Location: United Kingdom; Brazil; United Arab Emirates; Ireland; Peru; Sweden; Colombia; Argentina; Romania; Cyprus; Switzerland; Portugal; Lithuania; South Africa; Czech Republic; Canada; Hungary; Mexico; Chile; Poland; Spain; Bulgaria Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. THE TEAM Kraken's Consumer Creative & Design team owns end-to-end creative execution for Kraken Consumer and Krak. Our disciplines cover performance ad creative, brand and static design, 3D design, motion design, AI video creative and web design. We turn growth strategy into creative that converts across paid, owned and organic surfaces. We work closely with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, Content & Social, Lifecycle and our regional leads, and we hold the line on brand and messaging quality on everything that ships. THE OPPORTUNITY As our Staff Brand Designer, you come to the table with a strong design vision and set the visual standard for Kraken. You design static work and simple 3D assets for launches, campaigns and always-on activity, and you make sure it looks like one brand wherever someone meets it. You can take a brief or proactive idea to a finished, approved asset set, and you're equally comfortable building a clean, systemized layout in Figma and creating simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender. You report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design, who gives you direction, feedback and cover in reviews. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Senior here means craft and ownership: you set the bar for brand and visual quality on the team, you build systems others can work from, and you're the person colleagues come to with design questions. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design static 2D creative and simple 3D assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak across product launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity. - Create simple static 3D assets in Cinema 4D or Blender, using ready-made models and elements where appropriate, and contribute to reusable asset libraries and templates. - Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across surfaces, from organic social, lifecycle and web to illustration and foundational projects like key visual updates, keeping everything cohesive and recognizable without making it repetitive. - Design initiative-specific work, including a distinct look and partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs, and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments. - Build scalable systems: Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts, so other designers, other teams and our automated workflows can produce on-brand work quickly. - Use AI-assisted production as a core part of how the brand gets made, and know when it speeds the work up and when it doesn't. - Bring ideas to briefs rather than executing them literally. Push back with a point of view when a brief is unclear or the idea can be stronger. - Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats, with layouts that hold up under translation and market-specific requirements. - Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to get work approved without losing the idea. - Collaborate closely with our motion, web, performance and AI video designers so 3D and static work travels well across formats. - Hold a high craft bar on your own work and give clear, constructive feedback on others'. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 7+ years of brand and static design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency, ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category (a competitor or similar company is a big plus). - A portfolio that proves it, submitted with your application. Include the brief or objective alongside the work and the result where you're able to share it. We'd like to see brand and static work, at least one simple 3D piece with a short note on your process, an example of work you adapted for multiple formats or markets, and an example of a system or template set that other people built from. - Basic to intermediate capability in Cinema 4D or Blender and the surrounding 3D workflow, including modeling, lighting, materials and rendering, with work or personal projects to show for it. - Expert-level Figma: components, auto layout, variables, and files that are easy to hand off and build on. - Strong layout, hierarchy, type and composition that hold up at small sizes and in multiple languages. - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools, and good judgment about where they belong in a workflow. - Comfort working inside regulatory constraints, including layouts that accommodate risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements without compromising the design. - Working fluency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for light motion). - Speed without sloppiness. You're comfortable with fast turnarounds, several review rounds and late changes. - A solid instinct for plain language and clear communication: value first, no hype, no jargon. - Curious about investing and crypto at a minimum, and able to make the space legible to others. Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution. We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance. OUR COMMITMENT Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto. We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Location: Paris Workplace: Hybrid ABOUT VOODOO Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way. TEAM Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success. ROLE We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers. This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations. Your main responsibilities : - Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms.. - Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners - Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does - Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side - Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution. - Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance - Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence - Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows PROFILE - 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house - Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain - Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side - Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side - Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out - Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel - Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence - Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed - Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus - Full professional English required BENEFITS - Competitive salary based on experience - Swile Lunch voucher - Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo) - Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family - Wellness activities in our Paris office - Remote Fridays

Location: New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Connecticut; Massachusetts Workplace: remote About the role: At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA. Why Provectus Frontier access — Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems. Real tasks (not scope), real deployment. You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive. Embedded, not engaged. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented. Autonomous. You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. Your experience stays portable. Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack. Craft & growth — build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name. We give you a stage: Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name. Requirements: Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way. Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly. Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works. You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why. Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack. Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits. Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room. Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job. Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses). Nice to have Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production. IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform. Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI. What you’ll do: Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it. Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously. You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it. Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare. Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice. What We Offer: Full-time. On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week Unlimited Vacation policy. Generous health, vision, and dental insurance. 401(K) matching plan. Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data. No Visa sponsorship We’re real: A person reads your application. We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team. We may ask for a quick ID verification. Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates. You’ll meet the people you’d work with. We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO. How we hire: Recruitment interview. Tech interview with our FDE (30 min). A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked. Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows. 4. Soft skills interview. 5. Offer discussion.

Location: United States Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. THE TEAM Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients. Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight. You’re going to fix that. THE OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet. We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude. - Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro. - Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back. - Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it. - Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay. - Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers. - Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself. - Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t. - Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next. - Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms. WHAT YOU’LL BRING - 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team. - Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth. - UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it. - High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand. - Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories. - Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you. - Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed. - Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale. - Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal. Location: United Kingdom; Brazil; United Arab Emirates; Ireland; Peru; Sweden; Colombia; Argentina; Romania; Cyprus; Switzerland; Portugal; Lithuania; South Africa; Czech Republic; Canada; Hungary; Mexico; Chile; Poland; Spain; Bulgaria Workplace: Remote BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system. Location: Paris, France; Lyon, France; Marseille, France; Bordeaux, France Workplace: Hybrid HEALTH CAN’T WAIT. Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. PRODUCT BUILDER — SALES AI ⭐️ THE PRODUCT BUILDER ROLE ⭐️ Product Builders at Alan go deep on user needs, define a clear product strategy, and turn it into a high-impact roadmap. - You will work closely with designers, engineers and sales teams to define the right product and build it. - You will partner and align with every part of the business: sales, sales effectiveness, and our AI platform teams. Sales AI: an exceptional opportunity to have an impact and grow - Our sales teams sell health insurance, a field that demands real expertise. Our internal tools have become powerful but fragmented, and AI is fundamentally reshaping how humans and tools interact. Alan’s growth ambitions are high: reaching them requires a step change in sales effectiveness — in time spent and in win rate. - So we are rethinking the entire sales experience from the ground up. Instead of tools Account Executives have to remember to open and prompt, we want an AI that works for the rep, including when they are not there: it processes information, analyzes a large pipeline of parallel deals, and comes back with “here is the priority today, do this and this.” A true assistant that helps reps prioritize, prepares work for them, and lets them build faster, more relevant offers, with the right sales material and arguments. With everything we know about past offers and the market, we can massively empower reps to walk in with a sharper offer and a sharper pitch. - The scope spans the full funnel: top funnel (automating prospection so reps get more, better-qualified discovery) and bottom funnel (winning offers, stronger pitches, higher win rate). Alan has strong maturity here: voice AI is live in France and Spain, outbound campaigns run autonomously, the CRM fills itself from call transcripts, and our offer copilot is used by more than half our reps — around 20% productivity gained this year. The limit today is structural: every capability lives in a separate tool, behind a manual trigger. - This is a validated, high-ambition bet to reinvent the sales experience, lift sales efficiency and win rate, and give every one of our clients a large-account-grade experience. And it does not stop at internal tooling: the same engine, pointed outward, can reach and answer customers directly in our self-serve funnel, and the approach can then be extended to other parts of Alan. WHAT YOU WILL OWN - Reinvent the sales workflow. Move our Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools they have to remember to use, to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment in their workflow. - Build and sequence the roadmap. The scope is broad, so you will decide where to start, prioritize the highest-impact automation over “nice to have” AI features, and sequence the path to the full vision. - Get hands-on. We build many of our tools in an “everyone can build” mode. You will work close to the engine room, writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs, to understand what is really happening and unblock progress. - Empower better, faster selling. Bring together what we know about offers, content and market signals so reps produce sharper offers faster — and automate the prospection work that fills their pipeline in the first place. - Keep the experience coherent. Partner closely with adjacent teams building AI agents in neighboring areas, so the overall experience stays consistent rather than siloed. - Drive the outcomes. Minimize time spent on low-value work while lifting offer relevance, win rate and the volume of qualified conversations each rep can run — so their time goes only to what needs a human. ⭐️ ABOUT YOU ⭐️ You may be a great fit at Alan if you have: - At least 5 years in a product role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products. Seniority matters here: the scope is exploratory and not fully defined yet. - Genuine excitement for AI. You have built AI products, or you are deeply eager to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including their failure modes, and you can reason about the shift from pull-based to proactive, push-based experiences. - A builder mindset. You are hands-on and comfortable close to the product’s engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation) to understand what is really happening and unblock progress. - Appetite for the sales and insurance business. You are happy to sit with a rep, review an offer, and learn how guarantees and consumption terms are expressed, then turn that into product vision. You do not need to be a sales or insurance expert already, but you want to go deep fast. - Strong product execution. You set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, and ship iteratively, balancing quality, speed and impact. - The ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds. You translate between platform and engineering constraints and sales reality, and drive alignment through clear framing and sharp decision-making. - Experience influencing without full authority. You can build the case for a new, ambitious bet and rally people around it. - Strong written communication in both internal and external-facing settings. - Fluency in French and English. For this role, we hire within the D-F level Range. https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity 🌍 HOW WE WORK Location: You must be legally eligible to work from France. Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration 🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES. If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success. If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. Location: Gurgaon, India Workplace: remote About Welo Data Welo Data, a Welo Global brand, is the multilingual data and evaluation partner for foundation labs and enterprises deploying GenAI systems globally. They deliver the human judgment, data infrastructure, and evaluation systems that ensure AI models perform reliably across languages, cultures, and real-world contexts, at every stage from training through deployment. Its global network of 500,000+ vetted experts spans 300+ languages and locales, enabling high-quality multilingual data creation and structured model evaluation across the full spectrum of modern AI applications — from large language models and voice and speech systems to agentic workflows and robotics and embodied AI. This breadth of linguistic, cultural, and domain expertise enables Welo Data to address critical AI development challenges, including safety, bias, inclusivity, and cross-lingual reliability. A unified global operating model, led by specialized program and quality experts and grounded in assessment-driven talent selection, localized rubrics, and continuous calibration, ensures consistent performance across languages, domains, and modalities. Underpinning all of this is NIMO™ (Network Identity Management and Operations), Welo Data's proprietary identity and fraud-prevention framework. Built to maintain data integrity and workforce trust across a global contributor base, NIMO combines advanced verification, continuous monitoring, and structured QA to ensure every dataset is accurate, traceable, and culturally grounded. welodata.ai About the Team Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one. About the Role We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one. What You Will Do Run investigations end-to-end: triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA. Own IDV review: verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud. Conduct manual audits and reviews: prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order. Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse: recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals. Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method: form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited. Contribute to detection improvement: escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team. Handle sensitive data responsibly: apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case. Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework What You Bring (Must Have-s) 4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function. Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring. Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review. Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal. Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count. Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion. Nice to Have Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms. Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality. Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level). Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling). Recommended Education Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree. Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.
