It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
We are building Alan's Care function in Saudi Arabia, and you will be the person who makes sure every member trusts Alan when they need us most. You'll build the function from zero: process, tooling, quality bar, then scale it, while handling the conversations that matter most yourself.
Founding the function
- Handle directly the member contacts that stay in-house: admin requests, escalations, complex cases.
- Write the scripts, guidelines, and documentation that make Care work in Saudi from day one.
- Shape the operating model on the ground together with the GM Saudi and the global Care community: opening hours, shift coverage, tooling setup (Intercom and others), and how traffic splits between in-house and externalized support.
What success looks like: a documented, working Care operation that can pass regulatory scrutiny and handle real member conversations from launch.
Owning quality on externalized support
- Own the quality bar for everything we externalize: review calls and tickets in Arabic, coach our outsourcing partner's agents, and close the loop between what members experience and what we improve.
What success looks like: externalized conversations meet Alan's quality bar, and gaps get caught and fixed before they become member complaints.
Owning regulatory accountability
- Own the complaint-handling policy and the regulatory SLAs on complaints.
- Prepare the documentation and readiness for the Insurance Authority inspection.
What success looks like: Alan passes Insurance Authority inspection with a clear, accountable answer on every complaint-handling question asked.
You won't be building this alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team on process design, tooling, forecasting, and planning, the same team behind our Care launches in France, Belgium, and Canada. You bring the on-the-ground execution and Arabic-language expertise; they bring the playbooks and cross-market experience.
👀 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- You are a founding operator. You've built an operational function from scratch before, or you're ready to do it for the first time with real ownership.
- You are hands-on in ambiguity. You're happy to answer tickets yourself on day one while designing the system in parallel. Some decisions on coverage model and tooling are still being finalized, and you'll help make them.
- You are AI-first. You're excited to work on automation and tooling, not just process.
- You lead with ownership and directness. You hold an outsourcing partner accountable to a quality bar without hesitation.
- You are genuinely energized by great customer experience. When a member is frustrated, you don't just close the ticket, you make sure they walk away feeling cared for.
- You understand the member's stakes. Ideally, you've seen pre-authorization, claims, or member frustration points up close, in health insurance, health services, or a comparable regulated environment.
⭐️ REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
Must-haves
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written. Both are mandatory: Arabic for the QA work on Arabic-language conversations, English for collaboration with the global Care community and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating with significant ambiguity: building the system and doing the work at the same time.
- Strong ownership and directness, including holding an external partner accountable to a quality bar.
- Genuine interest in AI-first tooling and automation.
Nice-to-haves
- Health insurance, health services, or financial services background; understanding of pre-authorization, claims, and member frustration points in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience building or scaling an operational/support function from scratch.
- Familiarity with the Saudi regulatory environment (Insurance Authority requirements).
Level target: B1-C1 on Alan's level grid.
⭐ WHAT WE OFFER
- A world-class team to lean on: you won't be alone. You'll have the full support of Alan's global Care Ops team, and the full team's playbooks from launching Care in France, Belgium, and Canada.
- Real ownership and impact from day one, on a function you build yourself.
- As the team scales, this role has the potential to grow into leading a local team.

About the role
🤓
Data trust is becoming one of the most important challenges in the era of AI analytics.
Self-service analytics has always required strong foundations. Now, with the rise of LLMs and AI agents, the opportunity is bigger, but so is the risk. Pointing an AI assistant at a warehouse can create a false sense of precision if the underlying data model, definitions, documentation and ownership are not clear.
As a Data & AI Governance Specialist at seQura, you will help build the foundations that allow teams to find, trust, understand and apply data and AI safely, autonomously and responsibly.
You will work at the intersection of business, data, AI, legal, privacy and security teams, translating complex requirements into clear workflows, usable standards and technical solutions.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Collaborate with domain stewards and analysts to maintain a unified data dictionary, clear business metric definitions and AI model documentation.
Partner with Core Data, Data Science & AI, Business and Engineering teams to implement automated data quality checks across pipelines, health and performance monitoring dashboards/alerts.
Manage and improve the data catalog, AI model inventory and model registry so assets are organized, searchable, well documented and easy to understand.
Help Data Champions and AI Owners succeed by giving them clear templates, training, tooling and documentation rather than relying on manual approval gates.
Act as the operational bridge between Legal, Privacy, Security and Data & AI teams to support GDPR, SOC 2 and EU AI Act readiness.
Champion a culture where quality and responsible AI are collective responsibilities, supported by automation, ownership and practical enablement.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To amplify seQura’s value by enabling anyone to autonomously find, trust, understand and apply data and AI to make smarter decisions.
What we own
You will join the Data & AI Governance vertical, working closely with the Data Governance Lead, the wider Data & AI team and business stakeholders across seQura.
This team owns the foundations that make self-service analytics and responsible AI possible: metadata, documentation, ownership, quality standards, lineage, data and model discoverability, access governance and AI risk workflows.
How we work
Data is treated as a product
, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Governance acts as an enablement layer
, rather than a blocker.
Self-service systems are prioritized
over manual approval processes.
Close collaboration with domain experts
helps turn business knowledge into reusable, trusted data assets.
What to expect in the next 90 days
🏁
Month 1
You will onboard into seQura’s Data & AI organization, understand how our data model, access groups and governance practices work today, and start researching the semantic layer foundations needed to support reliable AI-assisted analytics.
Month 2
You will start working on metadata and ontology graph initiatives, helping connect business concepts to the right data entities, definitions and ownership structures.
Month 3
You will contribute to warehouse optimization and access marketplace initiatives, helping make governed data assets easier to discover, request, use and maintain across teams.
Tech stack & environment
🛠️
You will work with tools and systems that support data cataloging, metadata management, self-service analytics, data quality, access governance and documentation.
What you’ll need 🤝
Must have:
Ability to translate business, legal or privacy requirements into practical solutions with technical teams.
2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in any of these areas: Data Governance, Data Quality Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI Operations or a related area.
Experience working with data teams to implement policies, standards or governance practices in real systems.
Experience operating modern data catalog, metadata or documentation tools.
Strong communication skills across business stakeholders, technical data teams and legal or privacy teams.
Strong analytical ability to trace data quality issues back through pipelines, models or workflows and support root-cause resolution.
A self-service mindset: you prefer clear standards, automation and enablement over manual approval gates.
Nice to have:
Practical understanding of AI and ML lifecycles.
Experience with Generative AI application patterns.
Understanding of AI cataloging, model inventories or model registries.
Familiarity with AI bias detection or mitigation practices.
Working knowledge of foundational AI privacy and regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act.
Experience with OpenMetadata, Metabase, Omni, Redshift, Claude or similar tools.
Experience supporting semantic layer, ontology graph, access marketplace or data ownership initiatives.
Working knowledge of foundational data privacy requirements such as GDPR and SOC 2.

