ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenCreative brings together leading image and video models alongside our own audio models, so our users can make everything they need in one place. We are looking for someone to own our relationships with the model providers who make that possible, starting with video.
You will be the main point of contact for our model partners, help bring new models to ElevenCreative, and build partnerships that are good for our partners, our users, and our business. You will work closely with product, engineering, finance, marketing, and sales.
This is a green-field role. You will define how we work with model partners as the ecosystem grows.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Build and manage relationships with image and video model providers.
- Identify and evaluate new partners and models to bring to ElevenCreative.
- Own the commercial side of our partnerships, working closely with finance.
- Drive marketing including joint launches, campaigns, and co-marketing.
- Work with product and engineering to shape which models we offer and when.
- Support enterprise sales on partnership needs for large customers.
- Stay close to the generative video landscape and the models creators and marketers want next.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for someone who combines strong partnership skills with sound commercial judgment. You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have 5 - 8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles at a technology company, ideally in AI or infrastructure.
- Have deep familiarity with the generative AI model landscape.
- Are comfortable with numbers and can connect partnership decisions to business outcomes.
- Can manage several partner relationships at once and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Have worked cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and marketing.
- Can operate with US and European timezone overlap, with flexibility for partners in Asia.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where you define the playbook rather than follow one.
BONUS
- Experience working with AI model or API providers.
- Familiarity with usage-based or credit-based pricing.
- Experience running co-marketing or channel partnerships.
LOCATION
This role is remote. The team operates across US and European time zones, so the ability to maintain meaningful overlap with both is important.

Are you a builder who thrives in ambiguity, gets energy from talking to real users, and wants to turn emerging agentic AI capabilities into a product people actually rely on?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
NoPressure is an early-stage startup within JetBrains' Innovation Hub. We started by using AI-powered simulations to help people practice high-stakes workplace conversations. Now, we're exploring how agentic AI and real-world context can provide personalized, moment-of-need practice and support at work.
We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence / Product Lead to partner with our technical founder. This is a 0→1 role where you’ll define our vision and venture strategy. You’ll figure out who our ideal customer is, identify high-value use cases, and validate key hypotheses through rapid experimentation. Working alongside a small, fast-moving engineering team, you will shape both the product and how it gets to market, turning early signals into something organizations want to adopt.
Day to day, you will:
Define the product and venture strategy, identifying key uncertainties and deciding what to test and build first.
Conduct continuous customer discovery to understand real workplace workflows, pain points, and behaviors.
Pinpoint the most compelling ideal customer profile (ICP) and initial use cases for growth.
Design and run lightweight experiments, prototypes, and agentic experiences to test hypotheses before committing full engineering resources.
Establish clear metrics and evaluate commercial and behavioral evidence to decide whether to iterate, double down, or pivot.
Shape positioning, messaging, and early acquisition or sales motions to bring the product to initial customers.
Monitor market shifts, emerging agent architectures, and competitor developments to uncover new opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the technical founder and engineering team to move quickly from ideas to shipped prototypes.
What you’ll bring
A builder mindset that favors quick prototypes and direct learning over waiting for perfect requirements.
Deep curiosity about how people build new skills and navigate challenging interactions at work.
Comfort operating with high autonomy, speed, and decision-making under uncertainty.
Strong discovery skills that separate genuine demand and observed behavior from polite validation.
Clear, direct communication skills for pitching to and working with senior decision-makers.
Strong collaboration habits when partnering closely with engineering teams on AI-native products.
What you’ll need
A Track record of taking products or ventures from initial ambiguity to launch and early market adoption.
Hands-on experience building, launching, or experimenting with AI/agentic products or emerging technologies.
Demonstrated experience in early customer acquisition, founder-led sales, positioning, or commercialization.
Experience in L&D, coaching, sales enablement, HR tech, or behavior-change products.
The technical fluency required to evaluate agentic workflows and work directly alongside software engineers.
