not oversee an agency at arm's length. Google Ads is the core of the role; paid social experience is a valuable bonus but not a requirement.
What you'll do:
Own and optimise Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC, Display, YouTube) campaigns across Asia and Australia markets — this is the primary focus of the role.
Where capacity and skillset allow, extend into paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) to support the broader regional media mix.
Manage budget pacing and reallocation across markets and channels within your regions.
Deliver against regional KPI targets: ROAS and CPA per first-time deposit.
Run structured A/B tests on creative, bidding strategy, and audience targeting; report results with clear before/after evidence.
Monitor and account for iOS attribution limitations (ATT/SKAD), PMax's lack of placement-level visibility, and regional regulatory constraints (e.g. licensing regimes across Asia markets) when planning campaigns.
Localise campaign strategy to market nuance: language, competitive landscape, regulatory regime (e.g. ASIC in Australia; varied licensing across Asia markets), and payment/funding behaviour.
Partner with regional marketing and compliance stakeholders on creative sign-off and go-to-market timing.
Liaise directly with Google (and, where relevant, Meta/TikTok/Snapchat) account teams on platform features, budget commitments, and escalations.
Maintain a weekly reporting cadence on spend, revenue, ROAS, and CPA for your regions, flagging anomalies before they show up in monthly numbers.
What we're looking for:
3+ years of hands-on PPC management,
with fintech, trading, or regulated financial services
experience is a must have. You understand compliance-driven creative constraints, deposit-based KPIs, and CFD/trading audience behaviour — this is not transferable from a generic e-commerce or app-growth background without a steep ramp-up.
Direct, deep platform experience in Google Ads (Search, PMax, UAC) — this is the core requirement.
Paid social platform experience (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat Ads Manager) is a strong bonus, not a requirement.
Working knowledge of mobile attribution constraints (iOS ATT/SKAD, modelled vs deterministic conversion data).
Comfort operating across multiple markets and currencies simultaneously; prior exposure to APAC or ANZ paid media specifically is a strong plus.
Analytical fluency: able to read a performance dashboard and turn it into a budget or bidding decision without hand-holding.
Experience working within a regulated advertising environment (financial promotions rules, regional ad standards bodies) is a plus; willingness to learn the company's compliance doctrine is a requirement.
Fluent written and verbal English
; additional Asia-region language skills (Mandarin, Vietnamese, Bahasa) are a plus but not required.

Its performance, reliability, and UX directly impact payment success rates, conversion, and revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build a fast, simple, mobile-first interface that works well across browsers, WebViews, and in-app browsers, including on low-end devices and slow networks.
- Improve Checkout performance and stability by finding bottlenecks and fixing issues in key user flows.
- Use product data and experiments to find friction in the Checkout funnel, test ideas, and improve conversion.
- Investigate production issues using logs, traces, product events, and metrics, and work with APIs and backend services when needed.
- Take part in technical decisions and code reviews and help maintain frontend code quality.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Strong understanding of browsers, networking, and mobile web.
- Experience improving web performance, including FCP, LCP, profiling, bundle size, and resource loading.

- Ability to own your work from implementation and release to stable operation in production.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, gaming, or other consumer products with a large mobile audience.
- Understanding of payment concepts such as 3DS, payment statuses, saved payment methods, declines, and refunds.
- Understanding of frontend security, including CSP, iframe security, and PCI scope.
- Ability to read Go or Python and understand backend logic and APIs.
- Experience using AI tools in day-to-day development.
WHY JOIN US
- World-class team – work alongside experienced professionals from around the globe who have built products used by millions of players
- High growth, high impact – be part of a fast-growing company where ideas turn into products and reach customers in days, not months
- Autonomy and ownership – we trust people to make decisions, take initiative, and drive results
- Modern tools and technology – use AI, automation, and modern tools as part of your everyday work
- Equity – participate in the company's growth and long-term success

Role Purpose
The AI Product Stream Lead defines and delivers AI-powered supply chain solutions that solve real customer and operations problems on the Cargoo platform. You own a product stream end to end, from framing where AI creates value (automation, decision support, agents) to shipping it and proving it works in production.
You lead a cross-functional team, balancing customer value, technical and data feasibility, AI quality and cost, business priorities and delivery timelines. You also help set how Cargoo builds product in an AI-native way.
Key Responsibilities
AI Product Vision & Strategy
Shape the stream’s product vision and strategy with stakeholders, in line with Cargoo’s AI strategy and customer needs.
Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across freight operations (e.g. exception handling, quoting, document processing, planning and execution support) by value, feasibility and risk.
Decide where AI should automate, where it should assist, and where a human must stay in control.
Own product decisions, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, AI quality, cost, business priorities and delivery timelines.
Leadership & Delivery
Lead the development team through the whole product lifecycle, from discovery to rollout and adoption.
Decide scope, schedule and quality, including when an AI feature is good enough to ship and when it needs another iteration.
Run fast discovery loops: prototype with AI tools, validate with real users and data, then commit.
Make sure the team meets internal policies, data protection rules and responsible-AI standards (incl. EU AI Act awareness).
Product Management & Requirements
Create clear Use Cases, Requirements and Business Rules. For AI features, add expected behaviour, edge cases, failure modes and escalation paths.
Define success and evaluation criteria for AI features with engineering: accuracy, latency, cost per task and acceptable error rates, backed by representative test sets.
Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria that cover both deterministic logic and probabilistic AI behaviour.
Work with engineering and data owners on data readiness: which data we need, its quality, and who owns it.
Own and continuously refine the Product Backlog so the team always works on the highest-value opportunities.
Track adoption and impact after release (time saved, automation rate, user trust) and feed the learning back into the roadmap.
AI-Native Ways of Working
Use AI tools every day for research, specs, prototyping, data analysis and feedback synthesis.
Help the team and wider product org adopt AI-assisted delivery practices.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience
5+ years managing software development projects, strongly preferably as a Product Owner.
Proven managerial skills: team leadership, decision-making and conflict resolution.
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Informatics or a related field.
Technical Skills (Must Have)
Deep understanding of Agile values, principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and the ability to apply them well.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to make product decisions.
Solid working understanding of how LLMs and AI agents work, what they are good at, and where they fail (hallucinations, non-determinism, cost, latency).
Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Strong Plus
Having shipped at least one AI/ML or LLM-based feature to production.
Experience defining evaluation criteria or test sets for AI features.
Logistics background or experience with logistics solutions.
Experience with data products, workflow automation or decision-support systems.
Behavioral Traits
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences, including customers, executives, managers and subject matter experts. Able to explain AI trade-offs in plain language.
Strong leadership and decision-making, able to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
Analytical, structured and value-driven in prioritization. Evidence over hype.
Curious and fast-learning, comfortable with ambiguity and quick iteration.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to 2-3 days a month on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not necessarily as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

About the role
n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts.
You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals.
This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory
🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning
🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast
🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations
🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery
🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk
📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature
📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps
🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion
🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed)
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments
🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages)
🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny
🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts
🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.)
🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch
📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment
🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity
NICE-TO-HAVES
🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals
🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories
🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving
