About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the COO, the VP of Finance will serve as the senior financial executive responsible for the full spectrum of corporate finance, including FP&A, accounting, strategic planning, board reporting, and IPO-readiness. You will manage a high-performing finance team, build the systems and processes that support a scaling infrastructure as a service business, and act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization.
This is a high-ownership role for a builder who is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the details. A successful hire will be able to turn complex business data into clear strategic guidance and scale a lean finance function without losing rigor by leveraging the latest technology available.
There is not currently a CFO in place, so there is also potential room for growth into that role for high performers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Financial Planning & Strategy
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the COO and CEO — bringing a financial lens to company-level decisions on market positioning, competitive strategy, pricing, geographic expansion, and capital allocation
- Co-own the company’s long-range strategic plan alongside executive leadership, shaping not just the financial expression of strategy but the strategy itself
- Identify the financial and operational levers that drive sustainable growth, and advocate for resource allocation decisions that reflect Teleport’s most important strategic bets
- Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting cycles, delivering accurate, driver-based financial models across revenue, cost, and headcount
- Lead scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to pressure-test strategic options and support key investment decisions
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insights for the COO, CEO, and Board of Directors by connecting day-to-day performance to long-term strategic goals
Accounting & Controls
- Oversee all accounting operations including monthly close, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and financial statement preparation
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and audit readiness
- Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
Board & Investor Reporting
- Prepare board-level financial packages, investor updates, and management reporting with clarity and precision
- Support fundraising, debt financing, and M&A diligence processes as needed
- Develop the financial narrative for investors and analysts, underpinned by robust SaaS metrics
Business Partnering
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and People leaders to drive financial accountability across the business
- Own financial metrics and provide regular performance analyses
- Support revenue operations, pricing strategy, and go-to-market financial planning
Team & Systems Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team including FP&A, accounting, and revenue operations
- Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of financial systems and tools (ERP, FP&A platforms, billing infrastructure)
- Build scalable, automated financial processes that support rapid growth and eventual public-company readiness
- Champion and model the use of AI and modern technology tools — actively embedding automation, AI-assisted analysis, and intelligent workflows into finance operations to move faster, reduce manual work, and raise the quality of output
- Set the standard for technology fluency on the finance team: encourage experimentation with tools like Claude and other AI systems for modeling, reporting, and documentation, and create space for the team to share what works
WORKING AT TELEPORT IN THE AGE OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY
At Teleport, using the best available tools and systems isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s part of how we work. We expect every Teleporter to actively adopt modern technology to do their job better: move faster, think harder, and produce work they’re proud of. That means embracing automation, better documentation systems, analytics, and tools like Claude regularly, bringing technology into your problem-solving, and sharing what works with your team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with significant time as VP of Finance, CFO, or equivalent senior finance executive
- Proven record of success at a high-growth B2B Cybersecurity, SaaS or infrastructure technology company in Series D/E/F stages with over $200mln in ARR
- Strong command of GAAP accounting, SaaS financial metrics, financial controls, and audit processes
- Demonstrated experience supporting a company through key inflection points — Series C+, late-stage private, or IPO preparation
- Outstanding communication skills — able to present complex financial matters to executive teams, boards, and investors with confidence and clarity
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, geographically distributed finance teams
- Hands-on experience evaluating, selecting, and scaling financial systems (NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive Insights, or comparable platforms)
- Collaborative, data-driven decision-maker who thrives in a fast-moving, distributed environment
- Ability to be in-person in our HQ in Oakland, CA, a few times a week for in-person collaboration with the executive team.
NICE TO HAVE
- CPA, CFA, or MBA from a leading program
- Experience taking a company through late stage private funding stages and IPO
- Open-source or developer-tools experience.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Technical Consultants are on the frontlines working to establish partnerships with Ramp customers, and act as a liaison between customers and our internal technical teams. You’ll be partnering with Customer Activation & Account Management teams to identify, prioritize and build financial solutions for new and existing customers so that Ramp continues to scale with their needs.
You will act as the technical and financial subject matter expert for our customers, and design solutions that address the customer’s needs through Ramp and partner integrations. You will partner with Post-Sales teams to drive Product, Design and Engineering teams’ roadmaps to evolve Ramp to better serve our customers at scale and offer increasingly higher value to the customers.
You will define the customer’s financial & technical success criteria from onboarding through activation and expansion. You will represent Product, Design and Engineering externally and will operate with deep conviction and understanding of Ramp’s technical capabilities. The role requires technical skills necessary to understand and educate on robust accounting features, and integrate them across all the touchpoints and surface area of a customer.
This role is focused on Commercial customers, supporting high-growth companies with standardized financial workflows, core ERP integrations, and repeatable implementation patterns that drive fast time-to-value.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as a technical advisor to customers and Ramp’s internal teams while supporting high-value implementations and expansion opportunities by guiding integration, configuration, and system design
- Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions; particularly involving ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams (not run them), ensuring faster time-to-value and customer success
- Work with customers to problem-solve technical hurdles and propose effective product implementations for each customer with a deep understanding of the full range of integration and configuration options
- Participate in technical discovery to understand customer systems and workflows, and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture. This includes when and how to use Ramp’s API
- Be a subject matter expert across our HRIS and Accounting integration partners, partnering with Sales, Product and partners to advocate for integration development in-line with customer needs
- Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions without writing code directly
- Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp’s ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer base
- Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- 2+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Fusion) and finance/accounting workflows
- Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture and being able to explain those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
- Strong communication skills: able to translate complex technical solutions into business value, guide customers toward scalable approaches, and diplomatically steer conversations when requests are misaligned with best practices or product capabilities
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
- Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and a high level of ownership
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments; adaptable and resourceful as we scale Ramp’s upmarket motion
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

We're united by Buffer's values https://buffer.com/about#values, and we hire and work from all over the world. We strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment, and we are building a culture where underrepresented groups are welcome and can flourish. Please note that we do travel to work together in person once or twice per year, and those events are highly encouraged to build deeper connections among our small team.
As you get to know Buffer and consider joining the journey, you can learn more about Buffer on our Journey https://buffer.com/journey page. Still curious to learn more about the experience on the Buffer team? Feel free to read more from Kirsti https://buffer.com/resources/first-30-days-buffer/ and Sabreen https://buffer.com/resources/joined-3-days-before-the-retreat/ as they share their first experiences with Buffer, as well as from Hailley https://buffer.com/resources/8-years-at-buffer/, who captured why she still calls Buffer home after 8+ years.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll lead engineering for Growth at Buffer across both product and marketing surfaces. The work spans acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll connect how people discover Buffer and decide to sign up and whether they stay.
We’re looking for someone who wants to stay close to the details, from where a customer gets stuck in a flow to the technical decisions that shape how it works. You’ll help the team decide which problems to solve, what to try first, and how to tell if we made things better for customers.
You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Marketing and Data to shape technical direction, create space for engineers to do their best work, and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support engineers through regular coaching, clear feedback, and meaningful career conversations.
- Shape priorities with Product, Design, and Marketing, bringing your own point of view and grounding decisions in customer needs & data.
- Stay close to technical decisions and product details. Help the team build clear, accessible, responsive experiences, and help judge when to keep refining and when to ship and learn.
- Help connect customer insights, product changes, and measurement so we understand whether our work is helping.
- We're also changing how we build with AI. You'll have room to help shape that, through your own experiments and by helping the team develop good judgment and systems to work with AI effectively.
- Contribute to the wider Engineering team through hiring, shared practices, and improvements to how we work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You've managed engineers and can talk concretely about helping people grow, giving feedback, and addressing performance concerns.
- You care about how software feels to use. You notice unnecessary steps, unclear interactions, and details that get in someone's way. You could walk through something you helped build and explain the choices, compromises, and things you left out.