End-to-end ownership experience across strategy, discovery, product development, and go-to-market strategy.
What success looks like
In this role, success means rapidly turning market ambiguity into actionable direction. You will establish a validated ideal customer profile and high-value use cases through real user evidence rather than assumptions. You’ll build an experimental cadence that uncovers genuine demand early, helping the team ship an agentic AI experience that users regularly rely on and organizations actively invest in.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. More than 9 million developers and 250,000+ customers now build on Supabase, and the majority of new databases on the platform are created by AI app builders — so the systems underneath have to stay reliable while they grow fast.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Container Engineering (ConEng) owns the internal container platform that runs Supabase's multi-tenant, multi-region services — the managed Kubernetes platform that other engineering teams build and deploy on top of. We own cluster lifecycle and cluster classes, multi-cluster and multi-region topology, capacity, scheduling, isolation and runtime safety, the higher-level platform APIs, the Kubernetes deployment contract and Argo semantics, rollout primitives, and runtime configuration and secret injection.
Your job is to make the platform itself trustworthy, observable, and cheap to operate at scale — and to raise the reliability bar for everyone who depends on it. This is not a gatekeeper role. You'll make the reliable path the easy path: building the automation and platform APIs that let product teams run safely by default, instrumenting what we operate, and making sure that when something breaks we detect it and recover fast.
The work spans three strength areas:
Tooling & ecosystem — deep knowledge of the container and orchestration landscape (Kubernetes, containerd/OCI, the CNCF ecosystem) and a clear point of view on how to compose it.
Software engineering — designing and building the platform's automation, controllers, and internal tooling as production code, including solutions that don't come pre-shaped by an existing tool.
Operational / SRE practice — the discipline (SLOs, error budgets, incident response, ORRs) that runs the platform at scale as a predictable one.
We expect you to be genuinely deep in at least one of these, and many of our strongest candidates are deep in two (usually leaning toward one). Bringing real strength across all three is rare and exceptional — and even then, no one is equally strong in all three at once, so you'd focus where you're most needed at any given time. Different profiles are welcome here; tell us which of these is your center of gravity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Regardless of the skill set, all team members carry a share of the team's on-call rota, responding to platform incidents and driving them to resolution and follow-up.
Platform reliability & operations
- Define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets for the container platform itself, and build error-budget policies that actually gate platform changes.
- Own the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) process for new platform capabilities and major changes.
- Design and track metrics for platform uptime, and increase observability into the platform by capturing the right metrics, logs, and traces across the platform layers.
- Drive the incident-to-improvement pipeline: facilitate blameless postmortems, connect findings to readiness gaps, spot repeat failure patterns, and push through systemic fixes.
Software engineering
- Build and maintain the platform's automation, controllers, operators, and internal tooling — writing production code and shipping it, not just wiring together existing tools.
- Design and implement the platform-side CI/CD and rollout primitives that speed up platform deployments while working within proper change and release management.
- Implement and maintain security automation for the platform: intrusion detection, automated remediation, and patch management.
- Identify and quantify operational toil, and build the automation that removes it rather than just documenting it.
- Contribute to the platform's continual testing automation — the test suites and pipelines that validate platform releases are fit for purpose before they reach tenants.
Tooling, ecosystem & architecture
- Act as a platform reliability and architecture expert — contribute to failure-mode analysis, dependency mapping, and resilience design for multi-tenant container workloads.
- Evaluate and evolve the platform's tooling ecosystem (orchestration, runtime, networking, isolation, and observability stack) with a clear, opinionated view on trade-offs.
- Improve system architecture to reduce infrastructure cost while balancing security, reliability, and performance across tenants.
- Guide teams building on the platform to design sustainable on-call practices for their own services: alert quality, escalation paths, runbook coverage, and noise reduction.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years in platform engineering, container/Kubernetes platform operations, SRE, or production infrastructure, and have operated production systems at scale and carried on-call for them.
