About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, powering support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across backend services and agent-facing tools: case lifecycle, routing and assignment, queue management, case evidence and history, and migration from legacy systems. This is a hands-on product engineering role for someone who can turn ambiguous customer and operational problems into durable technical solutions.
What you’ll do
Lead one or more project-level Case Management initiatives from discovery and design through rollout, measurement, and operational ownership.
Build scalable backend services and React-based internal tools used by support operators and administrators.
Design reliable case-management capabilities, including case creation, routing, assignment, transfers, audit history, notes, attachments, and queue-management workflows.
Help deliver feature parity with legacy platforms while safely migrating traffic across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo.
Make and own technical decisions within your scope; write project-level design documents, identify dependencies and risks, and break work into parallelizable delivery plans.
Partner closely with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other engineering teams to define the right customer problems and improve the roadmap.
Raise the quality bar through thoughtful design reviews, observability, testing, incident response, documentation, and reusable patterns.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and constructive feedback.
Must-have qualifications
Strong full-stack engineering experience, including production React and TypeScript experience.
Strong backend engineering experience, including designing and operating backend services, APIs, asynchronous workflows, and data models at meaningful scale.
Demonstrated ownership of complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from technical design through production rollout.
Hands-on experience using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity, while validating generated output for correctness, security, privacy, maintainability, and reliability.
Strong product judgment: able to translate ambiguous workflows and user needs into simple, maintainable technical solutions.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions, drive alignment, and communicate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong software-engineering craft: testing, code review, observability, incident response, security, and operational readiness.
Comfortable working on systems with high correctness and auditability requirements, including traceability of decisions and changes.
A proactive mentoring mindset and willingness to raise team-wide engineering standards.
Nice-to-have qualifications
Go experience.
Experience with migration from legacy systems, gradual rollouts, traffic shadowing, and feature-parity programs.
Experience building internal tools or operational user interfaces.
Experience with high-volume, multi-region, or multi-tenant systems.
What success looks like
Delivers a major Case Management initiative with clear technical ownership, predictable execution, and measurable customer or business impact.
Improves the Common system’s reliability, usability, and maintainability while enabling safe migration from legacy case-management systems.
Helps move support traffic onto the Common system without reducing case-resolution quality.
Builds solutions that other engineers and operators can confidently reuse and operate.
Acts as a technical leader within the team: unblocks peers, improves engineering decisions, and strengthens cross-functional execution.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

— Document modules, service contracts, integration rules, and operational runbooks.
— Help design and decompose features and epics, taking the product and trading side and operational risk into account.
Qualifications:
— 5+ years of relevant experience building low-latency, high-reliability systems.
— Extensive experience in Rust.
— Good understanding of computer systems and software architecture: Linux, networking, data structures and algorithms, concurrent and parallel programming, distributed computing, and performance optimization.

— Tech-driven environment: no bureaucracy, legacy systems, or tech debt.
— Growth & development: work with top talent in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Sr Software Engineer
to join the Platform Ops team (Platform Engineering) and enable developer productivity by building and improving developer tooling and environments, and by improving other productivity tools around observability. Our team builds the shared systems and workflows engineers rely on every day—internal developer environments and self-serve tooling that makes the recommended way to ship changes the easiest way. This is a platform tooling role with a focus is on reusable capabilities and self-service workflows adopted across teams.
You’ll also help develop AI-based workflows for productivity and efficiency, including automation that improves infrastructure operations (for example, faster triage, automated runbook steps, and better self-service for common issues). You’ll prioritize the highest-impact problems by looking at where time is being lost today (slow builds, flaky tests, manual release steps, repetitive operational work) and turning that into concrete projects. You’ll set clear success metrics up front and use them to guide design decisions and rollouts.
Expect to partner closely with engineering teams to drive adoption, document changes, and iterate based on feedback. You’ll drive cross-team work across internal tooling, developer environments, observability, and reliability, focusing on measurable improvements (for example: shorter lead time, fewer incidents, and faster recovery). You’ll add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
Over time, you’ll own medium-sized projects end-to-end: identify the highest-friction workflows with partner teams, build and ship improvements, roll them out safely, and iterate based on adoption and measurable outcomes (for example: faster builds, fewer flaky tests, shorter time to debug, and less operational toil). You’ll collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, and product engineering teams to make improvements that are easy to adopt and maintain.
What You’ll Do
Build internal tools and services in
Python
and/or
Go
Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
Add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
Develop AI-based workflows that improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work, including efficiency gains in infrastructure operations
Improve developer feedback loops through better observability (metrics/logs/traces), making failures easier to diagnose
Automate common engineering workflows (scaffolding, environment setup, releases, operational runbooks)
Improve observability for platform services (metrics, logs, traces) to make issues easier to detect and debug
Integrate tools into existing workflows (CLI, Slack, GitHub, dashboards) where it reduces time-to-resolution
Participate in on-call/incident response as needed and drive follow-up automation to prevent repeat issues
Skills We’re Looking For
Professional software engineering experience in
Python
and/or
Go
Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
Experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS
,
Azure
, or
GCP
)
Strong fundamentals: testing, code review, debugging, and operating production services
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-team environment
You'll have an edge if you have:
Kubernetes experience
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), including reusable modules and safe state management