⭐️ SENIOR BRAND DESIGNER AT ALAN
Our Brand at Alan is precious to us, and is evolving as we grow!
As part of the Design team, the Brand designer plays a large role in cementing our brand, creates visually compelling assets to support our messaging, and uses their experience to grow a strong brand design practice.
Your missions will include:
- Define and evolve Alan's visual identity and brand systems, and make sure they hold up across every touchpoint.
- Own briefs end-to-end: understand the business problem, help shape the strategy, then explore, prioritize, and ship the solution.
- Create and art-direct campaigns and assets across the web, including our landing pages, email, advertising, and social channels, bringing the brand to life through art direction, motion, and video.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Brand to translate business objectives into visuals that convert.
- Extend brand design work into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Scale production to deliver high volumes of assets without losing quality or brand consistency.
- Leadership & mentoring:
- You lead through influence by shaping roadmaps, aligning stakeholders around well-reasoned proposals and trade-offs, and proactively communicating progress and plans.
- You raise the bar for others by coaching and mentoring designers and non-designers, and helping Alaners grow through thoughtful feedback and technical or creative leadership.
OUR CURRENT DESIGN PRIORITIES 🌟
Our Design community red thread is to grow our brand design practice and ensure consistency in order to build an established and memorable brand.
To succeed in this mission, we currently:
- Consolidating and scaling our visual identity across every touchpoint: web, email, ads, social, and increasingly our own landing pages, where brand expression and conversion design meet.
- Growing our motion and video capability: it's a big plus for this role, not a nice-to-have.
- Creating impactful physical and event experiences that bring the brand to life beyond screens.
- You are at the cutting edge of AI-enabled design and creative workflows, actively experimenting with emerging models and tools and turning them into practical ways to improve the quality, speed, and impact of your work.
- Extending brand identity into our Health & Prevention area, alongside our core Marketing & Brand responsibilities.
- Shaping how Alan's mascot and visual universe show up, used deliberately, not everywhere.
IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT 👯♀️
- 4+ years' experience, ideally in a product company or startup, we're hiring at a Senior level.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are an experienced user of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere is a plus).
- Comfortable with generative AI tools, and keen to experiment with new approaches as you push creative boundaries within brand guidelines.
- A deep understanding of growth, campaigns, and conversion-focused design, with a strong sense of how visuals drive business outcomes.
- Able to scale and deliver high volumes of assets while keeping quality and brand consistency intact.
- Understands business objectives and audiences, and can turn a brief into impactful visuals autonomously.
- Experienced designing for online platforms: websites, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
- You excel at communicating and articulating creative choices in a compelling way.
- You're structured, and understand that goals and constraints need to be clarified before executing.
- A portfolio showing real product/company work (not just agency spec work), illustration capability, and range across formats.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Paris (preferred), or Marseille, Bordeaux, Madrid, Brussels, or Barcelona.
Nice to have:
- You are familiar with concepts like target audience, branding, user experience (UX), and conversion optimization.
- You possess great 3D skills

⭐️ THE RISK & INTERNAL CONTROL ROLE ⭐️
Alan's Corporate team brings together Risk, Internal Control, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Governance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly. Internal Control helps design, implement and monitor controls within the business so operations run in line with members' interests, the strategy, our objectives and the law.
We are looking for a high-potential risk and internal control professional who can identify and manage risks, define and own control activities end-to-end, and grow into ownership of more complex control scopes over time.
This is not a traditional, box-checking control role. We build solutions and act as genuine business partners on risks. This is an opportunity to be part of the next generation of risk professionals: developing automated controls, documentation and using AI to detect emerging risks early.
⭐️ YOUR MISSIONS ⭐️
- Risk Management
- You will help strengthening our system for identifying and monitoring risks on an international scope
- You will co-build the next generation of risk tooling
- Internal Control
- You will define and implement control frameworks on processes, leveraging Alan’s culture of transparency and distributed ownership, and pushing for reliability and scalability: AI and automation, smart processes
- You will perform second-level reviews on high-risk areas
- You will drive efforts to ensure proper controls documentation and communicability to third parties partners
- You will support the management of audits from commercial partners and supervisors
- Team growth
- You will help expand risk management reflexes throughout the company, and assist teams such as Insurance, Operations, Security and Legal to design and implement action plans to mitigate our risks
- You will create resources to raise awareness and empower the team for risk management, internal control and regulatory compliance;
- You will support the identification and hiring of new talents for the team.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- At least two years of experience in internal control or a risk function - in insurance, a Big Four, or a regulated / fast-growing environment
- Fluent in both French and English
- A solid understanding of Solvency II and domain expertise (e.g. insurance operations, reserving, underwriting, reporting frameworks)
- Comfort with AI and automation tools to scale controls, as well as anticipation of how AI reshapes controls
- A builder's mindset: you're excited to build something differentiated, you don't thrive solely on established processes
- A business-partner attitude: you act as a true partner to product teams, helping solve their control issues and risks rather than acting only as a controller
- A written-first and rigorous working style: you’re structured, precise and at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Multi-jurisdiction exposure (France, Belgium, Spain, Canada/OSFI)
- Exposure to the DORA framework
- Exposure to HDS and ISO 27001
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C0 to C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Role will preferably be based in Paris.
Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