- Are genuinely deep in at least one — ideally two — of the three strength areas below (and tell us which is your center of gravity):
- Tooling & ecosystem — know the container/orchestration landscape well: Kubernetes, containerd and the OCI/CRI standards, and the surrounding CNCF ecosystem (e.g. Argo CD/Argo Rollouts for GitOps and progressive delivery; Cilium/eBPF networking and the Gateway API; Karpenter/KEDA-style autoscaling; and workload-isolation runtimes such as gVisor or Kata Containers). You reason about trade-offs rather than reaching for defaults.
- Software engineering — write real production code (Go and/or a comparable systems language) and can build controllers, operators, and platform APIs — stepping back to the underlying problem and building the right solution when no off-the-shelf tool fits.
- Operational / SRE practice — are fluent in SLOs, error budgets, and operational KPIs; have led incident response and blameless postmortems; and have driven down MTTD/MTTR for systems you operated.
- Have worked with large-scale multi-tenant systems and understand isolation as a spectrum — from namespaces, RBAC, network policies, and resource quotas through to stronger primitives such as virtual clusters (e.g. vCluster) or VM-class runtimes.
- Operate confidently on AWS (multiple accounts, IAM, VPC) and are comfortable with infrastructure-as-code (Pulumi preferred; Terraform/CDK also fine) and Kubernetes.
- Script and automate to eliminate toil rather than absorb it.

If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
This is a full-stack role where you help bring ideas to life from concept to real sales and where you're just as excited to shoot content as you are to help plan around it. You'll be working across three of our own brands - Mrs. Quilty, Hooks & Needles, and This Month's Craft Box.
You'll work closely with marketing, design, and development - helping turn customer insights into landing pages, funnels, and campaigns that people actually want to click, read, and buy from. And on the social side, you're the one actually making the content: filming, shooting, editing, posting, and chasing the next trend before it's over.
If you love:
- creating content as much as helping plan it
- mixing strategy with execution
- testing ideas
- improving funnels
- making pretty things convert
…and you've played with AI tools to move faster, build smarter, or test better ideas, you might be our person 👀
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Keep an eye on current trends and find fun, on-brand ways to jump on them fast.
- Help manage and grow our social channels, including our Facebook community.
- Keep track of what's performing and flag what's working (and what's not).
- Checking Loox reviews (if needed)
- Managing influencer ad comments
🧠 Marketing Support
- Help put marketing plans into action.
- Assist with customer research and keeping tabs on market trends.
- Pull together performance data and share it with the team.
- Bring fresh ideas to help improve our funnels and campaigns.
- Help keep marketing projects on track from idea to launch.
✍️ Creative & Content Magic
- Write copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that sounds human and sells.
- Review design work and give feedback so it looks on-brand and converts.
- Work with the design team on ad creative production.
🌐 Landing Pages & Website Optimization
- QA landing pages like a detective: checking UX, flow, and functionality.
- Help run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with developers on website updates and improvements.
🤝 Team Glue
- Help connect marketing, design, and development.
- Put together clear briefs so everyone knows what to build and why.
- Keep track of project progress and update the team.
🔍 Customer Research & Insights
- Collect and organize customer feedback and data.
- Help spot pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Use insights to support acquisition and sales efforts.
🤖 AI Tools & Smarter Execution
- Use AI tools (like GPT, image/video generators, automation platforms) to speed up tasks, test ideas faster, and get more done with less grind.
- Spot areas where AI can help the team move quicker or build smarter.
🦊 WHY FOXELLI?
We’re not into boring corporate marketing.
We like:
- smart ideas
- quirky personality
- strong execution
- and people who take ownership
You’ll have space to think, test, build, and grow with us - and actually see the impact of your work.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
Ribbon AI Interview - Ribbon is a short, guided video step that helps us understand your thinking style in a calm, private space.
Interview -A conversation with your manager to feel the work chemistry, get to know each other, and explore what we could build together.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
up to € 1,400 euros after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.
❕Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Apploye ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.
ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
- Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