- You have a strong engineering background and remain comfortable getting into technical details. That might mean reviewing code, exploring an architecture, building a prototype, or helping someone work through a difficult trade-off.
- You’re ambitious about what you can build with AI. You use it in your own engineering work to take on bigger problems, and you know how to steer it, check its work, and make the calls that need your judgment. You help the engineers you lead do the same.
- You communicate clearly in writing, take ownership, and work well with people across different disciplines and time zones.
- You understand how a product helps a business grow, from how customers find it to why they pay for it and keep using it. You might have learned that through growth work and experimentation, or by growing a product as a founder or on an early-stage team. You use that understanding to decide what’s worth building and help engineers build it well.
- You have a personal connection to making and sharing things. Maybe you've written a newsletter, shared your work online, built a side project, or run a small business. You understand something of the effort it takes to put your work out there and find an audience. You don't need a big following; we're interested in that connection and what it's taught you.
OUR HIRING PROCESS
- Please express your interest below by sharing your LinkedIn profile and resume, and a short note about what interests you in the role and why you think it could be a good match. (If you choose to use AI while writing your message, please limit usage to light edits or research. We'd love to hear your own voice come through.)
- If we'd like to explore the fit further, we'll reach out to learn more about you.
- Our interview process includes a conversation with a member of our hiring team (Sara https://www.linkedin.com/in/sara-almeida-b1a78012b/ or Caro https://www.linkedin.com/in/carolynkopprasch/), meeting the hiring manager for this role (Kateryna https://www.linkedin.com/in/kporshnieva/), getting to know some teammates and peers (varies based on schedules), and meeting our CEO, Joel https://www.linkedin.com/in/joelgascoigne/.
- Our final stage is a two-day-long paid collaboration period. This is designed to mimic a real work project, so that we can each see what it's like to work together.

We are seeking an experienced
Director of Sales Engineering
to build and lead Mattermost's global technical presales team.
Are you a technical presales leader who has built a team that wins the technical decision, and wants to do it for customers who protect national security and critical infrastructure? Do you want to own how a global team of Sales Engineers demonstrates, evaluates, and proves a platform that runs where other collaboration tools cannot, from classified networks to the tactical edge? Look no further.
As the Director of Sales Engineering at Mattermost, you will lead our technical presales engineers. You will set the standard for how we demo, scope, and prove the platform; coach each SE to win the technical evaluation; and be the voice of the field to Product and Engineering. You will partner with regional sales leaders on every strategic pursuit and report to the CRO. Your focus is the technical sale, and your team's work is the reason customers trust us with their most sensitive workflows.
We have a role for you if:
You have built or taken over a Sales Engineering team, assessed the people and the process, and raised the technical bar within your first two quarters.
You have led SEs through complex, multi-stakeholder technical evaluations in security-sensitive or regulated environments, and you know when to run a proof of concept and when to walk away from one.
You have deployed or architected self-hosted, on-premises, or air-gapped software, and you can talk credibly with a CISO, a systems architect, and a program office in the same week.
You have stood up a repeatable demo and discovery motion so that every SE tells the same story and every customer sees the same quality, regardless of region.
You have coached SEs one-on-one on their weakest skill, whether that is discovery, architecture, objection handling, or executive presence, and you can show their win rates moved.
You have been the trusted partner to Sales leaders, joining the deal strategy early and giving an honest read on technical fit, risk, and the odds of winning.
You have taken field feedback to Product and Engineering and changed the roadmap, with evidence from real deals rather than anecdotes.
You have managed a distributed team across time zones and kept it connected, current on the product, and accountable to clear measures.
What you will get to do on our team:
Lead and develop the global team of technical presales engineers, setting expectations, running coaching, and making the hiring, promotion, and performance calls.
Define and own how we demonstrate Mattermost: standard demos, reference architectures, discovery guides, and proof-of-concept playbooks for defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure buyers.
Pair with regional sales leaders to assign SE coverage, join strategic pursuits, and shape technical strategy on the deals that matter most.