⭐️ THE SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR ROLE ⭐️
Internal audit sits with Alan's Corporate team which brings together control functions: Risk, Corporate Governance & Internal Control, Legal, Compliance and Security around a shared mission: building the infrastructure that lets Alan operate at scale, safely and responsibly.
We don't do traditional audits, we are reinventing Internal Audit https://www.linkedin.com/posts/f%C3%A9licien-guilbaud-75b161b7_healthtech-internalaudit-insurance-ugcPost-7424754447500869632-PjHy/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop&rcm=ACoAABjC7PcBghrbT-Xu1F-DUgObH07qjLWZ9BA. We build things, challenge assumptions, and act as genuine partners to the business — without ever compromising our independence. The team is small, senior, and highly autonomous. And the internal audit role sits at the heart of it.
Alan is growing fast, across France, Belgium, Spain, Canada and new countries to be opened. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will:
- Lead end-to-end audits autonomously across Finance, Insurance Operations, Compliance, IT, and Security — from scoping through to Audit Committee reporting
- Own and drive closure of a meaningful share of our open recommendation backlog (15 to 20 open items)
- Represent the Internal Audit function at Audit Committee level when needed
- Co-build the next generation of audit tooling and automation within the function and the broader Corporate community
- Act as a genuine business partner and challenger — working closely with Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Compliance, and Operations
By the end of your first year, you will have independently led at least 3 full audits, contributed to at least 2 automation or tooling initiatives, and built the trust to represent the function at governance level without oversight.
⭐️ IS IT WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You may be a great fit if you have:
- 5+ years of hands-on internal audit experience, spanning operational, compliance, and financial audits
- Deep expertise in risk management across Actuarial, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Security domains
- Fluent in both French and English — you operate confidently across geographies and in front of senior governance bodies
- Strong command of the insurance and financial services industry — you understand how the business works, not just how it's regulated
- Sharp legal and regulatory instincts — you can interpret complex frameworks and translate them into actionable audit findings
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills — comfortable analyzing policies, claims, and financial data; autonomous in SQL and actively leverages AI tools in day-to-day work
- A builder at heart — excited to shape something differentiated, not looking for a conventional audit career path
- Written-first — structured, precise, and fully at ease with Alan's async communication culture
As a plus:
- Comfort auditing automated and data-driven processes (data quality, system controls, operational workflows)
- Exposure to IT, cybersecurity, or infrastructure audits
- Experience managing recommendation tracking at scale, including with engineering or product teams
For this role, we are looking to hire within the C to E level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower.
And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the team in charge of building smart products offering the most delightful and scalable Customer Service to 1M+ members.
We have developed a team of AI agents that brings immediate and personalized answers to about 50% of member's questions.
And when it is not enough, we seamlessly transfer the question to our care experts team. We build the cockpit for that handoff and the tooling for the humans who take over. It lets a care expert steer, correct, and supercharge the AI: routing requests, surfacing the right context at the right moment and drafting replies. The expert stays in command; the AI does the heavy lifting.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Your decisions affect Alan’s scaling, growth, profitability and ability to provide delightful experience to members when they need it the most.
- Human + AI, done right: You won't build AI that replaces people. You'll build the control surface that lets human experts drive the AI - the tools that decide what happens when the AI alone isn't enough.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Full-stack experience (backend and frontend)
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.
Our stack is React, Python/Flask, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. If you are not familiar with this stack but are a keen learner, it is totally fine. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:

- Location: Athens, Greece
- Reporting to: Production Team Leader
- Type of Contract: Permanent

- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required).
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
The AIT Technician builds ICEYE's satellites. You perform the physical assembly, integration and test operations that turn qualified designs into flight-ready spacecraft, working to approved procedures in a cleanroom environment and taking personal responsibility for the quality, workmanship and traceability of everything you touch.
Your focus is mechanical, thermal and harness integration: assembling structures and equipment, installing thermal hardware and multi-layer insulation, routing and connecting flight harnesses, and bringing subsystems together into a complete satellite. ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.

- Perform handling and lifting operations with MGSE, including satellite rotation, transfer between stands and installation on test adapters.
HARNESS, THERMAL HARDWARE AND MLI
- Route, install and connect flight harnesses, including crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and identification.

- Raise non-conformance reports for any deviation, contribute to first-level investigation, and support root cause analysis and corrective action.
CLEANROOM, SAFETY AND 6S
- Work to cleanroom, contamination control, ESD, FOD and chemical safety rules, and keep the work area compliant, clean and audit-ready.
- Maintain 6S in the production stations, and report anything that makes an area unsafe or unfit for flight hardware.