As a staff engineer on the team, you’ll lead medium-to-large initiatives end-to-end: define the problem with stakeholders, write a design and rollout plan, build and operate the solution in Python/Go, and measure results. You’ll work across Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, and product engineering teams to make improvements that are adopted broadly and remain reliable over time.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end projects that improve developer tooling, environments, and operational workflows (speed, reliability, and safety)
Design and operate internal tooling/services in
Python
and/or
Go
Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
Design/build and document “paved paths” and self-service capabilities so teams can ship without extensive platform expertise
Improve reliability through automation and observability (metrics/logs/traces), and drive incident follow-ups to reduce recurrence
Set technical direction (design docs, tradeoffs, sequencing) and drive delivery across stakeholders
Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
Skills We’re Looking For
:
Strong experience building and operating production services in
Python
and/or
Go
Experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS
,
Azure
, or
GCP
) and core primitives (IAM, networking, compute)
Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects to completion
Strong communication and engineering judgment
You'll have an edge if you have
:
Kubernetes/platform abstractions experience
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), including reusable modules, safe state practices, and modernization of shared platform foundations
Experience building internal developer platforms (IDPs) / developer portals / self-service tooling

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ CTO FOUNDER ASSOCIATE INTERNSHIP ⭐
The position is open for an immediate starting date, for a six-month internship.
CTO Founder Associates support the CTO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy and building new processes/standards internally and externally. It is a unique chance to work on many tasks in a different and non traditional environment.
You will be highly involved in key challenges for Alan, and will be asked to support high added value tasks for Alan.
⭐ DETAILED MISSIONS ⭐
As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a CTO FA, as you can be asked to help on almost any subject.
Possible projects include:
- Tech: Exploring new technologies and their applications for Alan
- Artificial Intelligence: Implementing internal solutions that leverage AI to optimize processes
- Strategy: Contributing to company vision, market analysis, and growth modelling
- Product: Identifying and exploring strategic opportunities
- Corporate & Governance: Supporting board packs, legal research, and public affairs
- Brand & Communication: Developing corporate presence at events and on social media
- Growth: Coordinating RFPs, supporting marketing and partnerships
- Recurring tasks: Coordinating the weekly internal communication, supporting the CTO with his weekly social posts, organizing the monthly event gathering all the Alaners, recruiting the next batch of FAs.
- And many more...
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of the internship period, the intern will have:
- Created new processes and resources, and contributed innovative ideas to improve Founders Associates team efficiency and autonomy
- Gained skills to start your own company as a CTO
- Met incredibly talented and smart people

- Interacted with most of Alan’s communities (Engineers, Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Talent)
- Gained a 360 view of Alan
- Contributed to at least one strategic company project (new product launch, AI model implementation, etc.).
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- Analytical sense and critical thinking: FAs possess strong abilities to frame the right questions, objectively analyze problems, and simulate possible outcomes.
- Business and product sense: FAs need excellent understanding to think at the company level, assess cross-cutting impacts, and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Execution and collaboration: The ability to orchestrate and direct people towards objectives is key, given the scope and timeline of work.
- Versatility and education: given the scope of work, FAs should be able to jump from one topic to another with similar impact.
- Organization, time management and autonomy: FAs must excel in managing projects precisely and reliably with minimal external assistance.
- Effective communication: FAs interact with numerous Alaners daily, and therefore need to clearly express their needs, and inspire action in others.
- Always looking for the extra mile: FAs are expected to deliver tasks quickly and well while proactively proposing new initiatives and anticipating future needs.
- Growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow as an FA in your early professional life.
- Fluency in spoken and written English. All our communications are written and in English.
- High agency: FAs seek problems in their environment to solve and are committed to making things happen, whether by building projects, organizing events, mobilizing people towards an idea, etc. When faced with an unfamiliar problem, FAs' first instinct is to find a solution, not to wait for someone else to show them how.
- AI fluency: FAs are comfortable building with AI tools and have artifacts to show -- a tool, a prototype, a workflow, etc
- Technical conceptual understanding: FAs are not necessarily software engineers, but they do have a strong grasp on how technical systems work at a conceptual level. FAs are oftentimes the connection between technical and non-technical teams, so they need to be able to brainstorm with engineers, evaluate tradeoffs, and own technical projects end to end