Keep SEs current on the product by working with Product and Engineering on release readiness, technical certification, and hands-on learning.
Bring the voice of the customer and the field back to Product, Engineering, and Security: what blocks deals, what wins them, and what competitors are doing technically.
Measure the team on technical win rate, proof-of-concept outcomes, certification, and SE productivity, and report on it regularly to the CRO.
What you will achieve:
Within 30 days
You have met every SE, the regional sales leaders, and the Product and Engineering counterparts you will depend on. You have joined live customer calls and active evaluations, and you know where demos are inconsistent, where SEs are stretched, and which deals are at technical risk. You have a clear read on each person's strengths and gaps.
Within 60 days
You have a written view of the team's current state and a plan to close the gaps. A standard demo flow and discovery guide are in use on every new opportunity. SE coverage is aligned with regional sales leaders, and you are in the room on the strategic pursuits. Every SE has a development plan and a coaching cadence with you.
By 90 days
Proof-of-concept scoping and exit criteria are documented and applied on every evaluation. Product readiness and certification expectations are set with Product and Engineering, and SEs are on track to complete them. You are reporting technical win rate, proof-of-concept outcomes, and certification status to the CRO on a regular cadence.
By the end of year one
Technical win rate and proof-of-concept conversion are up against the baseline you set in your first 90 days with the CRO. The team is fully certified on the current product, any open SE roles are filled with people who ramp on schedule, and Product has acted on the defined number of field-sourced improvements. Regional sales leaders ask for your SEs by name.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience leading a team of technical presales or solutions engineers, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
Hands-on fluency with enterprise deployment of self-hosted or on-premises software, including security, identity, and integration requirements.
Experience running technical evaluations and proofs of concept for enterprise or public-sector buyers.
Executive-level communication, with credibility in front of CISOs, architects, and senior sales leaders.
Comfort working remotely with a globally distributed team.
Nice to have:
Background in defense, intelligence, or critical infrastructure, including familiarity with government procurement cycles, security clearance considerations, or CMMC and FedRAMP contexts.
Experience selling or supporting Mattermost, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other enterprise collaboration platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, or similar tools for tracking technical activity and win rates.
Experience building AI-assisted workflows that make SEs faster, such as demo preparation, RFP responses, or discovery notes.
Why Mattermost

Our platform is built for the environments where security is not a feature — it is the foundation. $195,000 – $235,000 USD, plus commission

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Vice President to own and lead our EMEA business. You'll inherit a team of 20+ quota-carrying Commercial and Enterprise AE's across four hubs: London, Amsterdam, Munich, Stockholm and be responsible for building the management layer, operating model and partner ecosystem that takes the EMEA region from early traction to consistent, scaled revenue.
This is a second-line leader role that will see you report directly to the Global Vice President of Sales and operate with meaningful autonomy across pipeline, hiring, partner relationships and executive engagement.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Team leadership and performance
- Lead, develop and expand the Sales teams across EMEA from day one
- Run weekly pipeline reviews, deal coaching sessions, and forecast calls with precision and consistency
- Identify and close performance gaps early: coach the team to close larger deals faster and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder cycles
- Build a culture of accountability and development; create clear career paths for senior individual contributors, including first-line management opportunities as the team scales
Revenue
- Own the EMEA number: quarterly and annual quota attainment across all sub-regions
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline that supports consistent delivery and predictable forecasting to leadership
- Engage directly in strategic deals as executive sponsor, bringing credibility and commercial weight to enterprise negotiations
- Establish the region's strongest lighthouse accounts across key industry verticals, building referenceable wins that anchor LangChain's market position in EMEA
Hiring
- Manage multiple open roles across EMEA simultaneously: owning the full hiring lifecycle across pipeline, assessment and closing
- Partner with the internal talent team to move at pace without compromising on quality
- Define the headcount profile for EMEA beyond Q4 and feed into H1 planning, ensuring the team is built ahead of the revenue curve
Partner ecosystem
- Owns hyperscaler and GSI/RSI relationships (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and key SIs) across EMEA
