About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
Improvado is a marketing data platform for enterprise brands and agencies. You will own how our revenue runs and how it is measured. That covers Salesforce and the GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports leadership decides from. You work closely with the analytics team: you don’t have to build the data models yourself, but you must read them, spot what is wrong and say what to change. You work through AI agents daily, doing the work of a bigger team.
What you will do
Salesforce and GTM stack
Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing).
Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that block mistakes. Manage licences and vendor renewals.
Maintain the Salesforce manual and RevOps SOPs, and train new hires.
Contract to cash
Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep agreement, opportunity, and invoice consistent.
Run the closed-deals and billing check with Finance. Fix errors at the source and add a control so they don’t repeat.
Audit invoices, track and chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
Revenue analytics and data model
Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, the forecast and pipeline coverage (including CS renewal inputs).
Track funnel conversion, explain why deals move, stall or slip, and keep attribution correct with Marketing.
Query ClickHouse daily, trace any number to its source, and write specs for model changes. Give each metric one documented definition and add data quality checks.
Build leadership dashboards, retire unused ones, and end every analysis with a recommendation, a number and an owner.
AI and automation
Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries, scripts and Salesforce automation, and always verify their output.
Automate manual work (invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, call analysis) and measure hours saved and errors avoided.
Ownership
Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product. Turn each request into a task with an owner, date and success metric.
Requirements
4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric). dbt is a plus.
Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use.
Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.
Nice to have
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse, and any BI tool.
Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, API).
Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools.
Billing, CPQ, or accounting systems.
HubSpot to Salesforce migration.
Attribution or CS health score data.
Martech or analytics company background.

Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use.
Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ROLE OVERVIEW
You’ll be LangChain’s first Emerging Talent Recruiter, and you’ll build our intern and new grad program from scratch. Many of the best early-career engineers already build on LangChain and LangGraph. Your job is to hire them first and turn schools, student groups, and campus communities into a lasting pipeline for LangChain.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Set up the processes, tools, and metrics we’ll use to track and improve the program.
- Support with talent brand and marketing initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Experience building or scaling an intern or new grad program, with numbers to show for it.
- Strong relationships with universities and outside partners.
- Ability to work independently, run several hiring cycles at once, and make decisions with data.
- Clear communication, including explaining LangChain’s mission to early-career engineers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience recruiting engineering, product, or data talent.
- Time at an early-stage or venture-backed startup.
- Experience running campus events, hackathons, or technical programs.
WHAT WE OFFER
- A blank page. You’re our first hire in this role. You decide how we find, hire, and grow early-career talent.
- A product students already use. Many of the engineers you’ll recruit already build with LangChain and LangGraph, so you start with real credibility on campus.
- Room to grow. We’re about 400 people and still growing fast. As the program grows, your scope grows with it.
- A team that moves. We aim high, ship early, and say what we see. You’ll work with recruiters and hiring managers who move quickly and care about the details.
Compensation
- Annual salary range: $135,000- $190,000

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter -you’ll feel at home with us.
THE ROLE
We're building an AI-powered entertainment studio producing addictive vertical micro-drama series for US audiences, primarily women aged 35–55.
We're looking for a creative director with exceptional storytelling instincts, strong cinematic taste, and a deep understanding of human emotions.
Your mission is simple: turn good scripts into emotionally powerful episodes that people can't stop watching.
You'll work with screenwriters, AI video creators, and editors, taking creative ownership from script review to the final finished episode.
You won't need to write the scripts or generate every video yourself. Your role is to guide the creative execution, identify what needs improvement, and ensure every episode meets our standards.
No AI experience? No problem. We’re looking for exceptional storytellers and filmmakers, not AI experts. If you’re a talented screenwriter or director, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about AI filmmaking technologies.
We believe AI is opening up incredible new opportunities for creative professionals, allowing them to bring their ideas to life faster and with fewer traditional production limitations. You’ll have the opportunity to learn cutting-edge tools, develop valuable new skills, and become part of the next generation of filmmaking.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Script Review & Creative Direction
- Review season storylines and individual episode screenplays.
- Evaluate storytelling, emotional impact, character motivations, hooks, and cliffhangers.
- Approve scripts or provide specific, actionable feedback to screenwriters.
- Add directing instructions only when necessary. If the script is already strong and production-ready, approve it without unnecessary changes.
2. Direct AI Video Production
- Establish the visual style and creative standards for each series.
- Guide AI video creators on cinematography, framing, character performance, lighting, and emotional delivery.
- Review generated footage and identify scenes or shots that need improvement.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across episodes.
3. Editing & Final Approval
- Review episode edits for pacing, tension, emotional impact, music, sound design, and visual storytelling.
- Give clear, prioritized feedback to editors.
- Approve final episodes before release.
- Ensure the finished video delivers the intended emotional experience.
4. Production Quality & Efficiency
- Work with multiple AI video creators and editors.
- Help the team increase production speed without sacrificing creative quality.
- Identify recurring production problems and improve workflows.
- Use audience feedback and retention data to improve future episodes.
WHO YOU ARE
- Exceptional storytelling instincts – you understand why audiences feel anger, excitement, suspense, satisfaction, and anticipation.
- Strong cinematic judgment – you know how camera angles, acting, editing, lighting, and sound influence emotions.
- Experience in directing or filmmaking – ideally film, television, serialized drama, or narrative short-form video.
- Understanding of AI filmmaking – you know the capabilities and limitations of AI video generation and how they affect production decisions.
- Strong attention to detail – you easily spot continuity errors, weak performances, awkward cuts, or emotional moments that don't work.
- Clear communicator – you can explain exactly what's wrong, why it matters, and how to fix it.
- Pragmatic – you don't make changes just to make changes. You know when something is good enough to approve.
- Comfortable with fast-paced production – you can make strong creative decisions quickly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
BIG PLUS
- Experience directing drama, romance, thrillers, soap operas, or telenovelas.
- Experience with AI filmmaking tools such as Kling, Runway, Seedance, or similar.
- Experience leading creative production teams.
- Understanding of audience retention and performance-driven storytelling.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Episodes consistently deliver strong emotional impact, hooks, and cliffhangers.
- Screenwriters and AI creators receive clear, useful feedback without unnecessary revisions.
- The team produces more high-quality episodes while keeping production costs under control.
- Finished episodes maintain consistent cinematic quality and improve based on audience feedback.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Video is an essential distribution channel for Supabase, and we're building our video effort from the ground up. You'll support our devrel team to make short-form and longer-form video, owning each video from idea to published. - Work in person with the short-form DevRel on street-style content, on location.
- Keep production on track: schedules, shoots, files, and approvals.
- Publish across YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and X, and use what performs to shape the next ideas.
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF:
- You're a scrappy, high agency person who gets things finished and follows up without being asked.
- You live in San Francisco or are willing to relocate.
- You have a portfolio and real experience producing short-form or long-form video, with hands-on camera, audio, and editing skills.
- You're organized and detail-oriented, and interested in AI coding tools and the developer world. You don't need to be technical.
- Early-career friendly.