- Develop a structured partner motion that generates qualified pipeline and supports deal acceleration, reduces risk and drives expansion
- Represent LangChain at partner QBRs and executive engagements in region
Market presence
- Represent LangChain as a keynote-ready leader at partner events, customer engagements, and industry conferences across the region: including KubeCon, Money20/20, Nordic AI summits, and customer EBCs
- Build LangChain's brand with technical buyers, CIOs, and innovation leaders across Northern Europe's most important enterprise accounts
- Bring intelligence on the EMEA markets back to the Global VP of Sales and product teams to inform roadmap and go-to-market positioning
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 5+ years in a regional or sub-regional leadership role managing quota-carrying AE's
- Demonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets across multiple quarters
- Experience managing teams across multiple countries and time zones, with the cultural intelligence to operate across EMEA
- Background selling to technical buyers (engineering leaders, CTOs, platform teams): you understand how developer tools get evaluated and adopted
- Experience in the AI, data, or developer tooling space strongly preferred; familiarity with the LangChain ecosystem is a meaningful plus
Leadership
- You've run teams of 20+ AEs before and know the difference between managing and coaching
- You can hold a forecast conversation with a VP and a deal coaching session with an AE in the same afternoon and add value in both
- You hire well and fast. You know what good looks like for enterprise AE profiles and you can run structured hiring processes across four open roles simultaneously
- You've built or contributed to a partner motion before: you understand what "partner pipeline" means in practice, not just in theory
Operating style
- You bias toward action. You don't wait for a playbook to be handed to you: you build it

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build how developers and AI agents access our agentic web infrastructure. This role is based in our New York office, hybrid with the NYC team.
Our APIs are used by millions of developers and the AI agents acting on their behalf. The team owns the main API gateway, the customer platform (keys, usage, teams), identity and enterprise
SSO
, and the public interfaces to our product: the SDKs, CLI,
MCP
servers and other tools developers and agents use. You'll work closely with product, design and engineers across our R&D.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and ship features end to end, from the interface to the services and data behind it
Build and improve the API gateway: high traffic, low latency, reliable
Turn usage, billing and team data into fast, usable interfaces: tables, charts, filters and forms
Shape the self-serve journey from signup through activation
Build and operate identity and team access in production: OAuth and
OIDC
, role-based access,
SAML
SSO
and
SCIM
, on providers such as Auth0, Okta, WorkOS or Clerk
Control who gets which features, with feature flags for staged rollouts and entitlements after rollout
Improve the public interfaces developers and agents use: the SDKs, CLI,
MCP
servers and docs
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 5+ years of full-stack engineering on customer-facing products or high-throughput APIs, in any mix of frontend and backend
Are strong in backend engineering, ideally in Python. Go, C++ or C with some Python experience also fits
Have built and operated latency-sensitive, high-
QPS
APIs: caching, async work, queues, retries and rate limiting, including long-running jobs and webhooks
Have shipped production UI with a modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js or TanStack, ideally in TypeScript
Have built data-heavy interfaces such as tables, charts and filters that stay fast
Are effective in a mature, user-facing system: you have joined a complex codebase, ramped up fast, shipped safely under real traffic, and been on-call for it
Have strong product and design sense, for interfaces and for APIs
See your work through from design to production, explain trade-offs clearly to partners, navigate ambiguity, and use AI tools in how you build
Strong candidates may also:
Have led a project or mentored others
Have taken a product from 0 to launch
Have built API-key issuance and lifecycle
Have built
MCP
servers or tools for AI agents
Have worked on billing or usage metering with Stripe, Metronome, Orb or similar
Pay Transparency

About us
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access — Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment. You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged. You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous. You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable. Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth — build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage: Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What we look for:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have:
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What we offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
*No Visa sponsorship
We’re real
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
Soft skills interview.
Offer discussion.
